- Although sometimes, he thinks you're tiring yourself out. He appreciates that you always bring him treats, but he thinks that it's exhausting, and he doesn't want you to force yourself to bake several sweets just for him!!

- Overall, Giyuu appreciates the gesture. Even if he rarely says anything about it, he tries to praise your skills.

Finally, Giyuu came back home. He went on a mission, although it was only one day. He managed to finish quickly, faster than usual. But you weren't complaining! You loved it when he came back home early. You had baked some treats, even if you weren't expecting him. You made quite a lot of them, so it's pretty much perfect timing! They were freshly made, and you couldn't wait to give Giyuu the tasty sweets you've prepared!

The moment he was inside the house, you flung across the room and into his arms. Giyuu gave a small smile at your excitement, a rare gesture that you cherished so much. You grabbed his hand and forced him to sit down and wait.

"I'm glad you're here! I just finished baking... They're freshly made!" You spoke, eager as you placed a small tray of sweets in front of him.

Giyuu raised his brows, but smiled nonetheless.

"Thank you... These are my favourite ones. I love it when you make them." He spoke, voice barely above a whisper. You nodded, pushing the tray closer to him.

"No problem! Eat them!" You smiled at him as he picked up one of the treats, placing it into his mouth. He savoured every single bite of the delicious treat. The way it would melt in his mouth... It was so sweet, it was perfect.

He smiled gently, looking at you with love in his eyes. You could melt right there, right in that spot. You loved how he would look at you so dearly... Moments like these were the ones you loved most. You barely saw Tomioka crack a smile, but when you did, you made sure that the image would print right into your mind.

- Although sometimes, being the jerk he is, he would disapprove of your treats. He would deny liking it, calling it bland. But in fact, he found them delicious, though he'd NEVER admit that. Not to you, not to anyone.

- The fact that he would say it's not good at all, then proceed to eat all of them would amuse and assure you.

- You knew he was lying, that was probably one of the reasons why you kept baking for him!!

- But sometimes, he would show his appreciation. Not enough, but he would. He'd mutter a "thank you" and maybe add in a "it's good", but nothing more than that.

- He loves you, but he doesn't wanna seem like a coward in front of you and start praising the tasty sweets you would prepare just and just for him!!

- One time, after Sanemi went a little overboard with his insults and called your treats disgusting, saying that he despises eating them, you went on a treat ban.

- You refused to bake anything for him, and Sanemi REGRETED his life decisions.

- He instantly dropped his mean demeanor, eyes widening. He felt disappointed... But not in you, in himself.

- After a few days of not getting the taste of your special sweets, he decided to apologize. That was the first time in your life where you saw Sanemi apologize.

- You laughed at him, wich got him embarrassed. You accepted his apology, gifting him a few treats.

Sanemi was getting ready to leave for a mission. He wasn't exactly sure how much it would last, but he thought that it could have him gone for a week or so.

Before he could step out of the house, you popped up in front of him. It was so weird how he couldn't feel your presence or hear you walking behind him...

He raised a brow, looking at you in confusion. You smiled at him, giving him a basket, wich he guessed was full of treats you've made for his mission.

"No way, I'm not taking this with me." He replied to your gesture as you pushed the basket up in his face, your eyes narrowing.

"Why not?!" You asked, shaking the basket as it made a sound, indicating the fullness of fresh sweets.

It was tempting... He could smell them, the fresh, tasty smell. He could even taste them! He felt his mouth water, thinking about it in hesitation.

"Because I don't wanna carry that around with me! Not only is it embarrassing, but what if a demon attacks me and I have that stupid basket in my hands?!" He shouted, not in a rude way.

"Embarrassing? Okay, I get it. Well then, I'll just eat these myself. Have fun on your stupid, tiring mission!" You smiled at him as you finished your small speech, about to walk past him.

He expected you to put up a fight, to keep pressuring him to take it, but you didn't.

"Wait, no- I-..." He stuttered, grabbing your shoulder to stop you. "Fine, I'll take your stupid treats." He admited defeat, taking the basket from your hands.

"That's what I thought." You took one of the sweets from the basket, holding it up to Sanemi's lips. He opened his mouth, wanting to tell you that he WILL NOT do that, but before he could, you forced the treat into his mouth.

He glared at you, but still ate it. He had to admit, it was delicious. The taste of it lingered in his mouth.

And well I just thought what if Wukong saw the parallels and got kind of wary of them. But he doesn't think of the implications for mk, he just thinks of the what-ifs for mei, with her being the Macaque to MK's Sun Wukong. Honestly I find this somewhat amusing because Mei (imo) is the polar opposite of Macaque (present or past, again, imo) while MK seems to (in his own way) take on more and more traits of Wukong's. wednesday - thursday

i swam today...

and i loved it. i haven't for so long because... i think it's obvious that part of why i haven't for so long is because i present like, girly and stuff, and like, i am not a man. so it leaves you in uncomfortable territory of what to wear and how to do it but i kind of wore a swimsuit that was rather revealing (not to be too much or anything but my bulge was out and rather obvious i guess (my ass too which i work out a lot and i think helps people see me as not a man maybe or something? (it makes me feel cute at least i guess))) and the point isn't really that i was sexy or whatever (idk if i was but my gf says i was) and more that i was happy and cute-feeling and that i was able to forget about what i look like and be what i am and swim, i didn't care about my hair getting wet or messy and stuff, i just swam, i hovered in the deep end and the water was this milky color i sat there watching the white surface undulate under moonlight, lit from below and still the bottom roughly invisible, two or three stars were really truly twinkling overhead and there was a huge tree casting shadows in odd ways on a wall, against light, as two lights hit it, on the shallow side, another odd tree i swam in place staring at, and i feel like it was good for my body, i was in the pool for like... 3 hours straight? it's been forever, not since highschool have i gone swimming. i am so happy about swimming and there was an older woman who came and talked to us while my gf + her friends + my friends were there (they were grilling and one made rather tasty kebabs and i ate 2 hot dogs too (i fasted for 6 hours today too.. soo yay. i need to do that almost every day i think. i think, think i think.) and my gf made friends with her and she was nice, she's a grad student in another program, she had a tattoo for like, being lesbian, i think. she helped one of our friends who can't swim try to swim, it was incredibly sweet. she is a sweet person and i hope we see her again, she stayed out the whole night with us, we were at the pool until almost 1 am!! gosh! i must have been swimming more than 3 hours. i hope it makes me sore. i want to feel the burn. everyone was impressed that i was good at swimming, which was fun for me. i liked swimming really fast under the surface of the water and doing dolphin-y movements (i felt like a mermaid sometimes, which = feeling way cute and pretty and cool) and getting behind people and scaring them like that.

earlier though, our other neighbor talked to us, she's been doing not well i think for similar reasons i've been feeling crazy and stuff, which are the insects... she's really doing not well though, her apartment is so pristine and still she has them, she says they attack her, and that she can't put them out of her mind, all kinds of things, that she's leaving this place and that her life is getting harder. i feel horrible for her. it's curious how these things all can happen in one day. i feel very happy, i feel very horrible. she talked about how she's lived here for so long but transferred to this side of the complex, that the roaches are here, how awful that is, just everything being super impossible.

there were points where she was describing what she does when she feels them, when they get on her i suppose, and she was hitting herself, it was really sad. she also described how her casino she works at is closing soon, and that she's not really ready for that, that the owner lied to them all. this world is truly awful.

and yet... i swim, and laugh, and people die and i still do it, it's not guilt-making so much as terrifying i guess.

also, while swimming, i did hit my face against the wall of the pool cuz i went too fast, so my face is kind of red, mostly my nose. i hope it's okay.

my friend is also sleeping over right now, right in front of me. i hope he sleeps well and also i think i need to sleep soon, so, idk, what i'll do abt that, since i have to let him out.

● He really doesn't mind PDA (he kinda likes it, actually, getting to show off that he has an s/o)

● So, unless you're uncomfortable with it, he'll kiss you no matter where you are or who you're with (especially around his friends)

● But as I said, if you're not interested, he'll respect that

● It just means he gets to love on you more when you're finally alone together!

● Kaminari loves your lips. Big or small, soft or dry, he's staring at them from across the room, just thinking about when he can kiss them again

● After he started dating you, Denki applies lip balm religiously

● He usually goes with vanilla flavors, but he also likes fruity ones

● And he makes special note of what you like. If he knows you'll be kissing soon, he'll pull out your favorite chapstick of his just to make sure he's extra tasty for you

● Every now and then they'll get a little chapped, but he's pretty good about exfoliating them when they do

● He wants to make sure you have the best kissing experience with him at all times, so he stays on top of things

● Not only does Denki like receiving kisses, he likes giving them as well

● Cheek kisses are his go-to. If you were to keep track, I'd say he'd give you a cheek kiss at least fifteen times a day, if he's around you that much

● Morning kisses, hello kisses, goodbye kisses—a lot of them end up on your cheeks

● But he also loves kissing your nose! He sees those as more intimate kisses, so usually he saves them for when you're cuddling together

● He just loves the way your face scrunches up in a grin when he does it >w<

● He loves to smother your face with little pecks, and he especially likes to tease you by kissing anywhere but your mouth until you get frustrated

● But he doesn't have that much self-control, so he may just kiss your lips soon enough anyway, if you're patient

● You can expect him to prelude a ton of kisses with either a joke or a pick up line. He thinks he’s being smooth (he’s really not), but he loves seeing you happy and giggling

● He also likes to zap you jus a teeny bit here and there. Never enough to hurt (he'd cry if he ever hurt you), but just enough to surprise you

● Sometimes he accidentally static-shocks you when you kiss, especially right after he used his quirk, so that can sting a bit. He always apologizes when it happens and offers you more kisses

● He likes sweet kisses, especially the ones during or right after dates, where he just gets to close his eyes and let the world fall away into nothing but your warm lips. He likes wrapping his hands around your waist to pull you close, and tilt your chin so he can get the perfect angle on your mouth

● Sometimes he smiles and giggles while you're kissing, and that can make it a little difficult to stay on his lips. But it's so darn cute, you have no intentions of ever telling him to stop

● He likes to “set the scene” if he has time, but it’s usually just dimming the lights a little (he's not above making out to music tho, so if you're interested, he'll be happy to deliver)

● He loves kissing you, but there's something a little extra special about when it’s you initiating

● It makes him feel so loved, even if you just walk up to him and peck his forehead

● It's important to him not only that he loves you, but that you love him back just as much. That's what makes him go 🥺🥺

● Extra: He draws fanart of you and him kissing in his free time 👀 just little doodles in the margins of his notebooks. Aizawa always makes a face whenever Denki accidentally leaves one on his homework but otherwise doesn’t say anything

The overhead light is turned off, a screensaver on his monitor providing a soft glow to the bed opposite in the room. You're seated comfortably on his lap, his hands lightly resting on your ass.

He starts with simple pecks on your lips, each one lingering longer against your skin, heavier in pressure. He's soft but moist, warm underneath where his saliva had cooled in the temperature of the room. An electricity seems to dance between you, and you're not sure if it's just your imagination or if he really is using his quirk.

Finally his tongue swipes against your bottom lip, and you grant him access. Your fingers lace through his hair, displacing the black lightning bolt that had been shaped so perfectly among the golden-blond strands. His tongue comes into contact with yours, touching and licking before securing itself behind your teeth. You're drawn even closer to him, locked in a wet embrace as his hands squeeze.

He could never get enough of you, enough of this feeling. He was obsessed with the way his heart still pounded in his chest, obsessed with the way fireworks went off in his stomach no matter how many times he'd done this before. All it took was a touch, a kiss, a squeeze, and he was gone. In moments like these, you were the only thing that mattered. Not his failures, not his inadequacies, not the stress of school. Just you, and only you.

One of his hands moved to cup your cheek, keeping you close while the other slid down your thigh. He released your lips, only to come back for more more more, desperate to show you how much he loved you, how badly he needed you. A whimper escaped him, swallowed by the kiss but present nonetheless. You answered in your own pretty little moan, fingers alighting on the base of his skull to pull him ever forward into you.

He could stay here forever, drowning in your taste, your touch, your scent. What harm would it be?

Kaminari picked you up, turning you over and laying you down softly onto his bed. He quickly loomed over you, supported by an arm on either side of your head as he dove in for another kiss.

Forever was a long time, so maybe he'd start with tonight.

His thumb traced along your cheekbone, lips still pushing and pulling against yours. He loved the way you caged his hips in with your thighs, keeping him in place. Loved how your hands softly rested by your head on his pillow.

He paused, suddenly realizing just how lightheaded he was. Reluctantly, he pulled back for air, chest expanding and contracting with each soft breath. 

You were under him. He was so thankful it was you. He'd never witnessed a person so beautiful—never experienced lips so addictive, so kissable. You were intoxicating, the way your shining eyes locked with his as your own hand came up to trace his face.

Even in the low light, he could make out every feature he loved—from your nose to your cheeks to your chin, nothing escaped his gaze.

"I love you," you whispered to him, and just like every other time you said it, he knew it was true.

"I love you too," he whispered back, because that was also true. How couldn't it be?

He kissed you once more before shifting to his side, pulling you into his arms where he knew you'd be safe and warm.

'I love you' hummed through his every nerve as he showered your skin with his love—your forehead, your nose, your cheeks. All of it perfection in his eyes, and he wished nothing would change.

You nestled into his neck, your hot skin brushing over his own.

"Sleepy?" he asked, rubbing your back.

He felt you nod, and he couldn't help but smile. Burying his nose in your hair, he inhaled your scent. It was nights like these when he truly knew what the word 'comfort' meant, since he felt it to the very marrow of his bones.

Absolutely nothing could compare to the way it felt to have you fall asleep in his arms. Your breaths began to even out as his hands continued to wander, intent on caressing you and worshiping every inch of skin he was able to touch.

Even before he pulled the blanket over your shoulders, you were warm. Drifting off to sleep in his arms, his lips still lazily pressing kisses to your hair, you felt content.

ok so when I say "the extent to which I've fleshed out the QT GBBO AU in my head is getting to be embarrassing," I truly and deeply mean it, please enjoy 1,900 words of utter ridiculousness.

first, our competitors:

Legarus - performs so poorly that viewers are a bit confused how he got on the show in the first place, a la Jamie (series 10) or that one guy who made a lime and chocolate cake in the first week.

Chloe - nice flavors and good ideas for decorations, but pretty sloppy. was up for elimination in the first week but came back with a great showstopper.

Melheret - good but not as good as he thinks he is (hence his bread week elimination because of sloppy technique), heavy-handed with the alcohol flavoring

Agape - solid competitor, not flashy but tasty + pretty results. I haven't worked out exact week-by-week themes (that would indeed be Too Much) but I imagine this is something like "Dairy" or "Caramel" or "Vegan," some particular element she just happens to not be strong on. viewers are disappointed by her early elimination

Teleus - Dad contestant. brings in a bunch of weird pans and gadgets he made up himself, does pretty well until it comes to Fiddly Foreign Foods he doesn't know (probably eliminated in French or Patisserie week)

Laela - typically has good flavors and pretty designs but technical knowledge is a bit lacking, so there are usually some flaws in the execution and she's often in the bottom half of technicals

Phresine - Grandma contestant. nails the classics but ultimately isn't creative enough to make it further.

Magus - the "Ian (series 6)" flavor of Dad contestant, often brings in foraged ingredients or eggs from his own chickens or whatnot and revives old recipes/flavor combinations no one else knows about. one week, some of those turn out to just be too weird, leading to his elimination.

Sophos - pretty elaborate decorations and good flavors (on the border of classic and new), but he tends to try a million different embellishments on everything and struggles with timing, occasionally to the detriment of technique.

Kamet - always has really interesting and different flavors and tends to do well in technicals especially, assuming he doesn't get overwhelmed. which is... an assumption (Finalist)

Costis - leans towards classic and indulgent flavors, although sometimes a bit sloppy--the kind of contestant where the judges look at his dishes and say "it's a bit of a mess" and then Paul Hollywood starts laughing because it still tastes delicious (Finalist)

Irene - absolutely stunning visually, queen of the technicals, occasionally gets the "style over substance" warning (Winner)

I've gone back and forth on whether Eugenides should be in it but ultimately I decided no because I wanted to maintain a pre-show relationship between Laela + Kamet (I thought otherwise at first but then I realized I hadn't left Kamet any longterm friends or family for his finalist video and that's depressing af) and Irene and Sophos which to my knowledge hasn't happened once on the show so far? so having a married couple on top of that seems like it would be a stretch, and also then I think I'd need to make Eugenides the winner on principle and you know what? he can stand to be second fiddle to his wife for a little bit. My alternate backstory for him is that he was actually the winner of MasterChef one year (good with knives), so in the first episode Irene's first little chat to camera is something like "my husband's been bugging me for years to try out and I keep telling him he's got a skewed perspective on cooking competitions, finally I applied just to shut him up... and here we are." Her little video introduction is about how baking is a stress relief from her bigshot job. Her decorations tend to be abstract and gorgeous rather than cutesy.

Kamet, likewise, was nagged into applying by Laela, but she very cleverly framed it as she wanted to apply and wanted him to do it to for moral support. both were confident the other would get in and surprised that they did themselves. This is one of those series where everyone's friendships are immediate and obvious and super adorable (cast of series 10 my beloved...), and in particular these two are holding hands in episode 1. Laela's deep blue robe from TaT sticks in my head for whatever reason so I imagine her making an elaborate blue peacock cake or something one week that wins her star baker. somebody always does a peacock something and it's always impressiev.

Phresine is cool as a cucumber under pressure, always has lovely things to say about everyone else's bakes, and is the go-to last-minute helper because she usually comes in under the time. Irene starts out similar but as the weeks go by she starts to feel the pressure a bit more and cuts it a bit close. Sophos is the worst on timings, and mentions his wife at least once an episode. (I also played with him being single on the show and meeting Helen later through Irene and Eugenides, but this idea is too cute to pass up tbh.) Teleus lives with Relius, a fact that isn't mentioned until a few weeks in when he comments that Relius likes a recipe or gave him an idea for a flavor or something (Relius does not bake himself but will happily sample practice bakes), to the surprised delight of every viewer whose favorite contestant is the oldest gay in any given series (me, me, that person is me).

Costis tends to use a lot of chocolate and, as I said, pretty "classic" flavors--one of those people who makes a full English savory bake at some point. He's usually in the top half of the competition but doesn't get the top until one of the later weeks in the competition, which is a Honey themed week, and he absolutely nails it. The delicate decorations of his honey nut cakes and his use of honeycomb are particularly praised and that's the week he gets star baker. One of those bakers who flirts with elimination the first few weeks but noticeably improves over the course of the show.

My most, like, plot-y ideas are about Kamet (SHOCKER). I imagine he was born in Setra (I usually make Setra a non-autonomous region in my AUs) but arrived in Britain as a child due to [Unspecified Crisis] and ended up with foster dad Jeffa, who was roughly from the same region but not Setra itself; whenever Kamet wanted Setran food as a kid, Jeffa would take him to the library to find recipes and that was what sparked his love of baking. He's well-read on the subject and knows about foods from a lot of different cultures, so he's usually heard of the technical challenges even if he hasn't made or eaten them. He does a lot of fusion flavors, and is ALL ABOUT bread week.

I don't usually make the his-relationship-with-Nahuseresh-is-romantic leap in modern AUs but I think it works for this one because of the nature of the format--Nahuseresh doesn't actually appear on camera but is alluded to once or twice, ends up being Very Displeased that Kamet is doing something for himself, and during the week following Laela's elimination they have the fight that makes Kamet realizes this is actually a terrible relationship and he needs to leave now. He calls Laela to let her know what's up and mentions that, since he'll need to stay in a motel and has presumbly lost his job as a secretary (yeah working for your boyfriend is Bad, he's realized that now), he's going to have to drop out of the show. Laela, despite living in a studio flat without room to host him, immediately thinks "um fuck that" and calls Costis, and within an hour Costis and Aris and a few rugby buddies have moved all of Kamet's things into Costis and Aris's flat, where Costis insists that he'll squeeze into Aris's room (they've shared before, it's fine) and that Kamet gets first dibs on the kitchen for all bake off practices.

None of them actually reveal any of this to the show's producers. Kamet gets a little overwhelmed the following week and nearly walks away from the tent, but Costis jumps in to keep his bake from being ruined, and some soothing words from Irene + the hosts calm him down and he returns to finish. The only mention of the Drama comes in the finale, during the longer video clips they do on each of the contestants. Kamet is deliberately vague about the details of the situation, but Aris shows up in both Costis's and Kamet's videos and references the fact that having TWO flatmates in the bake off is a bit difficult because they only have a standard size kitchen, so he hasn't cooked for himself in a month and has been living off cake and savory breads. one of the hosts talks to Kamet in the tent after that clip is shown and he still won't talk about it in more detail, but says that he wanted to tell people so they could appreciate why Costis hasn't practiced as much the last few weeks (the judges scolded him for winging it a couple of times), and admits that he totally copied some of Costis's techniques for honey week based on watching him at home.

I imagine the finale task is something like an illusion cake--probably with a bunch of additional required elements because the show has been going bonkers with the finale showstoppers in the newer seasons--and Irene wins with a jewelry box containing, among other things, ruby earrings made out of candy. Kamet does a stepwell, and Costis does something architectural (I was thinking castle but something visibly Greek-ish so maybe a temple or a megaron? idk). Irene wins but they're all BFFs and that's obvious, so everyone's delighted for her. The little montage at the end reveals that Irene + Gen are expecting twins, that everybody hangs out all the time, and that Costis + co recently helped Kamet move into his own flat where he's now working on a novel (Immakuk and Ennikar inspired, obvi, leaning heavily on the honey-shared-on-the-road thing and including some recipes that actually work in the narration, albeit still written in an ancient-novel-like-way).

[Obviously not part of the show, but when Kamet mentions that it's time for him to look for his own place, Costis tries to v awkwardly invite him to stay forever and Kamet is like "nope I've got to try this on my own but yes we will go on a date once I've moved out and see how it goes from there."]

[This is so far beyond the scope of the show but also several of them go on to have more baking-related careers and have active social media presences and at one point they're all hanging out and Eugenides pulls out a camera and demands they all produce baking pick-up lines. Teleus refuses and also doesn't believe anyone knows baking pick-up lines off the top of their head or could make them up on the spot. Sophos sort of proves him right by coming up with "you're the apple of my pie," which Eugenides instantly mocks because Sophos's three greatest loves are baking, Helen, and poetry, and that's the best he can do? Helen comes up with "I like my cake the way I like my men--rich, sweet, and bright red," to which Sophos blushes on cue. Irene's is "when I'm with you, I feel like chocolate heated to 50 degrees--I struggle to maintain my temper." Eugenides protests this is more like an anti-pickup line. Irene insists this is the most accurate marriage-related baking pun anyone could ever come up with.

[Laela's is "You and I are like custard--I hope we never split." Kamet's is "You remind me of bread, because I knead you." Costis freezes for a minute and finally comes up with "Fancy a cream horn?" which produces a lot of giggling and makes Kamet slap his arm in such a way that, hen Eugenides posts this video to instagram, fans of the show all go WAIT ARE THEY DATING NOW] [by this point, yes they are] [I didn't even have to google baking pickup lines for this, guys, I legit came up with them on my own, please clap.]

Human Satan HCs (GN MC)

How they meet

MC, at a cat: “My darling angel!! How’ve you been?”

Satan “.. um, I’ve been fine?”

Satan: *finally noticing the cat in MC’s arms*

Satan, blushing: “Oh.. you were- You were talking to the cat. N-nevermind sorry”

MC, this time to Satan: “Hello to you too darling!”

Satan: *blushing even more profusely*

They learn quickly that they’ve both been visiting this same spot to pet cats.

From then on, MC always greets him with a “My darling~”

It actually took a long time for MC to get his name because of this.

One time they run into each other at a nearby cafe and MC greets him as usual which makes his friends think he is dating MC.

Noticing the teasing, MC pulls him out to ask whether or not he’s uncomfortable with being called ‘darling’ since they will stop any time he asks.

They also include that if he changes his mind later he can still tell them because they respect his boundaries like that.

When Satan says “It’s okay... I don’t mind it.” he quickly regrets it because MC’s expression quickly turns into a smirk and they reply “Then does that mean you actually like it?”

*blushing intensifies*

From then on MC starts to use every endearment you can think of for Satan, including baby, angel, the love of my life, dear, honey, my love, precious and pretty.

No, they’re nOt dAtiNG

YET

Their friends still think they are though.

And suddenly they’re running into each other very often? Were they always so close by and just hadn’t noticed?

Lol sike, Satan tries his best to match his schedule to fit MC’s and is hovering around in places they’ll likely to visit in hopes to see them.

He does it unconsciously, doesn’t even think he has a crush.

He’s not stalking them I swear.

Or maybe he is ?? idk, pick your own choice.

They’re both idiots. Yes, MC is flirting with him but they don’t think they actually like like him, it’s just for funsies.

Satan just likes being cherished by MC, he knows that every time he sees them his heart feels warm and he hasn’t given it any more thought than that.

One time Satan is sick (ofc I would include this trope), so MC goes to visit him and he just looks so cute and sleepy in his bed wearing cat PJs that before MC can think they reach out to kiss him.

...

You’d think that would help them resolve their feelings but no.

They’re still idiots.

Satan ends up convincing himself that it meant nothing. Sure normal friends don’t kiss each other but their relationship has been very far from normal so something is like can happen.

MC still hasn’t rationalised it yet. Rather they’re asking themself why and trying to forget it, classifying it as one of the many cringe things they’ve done throughout their life.

Since it was a friend thing, Satan can reciprocate it, right?

So one day, MC is standing in Satan’s living room and out of nowhere, he grabs MC’s forearm pulling them towards him and leaves a chaste kiss on their cheek. Baby steps.

It is now MC’s turn to freak out and blush profusely.

And somehow, this becomes a norm. They often kiss each other casually. Always in the privacy of their own homes, never in front of others.

Over time, Satan gets used to it and becomes more confident in his actions.

What MC thought would be a nOrMal KiSs between fRiENds ends up with Satan licking their lips and going “tasty~” with a goddamned smile on his face.

MC doesn’t know what to make of it so they get angry.

Then they blame themself thinking they’re the one who first kissed him without asking him, so it’s okay, he just didn’t know, maybe he also did it without thinking.

I’m starting to think they’re intentionally avoiding thinking about feelings. Like, you can’t be that oblivious, right? I know I’m the one writing this but still...

Anyways, their platonic kisses have now turned into heavy but still platonic makeout sessions on Satan’s couch.

If that wasn’t enough, one morning MC goes to Satan’s and find him sleeping on his bed. (they have each other’s keys, are we really surprised here?)

As they are about to leave the room, Satan grabs their wrist and asks them to stay. Of course, they oblige.

So here they are, sitting on Satan’s lap in his bed as he holds them while resting his head on their shoulder, still very sleepy. Did I mention he is not wearing a shirt?

They’re not sure how long they stayed that way but it felt like an eternity and not long enough both at once.

But it was long enough for them both to fall asleep in each other’s arms.

And so when MC wakes up, they find Satan’s arms wrapped around their waist. They stay like that for a while observing his face and playing with his hair.

When he finally opens his eyes they say the first words they can think of

“Hey, Satan... I think I love you.”

Satan replies, still sleepy “I love you too.” as he holds them even tighter.

Afterwards, MC is worried because Satan was technically half asleep right?? Does it count? Does he even remember?

And Satan is worried that MC said they think.

Sure Satan only came to the revelation that he loves MC in that very moment but he has never been more sure of something than he is now. And they think they love him, it pisses him off.

So Satan is a little cold towards MC, and in return, MC thinks he doesn’t feel the same way and only said it since he was half-asleep.

So without any proper communication, MC starts to avoid him.

Now Satan is in panic. They said they loved him so why? He only gave them the cold shoulder for a bit, he didn’t even do or say anything mean!

He can’t take the suspense and rushes to their house.

MC opens the door at 2 am just to find a whiny Satan who jumps straight into their arms and softly requests them “Please don’t ignore me.”

The only thing MC can bring themself to say at that moment is “Okay... I won’t” as they pat his head.

They cuddle on MC’s bed that night. Any leftover conversation is saved for the morning... or maybe afternoon, once they are both sane and rested enough to convey their emotions properly.

ok its finally time to finish this post. my review of every charleston tourist attraction i’ve been to. and warning obv this is going to mention slavery because its the reason for the city.

The Hunley - pretty good but with a hint of pro-confederacy. which is wild because the sub was clearly a union traitor. it killed more confederates than union soldiers. the conservation part is wild with how clean and new they can get things. i like that you can get hit by a train trying to get to the little museum. very neat and id recommend looking at it.

City Market - neat and you should look at it but like it’s not an activity. you just buy tourist things there. 

Fort Sumter - overpriceeeeed. i get that its falling into the sea but like guys. i don’t think we can save it. i like that the national park service openly takes the union’s side but its just not that impressive. they never rebuilt the fort after the civil war so it sucks compared to other forts from the period. like ive been to fort mchenry. also you can walk to it from fort johnson but they dont let you on the fort unless you pay for the boat ride. i hate it.

Fort Moultrie - another fort but this is where the story leading to the SC flag took place. i like that they set it up to look like a bunch of different time periods. interesting history but i didnt pay attention a ton because i got a sunburn :(

Old Slave Mart Museum - give them more funding and this could be incredibly valuable. they only have a sliver of the property (just the auction area) so it’s small, but there is only a little bit of wall paragraphs from the late 00′s. The docents were fantastic but they are carrying the place. very interesting because it focused on the domestic slave trade (due to the time it was open) which is in general not spoken about due to the rape and human breeding. it’s worth going to but i can also imagine an even better museum if they were given more resources.

The Pink House - it’s next to the slave market so you see it but its just a house... i get that its the oldest but it looks like all the other ones.... its pink.

Gibbes Museum of Art - it’s art museum. i think its a decent collection and i like their modern pieces. art museums are good. idk what else to say about it.

Magnolia Plantation - expensive... i haven’t done any of their tour things because they cost extra and sell out early. it’s a decent garden but i’m spoiled and have been to longwood... it’s no longwood. DO NOT try and go to the native american mound it is not labelled you will walk into the woods and have to guess what it is. there’s lots of gators tho which is fun. imo not worth the money.

Boone Hall Plantation - the farm events are really cute and fun but seasonal so im going to focus on the plantation side. i have. so much to say. much less than magnolia plantation, as everything is included with entry. this is where most of the bricks in charleston came from and thus still has a row of brick buildings which the slaves with a trade or working in the house were allowed to live. boone hall is wild because they will mention a fucked up detail and go past it without any discussion. the brick houses were inhabited by descendants until the 1950s. like the plantation was sold in the 30s and theyre like oh btw it comes with sharecroppers :) they live in the front yard of the property. there also used to be 3x as many brick houses until a hurricane in the 80′s destroyed them. the house is boring because its from the 30s but also the tour feels very much like it’s still in the plantation wedding/southern charm :))) whitewashing vibe. i think this is where the reynolds/lively wedding was? the place is sugarcoated but the physical space and the story you can put together is worth the cost of admission. if you having a wedding here youre evil though like there’s no way around it.

Charleston Tea Garden - they grow tea here and i think its tasty. not much to do, they have a tour around the farm and you can see where they process the leaves. 

Angel Oak Tree - i KNOW its a super old tree but i do not care. its just a live oak theyre everywhere. everyone shut up about it. its free at least.

South Carolina Aquarium - it’s a very good local aquarium and i recommend, but it’s no atlanta or baltimore aquarium. they have the tallest tank in the US but i dont think the viewing windows properly showcase it. good collection that’s atlantic focused and a modern design with good flow-through. the sea turtle hospital is also really nice.

Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve - fun little walk to see the lighthouse slowly succumbing to the sea. there’s centralia vibes with the asphalt grafitti which is fun to walk through. there’s no parking though so you probs cant go during tourist season.

Cat Cafe - 10/10 No Notes. actually i do have notes i dont understand why they have a whole bar in the back when you dont use it because youre in the cat room. events i guess? idk i feel like if they had a side entrance you could have the bar run as a bar in the evenings and just lock the cat room so people don’t bug them when they’re not working.

hello! how exciting omg. in terms of area, i don’t have any specific recommendations since i tend to stay in airbnbs when abroad and i’ve been in various different areas while in seoul. i think as long as u can find somewhere that’s ~fairly~ central and at a good price, then you’re golden! tbh it doesn’t really matter too much if you’re a little further out too bc the subway system is a dream and makes travelling around v easy (which answers your final question). you’ll just need a t-money card (which is like an oyster card/metro card for the subway that you load up with money and use to tap in/tap out at stations) and you can travel anywhere with ease!! the only thing to note is that trains stop running at night fairly early - i think it’s around/before midnight, so if you’re planning on staying out late then you’ll need to get a taxi.

카타코토카페 (the cuuutest japanese curry restaurant. it’s run by a couple and they’re lovely and super friendly!!)

신선설농탕 in myeongdong - i am v biased as a oxtail soup supremacist but this is honestly one of my fave places ever and i make it a tradition to come here every time i’m in seoul lmao IT’S JUST SO TASTY. tip: they’re always suuuper busy at breakfast and lunchtime so try to come before/after. also, there’s a rice porridge restaurant above this place on the 3rd floor (i think?) that is DELICIOUSSSS

광장시장 - the beeeest traditional food market. there are so many quality food stalls here and u can get a really, really top tier meal for super reasonable prices. note: they don’t accept card, so make sure u have cash on u before u go

maple tree house in itaewon - on the pricey side but god damn is their kbbq worth it (yes. the answer is yes)

 명동교자 - also another fave that i visit whenever i go!! their knife cut noodles are,,,,, incredible,,, and their dumplings are just so mind blowingly good just go and allow me to live vicariously through you please

나물먹는곰 - super cute restaurant that’s hidden away in hongdae. they have great traditional food

sulbing - this is a bingsu chain that you can find in multiple places!! their bingsu is so so good. i recommend the 인절미 bingsu and also there’s this one honeydew melon one they have with ice cream inside and it’s!! just!! amazing!! idk what it’s called but it’s super tasty YOU NEED TO TRY IT

cafe onion - the prettiest cafe!! they have two branches and both are lovely

not in seoul but honourable mention because it’s my fave cafe ever: waveon cafe in busan is,,,, life changing

as for places to visit, that rly depends on ur interests! i recommend visiting the palaces for sure and also the hanok village (but do be wary it’s a residential area so they understandably don’t like tourists lingering on their doorsteps for photos. there’s also quite a few cool tea houses in the area, i recommend you to check them out!!) n.seoul tower is also a must see - try going in the evening around sunset bc by the time you get up to the tower, it’ll be dark and that’s when the view is most impressive. the hike up there is also pretty nice if you’re prepared (i was NOT when i went and i nearly died lmfao but i digress). other places of interest:

한남동 has a lot of cool cafes!! it’s like a new, trendy up and coming area with a lot of nice eateries

홍대 is a lot of fun, especially in the evening bc lots of buskers perform there!! also there’s lots of boutiques with cute clothes!! it’s my fave area to explore because it’s just so lively

if skincare is your thing, you’ll like 명동. there’s also a lot of street food in the area in the evening

not area specific, but you need to try out coin karaoke at least once before you leave. it’s so so fun

동대문역사문화공원 is suuuper cool. there’s lots of really great artist stores inside the plaza

other general suggestions/advice

if you’re looking for good places to eat at and you’re in a jam, use mangoplate. it’s a super useful app for finding 맛집

kakaomaps may work better than google maps in seoul

please be careful of using public toilets bc there’s a huge problem in korea re: tiny cameras filming unsuspecting women. i don’t want to scare you, but i just want to give you a heads up as something to be wary of so you can protect yourself!!

you may want to get a sim card at the airport so you can use data. there’s wifi everywhere so you don’t have to get one, but i got one for my 2 week trip and it came in super handy countless times

things you should try before you leave: goobne chicken (get the red pepper one. i kid you not it changed my life), picnic by han river (you can order food to be delivered to you there!!), the convenience store kimbap (it’s SO good wtf), 떡볶이 (there’s a really good restaurant for it in hongdae that i can’t remember the name of but it’s really close to the gs25 store near one of the subway exits)/street food in general

not sure if you’re aware already, but you don’t need to tip in korea! also, you pay by the door before you leave so no need to wait at the table

"SHOUTO NO!" you exclaimed at the man standing beside you, now covered in icing sugar. Your husband, Todoroki Shouto, the number 3 hero finally got a day off from hero work and decided to bake with you. Little did you know that he SUCKED at baking just as much as he SUCKED at cooking. Hence, you were now staring at his hetero chromatic eyes which were looking at you like a lost puppy after he decided to turn the electric mixer to the highest speed and putting it on the egg white and icing sugar that were dumped into the mixing bowl. "Shouto... You don't start at the highest speed..." you sighed as you approached him with a frustrated look. "Sorry..." he muttered, looking down pitifully, making you feel bad about admonishing him. You on the other hand, were almost as good as Gordon Ramsey when it came to cooking. Back when you were in UA with Shouto, you had way too many cook offs with Bakugou, the one thing the number 2 hero couldn't surpass you. You were a pro hero yourself but you took hero work much less seriously than your husband.

The two of you were baking Christmas cookies in summer because you felt like having christmas cookies in summer. Anyway, after the small disaster with royal icing, you were dumb enough to let him cut the cookie dough with the cookie cutters. After all, how can anyone go wrong when it comes to cutting cookies? You were wrong. The number 3 hero may be an expert when it comes to defeating villains or when it came to showering you with affection or fucking you into oblivion BUT, the man had no idea that cookies are not supposed to be as thin as paper. While rolling the dough, he put too much pressure, which you didn't notice as you were fixing the royal icing that he messed up. When you did notice, you looked at him in surprise. "Is this okay?" Shouto asked you, nervous about your reaction. "Shouto... That's as thin as a paper.... Cookies are thicker..." you answered, trying to process how he couldn’t catch that. "Oh... Well, the recipe didn't mention how much I was supposed to roll it..." Shouto mumbled apologetically. "It's okay. Just, why don't you cheer on me while I work? It's easier that way." you smiled at him. "Sure..." Shouto muttered. He wasn’t happy about it since all he wanted to do was to help you. However, he realised that he wasn’t exactly cut out for this. That didn't stop him from being somewhat sad.

Sitting at the barstool next to the counter of your open kitchen, Shouto proceeded to watch you fix the cookies. He was amazed by how you turned his mess into perfectly shaped and sized cookies. This wasn’t the first time he saw this happen though. The last time he got a day off, he decided to make lunch. However, as it turned out, he had no idea on the fact that proportions of ingredients matter. Infact, he honestly didn't know how to measure how much of each ingredient he should put in. To this day, he's surprised by how you managed to make the over spicy ramen he made (one that only someone like Bakugou could tolerate) into something actually tasty (you literally had to get rid of the broth and make a new broth).

"(Y/N), you look really pretty." Shouto commented, looking at you. Indeed you did, with dough on hand, a cute apron on your body (surprisingly, 'Icyhot apron' was a thing in his hero merchandise even if he sucked at cooking) and messy hair. Watching you sprinting around in the kitchen barefoot made him wonder how you’d look doing this with a swollen belly with his child. "Huh? I think I look like a mess..." you muttered in answer, putting the cookies on a baking tray. "No, you look really pretty. Though I think I'd prefer you barefoot and pregnant more than this..." Shouto murmured as he walked up to you and hugged you from behind, all his actions making you blush. "How can you say such things with a straight face?" you asked him in complete disbelief. "We are married for 2 years. It's quite natural to have kids at this point. Anyway, is there something wrong with my face?" Shouto asked you, visibly confused by your wording. You forgot how oblivious he could get. "No, there's nothing wrong with your face dummy. I guess we should try for kids..." you muttered shyly, putting the last cookie on the baking tray. "Can I bake those?" Shouto asked with a child-like excitement on his face. "Uh.... Sure?" you answered, not learning your lesson. "400 degrees for 10 mins huh...? I think my quirk can manage 4000 degrees for one minute?" Shouto mumbled, looking at the book and activating his quirk. Let's just say shouting "SHOUTO NO!!!!" before he activated his quirk didn't stop him from almost burning the house down.

☆ oinoya headcanons ☆

( ...that I originally posted on Twitter in the heat of the moment; sorry I’m not sorry at all. They’re quite a lot, so I’m gonna put them under the cut! As always, don’t like ship? Don’t read. )

They meet when Noya starts university and joins the volleyball team and wow, the sparkles in the first triage!

They kinda knew each other already because they played against each other in middle school and are both incredible players. The good-hearted competition is insane!

Oikawa tends to use the suffix -chan / nicknames even with people he doesn't know all that much. There are exceptions though; Noya is one of them (that's canon).

"OIKAWA-SAN!" "...Nishinoya-kun, right?" "Drop the -kun already!" he bluntly cuts him off. Then, in the blink of an eye, the libero's piercing glare shifts and melts into a look of awe and entusiasm. "Your serve was amazing just now! Next time, let me receive it again!"

That guy's impossible so okay, Noya-chan it is! They're teammates anyway and once they hit it off, it's actually endearing!

Started off by accident: it was raining, Oikawa ran into Noya (who didn't have an umbrella) right outside of a restaurant. Might as well dine, right?

Nishinoya hates small talk so awkwardness? Never met her!

Noya calls Oikawa 'Oika-san' at first. Switches to his given name after they start dating.

'Yuu-chan' is meant as a bit of a joke, but then it starts to hold more affection than what Oikawa would like to admit.

They don't use pet names all that often.

Usually, when Oikawa doesn't use any kind of honorific it means they're in the middle of something really intimate and important or that he wants Noya to seriously hear him out.

Noya speaks mainly through gestures and is a bit rough around the edges and not really into sappy stuff 'cause he gets flustered but I mean, he doesn't shy away from voicing his own feelings. He calls Oikawa 'babe' when they're being cocky during practice.

Like, they'd be on different sides of the net and then you hear him shout: "Bring it on babe!", and Oikawa, who's about to serve, will answer with a cocked up eyebrow and a sly, "Coming, hot-shot."

Yeah, hot-shot. 'Cause that's how his boy is: hawt.

• They bicker quite a bit (in childish way) and tend to rile each other up, especially on the court. 

Given their positions, there's no rivalry between them (...in volleyball, mind ya). There's just a whole lot of admiration.

• Nishinoya's admiration will probably dislocate one of Oikawa's shoulders someday, but heh, love is tough. 

And that's another thing: they have each other's back!

Noya's the hot-headed boyfriend who gets all protective, like, "Excuse you?! Got a problem? Come say it to my face, I dare you!" 

He will fight anyone if he has to. 

...doesn't gloat about it much though; Oikawa's ego is fine as it is.

He's supportive af (hella boisterous too) and always there cheering on Oikawa so fiercely, like, "BREAK A LEG, TOORU!" (pun unintended) or, "That serve was AWESOME!" or, "You're doing great!" [insert powerful slap on the backside] 

Can you feel the love? 'Cause I can!

Oikawa, on the other hand, is pretty cheesy an shameless and yes we know your boyfriend he's amazing Shittykawa now shut up. 

He knows Noya is admired by many people, and although he thinks he deserves it he also takes pride in being the one who gets the whole package deal.

He's elegantly smug about it, or so he likes to think. The truth is, he's not elegant at all.

They're neither opposites nor complementary, their personalities just mend so well though!

Noya is genuinely supportive and straightforward, Oikawa is reliable and attentive to a fault.

Oikawa gives Noya tips on how to toss better. He has his own way of doing it, but Noya almost never falls for it (also because tbh he often just doesn't get the irony lmao).

So ideally, that's how Watachi usually did it. But then again, compared to him you're quite small, Yuu-chan." "Hah?! D'you want me to kick you in the shin, Gulliver?"

The height difference is nice, jokes aside. Oikawa says that Noya's attitude could easily be measured as 6'2 and it's true and he finds it adorable and here's another reason why they're pretty physical, ladies and gentlemen.

Leaning against each other on the train because there's so little space and it's convenient? Check!

Hugs from behind? Especially in the morning? Check!

Picking your smol boyfriend up just for the hell of it? Double check!

Please, don’t ever say anything about Nishinoya’s small stature in front of Oikawa; the boy will look at you straight in the eyes and smirk, “Aw, trust me, he’s not as small as you think he is. At all.”

They often train together outside of official practices and stuff their mouths afterwards.

Their dates are never boring, even when they just stay in!

Aquarium, roller-skating (Noya teaching Oikawa how not to fall on his ass), mall, planetarium (Noya can't stay quiet though), taking the train to go visit some city for the most varied reasons... anything really.

If they're in the city, Oikawa's the one to guide them (he knows how to read maps). Otherwise it's Noya, who is used to outdoors and has got an incredible internal compass.

Study dates are a thing but they usually take place at the library because Noya is easily distracted and Oikawa finds it cute, sure, but also quite unsettling. Like, he eventually snaps, why doesn't he ever worry? Where are his priorities? Is he even human?

He is, by the way. While not being a genius in school, Noya is pretty self-disciplined and we know he's pretty hard on himself, too. It's just that he balances it all with his attitude.

Oikawa, on the other hand, wants to be as good as he can possibly be and more. He's dedicated, he's pushing forwards to make his talent bloom and that's something that Noya deeply admires about him, even though he thinks (and says) that Oikawa is already talented.

Dates at home include cuddling, movies and TV series, stuff popping out of the oven that looked tasty on the internet, pillow fights, playful wrestling (Noya's fault), shenanigans we're not supposed to know about, conversations of any sort and more cuddling.

They enjoy going out to eat together even if they don't share the exact same taste in food.

Oikawa always manages to snatch one of Nishinoya's egg rolls and get away with it and given that Noya's got a bigger appetite let's be honest: if this isn't love then Idk what is.

Oikawa is one of the few people who can stand talking, eating and watching Nishinoya waving his hands around between a mouthful of food and a sentence (all of this at the same time) without getting a headache.

If you ask him, it's actually cute. Noya's talkative and expressive and he's witty, more mature than it seems and he makes Oikawa feel at ease, comfortable and carefree. Really, look at them and wonder at the high level of dorkiness (I might be making up words now, sorry).

They're both pretty observant and accepting. Oikawa has an analytical and restless mind, there is nothing he doesn't take note of as well as there is not knowing what is going through his head.

Despite all of this, Oikawa knows he has people who he can rely on though, and he actually trusts Nishinoya. The boy's bold and loud and energetic to a fault, but when nobody is looking it's almost scary how piercing and quick those eyes of his are.

The only thing he doesn’t trust Nishinoya with, it’s movies. They have very different preferences. While Oikawa loves sci-fi and films like E.T., Interstellar, Star Wars etc., Nishinoya is into action movies and basically anything that has him screaming his lungs off. Everyone knew Oikawa was serious about them when he came out with, “I found the perfect combination between my excellent taste in movies and, well, yours!”

Ended up being Mars Attacks! lmao.

Sometimes, they watch rom-coms together. Oikawa kinda likes them, Nishinoya doesn’t get the drama but still gets invested in them.

They’re not into the same exact music genre, really, but they once sang Wannabe (Space Girls) in the car. Dorks.

They're a weird mixure of being nosy/pushing and staying out of each other's hair when needed. Especially Noya, who's more independent from this point of view.

But when it's due, there is no escaping his intensively caring side. Oikawa can fight him as much as he wants.

They're both cuddly ~ So very cuddly!

Noya's restlessness made them roll off the couch once and Oikawa is pretty demanding and pouty when he wants to be, but it's really the warmest feeling in the world.

Oikawa's usually the big spoon since Noya's little and as snuggly as a koala(?). And a lot easier to deal with, too! 

Reason being his boyfriend's literal softness and sweet scent; cue Noya covering Oikawa in kisses. 

They switch though. Like I said, cuddle bugs!

Oikawa has got a bit of a habit of nuzzling Noya's neck when he's the one being held and because of his floofy hair, it always ends up like this: (x).

They do argue from time to time due to their different perspectives, but it never lasts aaaall that much. They're both pretty stubborn though. 

The key is communication. In this case, while Oikawa can have difficulties, Nishinoya doesn't, since he's so confrontantional.

This is to say that they're not perfect; they just care enough to be willing to compensate each other and meet in the middle. 

Also, they're pretty passionate, if you get my gist!~ (...don't look at me like that, they ain't kids).

Also, hand holding. A whole lot. 

Picture these two idiots talking all snuggled up while playing with each other's fingers. You're welcome. 

For real though, hands are probably their primary source of PDA.

Oikawa randomly petting Noya's head, Noya poking Oikawa's dimples; you name it! 

Next best thing: hugs.

It's flying hugs when it's Noya initiating because he will never stop jumping on people's back. He's a bit more considerate with Oikawa due to his knee.

Nishinoya hugs Oikawa every single morning for 21 seconds straight before jumping out wide awake and full of energy. The shot of oxytocin he gets works wonders far better than coffee.

Speaking of coffee, Oikawa is not a morning person. At all. He’s quite bitchy and needs a lot of time to get ready (and lookable, so he says).

Nishinoya makes coffee for him when he gets up first, but he’s not very good at it since he never drinks it and therefore has never had to make it. He’s improving though, and Oikawa appreciates the effort. 

Them icing their own knees late at night; Noya doing his best to massage Oikawa's knee with the essential oils in the gentlest way possible; Oikawa peppering Noya's colored bruises with small kisses.

Oikawa feeling comfortable enough to watch Area 51 documentaries while studying, glasses on and hair mussed, and Nishinoya letting him even though it's his own room because he's smitten and he knows it.

They're both cheesy and will shoot a random pick up line at each other that will result in laugher, sassiness or both. Other than that, they're the opposite of sappy; they're just dorks.

"I asked Kuro-chan to teach me this one!" He's got it written on his hand. "Are you made of copper and tellurium?" "Of what?" "Because you're CuTe!" "...Okay, the one he taught to me is: if I was an enzyme, I'd be DNA helicase so I could unzip your genes." "Kinky, Yuu-chan.~"

When they're not together (they're one year apart in university after all), they sometimes send a quick text or picture to each other. Just 'cause, you know.

Noya: "Do you think I'm pretty?" Oikawa: "No, you're too short and bossy and your nose is all funny."
