!!New Work!! My boyfriend, Prince of Space
Blame the BatPham server for this one. They gave me a good idea and it got stuck in my brain until I wrote it down. It's a pretty short one-shot.
Summary:
The Justice League needs help and John Constantine knows just who to call.
To John and Danny, it looks like John got himself in trouble at a late hour. Again.
To the rest of the Justice League, it looks like Constantine just summoned a random middle-aged man in NASA pajamas into the Watchtower.

Normally I would reblog this to my main account, but I felt like it fit better here.
I am currently publishing 3 fics, with quite a few more files on my computer waiting for enough chapters and time to post them. During the process of posting the current fics I've graduated with my Bachelor's degree, moved halfway across the country to attend grad school, had a bad breakup, and a bunch of other little life events that I've shared with my readers. In all likelihood, I'll still be posting chapters for these fics after I've graduated grad school.
I hope my readers find watching my little life updates interesting. I hope that when these fics end, whenever that may be, they feel like they've watched me grow.
Yeah sure we’ve all binged a long fic, but have you ever read a WIP and followed someone’s life?
Tidbits of information - (“I graduated today!”) - and small joys (“It’s my birthday!”) and you get to be there to say “This chapter made me cry, happy birthday, thank you for gifting us this”.
I remember reading this fic of someone at the end of high school, older than me then. They seemed infinitely wise, spoke of their future career and getting into the college they wanted. I remember them posting on days they felt like nothing could bring them down - and on days the whole world did and it’s the aftermath of a hospital visit. Cancer, I think it was, their father. I got to the end of the story, I know their father was fine, but also they got to finish their WIP. I graduated three years later than them, still dutifully wrote thank you notes in every comment. I wonder if they remember me, or just the collective of people reading the story as it updates.
Four years ago I was into my first year of university, my first year of figuring out being out in public spaces. I made excuses as to why my name didn’t match my paperwork and read a fic on the train, the same five chapters over and over again for the next years as I thought the story abandoned. It updated this week after such a long hiatus, I left another thank you comment.
There’s an author I love, they update their stories like a clockwork. When they don’t, I check their blog, just to see if their doing alright, not because I feel like they owe me, just to ensure whether I better get out my laptop to write that really detailed university level essay chapter analysis to get them smiling when their day sucked.
And then, once, when I was 17, I read a fic that hadn’t updated in over a decade. I wasn’t even in primary school when it started posting. On the last chapter, I left a comment that, in retrospect, was horribly rambly and most likely full of grammar mistakes. The author replied and though I couldn’t see their face, I thought of them crying. They were married now, had children, and hadn’t thought about this fic in years. They went through their files again, found another half written chapter and an outline. I got two new chapters to read that year.
And then, recently, someone told me they got back into writing original fiction because of my comments. I get to read nearly weekly chapters.
I love binge reading a finished fic, but nothing is ever going to top the feeling of anticipation of waiting for a chapter, the pure joy when someone tells you I was done with this, but you made me think of it again, so this is for you.
Anyway, I think we should romanticize reading WIPs more, growing up alongside the authors writing the stories we love.

Mastering the Art of Time Management in the Workplace
Time is a crucial resource for everyone, especially in the fast-paced world of the modern workplace. With a multitude of tasks, meetings, and deadlines constantly vying for your attention, mastering the art of time management is essential for success and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Learn more about effective strategies to help you optimize your time and productivity in the workplace.
Prioritize Your Tasks
One of the most important principles of time management is prioritization. Not all tasks are created equal, so it’s essential to identify which ones are most important and require your immediate attention. You can use techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix, which categorizes tasks into four quadrants: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither urgent nor important. Focusing on urgent and important tasks should be your top priority.
Set Clear Goals
Setting clear, specific goals is crucial for effective time management. When you have a clear understanding of what you need to achieve, it becomes easier to allocate your time and resources accordingly. Break down large goals into smaller steps that are more manageable, and establish deadlines for each. This will help you stay on track and motivated.
Create a To-Do List
A to-do list is a powerful tool for managing your time. Each day, create a list of tasks you need to complete, starting with the most critical ones. As you finish each task, check it off the list. This not only provides a sense of accomplishment but also ensures that you don’t overlook any important responsibilities.
Time Blocking
Time blocking involves scheduling specific blocks of time for different tasks or activities. By allocating dedicated time slots to important tasks, you can minimize distractions and stay focused. Be realistic about how long each task will take, and stick to your schedule as closely as possible.
Learn to Say No
In the workplace, you may encounter numerous requests and distractions that can derail your productivity. It’s essential to learn to say no when necessary. Politely declining tasks or meetings that do not align with your priorities or workload can help you maintain control over your time.
Avoid Multitasking
Contrary to popular belief, multitasking can hinder productivity. When you juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, you may not give each one the attention it deserves, leading to errors and inefficiencies. Instead, focus on one task at a time and complete it before moving on to the next.
Use Technology Wisely
There are countless productivity tools and apps available to help you manage your time. Calendar apps, task management software, and time-tracking tools can be valuable assets. However, it’s essential to use them wisely and not become overwhelmed by too many digital tools.
Take Breaks
Taking regular breaks can boost productivity. Short breaks allow your brain to recharge and help prevent burnout. Incorporate short walks, deep breathing exercises, or quick stretches into your day to maintain mental clarity and focus.
Review and Reflect
At the end of each day or week, take some time to review your accomplishments and assess your time management strategies. Identify what worked well and what could be improved. Continuously refining your approach will help you become a master of time management in the workplace.
Mastering the art of time management in the workplace is a skill that can greatly enhance your productivity and overall job satisfaction. By prioritizing tasks, setting clear goals, and using effective strategies, you can take control of your time and achieve success in your professional life while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Remember that time management is a continuous process of improvement, so be patient with yourself and stay committed to refining your skills.

!!New Work!! And update!!
Got some exciting updates for you guys.
First of all, chapter 55 of Red and Blue are Hero Colors is written! I just need my editor to edit it and it will be good to post on Wednesday!
The next two chapters of Between Heroes and Enemies are written and I wanted to get one out earlier because the last chapter was short but I'm just waiting on my editor to edit them. Hopefully they should be out soon.
I also posted a new fic!
The Graves We Keep
It's a ghost Tim Drake fic. Be mindful of the tags. Death is the central theme of the fic and there is a dead body as well as grief. But the only person who dies is Tim and then he's a ghost.
Summary-
Tim Drake was dead.
It wasn't anything remarkable. In fact, his death went unnoticed by the world for nearly a decade. That's because despite having died, Tim kept on living. Sure he might be a ghost now, but he still got hurt, he still bled when cut, he still ate, he still went to school. To anyone else, it looked like he was a normal, if slightly pale and skinny, boy. He worked hard to pretend that he was alive when he knew he wasn't. Hiding what he was from everyone, including Batman.
But all that starts to unravel when his grave is threatened to be disturbed.up

Midnight thoughts on Batmom and her children's clothes.
WARNING: My mother was like this, Not on the money side, though. And you ask:¿Ella, are you projecting?, and I will answer: No. ¿Were you got such nonsense idea?
This gif represents my mind right now. I should be sleeping.
Batmom keeps its kids SPOTLESS when it comes to dressing. She doesn't control what they wear, but her kids have only the best brands on them. And if she couldn't get whatever they want in the best brand, it's gonna will be tailored for them.
JUST THE BEST FOR HER BABIES.
And she does not repeat it, there is no such thing as the younger brother taking the clothes of the older one in this family. Each child has their own style, autonomy and clothes, and they rarely agree on those things so sharing is never an option for them when it comes to clothing. If her baby grows out of their clothes, Batmom donate it or keep it for future grandchildren.
I mean, I'm talking about #silentluxury for her children, from they feet to the tip of their heads.
The funniest thing about all this is that most of the time they do not even realize it. It's not until a Gotham news forum pulls out a detailed article about the Wayne's silent luxury fashion and how it dates from Dick's early days at the mansion to the present day with Damian that they notice the pattern.
Like, imagine newly-reunited-with-his-family-but-still-rebellious Jason wearing a sweatshirt of the brand The Row that clearly bought his mom and costs at least $ 800 that he can not pay because he is a rebel and does not need his dad's money but he acepts gifts from his mum, of course.
Or little Dick returning from a day of art classes (because Batmom decided to give him other extracurricular activities other than a vigilante dressed as a traffic light) excited with his Dior jeans of $ 1300 dollars stained in paint, but with a work of art in his hand that he did only for his mommy.
Or Tim, wearing a pair of $450 black Gucci sandals, walking half-asleep out of his college class after he didn't hear his alarm, so he left with the first thing he found from his apartment.
Or Damian, putting one of his cashmire sweaters on Titus at Christmas, wearing a maching of his own, equally expensive and soft.
Also, imagine Cassandra only wearing THE BEST in balett shoes and equipment, totally unconsciously of the amount of money that really costs, all that because neither Batmom nor Bruce ever told her because it's nothing really that expensive for this family.
And no matter how many clothes they ruin. Never. And I repeat: NEVER their mom will allow her children to have something less.
(They are more spoiled than they themselves even realize.)
Bruce got jealous at some point and started letting Batmom choose his wardrobe as well.
Allright, NOW I'm done.
Good night.

Crisis Management: How to Handle Business Challenges Effectively
In the fast-paced world of business, challenges are inevitable. Whether it’s a sudden economic downturn, a PR disaster, a global pandemic, or a supply chain disruption, crises can strike at any time. The key to survival and long-term success lies in effective crisis management. Businesses that navigate these challenges with agility and resilience often emerge stronger on the other side. The following blog will explore strategies and principles for handling business challenges effectively.
Preparation is Key
One of the most crucial aspects of crisis management is preparation. It’s like having a fire extinguisher in your home – you hope you never have to use it, but you want it to be readily available and functional if the need arises. Businesses should create comprehensive crisis management plans that outline potential scenarios, response protocols, and communication strategies. Regularly update and rehearse these plans to ensure everyone knows their role in a crisis.
Effective Communication
Clear and transparent communication is paramount during a crisis. Keeping employees, customers, stakeholders, and the public informed helps maintain trust and reduces anxiety. Develop a communication plan that includes designated spokespeople, channels, and messaging guidelines. Remember that timely, accurate, and empathetic communication can mitigate the damage caused by a crisis and even enhance your reputation.
Analyze and Assess
Once a crisis unfolds, gather all available information and analyze the situation thoroughly. Identify the root cause, potential consequences, and the stakeholders involved. This analysis will inform your decision-making process and help you choose the most appropriate course of action.
Swift Decision-Making
In a crisis, time is of the essence. Delayed decisions can exacerbate the situation. Establish a crisis management team with clear decision-making authority. Encourage team members to use their expertise and judgment to make swift, well-informed decisions. Having a hierarchical decision-making process can slow down response times, so empower your team to act quickly.
Adaptability and Flexibility
No crisis follows a script, and circumstances can change rapidly. Be prepared to adapt your strategies and tactics as the situation evolves. Consider different scenarios and contingency plans in your crisis management playbook to ensure you’re ready for the unexpected.
Empower and Support Your Team
Your employees are your most valuable asset during a crisis. They need to feel supported and empowered to make decisions within their areas of responsibility. Provide training, resources, and a supportive environment to help them perform effectively under pressure. A united and well-prepared team is your strongest defense.
Learn and Improve
After the dust settles, conduct a thorough post-crisis evaluation. Identify what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved for future crises. This self-assessment process is critical for continuous improvement in your crisis management capabilities.
Maintain a Positive Reputation
Your reputation can make or break your business, especially during a crisis. Uphold your values and demonstrate your commitment to rectify the situation. Rebuild trust by delivering on promises and providing consistent, empathetic communication.
Business challenges are inevitable, but effective crisis management can turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience. By being prepared, communicating effectively, making swift decisions, adapting to changing circumstances, empowering your team, and learning from each crisis, you can handle business challenges with more confidence and become stronger. Remember, it’s not just about weathering the storm; it’s about learning to dance in the rain.

How do bats work in ratterrock? Because they don’t seem to have their wings, but wing-like cloaks? Or are their wings just hidden under clothing? Also are Bog and Cas the only bats? Or are there more?
Hey! Baji here to answer this.
The bats definitely all fly, but I took some artistic liberties with their wings to fit the look I was going for. It's not really biologically accurate but it actually ended up working out narratively.
Bog and Casimir have a trait passed down to them from their Father; their wings do not attach to their arms like most bats, instead the wings function like separate limbs on their backs.
Nadia, their Mother, possesses the more common wing attachment found in most bats! They live and preside over the huge colony of bats known as the Night Court. The colony is comprised of many other species of bats with many different dialects and cultures!
Again, it was an artistic liberty we took but I think ultimately it helps separate the Nightshade brothers from the rest of their colony a bit more.
Hope that makes sense!
