These Creme-de-menthe Chocolate Cake Balls are a tasty treat for any event. They are too good to resist because they have chocolate cake, creme de menthe liqueur, and a rich chocolate coating.

Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup creme de menthe liqueur. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup green candy melts for decoration. 1/4 cup white candy melts for decoration.

Instructions: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions. Once baked and cooled, crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl. Add creme de menthe liqueur to the crumbled cake and mix well until it becomes a moist dough-like consistency. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cake mixture and mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, butter, and heavy cream. Mix until it forms a smooth icing. Roll the cake mixture into small balls and dip them into the icing mixture to coat evenly. Place them on a parchment-lined tray. Melt green candy melts and white candy melts separately according to package instructions. Drizzle the melted green candy melts over the cake balls for decoration. Use a fork to create a design. Drizzle melted white candy melts over the cake balls as well for an extra decorative touch. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. Jessie's Fireball Whiskey Cakeballs:

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey

- 2 tablespoons honey

- Additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and chopped pecans.

2. Add Fireball whiskey and honey to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.

4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat evenly.

5. Place the coated balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
