Just spent the last month or so working on this. Nothing in these photos impress the scale of this thing but it’s like 10” tall it took me days just to get the base colors on. And as you can see then I went just a apeshit putting more and more color because WHEEEEEE directional lighting! Statue blank was a birthday gift but while I know where it came from not gonna share this time bc the dude was a pain in the ass to my poor husband for a solid month. Bummer bc the print was beautiful 😩

#kingdom hearts #kh #ahh this one was so hard to draw; i never know how to combine a bunch of scenes in one picture without it looking cheesy #just threw a bunch of waves and leaves and birds on top and called it a day haha. it might be a bit too busy though #the white line going up the center is supposed to be a trail left behind by the gummi ship! it connects to the ship in the bg at the top #it's kinda meant to evoke little kids dreaming of other places-> getting older and earnestly making the raft to try to reach the dream #->the gummi ship as a premonition of how they'd actually reach the dream in the future. i guess? idk how to explain #and i really wanted to have kairi's expressions be really similar but changing subtly from wonder to worry when she's older #the boys are just max enthusiasm the whole time #but yeah. something something Symbolism and hopefully it's at least kinda pretty if it doesn't make sense #i'm just super proud to have been part of this project! everyone's work is just amazing #the destiny kids give me this soft feeling of kinda lonely nostalgia. it's nice to have a book full of that #very wistful looking through it #fan art #my art #project stuff

#i neeeeed fig to go indie it’s her destiny #she promises each of them that she’ll dedicate at least one song to them and then dedicates a track to each of them individually #sklondas seething a tiny bit that she called riz the ball but he won’t stop playing it so it keeps getting stuck in her head #adaine summons mephits to help with her track #you can hear her in the background near the end yelling ‘yeah!’ and ‘fuck off!’#fabian wanted his to sound like a shanty but fig said it wouldn’t go with the vibe of the album #they eventually compromised by having the noise of waves and seagulls subtly in the background throughout #kristen actually cried the first time fig played the ballad of lucy frostblade for them #summer scaries sounds like an olivia rodrigo song #gorgug gets a sick drum solo in raging for love #time quangle opens with fire crackling and a bird cawing and a quiet clip of ayda saying ‘I love you’ before the instrumental starts #fig stuck a quiet sound clip of gilear saying ‘oh fuck’ and then a louder sound clip of her saying ‘oh fuck!’ in cursed #devils nectar is one of the slower tracks on the album #hall of mirrors is heavily inspired by the events at evil mordred and baron so you can hear a lot of influences from baronesian music in it #fig has a fucking sick as hell guitar solo and a couple of samples from just the bottomless pit in general in infaethable #Gorthalax also gets some lyrical input on it #fig manages to get a clip of riz saying ‘the ball bitch!’ to kalvaxus in freshman year to put in fury of the ball #is this too long for an album? maybe but who cares I love this #a good portion of the profits made from the album goes towards college for the party #having thoughts about fig and the cig fig’s Junior year album #autism (mads) speaks #fantasy high #fhjy #fig faeth #fantasy high junior year #dimesnion 20 #d20 fantasy high #fig and the cig figs

El being *12 hours earlier* than the Cali timeline when she arrives at Nina. Will saying ‘it’s been 9 hrs’ in the scene following his monologue in the van.

We know that at some point their timelines merged when they arrived to save her…

But we don’t know when exactly those alignments took place when they were still apart… which just makes you wonder…

#byler #something something #el’s not stupid #she heard everything at rink o mania which included mike deflecting about not calling Will #she heard Dustin say mike was being annoying about Joyce’s telemarketing job #she got her powers back roughly around the time the van scene was happening we can presume…#why would she not check on Mike and Will after finding out about the Hawkins gang?#she was literally with them last and it would make sense for her to want to know where they are/what they are doing #and since the timeline is off with el at Nina… just makes you wonder #the sad painful looks el makes during Mike’s monologue…#if she heard anything from that van scene..#whether it be mike saying it wasn’t fate/destiny and was just simple dumb luck…#if she heard Will emotionally play off deep feelings he harbors as el’s #even writing off his painting as being commissioned by her…#oh and the heart??#if she heard that and heard will encourage mike with it before telling her he loved her #no wonder she looked miserable #and left dude on read at the end instead to focus on max #both after his monologue and at the cabin 😙#this line from s2 is so insane in the context of this too…#bc if she saw them in the van and saw Will’s speech…#she also saw mike’s reaction which was blurred for us…#Joyce: he’s not doing well…#El: I know.
