I’m assuming we would both put akeshu on tjr ‘makes sense and compels me’ quadrant but I’m curious as to ur headcanons re: the female phantom thieves…. what abt ann/shiho, makoto/ann, or makoto/haru? what are ur ship preferences hehe

Ann/Shiho are absolutely wonderful, and I love them dearly. Not much to really add there other than they find each other in every AU I've got, and I feel as though they're the type of people who are able to put in the work to maintain a relationship even when they're apart.

Makoto/Haru... it compels me mostly when they're exes. I'm sorry, but Haru being the most vocal about how much she hates cops is just not gonna go well if Makoto really stays on that path, and I'm a sucker for hurt, so I think she would have to make the incredibly tough decision to end things. Their breakup is one of my favorite little subplots in space pirate au (catboy bebop) tbh.

Makoto/Ann. Their scene where Makoto apologizes and they go out for crepes is really cute, and I can see where people are coming from with it. But otherwise, I'm extremely neutral and indifferent, sorry!
