Idk about Etho or ethubs but the flowers I always draw on Bdubs’ hoodie are forget-me-nots (love, remembrance, devotion) wwww they’re also small like him. Headcanon forget me nots will grow wherever he permadies (smth in the biology, smth in the body and soil). And if it’s at his base the flowers will start to grow everywhere, all over like an infection

I googled this, literally just now- blue is the rarest colour you can find on a plant and the colour in general can symbolise desire or impossibility. If we’re talking ethubs, I guess u could interpret it as Bdubs’ longing for things from Etho he doesn’t have. Their conversations in Secret Life ep7 (whichever ep is the zombie task) comes to mind
