Listening to a tinker song by the synesthesia tinker Brown Note to calm down over my lunch break. The soothing effect is broken by a spotify add, sending me into a heretofore unexperienced slurry of rage and anxiety. Elsewhere, my father at the dockworkers' union blames himself for not being able to afford premium.

I start smoking a preroll of Blasto's tinker weed to counteract it. As I take another hit I ruminate on how the word tinker was historically considered a slur for a group I'd likely describe with a different, more 2011 slur, at least before somebody edits my train of thought half a decade later. I only finish half because I have to get back to class soon, but the cannaboids designed to let the high end are all in the back half.

Saw this huge ass wolf spider when I went outside to smoke up. I had seen a post where a spider steals from someone’s stash bc they have cannaboid receptors. When I went to chill with the spider he hid, but then I blew a lil his way and he came right back out. He knew what was up. Man’s was FIENDING. Kept blowing on him and he kept getting closer. I gave him a little parting gift in his web. Little guy will NOT know what hit him

Update~

So I was hospitalized twice a few weeks ago. I had uncontrollable vomiting and severe abdominal pain. I couldn’t keep anything down including water and was severely dehydrated. Turns out I had Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS). It is rare and occurs in daily long term users of marijuana. With CHS, if I go back to using marijuana it will bring back my symptoms. During my episode I lost 28lbs. During my recovery I could only eat soup, crackers, bread and applesauce. It is very rare and just now being more focused on study wise. I didn’t realize before that I had this a few times actually. Every time I was off thc I couldn’t eat or felt nauseous, and soon after just got back on THC. However this sort of thing occurred every time I was off THC. So, with that being said I’ve been a few weeks off THC completely. My appetite has gone back to normal as well as my sleep schedule. This experience has really opened my eyes and made me appreciate the little things. I had read a few articles of people who had dealt with or were related to someone who had CHS. In one case I saw, a 20 y/o male ended up dying from extreme dehydration from it. They never told me about this getting my medical card. However, I wanted to put my experience out there and shed more light on possible complications with THC/ Marijuana/ CBD.
