It *also* leads to transandrophobia and transmisogyny. It doesn’t just target trans people. Any gender non-conformity is punished. It seems so obvious to me the ways cis women (especially lesbians) experience transandrophobia and cis men (especially gay) experience transmisogyny. I don’t understand why any of this is controversial.
