First time canning tomatoes tonight here on the homestead. The first picture is fermented cherry tomatoes, which intentionally use under-ripened #tomatoes to reduce alcohol production and avoid a wine-like final product. Still in the process of setting up the kitchen with all my previously loved items! 💕❤️💕 Like this SUPER useful shelving unit I got from @toddhassell (thank you sir!) and boy is it gonna make a HUGE difference in my kitchen! It’s on rollers and will now be the home for my canners!!! It’s gonna be awesome and oh so convenient!
