Designs for a transformers horror au fic I started writing but prob will never finish, idk maybe one day.

Cliffjumper and Bumblebee While on a mission together Cliffjumper ends up destroying 2 soundwaves cassettes. Soundwave doesn't know which of the two did it, but no matter he decides that to make up for his two lost cassettes he will use the two minis responsible to make new ones. Physical and psychological horror ensue as Cliffjumper and Bee have to adapt to their now altered frames and new cassette programing, dealing with trying not to lose themself to soundwaves influence while also finding out that they aren't the first of soundwaves cassette to originally be autobot. also Cliff feeling real guilty for getting them into this mess.

also soundwave gives them new names, Because they are not those bots anymore they are his new little cassettes not matter how much they may say otherwise, they will come around, they always eventually do, this is not his first time dealing with new cassettes that fight their new role,

soundwave is a nonverbal autistic guy whos paternal instincts take over. he teaches his adopted kids and animals to heathily deal with their emotions and commit acts of incredible violence. rumble and frenzy design coming soon?

It would be an understatement to say that Soundwave grows to like their new addition (whom he brought in) rather quickly. Perhaps because Minimus is an idealist, as Soundwave once was and struggles still to be.

The swift attachment appears to be mutual. Minimus can be found quite often in Soundwave's company, hovering in his orbit– standing at his side or draped across his shoulders. The birds are not the only ones Ravage must defend his perch from, now.

Minimus, for his part, finds Soundwave's presence entirely too reassuring. He's not your brother, he reminds himself.

TFA Blaster Attempt

Random World Building Lore GO!

Blaster was forged just before end of the war as a part of the canceled "Boom Box" project. The idea was to have to trick the enemy to capture one soldier, only for said soldier to release an a crew of extra small mini-bots, codenamed "Cassettes" to infiltrate Decepticon bases and gather intel. The deployer's frame would then serve as their broadcast towers for however long the 'Con's decided to keep the corpse around.

To be completely clear- it was 100% the plan for deployer frames to serve as canon fodder and their mini's left to die once their position was no longer deemed useful.

Fortunately, the war ended before Blaster could even begin training, much less be granted any cassettes of his own. There were also whispers that the plans had been leaked to the Decepticons.

So instead of being sent to his death, Blaster serves as an underground investigative Reporter (and of course DJ) for his pirate radio station where he'll do just about anything to dig up the truth to a good, much to Autobot Council's chagrin. He may or may not be getting away with said radio station with the help of a certain member of the Elite Guard who enjoys his choice in playlists.

His day-job's a running a pet shop that never seems to sell any pets despite their excellent demeanors and conditions (he can't help it- it's in his coding to keep little guys)

Cassette Tape AU - krux dies a week before dotd, leaving behind 7 cassette tapes to acronix which explain their plan

Chillains AU - some of the ninjago villains get. domesticated?? by being forced to live in an apartment together (read the chillains oneshot collection hehe)

Sibling Swap AU - role swap, so acronix was the one who was in hiding making the the plan while krux was the one who was sent 40 years forward in time

Potsticker AU - acronix gets trapped in a timeloop and ends up in a situationship w/ dareth that is literally killing the ninjago timeline

The Tides of Time AU - after season 7, krux lands in the middle of merlopia and gets rescued by a traitor to the throne. he later learns that he was sent back 100 years in time, so he has no idea if he'll ever see acronix again

BladeFlip AU - the overlord won the battle against the fsm, causing a huge ripple effect in the timeline. essentially, the major villains become the ninja and the ninja become the major villains

This was very fun at first and eventually downspiraled into me rushing this to get it done before the anniversary. I was planning on also making intros for the animatronics who were important to the plot like Helpy or Lefty or The Glamrocks or whatever, but...no.

I think about Orion’s old friend group a lot so I have some headcanons

Ratchet and Megatronus HATED eachother, but pretended they didn’t whenever Orion was looking

Ratchet was absolutely a party animal in his younger days. When he started getting into the revolutionary stuff he switched all of his parties over to the lower class areas in Cybertron because he realized they were so much cooler

Shockwave empurata is real in my headcanon and he was IMMEDIATELY down for a revolution one, he already hated the system, two, he’s so unbelievably pissed about how outliers are treated considering he used to teach them

So the empurata procedure doesn’t work to chill him out like the council hoped, instead it just made him more mad at them

High Tide was the closest with Orion and Megatronus. He was the funny guy who told stories

No one disliked High Tide

Starscream was not a part of the friend group but sometimes Soundwave would bring him along like he’s a stray cat

Shockwaves Empurata was the first sign of a rift between everyone in the group. Ratchet was really close with Shockwave, Soundwave was too, Orion and Megatronus were struggling to figure out how to proceed but they kept disagreeing, HighTide kept trying to get Shockwave back to normal but would fail

Ratchet and Shockwave knew eachother before they met everyone else

Soundwave wasn’t really a chatterbox even when he hadn’t made his vow of silence, he just chilled

They all HAVE killed someone together

Hightide and Soundwave bonded over their pets

Ever since his empurata, Shockwave has just been stewing in anger towards the council. This is why he decided to present project predacon, as a final fuck you to the council

If Shockwave and High Tide ever somehow got back in contact, they’d be friendly with eachother (assuming it’s post war)

Shockwave does get his empurata reversed post war

High Tide would lose his shit if he ever found out about Predaking “what do you MEAN you revived an ancient creature of the sky??”

They would all get drunk at macadams together

They’ve all kissed eachother at least once

Ratchet actively talked shit about Megatron during RID15.
