I just noticed how that is a really bad shirt to wear with jeans for the agent lady. Also, why is she in jeans? Yes, our team dresses down, but she's dressed like a substitute teacher on Casual Friday who puts on a badge to try and get the kids to behave and not treat her poorly.
And now they're going somewhere. Probably somewhere important. I guess this is really why I couldn't be a detective. Callen didn't have a problem with focus on cases, but I sure do.
"I'm going to announce things loudly before they make it safely in and now someone is shot in the ass!" What a day you're having!
Oh no! Good thing there was a fire extinguisher there. Though, I'm pretty sure Sam can walk through fire. I thought that was canon. It IS, right?
"I will light myself on fire!" She had such strong convictions. They sure did talk her down very quickly. Like, ridiculously quickly. And. That was that.
I feel like Deeks has definitely made his own calendar. No fireman job having required. Kensi has a Months of Magic Marty calendar somewhere.
Now Deeks gets to be cozy! Kensi told him to go! Because she is smart and knows it's an opportunity!
Well Rountree gets to go. So good for him. He's had a weird day.
There is hugging and tears, and I'm like, "Who cares?" Oh, they get to see each other, and we're supposed to be like, "Aww!" More like, "WTH?"
Sam coming in at JUST the right time. And being a total dad. "Oh ho ho, look who's still here. Hehehe."
"Son, you need to call her." "Enjoy the ride." "Call that woman!" Sam the Dad Hanna! Haha. I love him. I LOVE HIM.

APRIL 18, 2024 Waving at the Window Rebekah L. Callen (Texas, USA)
(Image: Pixabay) Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. - Revelation 3:20 (NIV)
I always had the duty of dropping our kids off at daycare, which is more emotionally difficult than my husband’s duty of picking them up. My children didn’t like being left, and many mornings were filled with tears. It also didn’t help that our daycare was across town from where I worked, so I was inevitably always in a rush.
One morning, I was hurrying out of the daycare to my car, when something caught my eye. In a window facing the parking lot stood my two-year-old son waving excitedly at me. It was a sweet gesture and just what I needed. I told everyone at work how sweet my son was.
The next morning, when dropping my son off, I mentioned to the teacher how my son had made me smile the day before. She kindly told me that he does that every morning and had been doing so for months. My heart sank.

Waving at the Window
Rebekah L. Callen (Texas, USA)
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock." - Revelation 3:20 (NIV)
"I always had the duty of dropping our kids off at daycare, which is more emotionally difficult than my husband’s duty of picking them up.
I never missed his wave after that.
This experience made me wonder how many times I have missed signs of God’s love because I was too rushed to notice. Praise the Lord, we are loved by a God who is patient and whose love never ends." We unintentionally miss signs of connection and love from others. We are moving fast and getting on with our day and; your loved one may be waving at you to show their love. " Stop to smell the roses" and be engaged in your life.
TODAY'S PRAYER
"Dear God, forgive us when we don’t notice all the ways you love us. Thank you for patiently waiting on us and for loving us unconditionally." Amen. (never missed his wave after that.)
Revelation 3:14-21
"'14 “Write this to the angel of the church in Laodicea: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your works. You are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot. 16 So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I’m about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 After all, you say, ‘I’m rich, and I’ve grown wealthy, and I don’t need a thing.’ You don’t realize that you are miserable, pathetic, poor, blind, and naked. 18 My advice is that you buy gold from me that has been purified by fire so that you may be rich, and white clothing to wear so that your nakedness won’t be shamefully exposed, and ointment to put on your eyes so that you may see. 19 I correct and discipline those whom I love. So be earnest and change your hearts and lives. 20 Look! I’m standing at the door and knocking. If any hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to be with them, and will have dinner with them, and they will have dinner with me. 21 As for those who emerge victorious, I will allow them to sit with me on my throne, just as I emerged victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne."' He is knocking, answer Him and let Him into your life to make things right and better. You will have everything that you need or would want. Bless you! Joe

I love Ruby's cousins so damn much. They're young adults now and will be joining us in University. Maybe not directly, but they'll be there!
I've talked about them in videos but not too much here. Laurie and Callen are twins, the children of Angela and her weird pilot man. They were born in StrangerVille and grew up there though they spent plenty of time visiting Evergreen Harbor.
Laurie in particular is very artsy and had a huge goth phase for most of her teenage years. She's an animal lover to the core, soft-hearted but she WILL cut you if you get on her bad side. She has a hard time being serious. She is, as she'd say, unfortunately straight, and gets angry when boys call her a prude. She isn't the best student and is worried about university. She's going to be an Art Major.
Callen, oh Callen. He was the only boy in their group for years and he took his duties as the "man" a little too seriously at times. He's starting to mellow out (kind of). He butts heads with Ruby and Laurie a lot, but they're his family and he'd do anything for them. Callen is an overachieving teacher's pet at heart who likes yoga and is discovering that maybe he isn't just a man. Maybe, maybe he's something in between. He's going to be a Physics Major.

ok so i went to check if this was still there and yes it is!
and there's more! did you know Bart has a boy name? (actual info on his true gender not disclosed. experts still trying to crack the bart gender case 30 years later. current theories point towards bart being a "boy's")
he's also dating Eduardo Dorado Jr; Valerie Perez (die flash:fma die!) and JESSICA?? all this while having a crush on carol
and he got the art teacher pregnant 😱😱😱
and lets not forget his sister and cousin! Jessie and Max!!
and i cant fucking find it anymore but there was one saying bart was barry's son, was named bart west-allen and had another twin sister callen nora west-allen
Ngl it would be hilarious if DC editors and writers just... assumed... Bart was lgbt due to poor research technique because one of the first thing Google says when you look him up is that he's gay. A smart researcher would follow up and dig more, but we've established that the editors and writers aren't that smart or thorough.
#im filled with so many thoughts now#someone fucking kill dan didio already#i feel like this is his fault#and so much bart simpson#bart allen

Inspector Warren Jacobi (Tyrees Allen) – Lindsay's loyal partner. He was up for the lieutenant position that went to Tom, but has not expressed much disappointment that he didn't get the job, seeming to prefer field work to the politics of the higher position. He also seems to prefer the finer things in life, having an affinity for wine, 30-year-old whiskey, and opera. He is thrice-divorced and has a child from one of those marriages.
Lieutenant Tom Hogan (Rob Estes) – Lindsay's ex-husband, who in the first episode was promoted to lieutenant and assigned as her boss. He is engaged in the pilot and has remarried by "To Drag and to Hold," but he still worries that Lindsay's obsession with her work will consume her. Tom was played by Christopher Wiehl in the unaired pilot.
Deputy District Attorney Denise Kwon (Linda Park) - Jill's immediate superior at the DA's office, she clashes with her over her "bleeding heart" style. She is also antagonistic towards Jill due to her past romantic history with Hanson North. When the show returned after the writers' strike, the first episode credits no longer showed her name. But by the second episode, she was back in the credits as a series regular.
Recurring cast[edit]
Luke Bowen (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) – Jill's ex-boyfriend. He is an ER doctor at the fictional Mission Cross North. Jill and Luke have recently broken up after he finds that she had slept with Hanson.
Hanson North (Kyle Secor) – Defense attorney who has a romantic history with Jill and is currently seeing her boss, Denise Kwon.
Ed Washburn (Jonathan Adams) – Claire's husband. Currently uses a wheelchair full-time after being shot while serving as a police officer.
Heather Hogan née Donnelly (Ever Carradine) – Tom's new wife. She is a kindergarten teacher who is eco-friendly, planning a green wedding.
Pete Raynor (Joel Gretsch) – Lindsay's love interest in season 1, who is in town for only two weeks.

Danielle Moné Truitt as Sergeant Ayanna Bell, squad supervisor of the OCCB task force and Stabler's current direct superior and partner.
Ainsley Seiger as Detective 2nd Grade Jet Slootmaekers, a former independent hacker who is recruited to the OCCB task force on Stabler's recommendation. She was requalified as an NYPD officer to work with the OCCB task force. In season 3 episode 16 ("Chinatown"), she is promoted from Detective 3rd Grade to Detective 2nd Grade.
Tamara Taylor as Prof. Angela Wheatley (seasons 1–2), a former math professor at Columbia University, ex-wife of Richard Wheatley, and a suspect in the hit ordered on Kathy Stabler. She committed suicide and presumably murdered Richard at the same time after discovering that Richard was responsible for her son Richie's murder.
Dylan McDermott as Richard Wheatley (seasons 1–2), son of notorious mobster Manfredi Sinatra, now a businessman and owner of an online pharmaceutical company who leads a second life as a crime boss, and was a suspect in the murder of Stabler's wife. He was presumed murdered by Angela after she discovered that Wheatley murdered their son Richie.
Nona Parker Johnson as Detective 3rd Grade Carmen "Nova" Riley (season 2, recurring season 2), an undercover narcotics detective working under Brewster's command to infiltrate the Marcy Killers. She retires from the NYPD and leaves New York after the murder of the gang's leader Preston Webb.
Brent Antonello as Detective 2nd Grade Jamie Whelan (season 3), a detective with the OCCB. In the season 3 finale, he is shot and paralyzed by Kyle Wilkie and later dies in the hospital.
Rick Gonzalez as Detective 2nd Grade Bobby Reyes (season 3–present), an undercover detective with the OCCB.
Chicago pd
Jason Beghe as Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight, the enigmatic and often mercurial chief of the Chicago P.D.'s Intelligence Unit. Despite his brutal, tough exterior, he is loyal to the cops and detectives serving under him and highly "dedicated" to the victims of the crimes his unit investigates to the point of committing human rights violations, mainly torture, and not respecting the law. He is first introduced in Chicago Fire as a dirty cop who clashes with CFD Lieutenant Matthew Casey after Voight's son, Justin, causes an accident in which a teenager is paralyzed, and Casey, who was first on scene, had intended to testify that Justin was DUI. He is arrested by Det. Antonio Dawson for trying to have Casey silenced by force but is later released from prison and reinstated to the police force by Internal Affairs. As a result, many of Casey's colleagues dislike him, and Casey's superior Chief Boden has a love-hate working relationship with him. It is eventually revealed in the Chicago Fire episode "Let Her Go" that his dirty cop alter ego was part of an undercover operation to catch criminals and other dirty cops. Prior to taking command of Intelligence, Voight worked in the Gang Unit. His father Richard was a former CPD officer who was killed in the line of duty. Voight is a widower; his wife, Camille, died of cancer some years prior. His son, Justin, served in the Army and was killed in the last episode of season 3 while trying to help a friend. Voight took an interest in Erin Lindsay at 14 and raised her as his daughter.
Jon Seda as Senior Detective Antonio Dawson (seasons 1–6), an Intelligence Unit detective who previously arrested Voight for harassment and has since worked alongside him. Unlike Voight, he has limits on how far he will go to get criminals off the streets, as shown by the fact that he asks Halstead to stop Voight from killing anyone while on the hunt for Pulpo because he does not want it on his conscience. He and his ex-wife Laura have two children: Diego and Eva. He is the older brother of Chicago Fire character Gabriela "Gabby" Dawson. In season 4, he is offered a job at the State's Attorney's Office as Lead Investigator, which he accepts. After becoming disillusioned with the job, he returns to the unit in the first episode of season 5. In season 6, Antonio struggles with recovering from a shoulder injury and dependency on the oxycodone he is taking for the pain. After a dealer he owes kidnaps, beats, and rapes his daughter, Antonio, high on oxy, kills him in revenge. Though Voight and Ruzek manage to cover up the incident as self-defense, and Antonio successfully recovers in rehab, mayor-hopeful Superintendent Brian Kelton later gets the case reopened in order to take down the Intelligence Unit, and in the season finale, Antonio relapses after Ruzek is arrested after taking the blame for everything to protect him. In the season 7 premiere, it is revealed that Voight found Antonio and checked him into an off-the-books rehab clinic to get him clean again while also protecting his career. It was revealed several episodes later that Antonio resigned and moved to Puerto Rico to spend more time with his family.
Sophia Bush as Detective Erin Lindsay (seasons 1–4),[7] a tough Intelligence Unit detective and former CI whom Voight took under his wing when she was a juvenile delinquent. Because of this, she is closer to Voight than the other members of the unit. She has a half-brother, Teddy Courtney, who was taken by a pedophile ring at age thirteen and was found turning tricks in New York City 10 years later. She was in a relationship with her partner Jay Halstead from seasons 2 to 4. Near the end of the fourth season, Lindsay is accused of assault after she sticks her gun down a pedophile's throat in the interrogation room; facing possible dismissal from the police force, she accepts a job offer at the FBI in New York and leaves Chicago.
Jesse Lee Soffer as Senior Detective Jay Halstead (seasons 1–10), an Intelligence Unit detective who was Detective Lindsay's partner. A former Army Ranger, he is confident in his abilities and sometimes comes across as cocky. He also suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, shown progressively during Season 5, later seeking therapy for it. He is the older brother of Chicago Med character Dr. Will Halstead. He was in a relationship with his partner Erin Lindsay from season 2 until she transferred to the FBI in New York at the end of season 4. He later marries fellow detective Hailey Upton in season 9. Following Olinsky's death and Antonio's resignation, Halstead becomes Voight's right-hand. He later resigns from the force early in season 10 after becoming disillusioned with the gray area the Intelligence Unit has to work in, and returns to the Army in a new job hunting drug cartels in Bolivia.
Patrick John Flueger as Officer Adam Ruzek, a younger police officer recruited straight out of the academy by Olinsky to do undercover work. He is often portrayed as an overeager amateur who dives headfirst into a situation without thinking. His parents are separated, and he split time between his father, "Disco Bob" Ruzek (Jack Coleman), a longtime patrol officer with the 26th District who lives in Beverly, and his mother in Canaryville. He was engaged to fellow police officer Kim Burgess.
Marina Squerciati as Officer Kim Burgess, a former flight attendant turned uniformed patrol officer who was Atwater's partner. She was then partnered with Sean Roman before his departure. Burgess is shot in "Called in Dead" and spends the next episode recovering. She was engaged to Adam Ruzek; the relationship is later broken off because of commitment issues. She later develops feelings for Roman before he moves to San Diego. In season 4, she is offered a job in Intelligence, which she accepts.
LaRoyce Hawkins as Officer Kevin Atwater, a uniformed patrol officer who was Burgess' former partner until he was promoted to the Intelligence Unit. He is responsible for caring for his younger siblings, his brother, Jordan, and sister, Vanessa. After his brother testifies to a grand jury about a crime he witnessed, and Vanessa is threatened with rape for her brother being a snitch, he sends them to live with their aunt in Texas.
Archie Kao as Detective Sheldon Jin (season 1), a tech and surveillance expert. He was discovered to be a reluctant mole working for Internal Affairs sergeant Edwin Stillwell, who had leverage to make him cooperate. He is found murdered in the first-season finale episode, "A Beautiful Friendship".
Elias Koteas as Senior Detective Alvin Olinsky (seasons 1–5), a veteran undercover officer and a friend of Voight who previously worked with him in the Gang Unit. Before joining the force, Olinsky served in the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team stationed in Vicenza, Italy. Olinsky mentions in "Called in Dead" that he has eight confirmed kills in the line of duty. At the end of the fifth season, Olinsky is arrested for the murder of Kevin Bingham, the man who murdered Voight's son, Justin, and is later stabbed to death via a hit in prison while awaiting trial.
Amy Morton as Sergeant Trudy Platt (season 2–present; recurring season 1), a sarcastic desk sergeant of District 21, and the immediate superior of the district's patrol officers. Before taking a desk job, she was a uniformed patrol officer, and worked with Dawson. She passed the detective's exam twice. Platt is married to Chicago Fire character Randy "Mouch" McHolland.
Brian Geraghty as Officer Sean Roman (seasons 2–3; guest season 7[8]), a brash patrol officer who partners with Burgess after transferring to the 2-1 from District 31. He transferred out because of his relationship with Jenn Cassidy (Spencer Grammer), who is now a K-9 officer, to avoid breaking fraternization rules. He has his own private security company on the side. After being wounded in the line of duty, and with the department feeling he would be unable to return to patrol, he resigns and decides to join the San Diego Police Department.
Tracy Spiridakos as Detective Hailey Upton Halstead (season 5–present; recurring season 4), a tough former robbery-homicide detective and Erin Lindsay's replacement following her departure to New York. Upton gets transferred to the FBI field office in New York City in season 7 episode 18, "Lines", to temporarily fill in for an agent undercover. She has great relationships with her CIs and goes to many lengths to protect them. Despite a dark turn in Season 7, she is mostly a "by the book" detective. She is married to former Detective Jay Halstead.
Lisseth Chavez as Officer Vanessa Rojas (season 7), a rookie and Antonio Dawson's replacement following his resignation. She previously worked in an undercover operations unit.
Benjamin Levy Aguilar as Officer Dante Torres (season 10; guest season 9[9]), a recruit who had a complicated past and was recruited under Detective Halstead's wing.Recurring[edit]
Samuel Caleb Hunt as Greg "Mouse" Gerwitz (seasons 1–4), the tech and surveillance expert for the Intelligence Unit who replaces Detective Jin. He had served in the same Army unit as Halstead. After he persuades Voight to get a felony expunged, he resigns from Intelligence to reenlist in the Army.
Stella Maeve as Nadia Decotis (seasons 1–2), an 18-year-old former escort and addict whom Lindsay tries and succeeds in helping. She later becomes the Intelligence Unit's civilian administrative aide and was studying to be a police officer. She was murdered by Dr. Gregory Yates in Law & Order: SVU's 16th season, episode "Daydream Believer", the conclusion of the season's second SVU/Chicago crossover event.

The lizzie bennet diaries
Elizabeth "Lizzie" Bennet (Ashley Clements;[11] Elizabeth Bennet in the novel) is the middle Bennet sister and the narrator of most of the vlogs. She is a graduate student studying mass communications and, like her original counterpart, believes women should be highly educated and do more with their lives than simply pursue husbands. She is very close with her best friend, Charlotte Lu, who was born on the same day as she, as well as her older sister, Jane, while appearing to have a more strained relationship with her younger sister, Lydia. While it is clear that she cares for her family and friends, she can also be fairly prejudiced and quick to judge people who she perceives as condescending or a threat to her way of life, such as Darcy and, at first, Bing Lee.
Charlotte Lu (Julia Cho;[12] Charlotte Lucas in the novel) is Lizzie's best friend and often the director/editor of her vlog. Charlotte wants to be a filmmaker and convinced Lizzie to start her vlog as part of a school project. While the original character of Charlotte Lucas from the books is a minor character, Lu's role in The Lizzie Bennet Diaries has been greatly expanded; she appears in many of the beginning episodes, and, according to both Lizzie and Jane, practically lives at the Bennet house. Charlotte and Lizzie have a falling out after Charlotte accepts Ricky Collins' job offer (which Lizzie originally turned down), but the two soon reconcile.
Jane Bennet (Laura Spencer[13]) is the eldest of the Bennet children, and an overworked, underpaid merchandise coordinator in the fashion world. She is incredibly polite, sweet and, according to Lizzie, "practically perfect in every way."[14] When Bing Lee moves into town, Jane is immediately smitten with him, much to the absolute joy of her mother. Jane is devastated by Bing's sudden departure. She moves to Los Angeles for both a new job and the hope of reconnecting with Bing. She later returns to her home to support her sister Lydia through her difficulties. After this is resolved, Jane is offered a new job in New York City and reconciles with Bing.
Lydia Britney Bennet (Mary Kate Wiles[15]) is the youngest Bennet child, currently attending community college. She is "feisty, energetic, and unapologetic."[16] Lizzie, somewhat less kindly, describes her as "too old to be on any reality shows about having babies in high school."[14] She has also created a series of her own videos starring herself, her cousin Mary, and her cat, Kitty.[17] On the occasion of her 21st birthday in December 2012, she and Lizzie get into a bitter argument about Lydia's perceived immaturity, and Lydia makes plans to vacation in Las Vegas for New Year's Eve, where she meets George Wickham and begins dating. Later, after being the victim of George Wickham's money-making site, she makes up with her sisters.
Bing Lee (Christopher Sean;[18] Charles Bingley in the novel) is a young, wealthy Asian-American medical student who has moved into The Netherfield House in the same neighborhood as the Bennets. He quickly falls for Jane Bennet and begins to date her. Bing abruptly leaves Netherfield and Jane by returning to Los Angeles, breaking Jane's heart, after Darcy suggests that Jane is only engaging in a relationship with him for his money and Caroline tells him that Jane flirted with another guy at his birthday party. However, after a run-in with Lizzie during her time at Pemberley Digital, he makes a return, having quit medical school to pursue his own passions. He and Jane move to New York together in episode 92.
Caroline Lee (Jessica Jade Andres;[19] Caroline Bingley in the novel) is Bing Lee's sister. She is aware of Lizzie's vlog diaries and appears to help Lizzie keep Bing and Darcy from discovering them during Lizzie and Jane's stay at Netherfield. She has a romantic interest in William Darcy, although her feelings aren't reciprocated. She is later revealed to have attempted to manipulate events to keep Bing and Jane apart, as well as (to a lesser extent) stymie Darcy's feelings for Lizzie. Caroline reappears in the sequel, Emma Approved, as Senator James Elton's fiancé, replacing Augusta Elton, the original wife of Philip Elton, from the novel.[20]
Ricky Collins (Maxwell Glick;[21] William Collins in the novel) is a former classmate of Lizzie and Charlotte's, who asks that he be addressed only as Mr. Collins. He has formed an alliance with venture capitalist Catherine de Bourgh, to attempt a foray into the world of web video. Mr. Collins frequently visits the Bennets while in town for a few weeks and, near the end of his stay, offers Lizzie a lucrative job at his company, Collins and Collins. Lizzie turns him down, so he offers the job to Charlotte, who accepts. This decision causes a brief but bitter argument between the two best friends, but they reconcile after Charlotte invites Lizzie to visit Collins & Collins (in the fictional town of Hunsford, California), where Lizzie also learns to tolerate Mr. Collins.
William Darcy (Daniel Vincent Gordh;[22] Fitzwilliam Darcy in the novel) is Bing Lee's best friend and the wealthy heir to an entertainment corporation called Pemberley Digital. He stays with Bing and Caroline at Netherfield until they all leave for Los Angeles. He first meets Lizzie at a wedding, and she overheard him telling Bing that she was "decent enough", which is when her dislike towards him starts. He is described by Lizzie as a snobby and condescending robot, and Jane has difficulty coming up with a flattering descriptor of him, beyond "tall";[23] Charlotte, however, believes that Darcy has a crush on Lizzie.[24] For a long time, second-hand characterization is all the audience has to go by, as Darcy is referred to but never seen, making his first appearance in episodes 59[25] (only from the neck down) and 60,[26] where he confirms Charlotte's suspicions by confessing his love for Lizzie.
George Wickham (Wes Aderhold[27]) is the coach of a university swim team who forms a short-lived romantic attachment with Lizzie. He claims that though he and Darcy were childhood friends, Darcy ruined his life by withholding money Darcy's father had promised, thereby ending George's hopes of a college education.[28] He leaves town for work, eventually re-entering the story after New Year's Day, where he meets and becomes romantically involved with Lydia, as chronicled in her spin-off videos. At the same time, Lizzie learns that George gambled away all the money the elder Darcy left for him, and then took advantage of Gigi Darcy, William's sister, for more. Finally, he attempts to exploit "YouTube Star Lydia Bennet" by releasing a sex tape of the two of them online.[29]
Fitz Williams (Craig Frank;[30] Col. Fitzwilliam in the novel) is Darcy's friend and colleague. Lizzie meets him while dining with Catherine de Bourgh, Darcy's aunt and Charlotte's boss. He has a boyfriend, Brandon, whose name was officially confirmed on Fitz's Twitter, and is particularly good at making care-packages.
Georgiana "Gigi" Darcy (Allison Paige;[31] Georgiana Darcy in the novel) is William Darcy's younger sister and a graphic designer at Pemberley Digital. Her first appearance in The Lizzie Bennet Diaries was Episode 77. She is aware of the video diaries, and claims to like them. She and George Wickham were romantically involved, but this ended when William proved that George was taking advantage of her for the money. Twitter posts between Gigi and Fitz suggest that she actively tries to push Lizzie and Darcy together. She is also instrumental in helping to end George's money-making plot: though the website itself did not list his name and George had stopped returning calls, he answers Gigi when she calls him, allowing Fitz and Darcy to track him down. Thereafter Darcy bought out the company which owned the rights to the sex tape, preventing it from ever being released.
Mrs. Bennet is Lizzie's mother. She appears to be a traditional Southern woman, eager to see her daughters married and interested in little else besides neighborhood gossip. She is almost always impersonated by Lizzie.
Mr. Bennet is Lizzie's father. He appears more calm and levelheaded than his wife, though one of his favorite activities, according to Lizzie, is winding her up.[32] He has a special fondness for bonsai trees and prepares a train extravaganza every Christmas. He is often impersonated by Charlotte and Lydia.
Catherine de Bourgh (Lady Catherine de Bourgh in the novel) is Darcy's aunt and an extremely wealthy venture capitalist who is the primary investor in Collins & Collins, the new media firm run by Mr. Collins, where Charlotte accepts a job offer after Lizzie rejected it. Catherine is very attached to her sickly dog who she calls Annie Kins. She is quick with her opinions and judgements. Charlotte said that Catherine is "on Team Caroline," meaning that she wants her nephew to be with Caroline. She is impersonated by Lizzie, and Ashley Clements says her impression is a combination of Julia Child, Miranda Priestly and Dolores Umbridge.[33]
Mary Bennet (Briana Cuoco[34]) is Lydia, Jane, and Lizzie's cousin who has appeared sporadically in Lydia's vlogs and once in Lizzie's. She becomes better friends and occasional tutor with Lydia while Lydia is staying at her house despite their opposing personalities. She is often the "forgotten" character and her Twitter reads, "I am Mary, never forgotten." Mary also has a boyfriend by the name of Eddie (a subtle nod to the character of Edmund Bertram from Austen's Mansfield Park.)[35] In the novel, she is actually one of the five Bennet sisters, being the middle sister between Elizabeth and Kitty.
Kitty Bennet (Rosie of House Wiles) is Lydia's cat who appears in Lydia's vlogs. In the novel, she is actually one of the five Bennet sisters, being the second youngest after Lydia.

ODDITY Masterpost
A story about how 5 friends went out on a little ghost hunting excursion.
The main gang! Maggie is the protagonist but they all have their own POV in the game. She is more sensitive to supernatural presence since she's a spiritual medium. Jeremy is the scaredy cat, Michael is the abnormally optimistic one (to the point of being delusional), Collin is the cranky but sensible one. Ivana.... She's just there to wreak havoc and be cute mostly!
They snuck in school due to ghost rumors and curiosity, and fucked around and found out.
Protagonists of the 2nd game: Miss Kimberly & Callen
Miss K is the main gang's literature teacher and a witch in search of mysterious powers. Callen is Maggie's dead brother/sister who aids Miss K in her search due to unfulfilled promises (tbh she just wants to pew pew handsome guys with water)
Protagonists of the 3rd game: Nao & his merry band of dead kiddos!
The red one is Naim who lives in and dies under an evergreen tree. Joas, the only sorta sensible one who has woosh woosh fire power. Callen (again!) the boygirlboss who likes to drench handsome guys with water; and lastly, May and Juno who died and then forgot all about their living experiences.
Finally, let's get on to the side casts
Edward, the music teacher who died having his aspirations unfulfilled, and Mark, his previous problem student who went on to become the principal of the same school.
Ian, Ivana's 2nd elder brother who was Joas' bestie up until he died.
(mukanya kalem tapi kelakuannya hehe)
Alvaro, Clyde, and Ren, who usually got dragged by (or be the one dragging) Ivana's mess. Ren is more mature & mild-mannered than the other two, so he is usually the one covering for them to the principal so they all don't get caught!
(oyea in game 1 chapter 3 Varo & Clyde got horror-isekaid with Ivana, and in game 2 they tailed Miss K to the wilderness out of curiosity...)
Game 2's supporting casts! C, Ren's shady elder brother who followed Ivana's gang out of worry. He contacted Ray, the forest ranger (and Ivana's brother, but he didn't know about that), just out of concern to the kids.
Noa, the hospitalized boy who became good friends with the ghosts due to loneliness & illness. Nia, Nao's younger sister, and Miss K's witching student who still can't summon her broom on command. Yori, the meek-looking farm girl who are in the same class as Michael and co, who ended up paddling a huge raft on her own in the pouring rain, hauling Miss K & her entourage back to safety after a disaster.
(Nao also became infatuated with her after seeing this feat in person)
Viola, or as previously known as Keiko. Nao & Nia's eldest sister who ran away from home. A quiet woman who is not all there in the head. After one of their other siblings tattled on where Nia & Nao went, she went on her own to find them both and ended up helping Yori.
Zero, another one of Ivana's gang who initially wanted to tag along in tailing Miss K, but got ditched due to doxing off and arriving late. He then tattled on them to Mr. Principal & Coco, Clyde's younger sister.
Mios, the god that Miss K tried to evoke power from, and Sortez, a ghost of ancient civilization, and Naim's caretaker. In the end, it turned out that Sortez was trying to use Miss K's power to end her own life and reawaken the sleeping goddess, bringing destruction to their entire island.
It's unknown what happened to Sortez afterwards, but she sure is gone...
Miscellaneous kids who didn't have much screen time in the main story lol. I'll think of a side story for them someday...
Charles & Charta, the twin millionaire whose mafia dad got killed when they were young & on their way to plotting a revenge. Jihye, a girl whose pretty face and melodious voice puts her on the path of being an opera singer, and a target of many jealousies.
Though in the main story, their job is mainly scaring Jeremy & pestering Maggie & Collin.

REVIEW
On The Down Low by Renae Black
This book reminded me of Mils and Boon stories that I read decades ago – the ones that took place in the Australian Outback made a huge impression and this book took me back to some of those wonderful stories. Ms. Black has a way with words that paints a picture of the landscape and people that have chosen this barren but beautiful place to live and someday, I hope to visit.
The story was well written, the plot well planned, the characters well fleshed out, and the story believable – and predictable but in being predictable it was also comfortable. Hallie was likable, a good teacher, invested in her job, friendly, had a backstory that impacted her choices, and finally seemed to come into her own. Ryan was quiet, observant, a skilled helicopter pilot, lost his parents early, hard worker, and a good friend. The trouble that Hallie and Ryan had getting together were primarily based on assumptions made and the reaction of not talking rather than openly communicating to clear the air. And, though frustrating for them, and for me, many times communication is not as easy as we might want it to be.
The people on the station were supportive, open, giving, worked as a team, and there for one another. The heir apparent, Jackson, seemed entitled and selfish at times but might have been immature and under pressure from his father – he would be a good person for another book if the author decided to make this into a series. Another person that would do well in a book of her own – or with Jackson – is Ryan’s friend, Paige.
The story was filled with challenges that Hallie had to face were both personal and professional. I liked her. I was glad that Ryan came through for Hallie and himself by the end of the story.
I think that what I liked most about this book was feeling as if I were on the cattle station with Hallie and learning right along with her as she settled in. I see that this author has potential and believe her story telling will only improve over time.
Thank you to NetGalley and Escape Publishing for the ARC – this is my honest review.
3-4 Stars
BLURB
'Warm-hearted and authentic ... this debut will take you to the heart of the outback.' - bestselling Australian author Alissa Callen It's hard to hide love in the outback ... Hallie Harris has gone as far away as possible to escape the city and the humiliating revelations of her last relationship. Love is the last thing on her mind when she arrives at Karilga, a remote cattle station in outback Queensland, to take on the post of teacher to eight lively children. That is, until she locks eyes on aerial mustering pilot Ryan Walker. But how could a highly skilled pilot who lives and breathes the land ever fall for this hot-mess city girl? Quiet and reserved, Ryan's used to chasing down wayward cattle and flying his helicopter in the dangerous dead man's zone. But when it comes to the beautiful girl from the city, he's out of his element. When country larrikin and Ryan's best mate, Jackson, pursues the new teacher first, Ryan buries his head ... and his feelings ... in the red dirt. What's the point when Jackson always gets the girl? But the spark between Hallie and Ryan can't be ignored. In the small tightknit community of Karilga Station, can they keep their feelings on the down low? Or will everything the outback has to throw at them destroy any chance of building a home together?

"Did you play Cowboys and Indians as a kid?" Sam asked. He and Callen just dropped off the Admiral at LAX before their trip to Deeks’s bar. Deeks was test-driving a pinball machine in the back and while he'd deny it to the end, a roll of quarters and pinball made Sam Hanna very happy.
"Not really," Callen answered. "Usually wasn't placed with other kids my age. I was either much younger than the other kids and later much older. I think twice I was with a kid my age and both times they were girls. What about you?"
"The Colonel was not a fan of unorganized free time."
"Oh, so you were in daily training to be a mathlete."
"Junior Math Olympian and yes, I met with a few other kids and our math teacher once a week after school to work on our skills. I also played CYO and PAL baseball, ran CYO track, boxed and did karate with the PAL."
"You were in the three letter agencies even back then?"
"CYO – Catholic Youth Organization, PAL – Police Athletic League. Lots of organizations in Brooklyn worked hard to keep working people's kids out of trouble."
"Not the same level of organization out here. Or at least I didn't have access to it."
"So what did you do instead of being Cowboy Callen?"
"Cowboy Callen," Callen chuckled. "Whatever the foster parents or foster home was into. One woman was into painting and drawing so I tried that."
"You can barely write your name on a straight line."
"All true and I can't draw or paint. Her husband was into woodworking though, and that was fun to do. I read a lot, did do track in the different schools I was in so if the foster parents or some of the foster kids were into running, I'd do that too."
"You hate to run."
"As an adult. I have a car now. I can go places with it. As a kid, it got me out of the house, out of my head, just outside."
"Well, if you want to embrace your inner cowboy, Kam's class spent a week at some ranch near Fresno. Horseback riding, fly fishing, a night in a big trail tent building their own fire."
"Thanks but no thanks. We've had our fun on horses in Afghanistan, Russia and Mexico over the last few years. Tonight, I'm good bellying up at the bar and having some whiskey."
"Yee-haw," Sam said as he pulled up by The Squid and Dagger.

NCIS: LOS ANGELES: “Of Value” – Teaser/Act One
I’m just giving everyone a head’s up – my beloved New York Football Giants won this afternoon and my beloved New York Yankees won tonight. I may be in a forgiving mood for any missteps by my friends at OSP.
A young guy skateboarding down his suburban street with a friend filming. A delivery service robot comes down the street. The two young men go to knock it around a little when an older neighbor tells them to knock it off. Out of nowhere, a black van runs over the robot, nearly killing the young men and the neighbors.
Anna is thrilled she and Callen are living near a great coffee shop. Anna is up for a position with an environmental firm. Callen stops in his tracks as they pass a neighbor trimming his roses. He has a flashback to Jere Burns.
Kensi had a parent-teacher meeting. Rosa is doing well. She needs a math tutor. Deeks thinks they are shirking their parental responsibility for not being the tutor. Kensi is going to order a calculus textbook and Deeks thinks hiring tutor is good idea after all.
Arriving at the office, Callen learns Sam is out taking his Dad to a specialist. Fatima’s mom is all better and turning her full attention to what Fatima is doing wrong with her life. Like her skin cream. Callen wrangles a dinner invite out of the conversation.
Ops Sneak Peek.
Castor is playing with the Sandhagen’s kids in interrogation while Callen and Deeks question their nanny. When the home was invaded, she grabbed the kids and hid. While there are a lot of art and expensive items in the house, they only grabbed the Sandhagens. The nanny says the Sandhagens are really nice – she vacations with the family. Money isn’t an issue. She’s worried the kids lost everything that matters.

OKAY. with all that out of the way, i also finally have a chance to talk about my thoughts when it comes to the idea of norm's name being changed while he was lost in space-time.
basically, it all starts with this quote:
sometimes i'll look back on old threads of mine where norm is squicked out by the names of famous celebrities being changed to fucking phone puns, but then i remember that THAT dialogue exchange exists. theoroar uses shakespeare's phone pun name and causes norm to flip, correcting him on the name itself and how godawful shakespeare's plays were.
bearing that in mind, right?
NOT EVERYBODY'S NAME HAS BEEN A PHONE PUN THROUGHOUT HISTORY. at some point in time, that changed (by whose regime or why, we have yet to know -- if it was callum's doing, then why would he rewrite history, yknow? unless he was way more corrupt than literally anyone in the game lets on, but...) - history books must have been rewritten to support the idea that yeah, phone heads are normal. "normies" are not.
and since norm would have been big news in his era - an astronaut gone missing? like - everything went fine during take-off, but now he's somehow gone MISSING in the vastness of space?? now, That's huge. he wouldn't be as big as armstrong, obviously, but he's probably a household name in the proper communities. in later years, history teachers might reference him to their students as a passing allegory, etc.
but since society changed...they would likely change norm as well, to fit their image of what a current astronaut would look like. i wouldn't be surprised if they made a pun out of his name too. "noring g. callen" or something.
so when norm comes back, looking like a normie?? YEAH, people are fucking surprised and feel betrayed. hell, maybe its part of the reason mingus needed to do damage control / oust him from society.
i think that'd also explain his insistence on introducing himself with his full name (i.e. "sgt. norm allen" and "norman g. allen"). sure it could just be an old man thing but also like haha what if i fit it to my narrative tho...
anyway yeah. there's your infodump for the day.
( @feralreason ; you get an honorary tag as always <3 )

Where It Hurts Most, Part 3
***
“Kensi, slow down,” Callen told her, jogging slightly to keep up with her. Fatima had tracked down a single image from a security camera of the abduction and pinned down the exact location. She was now working on locating video from surrounding areas and tracking the three men who were visible in the picture.
“Deeks is missing, I’m not stopping until we find him,” she replied between gritted teeth.
“I know. We’re all worried about him-”
“Callen, my husband was just abducted, we have no idea where he is, and, Kessler is having the time of his life taunting me. I do not need platitudes or words of caution right now.”
“That’s what we all want,” he assured her. Squeezing her shoulder, he headed for the other side of the path.
She knew he was right. Sam and Rountree were currently at their home looking for any evidence, though Kensi doubted Kessler would leave any behind unless it was intentional. It made her skin crawl to think of Kessler touching their things, violating them.
Just seeing the spot where Deeks was taken made her slightly nauseous, the memory of Kessler’s message, running through her mind. She pushed it down, drawing on her anger. Deeks needed her to be strong.
It was easy to see why Kessler had chosen this particular spot to stage his attack. One side was bracketed by a small strip of condemned stores, blocking the path from view and discouraging heavy foot traffic. The other side was mostly patchy grass and side, with a rusting medal bench set in the middle It wasn’t a long stretch, but it was enough if the attack was well-planned.
It was further proof that Kessler, or someone, had been watching them for some time. He knew their routines and habits well enough to figure out where Deeks would be on a given day.
She could see the signs of a struggle in grass around the path and imagined Deeks struggling, fighting back. There were divots in the ground where sand and dirt had been kicked up. As she followed the signs, Kensi noticed a small trail of blood on the concrete and then another smear a few feet further down.
Kensi had known Deeks would be injured; there was no way he wasn’t fighting off several men at the same time. He wouldn’t go surrender without giving it his all either.
As she approached the bench, she noticed the sun glinting off something and hurried towards it.
“Callen, I found Deeks’ cell phone,” Kensi called out, quickly slipping on a glove before she picked it up. It was warm from sitting in the sun, but was undamaged, which she found more worrying than if it was destroyed. Callen jogged over, eyes narrowing as he watched her punch in Deeks’ passcode.
“You think there’s another message?” he asked. Kensi made a sardonic noise.
“It’s Kessler. Of course he left something behind. He loves taunting people.”
There was a new message, from a blocked number, with an attachment. Unlike his previous email, there was just a video without any text. Kensi turned the phone so Callen could see and pressed play, barely breathing as the video started.
It opened on Deeks surrounded by five men. He jammed his elbow into one’s face and kicked another in the knee. He spun faster than seemed possible, blocking a third man with his forearm and knocking him to the ground. As strong and fast as Deeks was, it wasn’t enough; two of his attackers approached him from the front and back. Kensi gasped when the man behind him punched him in the temple, making Deeks stumble.
The video caught off abruptly, the screen turning black. Once again, Kensi’s hands were trembling as they clutched at Deeks’ phone.
“Kens, you alright?” Callen asked quietly. She licked her lips and breathed in and out twice before she answered.
“Yeah.” She swallowed her fear down and nodded sharply. “I’m going to send this to Fatima. It might help her track down on of these guys.”
Callen looked like he wanted to say something else, but seemed to reconsider.
“Alright, I’ll keep searching for any other clues.”
***
Deeks grimaced as he twisted his wrist, trying to loosen the strap binding him to the chair. He’d been at it since Kessler left him alone at least a couple hours ago. His skin was already rubbed raw from the constant straining, but he ignored the pain, focused on getting free.
The memories of being in a similar position were getting harder to ignore with every minute that passed. Kessler’s ominous promise was also in the back of his mind.
“Getting antsy, Marty?” Deeks stilled immediately, pausing before he slowly lifted his head. When he did, he shook his his hair out of his eyes, and regarded Kessler expressionlessly.
“Well, I did have dinner plans today so…”. Deeks shrugged as much as he could.
“You’re good at bluffing and talking yourself out of situations,” Kessler said, moving closer. “I guess that’s how you lasted so long, but I think that’s about to come to an end.”
“Mm, that’s what my high school debate teacher thought too,” Deeks replied. “Guess which one of us resigned at the end of the year?”
Instead of replying, Kessler softly chuckled and came to stand behind Deeks again. The sound of something scraping on the floor made Deeks’ hair stand on end, but he forced himself not turn to look.
“I’ve been planning this day for months,” Kessler shared conversationally. “I wanted each detail to be perfect.”
“I’m honored.”
“You should be.” Dragging an innocuous box into Deeks’ line of sight, Kessler opened it. “It’s very difficult to find one of these,” he added, turning with a metal object in his hands.
Deeks’ stomach clenched, his mouth turning dry as sweat immediately beaded up on his forehead. If it was the same device Sidorov had used to hold his mouth open. Even thinking about it made his jaw ache with remembered pain.
“I thought this might shut you up,” Kessler commented. He turned it a few times and Deeks followed the movement unconsciously. “That was easier than I expected. Kensi will be disappointed.”
“I was just waiting to see if you had something more original,” Deeks said, his voice coming out slightly hoarse. He managed to conceal the trembling though. He wouldn’t give Kessler that.
“Don’t worry, I have a lot of plans for you, Detective.” He slid the torture device open, chuckling when Deeks couldn’t conceal a shudder. “But first, let’s do something about that pretty face of yours.”

Don't Be Afraid to Fall
@flashfictionfridayofficial I'm totally a Luke when it comes to the real-life version of this ride.
“Someday I’m going to ride that thing,” said Xander, looking up at Take the Plunge.
“If you want to, why don’t you ride it?” said Luke. “I don’t think there’s an age limit.”
“There’s an age limit that you have to have an adult. And none of the adults in my family will go with me.”
Mia wasn’t part of the conversation. She was in line for the roller coaster behind Xander and Luke. She could probably insert herself into the conversation, but she always had trouble figuring out things to say to Xander that wouldn’t be too obvious about just wanting to talk to Xander because she had a crush on him.
“So this is the perfect time to do it. Ask one of the teachers to go with you.”
“Would any of them want to? Maybe they’re all scared of it like my family. And would they be allowed to? That would basically be making them responsible for us.”
“Uh, what? They’re already responsible for us. I’m pretty sure that’s what the permission slips say. And that they won’t sue the school if something happens to us.”
“I don’t know. I’ll look stupid if they say no.”
That one was a surprise to Mia. She would never have thought Xander would worry about looking stupid.
Luke grinned innocently at him. “If you ask, you could get to get strapped into a thing with Ms. Callan.”
That one was not a surprise. From the way they goofed off in her classes, Mia was pretty sure half the guys in her class had crushes on Ms. Callan.
Xander raised his eyebrows at Luke. “Okay,” he said, setting his chin. “I’ll ask Ms. Callan. But if she says no, that’s it.”
When Mia looked at Arya, she was laughing. “Ms. Callan?” she mouthed at Mia, and gave her an expression that clearly said she thought it was pretty unlikely.
Mia didn’t think so. Ms. Callan had only been at the school for two years, and this was her first teaching job. Mia could see her on Take the Plunge. And given the time she’d shut the classroom door and told them to pretend she’d yelled at them for being too loud instead of actually yelling at them, she was probably enough of a daredevil to go on the ride without checking to see if it was okay for a teacher to go on with a student.
When they got off the roller coaster, Xander was on his phone, texting Mrs. Callan, Mia assumed. She hung around until Ms. Callan showed up, was asked, and agreed without hesitating.
“Shall we go sign up?” she said, and Xander fell into step beside her. Over her shoulder she asked Luke, “Coming?”
“No! What?” said Luke, as Xander snickered.
“Well, you were standing here,” she pointed out.
“Uh… moral support,” Luke stuttered.
Mia was still grinning when Ms. Callan turned and looked straight at her. “Mia? We can take a third.”
She must look like a deer in the headlights. Mia blinked and considered saying no, but… a choice between Xander thinking she was scared and time basically alone with Xander was an easy choice.
She did sort of hope they wouldn’t be able to sign up, but after a quick conversation with the worker at the gate they were signed up for a slot in an hour.
And an hour later, Mia found herself being strapped in with Xander.
She’d assumed the adult would be in the middle, but apparently the biggest person had to go in the middle and Ms. Callen was pretty tiny, so Mia was right next to Xander. He looked at her and smiled a few times while they were being strapped in, which was nice, but probably didn’t mean anything because Ms. Callan smiled at both of them a few times too.
And then they were laying sideways in the sling, their feet off the ground, ready to be raised up to the top of the tower. The worker gave a quick explanation of how to release themselves for the drop, how to slow themselves down once they were gently swinging after the drop, and how to call down if any of them changed their mind. Then they started to rise.
Mia remembered hearing something about straight down being the scariest direction to look, so she looked straight ahead at the closest ride instead. Then over the top of the closest ride. Then over the hill the park was next to. Then out as far as the horizon.
“Oh, what a view,” she heard Ms. Callan say.
They clicked into place at the top.
Mia made the mistake of looking straight down. Quickly she stopped.
“Okay?” said Xander.
“Um.” Mia looked at him. She hadn’t expected her first conversation with just him to be hundreds of feet in the air.
“We can tell them you want to come down if you want. There’s probably time for us to do it without you.”
She decided in a flash that she would not be able to live with herself. “No, I’m good.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yeah. Let’s– just– do it, quick.”
And they dropped.
They fell all the way down toward the platform, and before Mia had time to be scared they were soaring up towards the sky again. Lazily spinning around now, they dropped again, more gently this time, and then were just swinging back and forth, back and forth.
And somehow Xander was holding her hand.
“You did it,” he said.
“We did it.”
Ms. Callan didn’t seem to hear them. She was reaching for the ring they were supposed to grab to slow down, and just missing it.
“Was it as good as you hoped?” Mia asked.
“I thought it was awesome. What did you think?”
On the next swing, Mia grabbed for the ring with her free hand. She caught it. By then she knew what to say. “I’m glad I did it.”

The great thing about timeshifting is the ability to pause.
So, this is mainly for @chicgeekgirl89 so I don’t clog her inbox too much.
The opening was basically what you would expect from a show about special ops and investigations of naval matters. Which is not something we usually get despite this being a show about that very thing.
The balance in the bullpen was definitely off, with Kensi being the only mature one, but not even in normal Kensi way...I feel like she was about to go undercover as a First Grade Teacher. Didn’t really sound like her. And by God, what kind of child are they anticipating to foster? Baby locks! Big kid toys! Discussions about Rosa who was a teen in her 20s!
Last week it seemed like they were trying to speed things up and squeeze in as much dialogue as possible. This week, sooooo many awkward pauses and the rhythm is off everywhere. Very odd for Hanlon who is more experienced at this.
G: *Walks in looking like he normally does*
Sam: MY GOD! WHY WOULD YOU EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE LOOKING LIKE THAT!
Sam seemed more worried about Callen and the triatholon than they did about the swarm in the beginning.
I’m still so confused about how Katya can do something so sophisticated on her own. Who is helping her? The thing is, she has to also know enough about Callen and his mannerisms/behaviors during non-work time to fool Anna. Or so you’d think. (Unless that was just Katya flirting with Anna, which...okay...that could get her somewhat far.)
My crack-lite theory: Janvier is somehow involved.
My full-on crack theory: The “She” mentioned in “Matroyshka” is involved after decades of waiting for revenge in Russia.
The Deep Fake would, again, be enough of a storyline in itself because it could do A LOT of damage. With G out a lot and tendency to do things off book, he’d be an easy target to grab and then no one would even realize he’s missing for a while because of phone calls to people saying he was doing this or that.
But ANYWAY.
Back to this plot. The smirk Kensi had when Kilbride sassed Deeks was odd because it looked like she was smug about his getting some comeuppance...but he did nothing wrong or merited for the Admiral’s comment. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
#WOOPS#z rambles on#this might be why it's better to liveblog and not pause then ramble#ncisla#ep: murmurations

Wolflet Kids!
Hey friends! I’ve been having feelings for my TLC gen 2 babies, so I’ve decided to remake the masterposts, and this time include pictures! That were made using picrew of course. Here’s the link if y’all wanna try it. Anyway, onto the kiddos! Wolflet up first!
MICHELLE MAHA KESLEY:
Born February 3rd, 132 T.E., Michelle, who goes by Shelly, is the first born both of Wolflet kids and any of the TLC kids. She was named for both of her grandmothers.
The wild child incarnate, she’s fiercely loyal, and incredibly dramatic. She has seemingly boundless energy, and it gets her in trouble more often than not. She loves hands-on work, and loves working with her body in general. She’s quite smart, and got her mother’s talent for sarcastic quips.
HOLLY LUNA KESLEY:
Born on August 15, 134 T.E. Wolflet’s second daughter. Her first name doesn’t have a significant meaning, but her middle name, Luna, is for the adventures of the Rampion crew on Luna and her parents’ own Lunar ancestry.
Holly is a lot quieter than her sister, but is crazy stubborn. She has a thing about being right all the time, and it has led to countless squabbles with her older sister. She’s a lot more feminine than her sister as well. Holly enjoys cooking a lot, much more than she loves the dirty, rough work of the farm. She learned to embroider when she was younger, and got so good at it that she started making money off it as a teenager.
ALIX LOGAN KESLEY:
Born on August 27th, 141 T.E. He is Wolfet’s first son, and is actually a triplet! He was the first born of the three. His first name starts with the letter A, because he was labelled “Baby A” before he was born. The middle name Logan is for Scarlet’s grandfather.
Alix is more eccentric, and introverted at the same time. As a child, he often wandered off on his own and could later be found in the fields or up a tree. He’s a dreamer, with his head in the clouds. He also longed for adventure, and decided that he wanted to be a pilot after one trip on Uncle Thorne’s ship. Much like his older sister Shelly, he can also be very sarcastic. He’s not afraid of expressing his feminine side, either, and uses he/they pronouns.
BAYLOR SCARLET KESLEY:
Born on August 27th, 141 T.E., 8 minutes after her brother Alix. Labelled “Baby B”, she got the name Baylor after she was born. Her middle name Scarlet is because she looks almost identical to her mother.
Baylor is feisty, rowdy, and very protective of her friends and family. She’s the troublemaker all the teachers dreaded having. Like her brother Alix, she’s fascinated by the world, and how it works. Aunt Cinder is her favorite aunt, because she loves watching her work in her mechanics shop. She’s a bit flighty as well, and never likes staying in the same place. She’ll change her whole wardrobe on a whim, and she often dyes her hair as an adult. She’s also a daddy’s girl, and will chatter Wolf’s ears off about anything and everything.
CALLEN TANNER KESLEY:
Born on August 27th, 141 T.E., 12 minutes after Alix and 4 minutes after Baylor. He was “Baby C” and received the name Callen as a result. His middle name, Tanner, is for his great-grandfather.
Callen is the most down-to-earth Kesley. He’s non-confrontational, and often plays peacemaker between his siblings. He’s a farm boy through and through, and adores animals and the natural world. He isn’t the same without dirt on his hands. He’s also very affectionate, and loves physical contact. He is very smart, but people don’t often think so because he’s just so unassuming.
~~~~
I hope you guys enjoy the new, revamped TLC kids! I really love this picrew, so I’m going to redo all the kids! Feel free to ask questions about them, you know how much I love asks!
Long Day
A/N: So I’ve gotten a few request and I decided to combine a few of them. Hope you guys enjoy! Chapter 10 of Meant to Be.
XXXX
She giggles when his fingers find her sides and begin to tickle her as they walk through the front door after getting back from lunch. Turning her around, Marty plants a kiss to her lips before heading off towards their bedroom to change into his workout gear.
Kensi’s in the laundry room, getting one of her sports bras off the drying rack when her phone starts to chime. “Hey, dad, how’s the trip?”
“Kensi, they took her. She just turned around for a minute.” He’s scrambling, his heart is palpitating at an uncontrollable rate. His marine demeanor thrown right out the window.
“Dad, slow down. They took who? Who did they take?”
“Chloe.”
“WHAT?!”
Marty hears her answer her phone and then a few minutes later yell in question. He runs out of the room and down the hall in nothing but his boxers. Once he reaches the laundry room, he’s met with a panicked Kensi. She’s pacing back and forth, running her fingers through her hair as she listens to the person on the other side of the phone.
“We took her to this playroom and there’s a ball pit. I was in the restroom and your mother turned away for a second and when she turned back, she couldn’t see her. Baby girl, we’ve searched everywhere.”
“Did you call the police?”
“Of course we did. They’re here right now.”
She can’t even listen to him anymore, she has to go get to her baby. Walking past her boyfriend, she tosses him the phone and quickly hurries off to put on her shoes and grab everything she needs.
“Don, hey, what’s going on?”
“Chloe’s been taken.”
His heart sinks at the words and seeing his girlfriend so worked up, he knows he has to be the strong one. He takes a deep breath and quickly grabs a pair of jeans and shirt out of the dryer. “Okay, just work with the police and we’ll be there as soon as we can.”
They’re pulling out of the driveway a few minutes later to go rescue their girl.
20 minutes later in Santa Monica
He whips the car into the parking lot of the private airfield and places the car in park. She’s so distracted by what’s going on inside her head, she doesn’t notice they’re not at LAX until she feels the car stop and looks up. “What are we doing here? WE NEED TO GET TO D.C.!”
“I know baby. Come on.” He hops out of the car and she follows before they start running towards the tarmac.
He grabs her hand and hurriedly leads her to the jet where a man whom she assumes is the pilot is waiting for them. “Mr. Deeks, we’re ready to take off.”
“Thanks, Rich. We need to leave as soon as possible.”
“Of course. Mr. Brigham said whatever you need.”
The pilot is in pre-check before take-off so Marty quickly takes out his phone and dials a number he hasn’t in awhile.
Kensi watches worriedly out of the plane window, willing it to already be in the capital city. She wants to do something but is at a loss. She turns her attention from the window to the seat across her where her love is waiting for whoever’s on the other side of the phone to pick up. “Who are you calling?”
“Someone that can help.”
XXXX
Seven hours later the couple arrives at the hotel where Kensi’s parents are staying. When they step inside the lobby, she immediately finds her parents and lets go of Marty’s hand, running over to her parents frantically. “I can’t lose her.”
Donald wraps his arms around her, trying to give her as much comfort as possible. “You’re not going to.”
She pulls out of his embrace and turns around, expecting her boyfriend to be behind her but he’s not. She scans the room for the mop of shaggy blonde hair and finally spots him at the seating area a few feet away from them and he’s not alone.
He gives the man who he hasn’t seen in a couple of month a hug and then turns towards the other man, giving him a handshake. They start to debrief him of what’s going on but before they can, he turns towards his girlfriend and sees that she’s already looking at him. He gestures for her to come over and join them.
Once she reaches the three men, the brunette locks eyes with her boyfriend, turmoil swimming in her eyes.
He wraps his arm around her shoulder, pulling her into his side. “Kens, this is my brother Callen and his partner Sam.”
She stands there in shock. She had no idea he had any family let alone a brother.
He sees the question in her eyes and gives her a sad smile. “We grew up in the same foster home. He’s gonna help us find our girl.”
“How?”
Callen has a stoic expression gracing his features. “Let’s just say we’re apart of a group of people that has an unlimited amount of resources.”
She looks to Marty and sees in his eyes that she can trust this man to get this done. “Let’s go then.”
XXXX
It’s been 45 minutes and they still haven’t heard anything. Callen and Sam have been in contact with their analyst trying to get a hold on the situation and anything that can lead them to Chloe. “Marty, we found them.”
Marty and Kensi quickly bolt up off the couch and walk over to the agent. “What? Where?”
“They’re in a house in North Potomac.”
“Who is it? Who has her?” She can’t hold back the rage in her voice for the person that’s taken her little girl.
“It’s your ex. Michael Landry.”
Marty grits his teeth, clenching his fist at the mention of the sorry excuse of a father. “I’m gonna fucking kill him.”
The couple walks over to Donald and Julia explaining what’s going on and that they found the tiny brunette that’s at the center of their world.
Callen and Sam give the family a few minutes, knowing good and well that the teacher is coming with them. “Alright, guys, we need to go."
The shaggy blonde grabs his girlfriend by the shoulders, a determination she’s never quite seen before reflecting in his eyes. “Baby, I’m gonna go with Callen. You stay here.”
She shakes her head. If he’s going, she’s going with him. “No. We stay together.”
“Baby, you gotta stay here in case something happens to me. Chloe needs you.”
“She needs both of us. I’m going.”
He knows better than to argue with her, nodding his head he leads her out the door, following Callen and Sam.
XXXX
The ride to the house is brief, but just long enough to make Kensi and Marty more nervous than before. He reaches over, grabbing her hand to comfort her just as much as he does to comfort himself.
Once they reach the house the four hop out of SUV and head over to meet the tactical team that’s standing by. Callen talks to the squad leader for a few minutes before walking back with his cell phone attached to his ear. “Alright, Marty, one of my guys is gonna patch us through Michael’s cell.”
“Michael, this is Special Agent G Callen with the CIA.”
“What can I do for you, Mr. Callen?”
“I need you to let Chloe go.”
He walks into the living room, placing his gun between the blinds to look out at the chaos that going on out front. I can’t do that. She’s my daughter and she needs to be with me.”
“I understand that but this is not the right way to go about it.”
“No, it’s the only way.”
Marty pulls out of Kensi’s hold as they watch the interaction before them, grabbing the phone out of his brother’s hand, the teacher does what he does best.…negotiates. “Hey, Michael, why don’t you let Chloe go? You can take me instead.”
Kensi’s eye go wide as the words leave her boyfriend’s lips. What the hell is he doing?
“And why would I do that?”
“Think about it, man. If you get rid of me that means Kensi and Chloe can be all yours.” Marty pauses, hoping that it’ll change the man inside’s tactics. The line goes silent for a few seconds before he gets his answer.
He takes a look at Chloe and the tears that are running down her cheeks, and then thinks about the man’s proposition.“Okay then.”
“Alright, send her out and I’ll come in.” He lets out a huff of air in relief. One step closer to ending this.
Michael cuts the zip ties from her wrist and then unexpectedly feels a strong force slam into his special area. The pain is so agonizing that he’s left in a paralysis like state moaning in pain as he watches the little girl run through the foyer and out the door.
Chloe takes off running out the front door and stops when she sees her daddy. “Baby, don’t stop, just run to mommy.”
“But daddy.”
“Go!”
Marty steps in the front door and its automatically slammed shut. Before he has a chance to turn around something is smashed into his head, sending him toppling onto the ground. Well fuck.
His eyes slowly being to open and is met with the barrel of the gun pointing at his head which tells Marty that its gonna be a long day. “So what’s the plan here?”
