Here's my first build using the new expansion pack, Businesses&Hobbies! It's a cat café + doggy daycare with two apartments upstairs, built without CC!

It’s built in Nordhaven on a 20x20 lot, overall there are 3 bedrooms and a ton of bathrooms, a coffee shop and a doggy daycare too ☕🥖❣️

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: Moonl1ghtseeker and cribea9.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

ABOUT THE CAFÉ

Hey there, lovely reader! I’m so excited to share this cozy little café with you! The idea sparked the moment I saw @imfromsixam share My Purrfect Cat Café and I was instantly inspired! Lately, I’ve been completely obsessed with Brindleton Bay, and I just knew this pack was meant for building something special in this world. So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work, and voilà—a super cute cat café was born! The inside is bursting with color (as you can see!), and there’s even a little outdoor space where cats can play. But that’s not all! I designed the exterior as three charming coastal townhouses: the left one is the café, the right one is a cozy residence, and the last one is a sweet little flower shop. If you have the Business & Hobbies pack, you can make this build even more fun and functional! I hope you love it as much as I loved creating it!

Boba Legacy Challenge (TS3)

I have taken a break from sims 3 and while I am still working on my lepacy, I sometimes need a break and so look for more challenges. @tomatosoupcat posted a Boba challenge and didn't see a TS3 version so decided to covert it. It's also worth noting that I want to try out the actually new stuff in this pack and not the stuff already in the game that's simply being slightly expanded upon. The proper new content includes: - Tattoo studio - Pottery shop - Cat café - Candy shop I need help choosing both the OTP to focus on... and which of the new content to focus on. Grace Dance Studio is owned by Madame Cecilia Grace, a well-known dancer, choreographer, master ballet teacher and performer in Windenburg.
