3x02 is a very strong parallel to 4x10, yes.

As for season 1, the season 1/season 4 parallel felt the strongest to me in 1x02 - which felt like a blueprint for season 4 because Logan was in hospital and could die, so we watched the siblings argue and go at each other, mostly Kendall trying to boss the others around and the other siblings hating that (note: unlike Roman, who had an obvious rivalry with Ken over who should succeed Logan that we see since episode 1, Shiv isn't even in the running or trying to have a position in the company at this point, and seemed perfectly OK with him being Logan's successor as planned at Logan's birthday in the pilot, but immediately scoffs at Ken acting like he's in charge of the situation in the hospital, before the CEO position is even brought up - "Srop acting like the king of the hospital"), and arguing and innsisting he is the one person who shouldn't take over, all the siblings viciously insulting each other, and Kendall finally solving his problem by getting Roman on his side by teaming up (here Roman gets to be the temporary COO to his temporary CEO) and explicitly framing that to Roman as a "the two of us > Shiv" situation, which helps get Roman on board because Roman and Shiv have their own little rivalry going on which we also see play out.

This may be because Logan was initially planned to die in season 1, so the whole 'succession' crisis was to happen sooner in the show.

The 1x06 board vote, which everyone ususlly memtions, is more pf a contrast than a parallel to the board vote in 4x10. Some superficial similarities but everything is actually completely different. Comparing Kendall's attitude and behavior in both really underscores how different early season 1 Kendall (insecure but with good arguments and making an effort to win people over) is from late season 4 Kendall (smug and expecting people to submit to him because he's already the king of the castle in his mind). It all does come down to a sibling changing their vote at the last minute, yes, but for completely different reasons (because Shiv and Roman are very different). Roman changes his vote because Logan is there to bully him while Kendall is not there to try to influence Roman (we see that Ken and Shiv have to be physically there to ensure Logan can't change Roman's mind in 3x09 too). Shiv changes her mind because Kendall is there and she gets to observe him acting increasingly Logan-like. Roman was ready to submit to Ken as he used to to his Dad, but can oppose him if Shiv is there doing that already.

i know ppl talk about season 4 paralleling season 1 a lot, but the season 4 finale is such an easy parallel to season 3 episode 2, where he's trying to get shiv and roman on board, and there seems to be a chance, and then he loses them and explodes with anger
