#kido tsubomi #seto kousuke #kano shuuya #kagerou project #kagepro #choco art #last thursday I was like “oh shit. I don't have anything ready for the fifteenth”#And then rushed to make these #there are a few things I'd like to change or adjust on some of them (like the colors on kido's) but aside from that I'm pretty happy #seto's was the hardest. first I kept trying to daw a bird for the silhouette window thing #but I kept erasing it because I wasn't happy with it #then I was flicking through my screenshots of his song's video and realized "wait. What if the tv him and little him are sitting on is the #ilhouette? Then I kept the birds but put them in a circular pattern in a way reminiscent of how the scissors and knives(?) were around him #in certain shots (btw. does anyone have ANY idea what the gossip he was getting from that bird in his introduction was?)#The background I wish I had done more with but I was drawing a blank on ideas so... the outside of Mary's house it is #kano's - in contrast - was the easiest.#I was like “his silhouette's a cat. the background will definitely be a reference to his song.”#Honestly the masks were the hardest part because it was a little difficult to get good pics of any other than the red-eyed mask #Also something looks off about him to me but I wasn't about to fight the picture so I didn't fiddle with it too much before inking #maybe his face just translates into my style weirdly #not much to say about Kido. Except I really wish I did the equalizer bars differently and will definitely be changing that if I ever get ar #und to making these digitally. Also #I'd alter the shades of colors I chose for the music staffs but that bugs me a lot less than those fri #cking equalizer bars #did I really just go on a whole ass rant about my decisions in these drawings?#I guess I did. good news: got my window screen fixed without having to even look at let alone interact with the horribly sexist maintenance guy who obviously hates me

bad news: he left the front door open and patched the screen with what looks like hot glue

#so there’s a bunch of stray cats around my job #i work in a group home so there’s like a neighborhood and then woods and highway on the other side #and a little calico follows me to my car #rubbing against me leg n what not #no collar #so i was like erm #oh ok yeah #ur mine now #joking lol #so before i make the decision to take her home i start investigating #so i put her in my car and i start going door to door to ask if she belongs to anyone #(outdoor cats destory the ecosystem btw n are invasive so like also keep that in mind)#(n we have a huge stray cat problem already)#so i get to this one neighbor and he’s like oh that cat is stray #she’s outside all the time and my wife and i feed her #so im like all giddy #start driving home with miss thing #and she looking out the window #all of a sudden this old woman and her daughter start beeping and screaming at me #that that cat is their neighbors cat #so i pull over and theyre flipping the fuck out about how i /stole birdie/#like EXCUSE ME #TELL YOUR NEIGHBOR TO BE A BETTER FUCKING OWNER #anyway the took the kitty n brought her back to her home rip

All I got from my nan's today is that you shouldn't let me in a book shop as someone whose town lost their only book shop.

#me initally: 'just go into one and be done-'#me first five minutes into leaving the pub on a timer as i had to be back in time for the food: 'ooh the other book shop-'#as its a cafe/book place #so got legend of zelda manga there with some other stuff i spotted #and then uh on way to second book shop i saw a toothless plushie in a charity shop window and for £2.99 i had to get him #and then finally in second book shop i almost grabbed a fnaf book with two books on the half price deal #but uh ended up putting fnaf book back when i saw a third half price book i liked the looks of #and got to till and uh got told i could get a fourth one cause of the deal #so somehow left my nans today with five books and some small stuff and a toothless plushie #in terms of my nans? ehhhh she liked my hair at least #says i look better with short hair #and i aint gonna argue as its easier to manage with my thick hair #plus found out shes been watching transformers so guess both mood there #though only con is her acting like we have to get rid of some of our cats and parents lying to her they will #when in reality i had to go outside and tell dad i will go half-way with getting three netured and chipped #as all our cats are outdoor cats #but my mental health wasnt drained so guess thats a pro #only time it did get drained was when our trains all cancelled on us cause of industral action and mom got upset and stuff #uncle took us down and back home tho so

oh my GOD one day I'll have a camera set up and I'll catch it but my cat has discovered this noise she can make that sounds like the noise a cat would make when it's getting its head ripped off (a similar vocal formation to a lion's roar apparently), however she solely uses it to yell at creatures in the garden

#weve lived in apartments the whole time weve had her so shes never had to deal with a basement window befote #and she is MAD about the critters that come into the garden #one night we looked out and there was a fucking possum just staring at us #she's never done it to squirrels but i havent caught any others #we had a theory for a bit there was a cat running around outside that she was mad about but then i found out outdoor cats are outlawed here #(woo)#so I dunno but it's fucking LOUD

this one person at work was telling me how one of her cats got pregnant and then she had like 6 kittens she needed to find homes for. and she was also telling me how another kitten was the sweetest thing and had a such a big personality and then the kitten got hit by a car and she was really sad. it took all of my willpower to not snap and go "that's why you shouldn't let your cats go outside, dumbass"

#cats #for real though #please keep your cats indoors #domestic cats do so much damage to the native wildlife #especially birds #and they can get FIV or just hurt or even killed #in suburban and rural areas there can be animals that can kill your cat #whether it's mountain lions or wolves or coyotes #you don't often see them cause they're usually nocturnal but they're there #when you take your cat to the vet cause of an injury or illness the FIRST question they ask is if your cat goes outside #without your supervision #if your cat is an outdoor cat it's so much harder for them to figure out why your cat is limping/sick #cause you don't know where your cat's been or what they've been doing #if you want to take your cat outside use a harness they can't get out of #i take my cat for walks all the time #it's not nearly as exciting as taking a dog for a walk cause they may only want to stay within a foot of your front door #but at least they can get some more stimulation than just looking out the window
