I saw some Charlie Bushnell pics IRL. How the fuck does he have more Luke vibes when out of character than when he's actually playing Luke? That's a very odd directing choice,IMO. I feel kinda lonely,as a Luke Castellan fan,for not liking his show characterization, but him being so soft kinda ruins him to me. Even his morally bankrupcy makes him such a tragic character in the books,IMO. Making some sassy remarks about the gods, lashing out at Percy and having sad eyes can't hold a candle to years-long corrosive anger, being vulnerable to toxic ideologies and shitty authority figures, arguable need for validation(Luke said he got praised by Kronos in TLT,felt angry at Percy for mentioning Hermes wasn't going to give up on him,and even while hosting Kronos,he managed to call out Chiron for claiming that "the gods cared about me" - breaking Kronos' third person speech).
If you ask me, disney ruins every villain it touches. We were talking about it with some mates yesterday, from the moment they started doing those "villain centred" films, they lost track of how to write (or adapt) a good villain
The whole point of luke is that he has a set of ideals, founded mostly in resentment, and he'll give up anything (and anyone) for them. He's young, he's manipulable (more than most 17 to 19 y/os who claim "I would never" realise), and he fucked up
He didn't fuck up bc he was innocent, tho, he fucked up bc he hated the gods, he hated being treated like a weapon, and let's face it, he'd go to any length to get recognition for himself and his fellow demigods. Those lengths include murdering his peers "for the greater good"
In the books, we follow percy's opinion of luke: "this bitch who betrayed us for no reason!" And only after ages we find out about luke's past, which matches percy's arc maturing and realising not everything is black or white. In the show they already gave away luke's past which made him too much of a poor little meow meow from the beginning, and frankly, made him a boring ass villain

Another well reasoned and constructive video about the problems facing Disney that really took a toll on them last year. And using King Magnifico as the face of it is a nice touch for an obvious reason.
There are three major errors made in the video, though.
1. 2009's The Princess and the Frog is referred to as "Disney's last 2D animated film", but at 4:47, Winnie The Pooh comes up, and that film was released in 2011, after The Princess and the Frog. He should've said that the 2009 movie was Disney's last original 2D animated film, as Winnie The Pooh, as stated, was a quasi-sequel.
2. It's objectively false to claim Elemental was an "abysmal failure" even when at 12:30 the guy put on screen an article about how the film "morphed from a flop to a hit", ,and it's strange he'd call it this and "one of Pixar's worst recieved films" yet at no point in the video does he bring up 2022's Lightyear, which fits these descriptions far better. Similarly, saying Wish was a "cataclysmic bomb" for Disney doesn't match reality, as it managed to narrowly make back its budget and perform well enough domestically to render it far from the actual cataclysmic bomb that 2022's Strange World had been, with the critical and audience reception to the film being mixed and divided rather than it getting universally trashed or not cared about.
3. The fucking title is hyperbolic! Two years in Disney's history, 1941 and 1985, almost drove the company to bankrupcy and threatened to shut the studio down for good following particular hurdles and profits lost by Fantasia and The Black Cauldron respectively. 2023 might've been demoralizing for Disney but it still wasn't quite on that level.
Bonus trivia: Walt Disney actually began his artistic career in the October of 1919, where he worked as an apprentice artist at the Pesmen-Rubin Commercial Art Studio, drew cartoon illustrations for advertising, theater programs and catalogs, and befriended fellow artist Ub Iwerks, the man who'd design Mickey Mouse. So with this in mind, 2019, one of the biggest and most successful years for Disney, was actually the 100 year anniversary of when it truly all began.
So when does the gaslighting and revising history from Disney start?

What is A3! ???
It is a mobage!!! It has an anime adaptation and a lotta musicals, too, but it's mainly a game :) sadly, the english server shut down last year (rip, and the trans+localisation was SO good too).
The protag/player character is Izumi Tachibana (though you can change her first name), who acts as the director of a theatre company ^_^ the theatre company was nearing bankrupcy at the start of the game and only had the incompetent manager (who is such a dear) and one actor. Two, technically, but the other one was a bird. The bird was more skilled, also. Basically the play they put on stunk and it was their last chance to get some money to get their debts in order, our protag was the only person who saw it, though. But she was very inspired by it, and when the (stay with me) yakuza guys came round to bulldoze the theatre, she essentially said she'll improve the company and pay back the debt. (She has no experience as a director.)
Anyway. The story is separated into seasons, with each one following one troupe, but with a general overarching storyline that ties them together (getting the Fleur award, making the company survive the year, and so on). It's really fun, it's all about found family and striving towards your dreams and the characters growing as people and growing their relationships, it's really such a good story, I love it with all my heart.
Spring, summer, autumn and winter troupes in left-right, top-bottom order :] actually i wanna go into detail gimmie a second
So, as I said, there's the four troupes: spring focuses on traditional fairy-tales and fantasy plays, summer on slapstick comedy, autumn is all about action and winter about soft and subtle serious plays. For example, their debut plays were
Spring: a Romeo and Juliet where RomiJuli were actually besties, and also Juliet was Julius because none of them could play girls
Summer: a 1001 nights adaptation where Scheherezade was telling the story to Ali Baba, but when she had to leave to be wed to the king, he used the genie to wish it away. It was actually really funny, i should rewatch it sometimes
(Digression but the plays were like. You do rehearsals and then unlock the play which is a lil 5min video of their chibis walking on the stage with props and animations and speech bubbles, it's cute)
Autumn: mafiosi have to team up despite their horrid relationship to eachother and in the process learn to work together (which perfectly parallels the way the leads actually evolved their relationship off the stage)
Winter: a story about an angel falling in love with a dying human </3
In the spring troupe you have Sakuya, the leader who loves acting and the Original Actor who Izumi saw on stage. He was bad, but really loved it, and that's what made her want to help. Masumi is like a teen heartthrob in his school, but he's apathetic and doesn't really care about anything, except for Izumi who he has a massive crush on. With time, you figure out he's just projecting his lack of parental attention on her. Tsuzuru is their scriptwriter, who is the straight man to Citron's boke, he's a college student who begs to do scriptwriting for the company, but he hyperfocuses on them, writes until he literally drops and worries everyone. Speaking of Citron, he's a foreigner from a country called Citronia, he says he's an exchange student. I think the truth is revealed in winter year 2, but i didn't finish autumn year 2 before the server ended so </3 Itaru is the king of gap, he's a businessman by day, and hardcore gamer by night. Chikage is the year 2 newcomer, can't say much about him, but I'll say more when I get to "the story: the details". Again, I wanna make this detailed :) for Year 1 Spring, the theme was acting, none of them except Sakuya (and Citron?) wanted to act. Tsuzuru wanted to write scripts, Masumi was just following Izumi, Itaru wanted free board, and that made their acting suck because they were all out of sync. Their story follows the characters finding their passion and learning to work together.
Summer's leader is Tenma, who is a famous TV actor, but terrible on-stage because he gets stage-fright. Yuki is the company's costume designer and maker, foul-mouthed, but hiding a sensitive side. Muku is a sweetheart who's very shy and self-depreciative, but wants to be "a prince" (he loves shoujo manga) (when Tsuzuru gave them their script, he said he went to read 1001 nights and called it "just like shoujo"). Misumi fucking LOVES triangles. His name is written as 三角 which means triangle. I can't figure him out, though, he seems like a cheerful and naive young man, but there's a sadness in him, it gets explored in later stories. Kazunari, love of my life, is a college student who is very cheery and happy-go-lucky and super extroverted. And it's an act. He runs the company website. Kumon is also a Year 2 character, so I don't know much about him, but he seems a sweetheart. Idolises his brother (Juza from Autumn). Summer troupe could NOT work together at first. Yuki and Tenma were at eachother's throats all the time. They still are, but less maliciously now. Their story follows them learning to work together, and bounce off eachother, and overcoming their insecurities.
Autumn troupe are my faves. Their leader is Banri, and the "second" guy is Juza. (Now, I forgot to mention, but in Year 1 the main two leads were the leader and "second" guy, which is to say the two whose relationships were the most fucked and needed the most work - in spring this was Sakuya and Masumi, and in Summer it was Tenma and Yuki). I cannot explain one without the other. Juza looks like a delinquent, he's scary, he does get into fights,,,, but mostly in self-defence as beating his ass is seen as a status symbol and he doesn't wanna fight. He wants to act, but he's really bad at it. Banri wants to kick his ass so fucking bad he trails him to the auditions, auditions with him and then decides he'll kick his ass at acting if he can't fight him with fists. Banri is a prodigy, he's good at every fucking thing. I can't say anything on Taichi so as to not spoil. Autumn is a bit dramatic. There's a rival company that we find out about in this season. He needs a hug, though, poor thing could never get an acting gig despite wanting to act so bad. Now, remember when I mentioned the yakuza? Sakyo is the guy they owe money to. He is now working on their finances. Scary old man. Azami is a year 2 character, I haven't finished reading Autumn, so I know nothing, but he's Sakyo's boss' (yes) kid, i hear. And their make-up artist. Omi is the mother hen, but he had a dramatic past as a biker before changing his ways. Malewife central, I love him so much. Autumn's deal was coming to terms with their pasts, accepting themselves and for some it was also about personal growth.
Winter's got the SocietyTM themes. The main two are Tsumugi and Tasuku. Tasuku is an athlete!! A fitness nut!!!!! He used to act for the rival company. Tsumugi is the leader, who works as a tutor :] and loves flower language. They are childhood friends, also. Homare is a poet who is vvvvvvv autistic-coded, he has low (or no?) empathy and can't read people. He talks about feeling like an alien or robot often, but it's not treated as something that needs fixing, even though he's sad about it. Hisoka is the Sleepy CharacterTM who also has amnesia. I will have to tell you more about him in story: the details, tho it will have spoilers. Azuma is the elegant, mature adult TM TM TM TM and he is so.... i can't even describe him. Ethereal. He is looked down upon for his job. I can't remember if saying what it is was a spoiler or not, I think he hid it tho. And about Guy, the newcomer, i know NOTHING. He is also from Citronia (and why Citron's truth is revealed in year 2 winter), but I don't know anything about it. I don't know how to describe what Winter was about. Interpersonal relationships and having understanding for one another. There was a time loop.
And then a bit more on the details of the story!!! Listen.
Listen.
You start playing A3! and, sure, it's a bit out there with the yakuza and the debt and acting parrot. But it's not that unrealistic. It's just goofy. Spring has a normal story, it's two high schoolers with absent family, a college kid, a salaryman/gamer and a foreign guy who speaks with a thick accent unless he's acting. It's goofy, but it's down-to-earth. They fight and can't figure out how to act normally bc half of them don't care and they all have terrible chemistry. One of them sleeps on the stage. They have an impromptu sleepover. They bond. It's so cute and it works and their play was a success and now they have people wanting to join!!
Summer troupe is also very normal, very goofy. A TV star (high schooler) getting called a hammy hack-actor and a loser by a middle schooler, a guy who loves shoujo manga so bad, a college kid who's always hitting on every girl he sees and a guy who collects triangles and also has been living in the dorms without anybody knowing for years. Weird on the triangle guy, but sure. They fight, they go camping, they bare themselves to eachother, they figure out how to work together. The play is a success, more people want to join!!
Autumn!!! A buncha bad boys with bad pasts, some with bad presents. Banri and Juza get handcuffed together. They have to be roomies. Juza snores so fucking loudly.
- SPOILER -
They get betrayed by one of their own?!?!?! But he regrets it and he feels so bad because he realised this company cares more about him than the one that sent him. He doesn't wanna go back. And they accept him
- SPOILER END -
And they write essays about their pasts and learn to see eachother as people and they bond and their play is a success and more people want to join <3
And then Winter. I don't remember much of it. Tsumugi and Tasuku have a tense relationship because they were friends, but Tsumugi gave up on acting. In order to fix this, the universe sticks them in a time loop that only they are aware of, until they talk it the fuck out. Homare wishes he could read people's emotions better so he finds an emotions loupe. It lets him read people's minds and it helps solve a very huge dilemma in the troupe's interpersonal conflicts. He then promptly puts it away and ends hoping he'll one day be able to read people without it, too. I think there's also something about a secret locked room but~~~ i forgot that. Anyway. This is the one where they go against their ultra-powerful rival company. And the play is a success, and the company is saved from bankrupcy!!!!! By just a bit. They're on a zero. Sakyo is still cinching their belts.
And then it gets extra fucked up. Hisoka's amnesia. Is connected to Chikage in year 2. Now this is straight up SPOILERS for this and the paragraph below so feel free to skip this, but it's like. Wahooo funny actors lovely. And then there's the assassin subplot. Chikage and Hisoka were in the same assassin group. Hisoka was presumed dead. Chikage, I think, was there to finish the job. He kidnaps Izumi at some point and threatens her life.
DESPITE IT ALL. A3! the found family ICON. Accept him as one of their own and tell him he, too, has a place in their company, he, too, can find a better life. Just because the usual improvement was "My family is negligent" to "Now my friends are my family" or "i'm gonna kick your ass" to "oh this acting shit kinda goes hard", doesn't mean his can't be "i will literally kill everyone because i am an assassin" to "oh, okay, acting"
Anyway, I love A3!. Yaycupcake has translations for the main story to Act 12 (so, three years) as well as event, side, and conversation stories. The animation in the anime is eh, but it's worth watching. There's a cute manga. They have a strip where Izumi has to work at a girls' company for a bit and Muku's shoujo-inspired thoughts are "omg what if she gets swept off her feet by a masculine knight girl and they fall in love <3333" and absolutely ruins Masumi's life (who thought his ""relationship"" with her will be safe because there are no men there)

I feel like I was summoned. A3! (Act! Addict! Actors!) is a game about an acting company that's nearing bankrupcy and, to avoid that, and pay back the yakuza bc the manager is a himbo and took out loans apparently, the MC (you) has to become the new director and make sure the new troupes have successful plays :) very summarised, but that's the gist of it. There's four troupes, and that guy with a white ponytail is a member of the winter troupe - known for mature and sentimental plays (as opposed to summer's comedies or spring's funky fairy tale adaptations and autumn's action-thrillers)
His name is Azuma Yukishiro and I am like in love with him👍 He's very cool and mature, one of the most-adult-like characters, the big-brother type who loves drinking sake and taking care of his skin. His age is unknown </3 he is described as gentle and kind, and "an older man who seems to defy aging". I love him lots. His job is rather taboo, but that's spoiler territory, so just know he had some hang-ups about his job ruining the troupe's reputation, etc etc, but👍👍 Azuma.
......*rubs the back of my neck with my hand* *twirls the tiny lock of hair that covers my eye* *looks away* *looks back* heeyyyyy gnc king are you an angel because im a homosexual
i might look into this game it seems up my alley and Because Of Him, thank you for the information it's very helpful (i'll cry if i get into another game) (enstars is already ruining me)

żabka has one of the most predatoru franchise systems like they bait you with 15k guarantee income but don't tell it's before extracting taxes and . they have full control over your stock and if you aren't on best terms with regional managers etc... good luck trying to make profit. the stores compete with each other but all promos are regulated by hq and universal. truly it's just 90% good luck. they don't care if a new żabka opens next to you and destroy your consumer base, it's your problem. żabka killed small independent local stores :( just like empik killed small bookstores, only to face bankrupcy every 2-3 years

thoughts on socialism
my general sympathies lie with what is known as market socialism. essentially, markets should be free, but companies should be owned by workers. if you are part of the team that is making a company function and profit, from its higher manager to its lower cadet, then you are part of it in all senses. you get a voice and you get equitative treatment. you get to own the fruits of your labor, you become part of something greater instead of being used by something greater.
now if all this is too much marxist wankery for your taste, let me put it in more pop culture terms, let me frame it as something that even the most cantakerous, rabid you tuber can sympathize with: hollywood.
everyone fucking hates hollywood.
studios are creatively bankrupt, they are litigious, they are corrupt, they are lazy. the academy is a bunch of old stoogy morons, the oscars are a joke. they continuously ignore fair use, they conglomerate in giant fuckoff monopolies like disney who get to change copyright law however they see fit, they censor movies to appease china, they release trailers that spoil the entire movie, they cant design a good poster to save their lives, they continously exploit and overwork special effect and animation companies, often driving them to bankrupcy, and they constantly push this fake progressive veneer casting women and poc and making them leads in terribly mediocre movies, not because they actually care about representation one fucking bit but because they want to do the minimal effort to keep the left happy and get to sell more tickets.
if there is one common enemy to audiences and critics alike is the studio executives. the people in suits who know nothing about movie making who will overburden cast and crew with notes all in the name of selling movie tickets. more product placement! more screen time to this one very popular actor! add all of these extra scenes so we can set up an endless extended universe! push the movies as fast and cheaply as possible and rush the script as much as you need, we need more explosions, more ass shots, more references to current meme culture! what is some nostalgic property from the eighties that we can desecrate from its tomb and sell to the masses? the list goes on an on, the complaints are familiar to all of us.
but why they get to do this? because they put the initial investment. beause they are the owners. at best directors and editors and screenwriters can try to argue back but if you push too far you go the way of lord a miller with solo, you go the way of edgar wright with ant man, you go the way of jodorowsky.
now wouldnt it be nice if the people who actually knew about movie making, the people who are actually in the set and in the editing room and behind and in front of the cameras, the people who actually understand about making movies, in short, the workers, had a say on the movie? if big blockbusters, all big blockbusters and not just those precious few where the director managed to accrue enough clout, got to be passion projects and not factory made gruel pushed en masse by the studios just to increase profits?
one common critique that i have heard against workers owning the means of production is that if people didnt get to be sole owners of the company they own they would lose the incentive to create new bussineses. my answer is that i dont want people in charge of something if all they care is how much money they can get out of it.
this is basic meritocracy people. i want the person who is best for the job, not the one who is best at making money out of it, and hollywood has shown us time and again that you dont need a good product at all to make money. it’s a AI hacking its reward system and making the numbers go up with no regard for the actual values that the numbers were supposed to incentivize. molloch warned us about this.
if i go to see a movie i want the movie to be made by people who care about making movies from top to bottom, not by studio executives who all they care about is how to get the largest common denominator to mindlessly consume corporate approved media. if you want to make movies, if it really is your true passion you will do it no matter what, it wont matter at all that you have to share ownership of it. hell, movie making is a collaborative effort, it is nothing but shared ownership!. this is also something all movie buffs know. it is influenced by how the director arranges everything, how the actor decides to perform it, by what the writer put in the script, by the editor decides to cut in and out. everyone has a voice and everyone gets equal recognition when the credits roll at the end.

Work, Fight and Love 일하고 싸우고 사랑하라 YOO HaJin Yaoi
Description in Mangazuki: Soohan likes his uneventful days working at a small ad agency. But when new guy Taeyeol from a big-shot ad firm joins the team, all his quirks gets on Soohan’s nerves – most especially the undeniably good looks that remind him of his first love.
Believe me when I say that the story is far way AMAZING than the description. It’s just a spec of sunshone compared to the overlapping black holes in the manhwa that it’s something I thought about the first second I woke up from my 3 hours sleep after pulling an all-nighter reading this.
Soohan, the team manager of an advertising company is the secret lover of the company’s CEO, Mr. Woon. Soohan knows Mr. Woon has a wife.
Mr. Woon, surprisingly the hidden youngest son of a monster company, is struggling to get a divorce with his wife who has been living separately from him ever since while plotting revenge on the murder of his mother. The suspects were his siblings.
While working things out to fortunately pave way for their love, Mr. Woon’s wife took action as she cannot let go of her love for her husband. She fell for him at first sight, but did not actually expect anything in return as their families wanted marriage for company merger. She’s stuck with him, so as Mr. Woon.
Soohan can only wait as Mr. Woon “fix” things for them. But ...
As Mr. Woon fakes the company’s bankrupcy to not attrack his family members to his revenge plans, he hired Taeyul, “Yul,” a renowned person in the advertisement industry. He worked with Soohan as AE for their projects. He helped Soohan “be busy” as he goes through the emotional turmoil when the two “break up”.
"The things we do for love."
Mr. Woon’s wife posted a threat that he could only choose to continue using her as his wife in paper to continue the revenge plan he has been plotting, else Soohan’s safety will be at stake, He could only choose one.
Soohan was left behind in the hopes of not getting involved further after being drugged and hospitalized by the hands of Mr. Woon’s wife.
No matter how hard, how loud, and how long he cried, he could only dream of the past moments he shared with Mr. Woon. Hope is not even in the options.
This gave Soohan the total incompetence and the feeling of having no control of the arising situations. He was just a normal office staff who loves his man in secret, powerless despite having love as his only weapon.
Yul picked up his lost soul.
Being with Yul aided him to move on, and heal little by little.
They both feel for one another eventually as healing one’s heart requires another.
But broken souls have complex feelings.
After Yul knew that Mr. Woon’s revenge fell short, and divorce with his wife might push through, he locked Soohan away from the world. Just like what he did to his previous fiance.
He came from “Top Company.” and his fiance is the heir of the company. After seeing her with another man on the very bed where they “made love,” he locked her up for 2 days which led tim being fired from the company. Mr. Woon saved him by hiring him back to work in the same industry. There he met Soohan whose charisma and passion for love pursued his heart to love and trust again.
After defending himself to Yul, Soohan met Mr. Woon’s wife. She gave him a chance to meet him for one last time as she has no plan to let him go. She is Mr. Woon’s best weapon to keep him on his current state as part of the company, and a man who is still fighting for his mother’s dignity. She made her point to Soohan that if Mr. Woon insists to be with him, both of them will face consequences - “He can get killed.” Soohan was demanded to stay away from Mr. Woon and Yul, and in the industry he cherished the most, for the safety of everyone else.
He met with Mr. Woon in the longterm healthcare center where his mother used to be admitted. Fearing that Mr. Woon may end up like her mother, he gasped for thoughts to make the best, yet worst decision.
During these moment of final reunification, he cannot even look at his lover’s face, so as not to get him worried - or is it because he fear that this would really be the last time to see him alive?
This was goodbye...
for Mr. Woon ...
for Yul.
Months passed.
Soohan resigned.
He kept himself isolated until he was found by his dear co-staff.
They started a company together.
Mr. Woon’s wife kept her promise to keep him safe.
Mr. Woon, in a plane going back to Korea with his wife, mentioned that he will not see Soohan again, and that he knows the things his wife gave up just for him. She “betrayed” her family form him.
A change of heart due to circumstances?
Sometime later, Yul found them.
Yul found him.
Finally.
Again.
NOTES:
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
This kept my soul shaken. I just had 4 hours sleep. I kept thinking how it is sooooo unfair for all of them minutes before I sleep, and in the very first second when I woke up.
They needed to be taken away from the first people who showed and let them feel what love and care is. This security of being together was taken away among them deliberately.
I understand that the ending best suits their new status, and it is for everyone’s happiness. I just can’t help, but feel sad about it.
These 75 chapters made me a puddle of tears even after my 4 hours of reading it. It’ll leave a scar on my soul.
I cried so hard on this frame. (☍﹏⁰)
Why can't he be truly happy, too? The feels cliff. The feels train.
*puddle of tears*
Thank you for reading until here.
This is my first Yaoi-themed post. I’m happy that I could post this here, and let my thoughts and emotions be released (coz I really caaaaan’t anymore).
Gosh, who hurt Yoon Ha Jin? Her graphics are also eye-candy, I’m melting.
I’ll keep melting.
Bye.

Rock Solid Tips For Avoiding Personal Bankrupcy
Bankruptcy can be both a relief and a stressful situation. There is the need for all your finances to be exposed, and multiple people scouring your financial information. By contrast, once your bankruptcy is complete, you will have the freedom to rebuild your credit without being hounded by debt collectors. You can make the bankruptcy process easier on yourself by keeping the following tips in mind.
When people owe more than what can pay, they have the option of filing for bankruptcy. If this is the case for you, you should begin to investigate the legislation in your state. There are greatly varying laws concerning bankruptcy, so it is important to make sure you are getting the correct information. You may find your home is safeguarded in one state, while in another it isn’t. Be sure to have some familiarity with the law in your jurisdiction.
Don’t fear reminding your attorney of any specific details of your case. Don’t just assume they already know and that they have these important details committed to memory or written down. Don’t fear speaking up since it affects your case and future.
Do some research about laws and legislation before filing. These kinds of laws are constantly changing and it is important that you are aware of these changes, so that you can learn how to properly file for bankruptcy. If you are not sure about the current laws all you have to do is look into what laws have been passed.
Weigh all of your options before declaring bankruptcy. For instance, a consumer credit counseling program may be a better bet if your debts are relatively small. You may also find people will allow you to make lower payments. If that happens, get records of the debt modifications.
Remember to only file for bankruptcy if you need to. You may be able to manager gets more easily by consolidating them. The whole process of filing for bankruptcy can be a long, and hard one. Your future credit will be affected by these actions. You have to make certain that you absolutely have no other choice.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Research Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and see if it might be right for you. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a good choice for people whose unsecured debts amount to lower than $250,000 and who receive a regular income. By filing this way, you can hold onto your home and property, while repaying debts through debt consolidation. This plan normally lasts from three to five years, in which you’ll be discharged from unsecured debt. However, if you were to miss a payment, the court would dismiss your case right away.
Before proceeding with your bankruptcy, it’s a good idea to start spending ample time with the people you care about most. The process for bankruptcy can be hard. At the end of the process, many people are left with feelings of shame and worthlessness. Some folks tend to stay in the shadows until their case has concluded. Why We Love cc factoring (And You Should, Too!)
There are basically two types of debtors that companies must deal with. Those who are struggling to pay due financial issues, and those that find a number of fake excuses in order to avoid having to pay. Making deals on the accounts of the 2nd kind is not a wise decision. Instead you ought to be sending a debt collection agency after them, to recover the money they owe you. Regarding the first type of debtors, you might want to offer them a deal, as that is the only way to minimize the negative impact to your company. The https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/credit-collection-factoring-sro debtor will even appreciate your move as well, and that should grant you some reputation points too.

In many cases, take for example Customers who won't pay their debt for invalid reasons, you ought to avoid making a deal, since the debtor will see that as a weakness on your behalf that he can take advantage of. Verse: In the Land of Gods and Monsters
Tag: ;in the land of gods and monsters
Summary: Set in the world of Justice League: Gods and Monsters, Edward Nashton is a tech genius harboring a dark secret.
Edward Nashton. Born and schooled in Upstate New York. Attended Gotham State University on an academic scholarship, graduating with a triple-major in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science. Turned down several prestigious offers from government think-tanks and prestigious firms in order to go into business for himself. Needing money for a startup, Edward took jobs as a software developer for several video game companies, contributing ideas and doing leg-work that would yield millions in profit - with Eddie receiving only a meager one-time payment.
Eventually, Edward accumulated enough savings to start his own software company, Nashton Enterprises - a one-man business that operated from his apartment in the Narrows. Many thought Edward was foolish to take this path, that he had squandered his potential merely because of his own stubbornness and refusal to work with others.
His critics were silenced within the year as Nashton Enterprises grew exponentially. It was apparent that Edward had kept his better ideas for himself, and had studied the various companies he had freelanced for, seeing where their weaknesses lay and their strengths could be exploited. Nashton Enterprise's first office program, Enigma 1.0, was quickly noticed by the tech world, spreading fast in popularity for its efficient operations and accesability.
Enigma 2.0's initial earnings allowed Edward to move his business to a small uptown office and hire several well-paid employees.
Enigma 3.0 was the most searched item on the day of its release.
Enigma 4.0 was the first (and only choice) for Dagget Industries and GothCorpwhen deciding to upgrade their software that quarter.
Enigma 5.0 gave Edward the capital he needed to buy out the long-struggling Wayne Enterprises.
By the time Edward turned 35, Nashton Enterprises was the top name in software in the world, rivaled only by LexCorp. Edward himself was publicly regarded as one of the smartest men alive, and one of its most well-regarded - appearing on the cover of "Persons" and "Narcissism Bazaar" as frequently as he was showcased on "Wiring" and "The Economic Studier". The company was constantly branching out, pursuing the field of robotics, spacial travel, quantum physics, and various other fringe sciences.
Publicly, Edward Nashton had it all.
Privately, he was a mess.
In his freshman year of college, Edward Nashton developed an interest in conspiracy theories. At first it was a mere amusement to him, a fascination with the alternate theories of history: the very compelling points that the moon landing could have been faked as a means to force the Soviet Union into bankrupcy via their space program; the many enemies of President Kennedy who would have benefited from his assassination. He had a healthy interest in them (and after all, Benjamin Franklin was of the mindset that every patriotic citizen should question authority), only something he pursued on a slow afternoon when his coursework was finished with.
His healthy interest spiralled out of control when he stumbled upon something on a conspiracy message board. It was an HD picture of what seemed to be a man in an old fashioned spacesuit, not the kind worn by astronauts but more like the kinda worn by the hero in an old science fiction film. The OP claimed that it was found footage from a government lab, but most brushed it off as mere 'creepypasta'. Edward saved the image to his computer, bringing it up a few days later to show to a friend. The friend found it to be an amusing passing joke, but upon seeing it in full screen, Edward realized there was more to the image than met the eye.
He couldn't immediately place what was wrong with it; it took several hours of experimenting with filters before he realized that the image was completely devoid of any pixels. It was one flat block of recorded light, as if the image itself was a window to past events. There was no way of knowing exactly what it was or where it came from, but it was clear that this was not of this earth.
The next day, the image mysteriously disappeared from Edward's computer, the OP's account and any history of its existance having been scrubbed from the internet. Word from the site was, the user had been spreading infected files to other members, a clear violation of site policy, and had accordingly been banned. They had also advised members to run virus scans, although if they had an active running anti-virus program (which Edward did), it was likely already taken care of.
What they didn't realize was that Edward had saved the image onto a "phantom drive", an invention of his that could copy and save information without leaving any trace of its presence behind. For the next two years, it remained a secret thrill to Edward, he knew it was too dangerous to reveal the presence of, but it was enough for him to have his own evidence of life on other planets.
In his third year of college, Edward saw the image again, and not in his secret stash. It was an image on the news of a man who had intervened in the latest Qurac hostage crisis. He had shown supernatural abilities, and was quickly dubbed "Superman" by the media. The man's face was almost identical to the man in Edward's image.
Edward knew that he had to get to the bottom of this; it was a mystery that had to be solved. He knew it would take great resources, too. Eschewing his former plans to take an entry-level software design job at GothCorp, he began to compile his various ideas, the ones he had used over the years for his own personal benefit. He began to study the ways of business and economics, to the point where he was able to take on a third major.
As the years went by, Edward privately continued his research into 'the image', managing to uncover leads to its origins, being one of the first individuals on earth to discover the origins of Superman. Along the way he discovered numerous other modern secrets, the various other alien species that the government was aware of, the beginnings of "Project Fair Play". As his findings increased, so did his paranoia; it was clear that many threats to civilization lurked among it. In secret, Nashton Enterprises began looking into ways of defending humanity. Robotic soldiers, death rays, force fields...all stockpiled in preparation for the inevitable man vs. superhuman conflict.
