𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿! If you are finding it harder and harder to stay motivated give yourself a goal, something to work for. Otherwise, you’ll start recruiting your lower back and it can get painful really quick ❌⁣ Just let your hip bend naturally as your knees come it(not as easy as you think 🤔)⁣ ⁣ Single leg hip thrust with abduction:⁣ 1️⃣ The key to making this different is to make sure you shift your body weight away from the leg on the floor. Shift all your weight to the opposite side as you come up while keeping your back straight.⁣ 2️⃣ Think of lifting your hips! Not the leg that’s in the air.
