CARDIO CALORIES‼ - What’s your favorite form of cardio? I don’t think I have one. I dislike all forms of cardio relatively equally 😢. Ideally, you should choose a method of cardio that you enjoy the most or if you’re like me, dislike the least. - These are just rough estimates of how many calories you’ll burn in an hour of these methods of cardio. The numbers are NOT exact because there are several variables that will have in impact. The main one is intensity. Are you walking at 3 mph? 4 mph? Are you walking on an incline? Are you running at 6 mph? 9 mph? Somewhere in between? How about jump roping? How fast are you going? Is it continuous? Do you take breaks? Another important variable is your height/weight. These are strategies to 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘵. To be clear, you do 𝘯𝘰𝘵 have to do all 7 to lose weight without counting calories.
