The first encounter between the mortifiers and the buzzards.

Octoboss and his gang were exploring the airport ruins (Underdune), unknowing it is buzzard territory, only to run into HackJaw's group.

Buzzards speak Russian, so the mortifiers have no idea what HackJaw is yelling. (translation: "I want the horned one's head" and "Kill them")

Poor Octoboss just wanted a new home for his gang after splitting away from the horde. HackJaw will have to work hard to keep those pesky emo goth bikers out. Thanks to Scrap it changed from action to a comedy.

Last week a buzzard sat in the garden for a very short while. I had time for three quick photos before he was gone. And they're all blurry. But the third one is kinda cool despite being blurry.

HackJaw, a buzzard OC for my Mad Max stories. His design is inspired by the Fury Road concept art and the tie-in comic buzzard designs. Named for the hacksaw that adorns his jaw. He prefers melee combat but uses guns when necessary.

He is the leader of the buzzards group that defends the Underdune (airport) from intruders. He works hard to keep out the pesky mortifiers who try to sneak in to scavenge the place.

HackJaw eventually has a one-on-one confrontation with the "horned one" and gets his eye shot out.

He now wants the Octoboss' helmet as a trophy mounted to his wall.
