I'm genuinely so tired of people saying some BS like "Ave, True to Caesar" or "Lol I don't have to pay taxes with the legion" like, Grow up??

I get the point of the game, No one is bad, legion and NCR are one and the same, there is no black and white. But I'm genuinely going to look at you funny if you think not paying taxes/Being safe justifies all the legion atrocities.

Like y'all really just ignore the slavery, Genocide, rape and misogyny??

Half the legion fanboys are just edgy teens who don't have the balls to say what they really mean so they just associate themselves with fictional bad guys and the other half are pseudo intellectuals who do the same thing with fancier words, they also mix it with a bit of "Um, Aktuallee ☝️ you don't have media literacy 🤓"

It's amazing writing and a great bad guy but in all aspects they are the worst choice in the game, I don't like house or Yes man but I'd choose them any day over legion. I can't even bring myself to do a legion run, it's just terrible.

I know this has been said hundreds of times before but it still pisses me off

Also who ever calls the NCR Degenerates as the legion does need to look at themselves, the legion calls the NCR Degenerate because the fact they associate with women and gay people, we the player and people in the fandom shouldn't be saying the NCR are degenerate as the legion do because the legion are saying that because of the women and gay things.

I feel like when they were younger, Joshua and Caesar would have been a very lovely dovy kind of couple. Like they would call each other cheesy pet names or the would always kiss each other on the cheek.

But over time the relationship started to sour. Like they even tried to have a kids to try and save their relationship. But having kids just made it worse.

(Context- Okay so he’s a guy who tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament in 1605. He was in a group of 13 but he was the one tasked with blowing it up. He failed, and was hung drawn and quartered (standard way to kill traitors to the crown back then) And we celebrate ‘Bonfire Night’ (5th November) where we burn a ‘Guy’ a thing made to resemble a human to sorta represent that)

They have a big event on the day of the 1st battle of Hoover damn annually to celebrate, like how we do (for Mr Fawkes on 5th November)

Basically Guy Fawkes is a weirdly good way to think of Joshua: Joshua when a legion/ex legion courier approaches him and is like “omg!” And recites that rhyme at him and is like “we burn your body every year to celebrate”

Joshua’s life becoming a legacy/myth that the Legion burn efficacies of him to celebrate his death and the slaves whisper about how he will save them each year

I have more thoughts on this also but they’re for a later date

so umm, they are a transmasc (kinda, not really though) legionary, who was able to join by beating the shit out of anyone who said they couldnt, and i head canon Vulpes as gay, and them as a lesbian, so Vulpes and them have a fake relationship thing going on, they lost both eyes in the divide and they use a modified thermic lance (the weapon that took one of their eyes actually) and wear modified power armor, so they are just a hulking terrifying mass of a beast in their armor

I hate how you can't talk more about yourself in the game, especially about the DLCs

Imagine the courier just dropping random shit about themselves/their travels to the companions.
