I did not appreciate, during my read through of Catwoman Vol. II run, how big a role she played in Knightfall denouement. While her tie-ins made it seem like she flits in and out of the storyline, in the entire event, she is pretty central to the fight and gets as much space as Robin or Nightwing. I like that they don't lean too much on her being damsel-in-distressy, and instead show her (albeit reluctantly) stepping up to help bystanders during the fight and she rescued Batman a couple of times.
I got to say, Balent did a MUCH better job drawing Batman than whatever the artist on the main title was doing with Catwoman.
Compare whatever this is:

What are your favourite Catwoman suits?
Sorry it took me so long to respond! I started thinking about this, realized that I'm leaning towards a controversial pick, decided to think on it some more, and then a couple of weeks flew by!
Anyways, thank you for a fun questions. Selina definitely has had a lot of costumes:
My favorite overall, however, is the purple and green dress from the Golden Age:
The reason is I don't think I've ever seen a bad iteration of it. It just seems like a style that looks beautiful across different artists and different adaptations. And yes, I know that it's not the most practical thing in the world, but is anything, really?
Catwoman in Batman: Caped Crusader
Catwoman in the Brave and the Bold
Recent interpretation of the dress by Joelle Jones:
Other strong contenders - don't get me wrong, I like all of these! But I just think that while these styles are beautiful, other artists or adaptations had trouble with these.
Darwyn Cooke's design:
Jim Balent's design:
Joelle Jones' design:
Some other, more rare, Catwoman outfits I really like:
Clay Mann's from Batman/Catwoman. I really like how the colors are both cat-like and match his suit.
Cliff Chiang's early outfit for her in Lonely City, which a throwback to the Batman 60s show.
