5. What’s a fic idea you’ve had that you will never write?

two immediately came to mind.

a) deep dive character study on transmasc genderfluid tim (the reason i will never write this is that this man will introspect and angst about gender and identity so FUcking hard and i don't want to think this hard about gender lskdfjlkds) and then

b) robin!kon verse where jason comes back and tries to attack robin but just fuckign breaks his hand when he tries to punch him. AND breaks his knife when he tries to stab him. to add insult to injury, robin doesn't even seem to care that he's jason todd, he just grabs him by the shoulders and goes YOU came back? does that mean i can get tim back too??? HOW DO I GET TIM BACK—

10. Is there a fic that got a different response than you were expecting?

honestly not really lately!!! i mean sotm getting popular at all was WILD to me because i really thought approximately like three (3) people ever would care about kon outside of as tim's set dressing, just based on what the kon character tags looked like, but it was a pleasant surprise <3

15. How do you come up with titles for your fics/chapters?

it varies!! sometimes it's song lyrics, sometimes it's lines from poems i like, and sometimes it's just me cramming together words in a way that feels like it COULD be a line from a poem i'd like.

20. What’s a favorite title for a fic you’ve written?

"your ghost i will gladly bear" <3 it's a line from one of my favorite songs about devotion in the face of grief.

I haven’t read the main side story yet so as far as I’m concerned this fic is canon cuz this was exactly what I needed to read to soothe myself after reading the epilogues

Welcome to DCxDP-Ghostlights!

This is a blog focused on Ghostlights run by @luxaofhesperides. I will be running events through this blog to encourage more interaction among Ghostlights shippers!

Below is some basic information about everything you need to know for this blog.

What is DCxDP?

DCxDP is a crossover between DC comics and Danny Phantom! This is a crossover fandom that has gained popularity over the past two years and has created a vibrant community of fans.

What's Ghostlights?

Ghostlights is the ship name I will be using for Danny Fenton/Duke Thomas. Other names for this ship are: Deadlights, Halflights.

Danny Fenton is the main character of Danny Phantom, the ghost hero Phantom from Amity Park. Duke Thomas (aka Signal) is the newest member of the Gotham vigilantes crew, working during the day as the only meta-human vigilante in the city.

If you want to learn more about Danny, watch the show! There are plenty of places where you can find it online. If you want to learn more about Duke Thomas, here is a reading guide to help you find the best comics to read his story.

What does this blog do?

I created this blog for the purpose of running fandom events centered around Ghostlights. I also plan on using it as a center for all things Ghostlights. Any art, fic, playlists, anything at all that's posted on Tumblr will be reblogged here! Feel free to tag this blog in anything related to Ghostlights, I'd be happy to add to the archive :)

I will be adding information about the different types of events I plan to do through this blog. You'll find it under 'Events' on desktop when looking at the blog. There is also a calendar that will be regularly updated to show all relevant dates for ongoing events!

Summary: Yoo Sangah knows what to do. She can act human like anyone else and force back her hunger until it gets to be too much, then she feeds from whichever man had the unfortunately luck to annoy her enough that she killed them. She knows how to clean up after the act, how to make it look like a suicide, how to act shocked and grieved when she gets the news of yet another death. Yoo Sangah is a capable, well-adjusted vampire. That doesn't change the fact that she has no idea what to do when she's caught by the one person she doesn't want to kill.
