But THE BAD BATCH IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS AND ONE OF MY TOP HYPERFIXATIONS👀 Little Echo with Cg Tech🥹😭 My heart!!🙌😭💞 In a previous fic I wrote the Caregiver side of Echo, so I really wanted to showcase Echo’s struggles as a Regressor, dealing with the trauma he endured and how Tech and the rest of the Batch help him through it!

“I don’t know Tech…” Echo looked in the mirror at himself in his Halloween costume.

He lifted his scoop and his hand up, looking at himself. He didn’t feel like a Jedi with his costume on. He felt…different.

Everything felt different when he was regressed. His scoop bothered him, his legs bothered him. He used to have a hand and now? Now he didn’t. How could he be a Jedi without a hand? He’s be a useless Jedi…

He started to take his robe off when Tech stop him. “Hey, hey, hey,” Tech rushes over and finds a teary eyed Echo, at the beginning of a tantrum or a meltdown. He trying to figure out which…

“What is the problem with the costume? You said you wanted to be a Jedi.” Tech asks.

“Well I changed my mind.” He take the robe off and throws it on the floor with a huff. Ah, a meltdown.

Tech, as usual, analyses the situation. He kneels down so he’s below Echo and not hovering over him while he sits. “Tell me what’s wrong sweet boy.” He says gently.

Echo sigh, trying to hold himself back from crying, “I…I can’t be a Jedi.” He says, a voice heavy with emotion.

“And why is that? Anyone can be anything on Halloween.” Tech tilts his head.

“Be-Because of my hand…” He lifts his scoop to Tech.

Tech adjusts his glasses and look to Echo confused, “You can’t be a Jedi…”

“Because I’m missing my hand Dadee. See?” Tears fall from Echo’s eyes. “Jedi’s have their hands. I only have one.”

Echo lost his hand during his accident at the Citadel. Ever since then, whenever he regressed, he struggled with his scoop. It was easy as an adult to accept his disability, but harder when he regressed.

“Echo, may I remind you that the Jedi you used to serve under, General Skywalker, lost his hand too. You’re not alone.” Tech explains.

He reaches up and wipes the tears from his cheeks with his thumb, “You’re not alone Echo. There are more people in the galaxy missing a hand than you think.”

“This,” He lifts his hand to hold Echo’s scoop. “Is a part of who you are. It makes you unique, and more time than not it’s helped us out.”

“It-Its helped?”

“Of course it has. Last mission I wouldn’t have been able to get into the ships controls if you hadn’t scooped in and rewired the power.” Tech starts to explain.

“But even if you could not do anything with your scoop, it doesn’t define you Echo. You are your own person. And you are beautiful just the way you are.” He stands, leaning forward and kissing his forehead.

More tears fall from Echo’s eyes as he stands and practically tackles Tech into a hug. Tech chuckles, rubbing Echo’s back and lightly swaying them in the hug.

“Thank you.” Echo says softly, resting his head against Tech’s shoulder.

“Of course Echo. I want you to stop getting in your head about your scoop. But if you start feel insecure, I want you to come to Hunter or I, understood?”

Tech gets a small nod from Echo before he lifts his head off his shoulder. Tech wipes his teary cheeks before giving him another kiss to his forehead.

“Now, your brothers are waiting and we both know they aren’t patient.” He thinks to Wrecker and Crosshair, playing outside the Marauder while Hunter watches. “Do you want to stay a Jedi?”

Echo thinks for a moment before shaking his head no. Tech immediately recognizes he’s feeling nonverbal and accommodates him as such.

“Alright, let’s see what we have then.” Tech he holds his hand out for Echo to take before he leads him to a small trunk. Inside is all their play costumes, prop weapons and toys.

Tech kneels down and starts looking through. “I must admit, there are not many choices. Most of them belong to Wrecker and will be too big for you. The others belong to Crosshair and usually are horror movie themed.”

As he continues to look for something Echo’s size and something he’d like, Tech feels his arm getting tugged.

He lifts his head to Echo who points to Tech’s helmet. “My helmet…” Tech starts to follow Echo’s nonverbal cues.

“You want to wear my helmet?” He asks, getting a shake of the head from Echo.

Echo reaches down to where Tech is kneeling and points to his eye?….No! His goggles!

“You want to wear my goggles?” That gets a nod from Echo.

Finally Tech starts to see the trail Echo is on. “Would you like to be me for Halloween?”

That brings a smile to Echo’s face and an enthusiastic nod.

Tech smiles back, honored that Echo feels so comfortable that he would want to be him instead. “Of course you can. I’ll grab my spare armor from storage and you can be me. I bet wearing this will be much more comfortable than wearing an itchy costume.”

Tech didn’t plan on dressing up himself because of that. It’s a texture thing, he couldn’t stand the rough cheap fabrics on his skin. And it seems Echo was following suit with him.

��Come on darling, let’s get you ready for Halloween.” He holds his hand out and instead takes his scoop in his hand, walking together to the storage room.

Hunter stood outside the Marauder watching Crosshair and Wrecker play with each other as they waited for Echo and Tech.

Hunter could sense Echo’s anxiety since he woke up regressed. And while he would’ve loved to help him calm down and put his mind at ease, he knew only Tech could do that for Echo.

He wasn’t insulted, far from it. He was happy Echo felt comfortable and safe in Tech’s presence. Each Little in their batch had their person. He knew he’s Wrecker’s person, and when it came to Crosshair he went between Tech and himself.

But Echo’s person had been Tech since they met him for the first time on Skako Minor. Before that, Echo had mentioned a clone named Fives being his Caregiver…he wondered if they were similar.

“Crosshair! Don’t scare your brother.” Hunter scolded.

Of course Crosshair dressed as Michael Myers. Why wouldn’t he? Wrecker decided to go as a rancor which really just consisted of him wearing a grey shirt with a horn on his head.

Hunter decided to join in the fun as well, wearing a cowboy hat, a western vest and a sheriff badge as his costume. While Echo and Tech worked out the Little’s costume, he spent his time chasing Wrecker and Crosshair saying he was going to throw them in jail.

Steps down the ramp of the Marauder caught his attention. He turned to see Tech and Echo, a smile spreading across as he takes in the two Techs.

“I can’t tell who’s the real Tech anymore.” He lightly jokes.

Echo wears Tech’s backup armor and his spare pair of goggles. He hold Tech’s hand with his scoop, starting to feel more comfortable with it.

“I couldn’t be more honored.” Tech smiles to Echo. Echo lights up to the compliment.

“Wow!! Great costume Echo!” Wrecker runs over. “Come on! Crosshair and I are playing!”

Echo looks to Tech, silently asking him if it’s alright. With a nod from Tech, he runs over to Wrecker and starts playing with him and Crosshair.

Laughter and playful yelling surrounds the Bad Batch as the three Littles play and the two Caregiver keep a close eye.

Soon Wrecker runs over, “Papa…I…I want to be you for Halloween like Echo’s Dadee.”

Hunter chuckles, “Wrecker, I don’t think my armor is going to fit you but…” he takes his bandanna off and lean forward, putting around his head, “I bet this will do the trick.”

“Thank you Papa!” Wrecker runs back to the group, excitedly announcing that he’s Hunter.

A little while later…Crosshair comes over to the Caregivers a bit shy. He looks to the ground, “I want to be one of you…but Echo and Wrecker already took both of you!” He says frustrated, kicking a rock on the ground.

“What if you were both of us? You’d have my intelligence and Hunter’s heightened senses.” Tech suggests.

That perks Crosshair’s head up, “Really?”

“Of course. Stay here a moment,” Hunter goes into the ship and grabs another one of his bandanna’s. He ties it around Crosshair’s forehead.

Then Tech walks over and takes his goggles off, putting them on Crosshair. “There, now you are both of us.”

Crosshair doesn’t smile but clearly in his eyes he’s beyond happy. They get a small smirk from him before he runs off with the others, yelling that he’s the superior clone.

Hunter chuckles, “See? And they said Halloween with three Littles was going to be hard.”

“On the contrary, I can not see.” Tech squints without his goggles.

Hunter laughs, patting Tech on the back, “Don’t worry, I’ll keep you fill in on what they’re up to.”

And so the three Littles play around the Marauder while they’re Caregivers….well..while one of their Caregivers watches. But both with smiles on their faces as they hear their Littles having a great Halloween together. One big happy Batch.

he is very into numbers and data, as we know, and has conducted multiple experiments surrounding his little's regression and when/how it takes place. he can now determine the most likely time they will regress given specific stimuli, and he is always ready to tend to them

whenever his little feel overstimulated, he allows them to wear his helmet, in which he has a custom mode installed that leads to sensory deprivation, cancelling out loud noises and anything else that is bothering them

he struggles processing emotions, but around his regressor, they come naturally to him. he feels like he can truly be himself around them, which makes him love caregiving even more

he has spoken to each of his brothers, and in an emergency situation, they all know how to take care of the regressor in case something happened to Tech or he wasnt around

he has a specially programmed datapad with his little's favorite games, shows, and activities, and he always has it on him in case they need it

his little is the one person who can take his attention away from anything. usually, while he's working, no one can disturb him, but his regressor can. he will drop anything to check on them and tend to them. they always come first

So. I got reeeeeally into looking for these online Cuz they're gorgeous, so here's a few more love plus themed Nintendo devices and products

First off is the final love plus 3ds I could find which is what I assume to be the 3 Main heroines on a 3ds LL or xl. These came with special edition versions of the game

I think these are the weakest of the 4 3ds models but honestly they're still super cure and would look even better with a clear case over them. They've got a more mid to late 2000s feel, mid 2010s. They're a lot more minimalist and though they are still somewhat shiny, they're nothing like the mirror finishes that the 3ds and dsi xl have.

After this is the dsi hard cases or "protect Case" as they're officially called

These are a very interesting idea, and a much cheaper option if you missed out on getting the special dsi which goes for quite the pretty penny now a days. Each of these come with 13 inserts that you can put into the protect Case that all look quite nice. Even without the cases however they still have a design on them in the corners.

Here's a better look at what I'm talking about, using rinko's case as an example. As you can see there's a variety of cgs you could put in the case. In fact, I just recently ordered the manaka case, so I will be updatinf this post when it arrives to post better pictures of each cg and how they look in person <3

the difficulty with F:NV is that by the time I obtained a copy I had too high of standards for graphics and trawling for mods I think actually make it look good is a pain in the ass.

(the difficulty with FO3 is that there's too much padding and at one point I got bored of traveling the map so I just stopped playing it forever and never picked it back up)

I’ve decided to post all of the progress here as well, not just on instagram. Some people have asked to be tagged once I post some progress, but I can’t remember who they were. So if you wanna see future progress, let me know and I’ll tag you!

This one may not look too different from the previous one, but nothing really turned out the way I intended to.

The colors, the textures, the focus, the sounds, the camera, everything just seems so off, and oh boy the animation… this is the result of rushing and not knowing what I’m doing, just inserting keyframes, tweaking the graph editor and hoping for the best. So maybe signing up for this project wasn’t a great idea after all lol. Plus the datapad’s not even fully textured, you can literally see where I started adding details on the front, then for some reason I just left off lol

One thing I’ll definitely work on in the future is the menu itself, because if this project is for a graphic design thesis, then I might as well try to make the only thing that has something to do with it look more presentable. I’ll definitely be changing up the fonts, and I have some other ideas for the background as well.

But for now, I’ll move on to the remaining 5 character menu animations. Originally there were gonna be 5, not 7. At first I was randomly picking out the characters I wanted to make one for, then I realized, it’d probably be best, if each squad got one animation. The 501st gets Rex, the 212th gets Cody, the CG gets Fox, the 104th gets Wolffe, and the 241st gets Tukk. CF99 got Hunter but I really wanted to make one for Tech as well, since modeling and texturing him took the longest 💀

Once all of that’s done, I can finally move on to animating the trailer video. Which I’m terrified of, but oh well lol

OK here it is, a ton of 'production' stuff for the Hot Guy Comic Zine! I've never been part of a project like this. Even though I was working on my comic mostly solo (shout-out to my editor Violet!), the world-building and story arc planning was completely collaborative. For example:

We started out on the world-building by voting on character's superpowers! Plenty of powers were almost unanimously agreed on, but Cuteguy was a HUGE campaign. We were pretty much 50/50 split between can fly/can't fly. Propaganda was exchanged LOL, like this piece where I campaigned for limited flying capabilities 😂 And thats what we ended up settling on!

From there we worked on a ton of brainstorming/world-building that I mostly spectated with an occasional doodle like these haha. I'm new to such elaborate AUs!

Pitch time!! I had pitches for each era and they were all pretty light and banter-y, so my year 1 pitch ended up fitting the vibe the best. My original pitch was 'HG + CG learn some key things about each other and plan to set up a base they can use together.' But when I started my script, I got really caught up in how they were navigating a partnership without knowing each others identities. The more I wrote through that, the more I wanted my story to be ABOUT that! So thats where my script started coming together.

Designs! I'm definitely not a confident costume designer. I was trying to go for low-tech + practical since it was early in their careers, and of course, easy to draw 😂

Process went more or less like this! Full color comics take a LONG TIME but it was a total labor of love. I had the graffiti bgs in mind from the very start since I knew it was dialogue heavy, I wanted to make sure the art was interesting and worth spending time looking at. Oh lord did I get carried away. I'm OBSESSED with the symbolism the fandom has put to the life series and so I tried to sneak in as much meaningful symbolism as possible. AND THE RESULT:

Guess I did pretty well! 😂😂😂

Anyway, I can't overstate how proud I feel to have gotten to work on this project. My whole goal as a hobbyist is to get to work with other artists I look up to and respect so this was a dream come true! Thank you everyone for reading, for 15k downloads (!!!), and for just being an awesomely creative fandom space to make art in! I hope to do more stuff like this again some day 💕

please indulge me with my rant lolll,, the only thing that stays the same for CG are his wings and mask! outside of that, go crazy! he prefers masculine clothes but will occasionally wear a dress, all outfits being a sorta red-black gothic lolita style. his wings are controlled like Dr Octopus, where it connects to a chip on the back of his neck! and HG’s boots allow him to roll left n right (his bow is still in beta)

If you’re wondering how any of the tech works, idk lol, it’s the power of love and friendship XP

And if you’re talking about the villain au, i can whip up something real quick! just lmk :P
