A handful of breweries from the Pacific Northwest converge with others at this year's Collaboration Fest.

DENVER … Breweries from across the globe will showcase their one-of-a-kind craft masterpieces at Denver’s Sixth Annual Collaboration Fest. The world-class beer festival will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Denver Colorado Convention Center (650 15th St, Denver, CO 80202).

Colorado Brewers Guild members partner with breweries from around the world to create the brews from their wildest dreams. Each brewery has the ability to choose who they want to work with, what style of beer they want to brew and what ingredients they want to include. Established in 2014, Collaboration Fest is the headline event that will kick-off Colorado Craft Beer Week, which will take place March 16-24, 2019.

“Collaboration Fest is essentially a huge family reunion for brewers and craft beer drinkers alike,” said Steve Kurowski of the Colorado Brewers Guild. “They’re so excited to reconnect, share their stories behind their collaborations and most importantly, share their amazing beer with you.”

Collaboration Beer Fest 2019 will feature collaborations from the following breweries. Additional breweries will continue to be added. The website will be updated soon with the full list.

Calicraft Brewing Co. and @thenewparkway are ecstatic to present a truly unique beer and food pairing event to Kill Bill 2. Following the success of last year's Kill Bill Night at Sundance Kabuki Cinema, we decided it was appropriate to bring the action packed sequel to our favorite theater in the East Bay. Expect a rip roaring night of enjoying event exclusive beers and food created specifically to pair with chapters of Kill Bill 2. Think Tex Mex meets Japanese. Please arrive at 7pm for appetizers, drinks, and a conversation with the Calicraft brewers on the Mezzanine. At 7:45, we'll head into the theater, along with course #2 for chapters 6, 7, and 8 of Kill Bill: Volume 2. Between chapters 8 and 9, we'll take an intermission for course #3. Following the film, we'll enjoy the dessert course. Each course will include both phenomenal food paired with signature Calicraft brews. The tentative menu is: Mezzanine Pre-Show: Love Me Tender Baby Green Salad with Blood Oranges AND Buried Alive Fries Paired with: Red Wedding Rosé, Sparkling Ale with Zinfandel grapes Start of Movie: Buds Microwave Popcorn, spiced Tex-Mex style Paired with: Sidewinder Session Ale, jalapeño and lemon infused Kolsch ale Intermission: 5 Point Exploding Heart Rice Bowl Paired with: ONE EYE-P-A, unfiltered IPA with El Dorado and Amarillo hops Post-Film Dessert: Margarita Flan Paired with: All is Right in the Jungle sparkling ale, made with star thistle honey Don't miss this once in a lifetime event!
