i love when the changing of the seasons has visible effects on my body, the extra little pads of fat my body grows in the winter to help keep me warm, the freckles that bloom on my skin in the summer sun. so often i feel unmoored from the world around me and the passage of time, but there's that little reminder written in my flesh that i am an animal on this earth.
#eliot posts#that said: my summer body feels more *me* than my winter body does#like don't get me wrong the winter fat IS cute#but when i look in the mirror and see that i have my freckles again it's just ''oh‚ THERE you are again‚ eliot''#this is worded kind of pretentiously but i think this deserves it.

HC—Luo Binghe looks almost identical to Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky. (basically Airplane is hot but doesn’t realize it.)
•
•
•
Shen Yuan woke up back in modern China after spending sixty years in PIDW, so, of course, the first thing he did was message Airplane.
(That’s actually the second… third?…thing he did. The first was trying reach out to the system. The second was crying.) ((But if Shen Yuan were asked why he was crying he’d scoff. Tears? No way! His eyes were just dry.))
Anyway, he reached out to Shang Qinghua—who, by the grace of God, came back with him—and found out that they both lived in Hong Kong. And not only that, but in the same neighborhood! Which was insane, but also very lucky. Maybe even too lucky? The universe never usually helped them out. Maybe this kindness of them being so near each other was an apology from The System? Whatever it was, it was best not to look a gift horse in the mouth.
The two agreed to meet on a Saturday, when Shen Yuan didn’t have school (being back as a senior in high school sucked).
Here’s the thing, Shang Qinghua sent a long winded text as a warning about how he looked very different. Which…fair. Everyone in PIDW was gorgeous, and people in the real world were not like that.
They agreed to meet at a café. Shen Yuan had sent Shang Qinghua a selfie so the man knew who to look for. It was a decent selfie, one Shen Yuan may have spent too much time on. It was a mirror selfie, showing off a nice outfit and Shen Yuan throwing up a peace sign. The photo showed an older teenager, with black hair that fell to his shoulders, large black eyes, and a silly smile. (He sent the picture to his mom too.) ((Seeing his family again was a whole other story better never to be told. There were a lot of tears and hugs on Shen Yuan’s part. It was a little embarrassing.))
Shen Yuan had gotten to the café early, snagging a corner table and waited with two iced lattes. He watched people out of the window. The streets were busy with both pedestrians and cars, there were delivery bicyclists and people carrying shopping bags. It was crowded. And loud. And dirty.
Being back was weird.
But, having indoor air conditioning was nice. And the internet! Oh God, he’d sell his kidney for the internet back home.
He blinked his eyes, his contacts felt harsh against them. Years without needing them made him forget what they were like. He should’ve worn his glasses, but had honestly forgotten where he put them. Maybe he should buy another pair? It wasn’t like he lacked the funds and he wasn’t sure how long he’d be in the modern world.
It was the chair across from him scrapping across the wooden floor that startled Shen Yuan back into focus.
His phone told him that Airplane was five minutes late.
“About time you showed u—Binghe?” Shen Yuan gapped.
“Close-ish?” Shang Qinghua flushed and adjusted his black framed glasses. His curly hair was kept in an undercut, he had pierced ears and a lip piercing and a sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He had freckles, dimples, and a 5 o’clock shadow too. Which. What? Okay. “Hi.”
That was Shen Yuan’s husbands face looking back at him! Sure, the eyes were black and there was no demon mark, but he intimately knew that face.
“Qinghua?!” Shen Yuan wheezed his name, his heart doing weird things in his chest at the fucking shock. “You look…you’re nearly identical to…”
“Yeah,” Shang Qinghua sighed, “imagine how surprised I was the first time I saw Binghe. The system stole my face!”
The voice was the same as Luo Binghe’s, even though the pitch was a little different.
And the body. Because…Shang Qinghua was tall? And muscular? And he was mother fucking LUO BINGHE.
“What the fuck?” Shen Yuan stared.
Shang Qinghua sighed as he grabbed his iced latte. His nails were painted black.
“My brain can’t—” comprehend this. Shen Yuan’s mind was static. Error 404 bounced around in his brain.
Was this some sick joke? Did The System do this? Was he really back in the bamboo house resting in bed and having a weird as fuck dream?!
“Wanna take this somewhere else?” Shang Qinghua asked, his eyes darted around the establishment uncomfortably. People were staring. At him. Because he was fucking gorgeous.
Shen Yuan had So. Many. Questions.
“Is it as bad as your office at An Ding?” Shen Yuan asked, his lips curled disdain.
Shang Qinghua huffed a soft sound of amusement. “Where do you think Binghe gets his clean freak mentality from?”
“Wait,” Shen Yuan stood up when Shang Qinghua did. “When you said you wrote a self-insert, you didn’t mean Shang Qinghua??? You meant Luo Binghe?!”
“Well, yeah, bro.” It was surreal to hear the word ‘bro’ come out of that mouth. “Binghe is all the good, bad and ugly of me, amped up to eleven. Well…with bad at a fifteen.”
“Wait, what?” The hamster in Shen Yuan’s wheel of a brain began to run faster as thoughts began to practically explode. But there was one that was louder than any of the other:
Did this mean that Shen Yuan basically married Shang Qinghua?!
#shen yuan: could it be... that you're actually the real luo binghe? reverse transmigration???#shang qinghua#svsss#svsss shen yuan#shen yuan#svsss shang qinghua#the scum villain's self saving system

Your Specialty (S.R.)
Summary: Spencer sees his significant other comforting a child and it makes him wonder. A/N: Written for my best friend on her birthday. Couple: Spencer Reid/GN!Reader Category: Comfort Content Warning: Minor self-deprecation, implied difficult childhood, crying Word Count: 1k
MASTERLIST
Spencer loves you every day. There is never a doubt or a hesitation. With each glance, he finds something new to add to the ever-growing list of reasons why he is right to love you.
But there are some moments where even he, in his seemingly infinite wisdom, is unable to put into words the way he feels when it comes to you. In those moments, all he can do is silently soak in the unknowing.
It was a quiet moment, all things considered. There was no more bad guys to be caught, no more bloodshed to be had. Still, there were tears, as there usually were when you were around.
It wasn’t your fault. You just have a way about you that makes people feel… loved. Sometimes for the first time.
Spencer peers through his open office door to find you. You are on your knees, eyes locked with the young boy standing in front of you.
His small body shakes with incoherent sobs. He is held steady only by your gentle hands cupping his face. Despite the sight, you are smiling. A calm, subtle curve that holds him up in another way.
From where he is, Spencer can’t hear your words. But he can still feel the relief. He finds himself mirroring you both, with deep inhales fighting against the knot his throat. The air comes out warm and trembling.
In that moment, as he watches you comfort something small, he is a little boy again. He is the one lifting his arms in a silent request to be loved in a simple way.
And he can feel it. He feels your arms as they wrap around the little boy and lift him gently from the ground.
The feeling is almost too much, but he doesn’t look away. He watches and waits patiently for you to let the little boy go.
He waits for you to notice, to quickly come to him before your own trembling hands are noticed by the boy being carried away to what Spencer still hopes will be a happily ever after.
Spencer watches you the entire time. His own mind races, struggling still to find words to explain the feeling in his chest.
He’d almost gotten it when you interrupt the thought with a laugh.
“What is it?” you ask.
Any eloquence vanishes and is replaced with a stammer.
“You’re uh… you’re good at that,” he says. "Comforting kids."
Somehow, it sounds better than it did in his head.
Unbeknownst to the depths of the compliment, you glance over your shoulder to see the boy still watching you.
You recognize the same expression on your lover’s face.
“Kids are easy to love,” you answer.
He accepts your humility. He meets the modesty with his own typical self-deprecation.
“You should’ve seen me as a kid.”
Beneath the words, you hear the uncertainty. That stubborn, relentless fear that there is something rotten to be found in his heart.
You narrow your eyes as you inspect him. His shoulders square under your scrutiny. You look at him, carefully reviewing each wrinkle and freckle. You tilt your head to look at him in another way.
And you find nothing at all rotten.
“I would’ve liked that,” you tell him in earnest.
Emboldened, but still afraid, Spencer dares to take another step forward.
“What do you think you would’ve said?” he says like it’s a joke.
This time, your pause is a couple beats longer.
You look at the man in front of you and try to imagine him with teeth too big for a tiny frame. You imagine unruly curls and thick, crooked glasses perched over innocent eyes.
You look at the man you love and you see it. A small boy staring up at you in his oversized suit. Always trying to be both smaller and bigger than he was meant to be.
“I’d tell him,” you say, unsure of your own words, “that he’s strong and clever, and he shouldn’t have to try so hard to prove it to everyone.”
Spencer sucks in a breath that betrays his aloof demeanor. The words hit him like a swift blow to the stomach. But even with the pain, he hopes you’re not finished.
You’re not.
“I’d tell him that I know he’s trying his hardest, and sometimes things are bigger than us and…”
You bite your tongue to stop tears from welling. You breathe in sharply, reaching up to place both palms against his reddened cheeks. You laugh as they shift towards a goofy grin despite tears.
“I’d tell him that everything’s going to be okay,” you say confidently.
“Oh,” he chuckles; a sad but necessary sound.
"Yeah."
Gentle thumbs wipe each droplet that manages to spill from big golden brown eyes. The same as you had moments before, you catch what you can of his sadness and turn it to comforting warmth across his cheek.
Spencer bites his lip, looking down at your feet before daring to look at you again. Because when he does, he loses his breath and his sense once more.
“I, uh... I think he would’ve liked that,” he confesses.
“I know,” you whisper with a genuine remorse. “I’m sorry I wasn’t there.”
Spencer accepts the apology but refuses to stay in the past any longer.
“But you’re here now,” he says quickly.
“Yeah, I am,” you laugh in return. “Good luck getting rid of me now.”
But letting you go is the furthest thing from his mind. In fact, he pulls you closer until there is nothing but atoms between you. Strong arms embrace you and his clever words muffle against your hair.
“I wouldn’t even dare to try.”
Together, you settle into the silence. You share your warmth without restraint. Just two bodies swaying in a simple and symbiotic embrace. You enjoy the comfort, the company, the lack of need for words to describe it all.
And once you feel he’s had his fill, you sigh against his shirt.
“You know, I’m going to get through to that little boy eventually.”
Spencer halts his step as he starts to laugh.
“Is that a threat?” he asks.
Without moving from your place against him, you smile.
“Watch out, Dr. Reid,” you hum. “I’ve been told I’m good at this.”
Spencer accepts the warning with a smile.
“Yes," he chuckles. "Yes, you are.”

im sick
summary: vi helps you when your sick
cw: mentions and descriptions of throw/throwing up for my emetophobes, mentions of food that caused said sickeness lol, domestic (?) vi, she is very sweet yay, this is very short
You jolt awake, drenched in sweat, the taste of bile pooling in your mouth. For a moment, everything feels blurry until the sudden urgency hits you. You barely notice Vi sprawled out beside you as you clumsily crawl over her and bolt for the bathroom. The commotion stirs her instantly.
“Hey—wait, what’s wrong?” she calls out groggily, already moving to follow you.
By the time she reaches the bathroom, you’re hunched over the toilet, your hands gripping the porcelain as your body convulses. The sound of you retching echoes off the tiles.
“Shit,” Vi mutters, panic lacing her voice as she turns and rushes out of the room. She’s back in seconds with a towel and a glass of water, setting them on the counter before kneeling beside you. Her calloused hands are gentle as they push stray hairs away from your damp face. “Let it out, babe,” she murmurs, her other hand rubbing slow, soothing circles on your back. “You’re okay. Just let it out.”
Your body heaves one last time before the sickness leaves. Gasping for air, you shakily reach for her hand. She’s already there, steady and solid, helping you stand. Without a word, she dampens the towel and gently wipes your face, her touch so careful.
“I think it was that burger we had earlier,” you croak, wincing as you rinse your mouth out at the sink.
Vi watches you closely, her brows furrowed with concern. “Yeah… probably. You’ve been off all day.” Her voice is quieter now, as though speaking too loud might overwhelm you.
You stare into the mirror, water dripping down your face. Tiny red dots bloom under your eyes, blood vessels burst from the force of throwing up, a grim reminder of how your body puts so much force in this thing you would avoid any day.
“I’m sorry you have to deal with this,” you whisper, voice shaky.
She shakes her head, stepping closer. “Don’t apologize. Drink some water.” Her hand cups your damp face as she raises the glass to your lips, her thumb brushing over the faint red freckles on your cheek. She watches you drink slowly, watches you wince as the bitter aftertaste of bile fades under the coolness of the water.
“I know you hate throwing up,” she says softly, her eyes never leaving yours.
You nod, managing a weak smile before your stomach churns again. “Too soon,” you mutter, and before you can stop yourself, you’re back at the toilet.
Vi is there in an instant, one arm wrapping around you to keep you steady as the other supports your weight. “it’s okay,” she whispers, even as your body shakes violently. “I got you.”
When it’s finally over, you slump against her, tears and snot streaking down your face. You’re a mess, and you know it. You hate when she sees you like this.
“I should’ve warned you…” you mumble through ragged breaths.
“Hey, stop that,” she cuts in, her voice firm but kind. She helps you to your feet again, guiding you back to the sink to rinse your mouth before coaxing more water down your throat. This time, she waits, watching you carefully to make sure you’re not about to hurl again.
When you finally make it back to bed, you collapse into the sheets, still trembling. “Stay with me,” you whisper, the words soft and desperate.
She grins, trying to lighten the mood. “Like I’d go anywhere.”
Before you can reply, she’s yanking the thick blanket from beneath you and tucking it snugly around your body, cocooning you in a makeshift burrito. Your head and feet poke out from the folds, and you pout up at her as she adjusts the edges.
“Don’t look at me like that,” she teases, pulling out a warm compress and placing it gently on your forehead. “You need to rest.”
“But I want to kiss you,” you whisper, your lips curling into a weak pout.
Vi smirks, leaning in close, her breath brushing against your cheek. “You’re cute, but also gross. I don’t need whatever you have.”
You groan, turning your head away, trapped in your blanket prison as she crawls into bed beside you. Her messy pink hair spills across the pillow, and the sight of her, so effortlessly beautiful even now, makes your chest ache.
“I’m sorry…” you murmur again, your voice soft as you glance at her.
She chuckles, leaning in to press a featherlight kiss to the tip of your nose. “No more burgers,” she whispers, settling in beside you and pulling the blanket tighter around you.
“No more burgers,” you agree, letting your eyes flutter shut as her warmth seeps into you.
a/n: i wrote this to help me cope that i have no one taking care of while i threw up my insides last night. yeah.

"Are You Blushing?" A SKZ Imagine
Pairing(s): bf!SKZ x reader
Content: Fluff, Established Relationship
Warning(s): 18+ (MDNI), tooth-rotting fluff, I’m talking MAJOR simp levels here (it’s mutual), explicit language, allusions to getting freaky, one (1) bulge mention.
Word Count: 2k
Summary: A snippet of how you fluster bf!SKZ
A/N: This all started with a little thought about Felix and those damn freckles, but it quickly grew into this whole imagine! I hope you enjoy and let me know if any of these would make you blush~
My masterlist 💕
Chan
~Is it hot in here, or is it just you?~
Barefaced, curly hair, and comfy clothes is your favorite version of Chan and you’re quick to let him know this fact. “You know if you were a fruit, you’d be a fine-apple Channie” you wink exaggeratedly and shuffle your laptop over when he cuddles up next to you on his bed for a movie night.
Chan shakes his head and chuckles, “What are you trying to butter me up for, babygirl?”. You bat your eyelashes and shrug, “Just stating facts my love, you’re so handsome I can’t help myself.”
‘Time to kick things up a notch’ you think and pretend to fan your face “Is it hot in here? Or is it just you?”. You’re delighted by the red flush that’s steadily taking over Chan’s face as he giggles, and you rack your brain for another line that’s sure to make him squirm.
“If you look this good in these clothes, you must look even better out of them?” you whisper into his ear. The effect is exactly what you hoped for, Chan’s face is completely red now and he’s full on laughing which sends you into a laughing fit as well. “Baby where did you get all of these pick-up lines from?” Chans asks.
“That’s for me to know and for you to never find out, my love” you say and press your lips to his for a sweet kiss. Chan doesn’t miss the chance to deepen it, teeth nipping your bottom lip and tongue sweeping past to soothe the sting. He kisses you until you're breathless and then separates just enough to say, “Now, what movie should we watch?”
Minho
~Hungry? I ordered your favorite~
‘It’s just been a rough day, Jagi’
‘I didn’t mean to snap over the phone earlier’
‘I’m sorry.’
You look up from the text thread you have with your boyfriend when you hear the door to the apartment close and the shuffling of keys and shoes. A minute later, an exhausted Minho slinks into the living room and stops in his tracks when he spots you standing there waiting for him.
“Hey Min,” you start hesitantly, “I know today was rough, so I had Sungie let me in earlier so I could take care of you”. You rub the back of your neck sheepishly and continue, “It wasn’t much, I just folded some laundry and tidied up a bit.”
Minho just stares at you, unblinking as your nervous rambling continues.
“Oh! And I picked up some dinner from that place you like around the corner! I wanted to make something, but you threatened to feed me to the cats the last time I tried to cook in your kitchen.”
Feeling awkward with the continued silence on Minho’s end, you shuffle your feet and meet his eyes. You think you spy a sheen of wetness, but strong arms sweep you up into a crushing hug before you can double-check. You sigh in relief and squeeze back just as hard.
The two of you stand there, wrapped up in the warm embrace for several minutes, until you feel every bit of tension leak from Minho’s frame and he strokes a hand through your hair.
“Thank you, Jagi” he whispers and cups your face in his hands. His eyes are impossibly soft as they gaze at you and his cheeks are dusted with pink. “And you’re right, you’re not allowed to cook for me ever again.”
Changbin
~You look a little tense, want a massage?~
Changbin just got out of the shower after a morning gym session with Chan and you already have him pressed against the bathroom counter. Steam curls in the air around you and fogs the mirror a bit, but you can see the way his cheeks grow redder by the second as your hands snake their way up his sides and towards his chest.
“L-Lovie, what are you doing?” Changbin stutters. You peek over his shoulder and watch your reflection as you squeeze his pecs, grinning when your dwaekki squeals. “I bet you’re sore, Binnie-baby, I wanna help you relax with a massage.” you purr into his red little ears.
“I have been lifting heavier recently…” he murmurs. With a quick kiss to his hot cheek, you go back to your “massaging”. Changbin’s skin is still damp and slippery from the shower so your hands glide easily across his skin. You take your time, slowly kneading up his back while Changbin grunts and groans. You slip your hands around to his tummy and can’t resist grabbing and squeezing again.
“Ah! What kind of massage is this?” Changbin whines loudly, but just as he’s opening his mouth to complain again, your sneaky fingers undo the towel that’s wrapped tightly around his waist and begin creeping south.
“You don’t like it?” you pout and move as if you’re pulling away. Strong hands grab your wrists immediately as Changbin tugs your hands back to where they were, “Wait lovie, please! Keep going!”
Hyunjin
~Can I do your makeup?~
Gentle music plays from your phone and the fairy lights strewn around your bedroom plus your favorite candle burning create an intimate and cozy atmosphere. You flutter around excitedly, gathering all the makeup items you need to give your boyfriend a makeover.
“I’m going to make you look like a fairy prince!” you chirp and climb into his lap, already reaching for a primer. “I don’t doubt it, my princess” Hyunjin smiles and rests his hands on your hips, eyes closing as he leans back against the headboard and enjoys your gentle touch.
A comfortable silence follows, just the soft notes of your background music and the rustling of the sheets as you work your magic. You grab a colorful eyeshadow palette and grin, “Now for the exciting part! Look at me Hyunjinnie?”
Hyunjin hums an affirmative and opens his eyes, making direct eye contact with you. This close, he can feel the soft puff of your breath on his lips, could count every eyelash as you concentrate on whatever you’re doing, and he feels his heart skip a beat. You’re just so pretty up close in this soft lighting, and the proximity plus your intense focus on him has his cheeks flushing.
You take a moment to check your work but immediately throw your head back and laugh, “Hyunjin! I haven't even put any blush on you yet!”
Jisung
~How many licks does it take to get to the center?~
A crash can be heard from the other room, followed by a string of curses, then thundering footsteps rapidly draw closer. “Babycakes have you seen my-” Jisung trails off and his eyes widen as he takes in the scene in front of him.
“Seen what, sweet cheeks?” You tilt your head and give him your best innocent look from where you’re sitting on the kitchen counter with your favorite flavor lollipop dangling from your mouth. You drag it out ever so slowly with a pop, then put it right back inside and swirl your tongue around the candy obscenely. You hum happily and admire your boyfriend’s dumbstruck expression.
Even from several feet away you can see the blush spread across his cheeks and a growing bulge in Jisung’s pants. ‘Hook, line, and sinker’ you smugly think to yourself, ‘The studio will have to wait.’
“Fuck babycakes, I don’t even remember what I was looking for,” Jisung groans and quickly makes his way over to you. In a blink his hands grip your thighs and he shoves himself between them. Big round eyes, half-lidded already, meet yours as he grabs the lollipop stick and tugs it free from your mouth.
“Can I have a taste?”
Felix
~Did you know freckles are also called angel kisses?~
Shrieks and giggles echo around the apartment as you chase your boyfriend into the living room and tackle him onto the couch. “Just let me show you, Lixie!”
“Never!” he cries and attempts to wiggle out from under you.
A short tickle fight ensues until, “Okay! Okay, I believe you, mercy please!” You grin triumphantly down at Felix and settle your weight on his hips to keep him pinned. Truthfully, he could get away if he wanted to, but you both know Felix loves when you manhandle him a bit.
“Stay still, I have to make sure I get every single freckle,” you say as you rain kisses across his cheeks and the bridge of his nose, loud and obnoxious on purpose to make him giggle and draw that big toothy smile again. You move up to his forehead, followed by each eyelid gently, then the tip of his cute nose. Finally, you press your lips to his softly for a chaste peck once, twice, three times and his lips chase yours as you pull away.
“I think you got every one, angel,” Felix’s eyes shine with adoration as they look up into yours, his cheeks flushed the most beautiful shade of pink and his glossy black hair a mess on the cushions beneath him.
But the longer you admire him, the more a devilish smirk starts to take over and he casts his gaze down his body slowly, “On my face at least. I think you might have missed a few down here though… Let’s check just to be sure.”
Seungmin
~Did you get my note?~
“How many of these did you hide in my room sweetheart?” Seungmin’s voice is muffled from where he’s digging through his closet. “This is the last one Minnie, maybe you should check the hoodie I left you?” you giggle and flip onto your stomach, stretching out across your hotel bed.
Sure enough, Seungmin pulls out a pink origami heart from the pocket. He comes back to his desk where his propped up phone displays your face, and rolls his eyes as he drops the note in front of you. “How can you be so annoying from so far away?”
His grumpy act doesn’t last long, a small smile creeps onto his handsome face while deft fingers undo the heart. He reads the note slowly, then glances at you and reads it again. Your eyes are glued to the screen of your phone and you watch the prettiest pink blush spread across your boyfriend’s cheeks.
“All it takes is me confessing my undying love to make you blush, puppy?” you coo. “Shut it!” Seungmin groans and hides his face behind his hands. You can’t help but cackle at how shy your boyfriend gets when you’re being sappy.
After a few moments Seungmin lowers his hands and reluctantly meets your eyes through the screen, “I love and miss you too, your flight leaves in the morning, right?”.
“Yeah,” you sigh happily, “Can’t wait to see my puppy.”
Jeongin
~Is that my shirt?~
Soft morning light filters through the curtains and as quietly as you can, you slip from the sleep-mussed sheets and look around for something to wear. You huff at the mess of yours and Jeongin’s clothes strewn around your room and just pull on the first shirt you see and some fresh panties.
Jeongin is still snoozing away peacefully and you can’t help but take a moment to admire his fluffy hair and the marks you left on him after your wild night together. ‘A performance like that deserves a feast for breakfast’ you think to yourself.
You’ve only got the coffee started and the rice washed and in the rice cooker before your sleepy boyfriend shuffles into the kitchen. You turn away from the sink to find Jeongin, in just his sweatpants, frozen in place as he looks you up and down. Legs bare, hair messy, and he can make out the edge of his bite mark on your inner thigh where it’s peeking out from under the hem of his shirt.
“Hey Honey-Bun, how’d you sleep- WHOA!” Jeongin has crossed the room and scooped you up into his arms before you can even finish. You scramble to wrap your legs around his waist as he quickly makes his way back to the bedroom. “What are you doing?!” you screech.
You’re tossed onto the bed and you stare wide-eyed as Jeongin’s flushed face and heated eyes come closer. “I think I’ll have breakfast in bed, baby…”
Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed my first SKZ fic, and happy birthday Yang Jeongin!

Post workout pump|A.ANDERSON
Abby x fem reader 2.3k
Summary: Your gym rat Tinder date isn’t one to not kiss on the first date, a coffee date is much more interesting with her.
WARNINGS: public shit, public fingering??? Dirty talk, Abby being bold as hell, head!! Fingering, quick mention of that liquor. Fucking on the first date.
Abby’s Tinder profile was simple, a couple of gym rat pictures, and a couple cute candid ones someone had taken of her with a background of beautiful scenery. The one that made you swipe on her was a picture of her smiling in the forest, normally you wouldn’t go for “outdoorsy” people, you wanted someone you could comfortably rot away with.
It was her fucking smile. The way that her hair practically glowed in the sunlight peaking through the trees, how her freckles complimented every feature on her face. It wasn’t just her looks though, you weren’t that shallow. Her bio was simple, simple in a way it didn’t seem like she was faking it for people to like her.
“Will fight for you.” And you believed it with every inch of your body, she looked like fought off bears for a living. She could break you in half, part of you wanted her to.
Your conversation on the app was short, you gave her your number pretty fast, I mean she asked for it.
You got a text from a random number quickly after you gave it to her.
(7xx) 8xx-6xxx: Hey beautiful.
You replied quickly.
You: Hey.. this abby?
The typing bubbles popped up immediately, she responded fast and used punctuation, which was rare. In your experience, and probably rare to everyone on dating apps. To be honest, this was your first time on a dating app, you had too much on your plate to even think about dating since high school.
Abby: [IMAGE ATTACHED]
Abby: Sure is.
The picture was a live photo in a gym mirror, she had dumbbells resting by her feet, her body covered in a tank top and loose basketball shorts. Her muscles were huge, you didn’t think someone could be that strong, the sweat making them shiny didn’t help how hard you were staring right now.
You: oh my god…
That’s all you can get out, you have no thoughts.
You: i’m blushing
You throw your phone, you’ve only been talking to her for maybe an hour and yet she already has you wrapped around her finger.
The text bubbles pop up, she’s typing.
Abby: Aw, such a sweet girl, already blushing for me.
If you weren’t blushing before, you were now. You couldn’t stand another minute not being with her.
You: are you busy today? I need to see you
Text bubbles pop up, then disappear, come back then disappear again. Read, for ten minutes. Were you moving too fast? You put your phone down, tidying up your room to distract yourself from the stress. You get into the shower, your phone on the sink counter for music. You wash your hair when your phone starts ringing, fuck.
You grab the towel hanging up, drying off your hands and step out of the shower to pick up your phone, it’s her. You press the green accept button and put the phone up to your ear, pushing your wet hair out of the way.
“Hey.” She says. Her voice, oh my fuck, her voice. It was gentle but so heavy with intent, she sounded like she only spoke if she meant it.
“Hi.” You respond back, wrapping the towel around your body and stepping out of the bathroom to make sure she heard you well.
“God, you sound adorable. I’m not busy, just at the gym right now but I’m free in thirty minutes if you wanna go for coffee.” She says, you can hear the dumb bells banging in the back now.
Your mouth falls open, she really wants to see you? A date? Today? You forget to speak.
“Yeah, yeah please. Where to?” You respond back.
You hear her laugh slightly, then take a breath. “I’ll text you the address beautiful, you’ll like it I know you will.” God people making decisions for you was suddenly so hot.
You agree and giggle, uncontrollably. “Bye bye.”
“See ya.” She says then hangs up. Fuck you were nervous.
You get a text from her, the address was a small locally owned coffee shop just down the street from you, maybe she lived close. Surprisingly you had never been there before, maybe you could have met her sooner if you stepped out of your comfort zone more often, you would have met her sooner.
Twenty minutes had passed, you got back into the shower, finishing it and getting ready. Drying your hair and throwing on a cute fitting outfit, something easy, or just easy access, hey you weren’t against doing stuff on the first date, especially not with her.
You walk to the coffee shop, texting her when you arrive at the front doors, her assuring you she was already there. She was early, you liked that.
You walk inside and that's when you see her. She was in the back, in a booth manspreading under dimly lit lights. You walk over towards her, her hands set on the table, fiddling with a stir stick. She looks up and sees you, her blue eyes light up. She stands up, she towers over you. You look up at her, her freckles are even cuter in person.
“Hey beautiful, you look you know..beautiful.” She says looking you up and down. You smile at her muttering a greeting back. You were almost shaking, she was perfect, everything you could have ever wanted.
“You want a drink? I’ll order, just finished mine.” She says, placing a hand on your upper arm, it engulfed your arm in full. You nod and tell her your order. She smiles at you and walks off to order, you sit down scooting to the inside. A one-sided booth, leaving no choice but to sit right next to her, her boldness was attractive.
She comes back, placing your drink on the table in front of you, scooting herself right next to you placing hers next to yours. You pick up your drink taking a sip, as she lays her arm on the booth behind your back spreading her legs, getting comfortable. “Was that picture from today?” You refer to the picture she sent you earlier. She nods turning her head to look at you.
Her strawberry blond hair slightly damp presumably from a shower, her blue t-shirt clung to her arms, her jeans tight to her legs. God.
“You like what you see?” She says tilting her head at you, looking you up and down in return. You nod shyly looking away as you fiddle with the end of your skirt. She catches that, flicking your hands away, replacing them with hers. “You wear this for me? I like it, looks really good on you sweetheart.”
God the pet name, her hands on you, on your clothes. Her compliments, she has you melting. “I wore it for you Abby.” You say looking at her, she looks up from your legs to your eyes. She smiles, rubbing your cheeks, keeping one hand on your thigh. “God you’re adorable, I got you blushing already.” She takes her hand off your cheek and takes a sip of her drink.
“What made you want to talk to me?” She says as she rubs her thumb on your engulfed thigh. You’re fighting to not squeeze your thighs together. You look at her lips, and her eyes then respond. “You’re pretty, I mean you’re hot, you’re intimidating it’s attractive.” You say. She nods, humming a response to you.
“Well, I thought about how fucking cute you’d look with my head between your thighs.” She said it so innocently, her hand moving up under your skirt, you couldn’t handle it your trap her hand by squeezing your thighs together.
She clicks her tongue at you tapping your thigh with her free thumb for you to open your legs. You submit to her order, opening your legs for her. Her finger grazes your clothed clit, your panties wet from her teasing. You look at her and finally respond. “I’d like that, alot.” Your cheeks were burning up, your whole body was burning up with need.
She leans in closer to you, whispering into your ear. “You’re so perfect, so fucking ready for me, so beautiful.” A whine falls out of your mouth, uncontrollably. Her fingers continue dancing from your clit to your slit, teasing you no, torturing you.
You place one elbow on the table, the other gripping Abby’s thigh, you were dripping onto your skirt it was unbearable. You finally mutter out exactly what you need to say.
“I need you Abby, I need you.” You say. She pulls her hand away, awwing in response, turning your head towards hers with a grip on your chin. She smiles and shakes her head. “Ask nicely beautiful.” You lick your lips and nod. “I need you please, please Abby.
She lets go of your face, standing up and holding out a hand for you, you take it letting her pull you up out of the booth. Your legs were weak, even trembling, she noticed this and smirked at you.
She drove the two of you to her apartment, so fucking close to yours, her hand on your thigh the whole way there, her glances never made you blush any less each time. She parks her car and guides you up to her apartment with your hand clutched all the way there.
She unlocks her door, leading you in first, she walks in behind you, and kicks off her shoes. She grabs you, pushing you against the door connecting your lips with hers, locking the door with one hand, the other wrapped around your waist.
She pulls away, looking at you with those lustful blue eyes, they looked much brighter when you first met her but now there's nothing darker. She locks lips with you picking you up and carrying you towards her bedroom, her hands full of ass.
She’s mirroring your whimpers into the kiss with grunts, your arms wrapped around her neck. As she enters the bedroom with your legs wrapped around her, you fiddle with her braid, undoing it and running your fingers through the loose strands.
She throws you down onto the bed, the plush duvet sinking behind your back. Your quick breaths are loud in the quiet room, Abby stares are you eating you up with her eyes. “What do you want beautiful?” she says to you, stripping her jeans off revealing her grey boxer briefs, a wet spot that catches your eye. Apparently, you're not the only one worked up.
When you don't respond she hums a “hmm?” to you pulling you from your thoughts. “I want you, I want to feel you everywhere Abby.” A quiet grunt comes from the back of her throat. She leans to you, putting her knees on the bed and caging you in with her arms. She kisses you, her tongue tangled with yours. She pulls away to strip her shirt from her body, tossing it aside.
You admire her body, stripped from her tight t-shirt her muscles look even bigger. She places your hands on her shoulders pulling your shirt off. She leans down to unhook your bra and kisses you.
She scans your body, her eyes make you want her even more. She kisses your lips, pushing her knee in between your thighs applying the perfect amount of friction as she moves to make out with you.
She kisses down your bare chest sucking purple spots all the way down your stomach, your neck to your hips littered in hickeys. “So fucking good for me.” She mutters out as she flips the hem of your skirt up onto your stomach. She kisses the inside of your thighs, whines and whimpers falling out of your mouth with need.
She leaves marks leading up to your panties, now even wetter with want. She pushes them to the side, taking a quick lick and sucking on your clit then looking up at you. Her eyes, her face from the angle could make you cum right there and then.
“You taste so fucking good beautiful.” You were melting. She attaches her mouth back to your clit spiralling circles with her tongue, holding your hips down with one hand.
She rubs your hip as you fight to ride her face, take control. She sucks your clit and pushes two fingers inside, filling you so well. Her fingers found places inside you, you never knew existed.
Her tongue quickens it's pace as so does her fingers pumping in and out of you. Moans fall from the back of your throat, you can hear Abby’s grunts vibrating against your clit.
She disconnects her mouth, pumping and curling her fingers to the perfect spot at a brutal pace, she looks up at you, arched back gripping the blanket. “Such a good fucking girl.” Her praises push you over the edge. She connects her lips back pulling you quickly to your climax. You look down to her, as your thoughts dissapear.
You pulse all over her fingers, and she pulls them out, kissing your thigh. She looks back at you, as she sucks you off her fingers. “So good sweetheart, so goddamn good.” She crawls her back up to your lips kissing you gently.
She whispers into your ear. “You make such pretty noises for a slut.” That shocked you, after all those praises, she degraded you. It had you ready for round two all in eight words.
She lays next to you, looking you up and down. “Want a drink?” She asks.
You nod, she gets up tossing you her t-shirt and a fresh pair of underwear from her drawer, a pair of black boxers. They were loose resting on your hips as the shirt went to mid thighs.
She walks out of the room, and you follow her sitting on the couch as she pulls a bottle of dark liquor from her bar cart. You lay down, she sits down placing your legs on top of hers passing you the drink. She tucks her hair behind her ear and looks at you, placing her hand on your thigh.
“Wanna stay the night?”
A/N: AHHHH I wrote this really fast if there are any spelling mistakes/ grammar mistakes LOOK AWAY. I love Abby thank you.

enhypen! when you draw hearts on them

★☆ jungwon:
the two of you had spent the majority of today lazing inside cuddling. he had a day off and wanted to spend it with you. you were laying on your stomach sketching while jungwon laid next to you on his phone. you sighed and turned towards your boyfriend. he peaked over at you.
he grinned and rolled you up in his arms. letting out a shriek as you ended up sitting on his thighs. sitting back and admiring his beauty you got an idea. “oh wonnie stay there.” you leaned over grabbing your pencil case. inside your fingers shifted through the colors. deciding on red you placed the case down and turned towards jungwon.
his smile was wide. you uncapped the marker and leaned down. jungwon blushed as you got closer to him. using the marker you started drawing small hearts across his cheeks. “y/nie what are you doing?” he giggled. “wonnie be still i’m making art on art here!” he giggled some more.
smiling and leaning back you capped the marker. “done!” you cheered. you got off his lap and pulled him up. “go look!” jungwon went to the hallway mirror. there he saw the heart freckles you gave him. standing next to him you smiled. “aren’t you just so cute.” you pressed a kiss to his cheek, causing them to turn pink.
★☆ heeseung:
heeseung was spread out on the couch with his arm wrapped around you, while you cuddled into his side. the two of you were at the dorm with the others. you spaced out when heeseung pulled you closer to him. his cologne filling your senses. you traced your finger down his arm. you felt the tiny bumps rise on his skin as you traced your finger up and down.
smiling to yourself you started drawing hearts on his arm with your finger. heeseung smiled realizing the shape you were drawing on his skin. he let you continue enjoying the moment of closeness with you. he felt at peace seeing his members happy and having you in his arms.
you took your finger and traced out i love you which caused him to pull you into a hug and kiss you. “i love you too.” he said. you giggled and he left kisses all over your face. in the moment it really felt like just the two of you.
“are you two done reminding us we are single?” sunoo asked. you guys started laughing. “sorry.” you blushed. heeseung smirked pulling you into his arms again. which caused the members to playfully groan.
★☆ jay:
he was packing to leave for a few shows. you spent half the day cuddling until he said it was time to pack. you laid on the bed and sadly watched him pack. “baby stop pouting, you’re to pretty to be sad.” you groaned hiding your blush. leave it to jay. he laughed before finally zipping up his suitcase. jay bounced on the bed rolling you up his arms.
“it’s only two days, then i’ll be home.” he said into your neck before leaving kisses. you giggled before pushing him back slightly. “you better hurry home to me.” he nodded. “of course my lady.” that’s how the rest of the night went. cuddles and kisses. you dreaded tomorrow morning.
when jay’s alarm went off you were already awake. jay groaned turing off his alarm. his eyes found yours. “why are you already awake?” he asked knowing you weren’t a morning person. “i wanted to make sure i seen you before you left.” he smiled giving you a kiss.
jay was dressed and ready to walk out the door but stopped hearing you yell for him to wait. you rushed around the corner with a permanent marker in your hand. you gripped his wrist turning the inside towards yourself.
using the marker you drew a small heart on the inside of his wrist. you placed a kiss over the spot. “have fun and be safe i love you.” he kissed you. “i love you too.”
on the plane he ran his finger over the heart and smiled.
★☆ jake:
the two of you were playing a game of guessing what the other was drawing by feel. drawing different shapes and different phrases. the room was full of giggles. jake had just finished drawing a flower on you. “okay okay my turn.” you managed to get through the giggles.
you and jake have only been dating for a few months but you were ready to tell him you loved him. letting out a breath you stood behind him. he giggled. “jake i haven’t even started yet focus!” you laughed. he nodded and stood still.
you traced along his back with your finger. you wrote out i. he giggled “i” he said. you drew a heart. “heart.” he added. his smile was wide. you finished by writing you. “you.” he let out a breath. “i heart you.” he said turning around. you looked up at him. “i heart you.” he repeated.
jake wrapped his arms around your waist. he rested his forehead against yours. “i love you.” he said. you smiled and placed your lips on his. “i love you too.”
★☆ sunghoon:
you and sunghoon were sitting on a blanket in a quiet park. pinterest had given you the idea of a painting date in the park. he was focused on his canvas while you were focused on him. he looked so concentrated. you watched his hand work at making his vision come to life on the canvas.
you dipped your paint brush in your pink paint and painted a heart on his arm. he stopped his actions and stared at you. with a smiled you painted another one. he smiled and used his to paint one on you.
neglecting your canvases the two of you continued to paint small hearts and different designs on each others arms. as the sun started to set the two of you gathered your belongings. taking your hand sunghoon walked with you to the car. you got a few stares for being covered in paint but you didn’t care. you loved sunghoon and loved to show it.
★☆ sunoo:
sunoo and yourself were watching videos when you got an idea. you wiggled out of his arms and ran off. he looked at you funny be returned to the video. when you came back with a marker he raised an eyebrow. “what are you up too?” he asked.
you smiled uncapping the marker. “ i want to draw on you.” he sighed. “why there’s paper.” you groaned. “sunooooo pleaseeeee.” he sighed before pulling up the sleeve of his shirt. “fine, you’re lucky there is no schedules tomorrow.” you squealed before you took his arm.
he rolled his eyes but turned and smiled. while he watched his video you doodled on his arm. after awhile his arm was covered in “i love yous” smiley faces but sunoo’s favorites was the hearts you drew.
his cheekes heated up as he looked at his arm. you capped the marker and looked towards him. “do you like it?” he smiled and kissed your cheek. “love it but i guess i love you more.” you smiled and leaned into him.
★☆ niki:
niki was sleeping when you tip toed into the bedroom. you had a permanent marker and a plan of revenge. a few days ago niki had managed to draw all over you while you slept. you had promised to get him back. today was that day.
he came home from practice, showered and fell asleep. you carefully approached him and uncapped the marker. he shifted slightly but was still fast asleep. you started drawing hearts and “love you” all over him.
the marker must have been tickling him because just as you were about to draw another heart his voice stopped you. “y/n what are you doing?” you gasped and fell back on your butt.
he looked at his arms covered in your doodles and blushed seeing your hearts. “y/n! i have practice tomorrow.” you giggled. “guess you’ll have to shower again.” he didn’t respond he jumped off the bed and you scrambled to your feet as he began chasing you. both of your giggles filled the apartment.

𝑮𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒓 | 𝑺.𝑹.
𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈: Spencer Reid x wife!Reader
𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒚: Days off were beyond commodity at the BAU, so on the off chance you and Spencer manage to get one it’s always enjoyed to the fullest extent.
𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔: One mention of case injury, other than than just pure sickening fluff.
𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕: 745
𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓’𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆: I have other things to be working on, but I couldn’t get domestic Reid out of my head…
𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕

The warm, soothing orange glow of the morning sun filters in through the curtains. It teases your senses, the gentle light coaxing you out of your sleep. You let out a soft exhale as the room around you comes into focus. The soft bed set beneath your fingertips, a deep forest green comforter and warm brown blanket tangling around your body as well as the one behind you.
Speaking of, Spencer begins to stir as you come to, your rise triggering his own as the wiry arms around your middle give a gentle squeeze. His breath tickles the back of your neck, familiar lips brushing the nape as he lets out a soft murmur of your name.
“Hey you.” Your voice comes out in little more than a whisper, still thick with sleepiness. He grumbles something against your skin. Reid is wrapped around you like a koala, his slender limbs encircling you in every way possible. For someone so slim he’s quite the human space-heater, his body heat alone nearly lulling you back to sleep. You don’t fight it either, content to languish with your beloved in the warm, hazy blanket of sunrise.
“Hey yourself.” Spencer rasps, his voice low and gravely with sleep. You love the way he sounds on mornings like these, so relaxed and utterly content. Familiar lips press against your neck and you sigh, one arm wiggling out of his hold to reach behind her and run through his hair. “Let me see you, pretty girl.” He laughs, and you can feel him smiling as he catches your hand to kiss your palm before helping you turn around.
Facing him now, you open your eyes a bit wider, taking in as much of his visage as possible. The nerve he had calling you pretty, couldn’t he see that he was one of the most beautiful things to ever grace this Earth? He looks ethereal, unruly chocolate curls framing his strong but delicate features, mature and yet sill boyish in a way. Your eyes study his face intently, memorizing it for the millionth time, the light dusting of freckles stretching from cheek to cheek, the fine lines at the corners of his eyes from years full of smiles and laughter.
And his eyes, oh, his eyes. To get lost in Spencer’s eyes was easier than breathing. The early morning light turning them to pools of molten honey-gold that had you drowning the moment you met his gaze. You were positive that you could spend the rest of your days doing nothing but looking into those tapestries of warm amber, and when the day came that you did die, it would undoubtedly be as the happiest woman on Earth.
Your focus drops to his lips next, the delicate dip of his cupids bow, the pink, plush skin bearing the memory of a thousand kisses stolen between work. Your eyes wander back to his hair, a few of the sweet curls falling into his eyes. He doesn’t seem to mind, looking at you and mirroring the same quiet awe. Spencer rests his forehead against yours. You smile.
He had been watching you in the same way, you’re sure. Even with his eidetic memory, he couldn’t help but feel like every time he looked at you was the very first, allowing him to take in your particular beauty anew time and time again. It’s something he’s sure he’ll never grow tired of. Spencer brings your hand back to his lips, kissing each knuckle individually, those lips you loved so much lingering especially on the metal band gracing your finger that matched his own.
His other warm hand holds your cheek, his thumb brushing gently over the healing cut beneath your eye. A part of him is proud, despite how worried he had been in the moment you received it. It wouldn’t scar, merely serve as a reminder of another completed case, justice done and lives saved. Still, your small injury weighs on some part of him, and he draws you ever closer.
The silence between lovers is comfortable, soothing. Words alone would never be able express the sheer amount of shared love and devotion. To speak would be to sully this quiet, lazy morning. You and Spencer love your jobs of course, but at the end of the day, the hours spent tangled together in loving silence are something you both will always hold dearest of all. Because mornings like these?
They are utterly perfect.

𝚏𝚎𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚎 𝚞𝚛𝚐𝚎

𝚙𝚊𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐: abby/femme!reader 𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜: none ♡︎ 𝚝𝚊𝚐𝚜: established relationship, fluff 𝚊𝚍𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝚒𝚗𝚏𝚘: no use of y/n, outfit descriptions, modern au & canon 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝: 2,478k
𝚜𝚞𝚖𝚖𝚊𝚛𝚢: Abby helps her overthinking femme with her cute little date outfit + a brain dump on how this dynamic would work in canon!
a/n: thank you so much for the request! this is my first one so i’m suuuper nervy posting it haha but I wanted to do this between writing chapter eleven of dream of us In a year! i hope you enjoy! ✿

“Honey, I think you look fine.”
“Fine?” you ask, peeking around your closet door, eyebrow raised. “Just fine?”
Abby stutters from where she sits on your bed. “Not—” Bringing a hand up, she rubs at her forehead. “Fine as in good. Cute. Hot... I don’t know what you’re looking for.”
You laugh, crinkling your nose. “I know what you meant.” You retreat from the closet, stopping in front of your full-length mirror once more. It’s almost a struggle to see past all the stickers and photos pasted along the edges. “And thank you, I just…” you sigh, posing in the mirror, smoothing down your top. “I’m just not feeling the white, I don’t think.”
The two of you are in your bedroom, getting ready to go out for lunch. Well, you’re getting ready to go out— Abby’s been ready since before she got here. She even arrived extra early, early enough to catch you still in your pyjamas, hair curlers hanging on for dear life, smudges of yesterday’s mascara darkening under your eyes. You let her in, obviously, leading her by the hand as you sleepily shuffled back to your room.
She’s been sat there patiently the whole time, watching you pad around as you get ready for the day. It’s mesmerising to her, the way you do yourself up. Expertly brushing and pinning your hair in place, dabbing concealer and blush and a whole bunch of other things Abby doesn’t have the vocabulary to name along the soft planes of your pretty little face.
You’d just finished up, clipping a pair of sparkling earrings to your lobes when you caught your reflection in the mirror by your closet. Abby could tell just from the dip in your brows that you were second-guessing, overthinking the outfit that you had meticulously put together, deciding, ‘no, this wasn’t it.’
So, Abby keeps sitting, looking so out of place your bed, plush pink sheets threatening to swallow her up as she sinks into them, surrounded on all sides by an impressive wall of decorative pillows and plush toys— most of which have been won for you by Abby herself.
Her ripped denim jeans, loaded with too many pockets to be purely functional, are belted at her waist with an impressive buckle-- something that makes her look like she walked right off a ranch. Tucked in to the waist of her jeans is a plain white tee, short sleeves rolled up to show off more of her freckled arms, muscles bulging as she wraps them around a heart-shaped throw pillow. Her usual braid has been passed for a low bun this morning, keeping the hair off her neck in anticipation for today’s sunny weather.
The only accessory she wears is a simple necklace, a locket you got her for your anniversary, a photo of you on the inside. Technically there’s two photos, one hidden behind the other for a very particular reason, meant for her eyes only.
You turn again in the mirror, chewing on your glossy lip as you look over the white tennis skirt peeking out from under your ribbed top. It’s a delightful shade of pink with capped sleeves. You just received it in the mail the other day and haven’t had a chance to wear it, and what better time to debut it than on a lunch date with your love. The buttons along the front are shaped like hearts. It’s perfect.
Just not with this skirt.
The vision was to add something white, try and match the colour of Abby’s top, but it’s simply not working out.
With a sigh, you unzip the skirt, letting it fall off your hips and pool at your bare feet, stepping out of it and walking back into your closet. Your top is longer than usual, but not long enough to completely hide your naked thighs from Abby, let alone the peek of your underwear from her wandering eyes.
“I think I like this outfit the most,” Abby says, a sly smirk playing on her lips as she runs her gaze lazily across your bare legs.
Rolling your eyes, you grab the closest ball-shaped object (a pair of bundled up socks) and throw them at her. You manage to hit her square between the eyes with your impeccable aim. “Keep it in your pants.”
She chuckles, a low sound as she picks up the bundle from her lap. They’re a ribbed white pair, a delicate ruffle along the top. Abby hums in thought, chewing on her cheek, unrolling the socks and smoothing them out. They’re about knee high, and she recognises them from the few times she’s seen you wear them.
Her eyes flick up to you, on the tips of your toes as you shuffle through your hanging skirts, then back down to the fabric in her hands.
“Hey, babe?”
“Hm?” You keep shuffling through your skirts, metal hangers screeching as you slide them along the pole.
“Why don’t you…” she trails off, feeling a bit silly for even attempting to give you of all people clothing advice. She clears her throat, starting again. “Why don’t you wear these, and that uh—you know that denim skirt you have? With the layers? It’s got that--”
“Oh!” You pop your head out from your clothes, looking over to your girlfriend perched on the bed. “The one with the ribbon on the hem?”
“Yeah, that one. That way we’ll both be wearing denim, and your socks will match my top… right?” She tacks on, almost shyly.
Ugh. She looks so cute sitting there, socks in one hand, frilly heart pillow clutched to her chest with the other. Her lips are doing that pouting thing she does when she’s thinking, a pretty pink from all her chewing on them.
“Let me see if I can find it.”
Turning back to your skirts, you riffle through each one until you spot it, neatly pressed and folded over the hanger. It’s just how Abby remembers it, a washed denim in two layers, a lovely pink ribbon weaved in and out through the slightly ruffled hem.
Not wanting to give any room for your brain to overthink, you shuffle the skirt over your hips, buttoning and zipping it into place. It sits at that perfect length above your knee, just long enough to be modest, but short enough to be a bit flirty.
Abby lets out a whistle as you exit the closet, stepping in front of the mirror.
“There she is.” She grins, loving the way she can see you blush in the mirror, watching as your already pink cheeks darken in colour under your makeup. The shade matches your eyes, similar pinks and reds brushed over your lids, blended delicately and precisely.
She loves it when you coordinate like this, tying everything in from head to toe.
You’ve got to hand it to her, she did a really good job. Your top sits smooth along the skirt, not looking too lumpy or awkward along your middle. It hides a fair bit of the waistband, but just like the tennis skirt, it lets the bottom peek out in a way that you can’t help but find adorable.
You don’t even have to have the socks on to know that this is a winner.
“Not too shabby, Anderson.” You grin back, turning to face her properly.
Abby sits up a bit straighter, chest puffed out in pride. Letting the pillow fall to her lap she raises one of her hands, making a spinning motion. “Give us a twirl, pretty lady.”
You let out an embarrassed giggle, cheeks burning hotter as you give in, spinning in place and finishing with a pose. You meet her gaze, warmth blooming within your chest at her soft eyes, so clear and filled to the brim with affection.
“Perfect.”
“Not yet.” You reach out, making grabby hands you walk over to her spot on the bed. “The finishing touch.”
Abby removes the pillow from her lap, patting one of her muscled thighs as she holds the socks out for you to take, smirking.
“You’re impossible.” You huff playfully, making a big show of spinning on your heels before perching on your girlfriend’s lap, taking the socks from her hand.
She chuckles behind you, her strong arms coming to wrap around your middle, pulling you back to sit flush against her chest. You can feel the cool press of her locket between your shoulder blades, her hot breath fanning across your neck as she buries her face into your shoulder.
You have to navigate around her grip on you, but you eventually roll the socks up your calves, adjusting the ruffles so they’re sitting neatly under your knees.
There. Now it’s perfect.
Abby’s arms tighten around you, squeezing you gently. With a soft hum you lean back against her chest, bringing one manicured hand up to lightly scratch at her scalp. She won’t admit it out loud, but she loves the way your nails feel. It’s part of the reason she offers to pay for you to get them done. That, and the way you get so giddy over a fresh set, staring at them for hours after you come back from your appointment.
“Thank you for being so patient. This must get so annoying.”
“Never annoying,” Abby murmurs, tilting her head to press a soft kiss to the skin of your neck. You shudder lightly, sinking into the feeling. “Like watching you get all dressed up.”
You can’t help the sigh that leaves you as she kisses up your neck, pressing her strong nose into the skin, finding the source of the perfume you spritzed there. A sweet scent that contrasts the spicy cologne she likes to wear.
“Mm… Like it when you wear this one.”
You giggle, letting out a soft gasp as she nips the skin gently. “I know, it’s why I put it on.”
She continues her path up your neck, kissing along your jaw and cheek. Holding her head in place you tilt your own to meet her, pressing your lips together in a lingering kiss.
It’s sweet. She’s sweet. Unbelievably so.
“Love you,” she mumbles against your lips, pressing in for another kiss before you can answer.
You pull away, hand sliding from the back of her head to her cheek, cupping it gently. “Love you, too.” Your thumb swipes across her lips, wiping off the tacky residue of your tinted lip gloss. “Want to head out?”
Abby nods, pressing in for one last, quick kiss before unravelling herself from you, giving your hip a loving pat. “Let’s go, before they sell out of those muffins you like.”

𝚍𝚢𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚒𝚌 𝚒𝚗 𝚌𝚊𝚗𝚘𝚗
Working in any capacity for the WLF doesn’t leave a lot of room or time for you to indulge in your physical appearance. Practicality always takes precedence, and you would never ever jeopardise yours or others safety because you were too stubborn to wear a pair of ugly cargo pants. Even as one of the dog trainers you don’t get a lot of leeway, having to be prepared and able to run, play, train, and bathe the couple dozen dogs you keep on site every day.
You live with what you can get, fussing over your hair and wearing the small amounts of makeup you have. It’s very DIY, a couple of the women in the stadium making kohl for the eyes, lip tints and blushes from extracts of things like beetroots. It’s not perfect, but it beats the expired stuff by a longshot. That’s just an infection waiting to happen.
The thing you take the most pride in are your nails. You have your routine perfected at this point, sitting down to file and shape them, rubbing oils into your hands to keep them nice and soft as you push back your cuticles. Your favourite part is painting them, switching out the colours each time you need to redo them.
No matter what you wear or what your hair looks like that day, you’ll have your nails pretty and painted, and that’s enough to get you through.
Your girlfriend Abby is the polar opposite to you, content to spend every waking (and even sleeping) moment in her cargos and muscle tanks. Not that you’re complaining. You both know she looks ridiculously good in them.
Everything about her is practical, and she doesn’t care for putting more effort into her appearance than she has to. Even her braid is entirely utilitarian, keeping her long hair out of her face. If she does it right, she can keep it in for the couple of days while she’s out on patrol, not needing to waste moments redoing the entire thing.
She doesn’t entirely get it, the want for femininity. She’s more than comfortable leaving it behind. If she’s being honest, she likes rejecting it— finding comfort in her broadness, the boxers she slides along her hips, the spicy cologne she spritzes after her showers.
She lives for the moments when you look up at her, eyes smudged dark and lips her favourite shade of pink, manicured hands running along the planes of her face or up to scratch the back of her head as you call her handsome. She’d do just about anything for you in those moments. Fuck everyone else, you’re the only thing she can think of.
Which is why, even though she doesn’t really get understand, she goes out of her way to find things for you, bring you home little bits and pieces from her patrols that she knows you’ll love.
She takes a few minutes to step away from the others and walk the aisles of that old pharmacy, eyes roaming the displays of nail polish. She ducks through broken windows to stuff a hairclip or hair tie into one of her pockets. She pretends to go take a piss when really, she’s jogging back to the jewellers she saw on the corner, snatching a dainty chain from a display cabinet.
And it’s all so worth it when she comes home after those long days, meeting you in darkened hallways or up in your favourite spot in the stadium bleachers, kissing your tinted lips as she presses her gifts into your palm. When she can watch the smile that breaks out over your face, eyes sparkling as you turn the items over in your hand, thanking her as you pull her in for another kiss.
She’s addicted to the way her heart thumps in her chest when she sees you the next time, newest colour on your nails or that clip she just got you holding your hair back. Almost as much as the grin she gets when you spot her looking, kissing the tips of your fingers before blowing it in her direction.

~ Leaves In A Sky Full Of Stars ~
Eris Vanserra x Rhysand’s Sister!Reader/OC

“Remind me again why we are here?” Eris grumbled, signature frown plastered upon his unamused face.
“Because,” you enunciated, turning you attention to the babbling bundle secured in your Mate’s arms, his innocent eyes drinking up the frosty scenery around him in awe. “Just look at how happy he is!”
As if to further your argument, little Silas appeared squeal in agreement, his tiny legs kicking in glee as the High Lord carefully adjusted his hold on his delighted son- the boy’s excitable wriggling sending his already paranoid heart racing.
He thought he looked ridiculous.
Togged up in Winter attire- even though he could regulate his own temperature, you had insisted he don the furs of the Court you had travelled to as it would be “courteous”.
You thought he looked adorable.
His pale cheeks flushed, the rosiness only serving to bring attention to the delicate spattering of freckles across his tall nose- the fluffy material over his ears.
“My son looks absurd.”
“Our son looks absolutely darling!”
The boy in question too was swaddled, though instead in a mini snowsuit- little tufts of his red curls peeking from the soft fur that lined his puffy hood.
If he was squishable before, he was absolutely coddle worthy now.
His grabby hands were warm as ever, being unable to regulate his powers so young, the familiar heart emanating from his small body was a welcome comfort in Kallias’ court.
At first you were worried he was overheating, absolutely terrifying Eris one night when you shook him awake, frantic and near tears over the sleeping babe who was content as could be- his father’s curls wild with sleep and chubby cheeks flushed in innocent delight.
“Eris he’s burning up!” You were hanging off your groggy husband’s bicep in terror, watching his tired face meld into one of exasperation as you both were comically peering over the babe. “I-I think he has a fever- we must get the Healer-”
“My Love,” he let out, a tired smile on his wearied face, “it is normal for an Autumn babe. Ask my mother, it was the same for me as was with all of my brothers.”
“But-“
“Darling, he is fine,” he pressed a gentle kiss to your temple whilst securing his hand around your waist, his other moving to hover over the baby’s rosy cheeks, absorbing some of the heat so his little face became a complexion your heart could handle. “See?”
You sighed, your thumb coming to skin over the perfect cheek of your infant, not wanting to leave him.
“Can…Can we have him in our room?”
Eris sighed, unable to prevent a tender half smile gracing his features.
“I thought we agreed with the Healers that it was best for him to remain in his own chambers, hmmm?”
You huffed, pouting up at your husband with those twinkling violet eyes he had never once had the strength to deny.
“I am High Lady am I not? I can do as a like.” You stuck your nose in the air as Eris chuckled lowly, careful to not disturb the cooing babe who gently stirred in his cot, with an attitude he could only compare to your brother’s.
“If it will settle your ridiculous fears, My Star, I will bring him to our chambers.”
“You’re only saying that because you wish to go to back sleep.”
“Who am I to argue with my High Lady, hmm?”
That seemed like so long ago, the babe in question now able to babble in almost intelligible sentences and hold up the weight of his own head.
“Viviane and Kallias are our friends-“
“Your friends. Frankly, I would much rather-“
“High Lord. High Lady.” Eris was cut off by a warm voice- starkly opposed to his icy appearance. Kallias’ strong hand was mirthfully brought to Eris’, who shook it back with a mirroring fervour despite his earlier words.
You had to fight back a laugh, struggling to ignore the vexation he was hurtling down the bond.
Behave, you spoke into his mind, you should be grateful they invited such a grumpy Firehead as you into their home.
You didn’t have to look back at your husband to know he had rolled his eyes, adjusting Silas on his hip as he begrudgingly followed Kallias, an undeniable ghost of smile on his downturned lips as his son began cooing in awe at the glimmering structure they were entering.
“Dada!” He grinned, his little dimple pulling Eris from his mood, “brrrr!” A chubby finger pointed at the glacial carvings as he mimicked the noise you had been teaching him to help learn the seasons.
“Yes Silas, very clever. It is indeed cold.” Eris pressed a light kiss to Silas’ head, causing the babe to giggle, the noise a welcome salvation to the High Lord.
“Brrr!Brrr!”
“Precisely why I wanted to stay in Autumn…” Eris mumbled, agreeing with his son continued to note how freezing the temperature was.
“Brrr!”
At the sweet sound, you smiled back at the pair, pausing your conversation with Kallias to look upon your favourite boys, so alike in appearance it was sometimes scary.
“He wants you to say it,” you watched as the older male’s face contorted, perhaps finally understanding why his son kept repeating the noise. “He likes it when you copy him.”
“Brrr!” The boy said again, his wide eyes hopeful as he stared up at his father who, if anyone, could never deny his son.
“Yes Silas…Brrrr.” Eris relented, his voice notably dropping in volume as he made the noise, refusing to look you in the eye as you gave the other High Lord a wicked grin.
“You were not wrong High Lady,” Kallias smiled, “the High Lord of Autumn truly is powerless when it comes to his family.”
~
After a lengthy stroll around the grounds, you all joined Viviane in the drawing room. She squealed and brought you into a vivacious embrace, words tumbling from her mouth before you’d even had the chance to remove yourself from her iron grip.
“Oh I have missed you so! I have so much to tell you-“ it was then she let out a soft gasp, spotting Silas squirming in Eris’ arms. “Oh my! He has gotten so big!” She cried, moving to swoop him from Eris’ arms who you noticed was especially reluctant to hand him over.
You had noted that he had become increasingly territorial and protective over his son since his birth, at first thinking it was only because there had been a chance he was going to die, but even after Madja had saved him- you both, his worries had only grown.
You knew why.
Even if he never admitted it out loud. That despite everything- all his efforts to undo the suffering his father had caused, he still had many enemies.
Enemies that would love nothing more than to hurt him by taking away the things he loved most.
Silas frowned as he was transferred into the loud woman’s arms, his father’s infamous frown plastered ridiculously on his teeny tiny face.
Viviane attempted to make him smile, bouncing him on her hip and giving his little freckled cheek a gentle, cool peck.
“Do not mind him Vi,” you teased, finding your place in Eris’ free arms as he secured you against his chest immediately out of habit. “He has inherited more than just his looks from his father.”
And your words appeared to have a double meaning when your son’s grumpiness fell apart just as quickly as Viviane could coax it out of him with extra cuddles- just like The Lady of Autumn had assured you her own son had been a complete softie for at that age.
~
Eris payed little attention to the words Kallias was spewing- a proposed trade agreement that would be advantageous for both sides involved. He was far more focused on the glass of alcohol that was rather difficult to source in Autumn, hoping to be done sooner rather than later so he could spend some time with you and Silas without politics looming over his already troubled mind.
He took a small swig from his goblet, relaxing as the liquid warmed his throat, his slender hand coming to skim against his jaw as he read over the papers he had been presented with.
“You are lucky Eris,” Kallias spoke with honesty, causing the auburn haired male to look up at him and follow the other male’s eye-line to the grand window which displayed the winter gardens below where the two females and young boy were playing. “I remember a time where many High Lords- myself included, would have done anything for the Princess’ hand.”
Though a harmless comment, it made Eris’ blood boil. His possessiveness never once dwindling since the bond had first snapped for him all those centuries ago.
“I know.” Was all he replied, a smugness to his tone which complimented his signature smirk which did not fail to falter his façade. “I am a very lucky male indeed.”
“Years ago my wife told me she wished she possessed the kind of love you both do,” his tone was wistful as he watched his own mate with a biting fondness in his eye. “A passionate, suffocating kind of bond. One I was once afraid might melt a heart such as mine.”
“Careful, High Lord,” Eris’ smirk grew, “from experience, I must advise you. It is never wise to deny a lady’s desires.”
Kallias laughed, removing his gaze from Viviane who was making delicate snowflakes and sending them gently whirring against Silas’ button nose which had turned pink from the cold.
“We are trying for one ourselves…” Eris interpreted from his tone that it was a difficult subject, Fae pregnancies were rare and testing, even without the stresses of ruling a Court. “We can only hope they will be as much as a blessing as young Silas.”
It was Eris’ turn to become wistful then, focusing on his own Mate, even from afar catching the charming blush atop her fresh complexion as she twirled about the snow with their son.
Their son.
A phrase he had never thought he’d have the pleasure of saying.
“You are a steadfast man, Kallias. Your wife brings so much joy to my own I can only begin to imagine what a delight your offspring would bring her.”
Kallias knew that was as close as any compliment he could wrangle from the man, so clasped him on the shoulder with a heartfelt nod as Eris moved beside him, freshly signed papers left on the desk as they both stared at their entire worlds.
Eris knew, in that moment, watching as his son waddled across the pale terrain to his mother, who crouched down with awaiting arms, the expression he loved most written all over her breathtaking face, that there was nothing worth living for, if not them.

Mirror, Mirror, On The Wall
Harry James Potter x fem!reader
Summary: Slowly throughout your years of Hogwarts, and if the other person looks at the same time, you see your soulmate’s image in the mirror.
Warnings: Mention of Dementors? And kissing- that’s all??
Note: Wrote a soulmate one for Draco, now it’s Harry’s turn!
Masterlist
Request Requirements
[Story ends at Fifth Year]

First Year (Age: 11)
-
“This is stupid, Ron.” Harry found himself muttering, staring at his untidy hair in the mirror. His reflection seemed to be mocking the boy, each second making him want to look away.
“No it’s not.” Ron insisted, staring at his bright red hair, freckles and all. He looked just like the rest of his family: flame-like hair and freckles scattering his cheeks.
“It kinda is, especially since we’ve been looking at ourselves for 10 minutes. I think I look okay, but I swear I saw my nose change form and I don’t know what it actually looks like anymore.”
Ron finally tore his eyes off the mirror, turning towards Harry. He titled his head, scanning his friend for a split second. He shrugged. “Looks like your nose to me. Not that I stare at your nose when I talk to you.”
“You’re doing it right now.” Harry replied instantly, unable to stop the grin pulling at his lips.
“Shove off, will ya? You asked.” Ron answered. Harry laughed.
Ron ended the daily mirror session with crossed arms, a grumble forming on his mouth as he sat on his bed in a dramatic way. “Never gonna see her.” He muttered.
Harry shrugged, and, with one last hopeful look in the mirror, joined Ron on his bed, legs dangling off it.
“Sure it’s fine- we just have to look at the same time.”
Ron scoffed at Harry’s attempt at assurance. “Yeah, like that’s ever gonna happen. You’d really think girls stare at themselves in the mirror all day.”
Harry once again shrugged, not really educated on the behavior of girls. When he saw a pretty one he’d stare for a while and go pink in the ears, but look away before she could notice.
“I couldn’t know, Ron.”
“Whatever. Come on, we have to go see what Hermonie’s up to. Reading a a ten million paged book I ‘spect.”
Second Year (Age: 12)
-
“I think I look about normal now, how about you?”
Harry was looking at himself in the mirror, watching the last of the transformation from one of Draco’s disgusting friends back to his normal self. Ron’s ear was still a little big but they both watched it slowly shrink.
“‘Bout back to normal. That was weird.”
Harry couldn’t help but agree, but he also couldn’t help but look at his normal face for a bit longer than usual, trying to catch a glance at her.
“Lookin’ for her again?” Ron figured, raising a brow as he looked at Harry from the corner of his eye, now looking at the mirror too.
“Yeah… but it’s no use.” Harry decided, looking away. Ron went up to the stall Hermione was in, and let’s just say what was happening definitely distracted Harry from the mirror.
Third Year (Age: 13)
-
“We’ll bring you lots of sweets, Harry.” Hermione promised, looking pitiful at the boy while her and Ron got ready to head to Hogsmeade. Ron nodded, eager to leave but still look like he felt bad.
“Yeah,” he confirmed. “Loads.”
Harry bid them goodbye and started to wander around the castle, the Marurders map in his hands as he looked at where everyone was. The dots moved frantically as people made their way about, each labeled with a name so Harry could see everyone on the grounds.
He went to his dormitory first, setting the map down temporarily before glancing at the mirror recklessly. He knew she was probably at Hogsmeade right now, giggling with friends as they shopped for candy after candy so looking at a mirror was the last thing on her mind. He wondered what she looked like, and the more he stared at himself instead of her the more he wanted to know.
“Come on,” he muttered, watching his lips move in the reflection. “Just look in the mirror.”
Oh but she was. Just never at the same time as he.
Forth Year (Age: 14)
-
“Harry Potter.”
Harry wanted the ground to swallow him. Every pair of eyes were on him, his cheeks turning a soft red. Hermione shoving him brought him out of his trance, encouraging him to go up to Dumbledore.
He stood up in wobbly legs, making his way to the Headmaster. The man handed him the piece of paper that had “Harry Potter” written on it, and gestured Harry to go to the back room with the rest of the champions.
The boy did so, meeting Cedric, Fleur, and Krum’s confused gazes, their eyebrows furrowed.
He stood there hopelessly, watching as people around him decided what they should do.
The dread news of having to compete was high, so high that he didn’t notice the mirror on the other side of the room. If he looked into it, for just a glance of time, he would’ve noticed sparkling eyes and bit lips, longing for a glimpse of him.
-
“Good luck, Harry.”
Harry turned around, the sweat on his hand almost causing his wand to slip out onto the ground. The girl stood in front of him, twiddling with her fingers but she still had a kind hopeful smile on her lips.
Harry couldn’t help but smile back even though he didn’t know her.
“I hope you do well.” She added. Harry’s smile stayed the same, constant and genuine. “Thanks,” he replied. “I’m gonna need all the luck I can get.”
She smiled a little wider, making straight eye contact for the first time in their conversation, since she was too nervous before so she avoided his gaze. His bright green eyes connected with her soft ones, and Harry didn’t fail to notice the gentle flush that spread on her cheeks. What he did fail to notice was that her eyes would be vaguely familiar if he just looked in the mirror .
Fifth Year (Age: 15)
-
“Okay, everybody. Today we’re gonna learn about the Patronus Charm, which fights off a Dementor. In order to cast it, you have to think of a happy memory. Very powerful and strong. Think of the happiest moment in your life, and keep it clear in your mind.” Harry instructed, watching everyone wave their wands, happy moments in time flooding their thoughts.
The girl, far in the back, thought back to when she met Harry’s eyes, longing for the reflection of herself in them, hoping they’d be meant to be. It was too bright outside that day to tell, but the moment burned in her mind every day since then, the beauty green in his eyes taking the time to look at her, the moment she felt special.
The picture of him alone and his bright eyes was pictured in her mind, just like every day, but clearer for this moment.
“Expecto Patronum!”
A mighty clever fox whispered out of her wand tip, legs taking a stretch as it ran around her, causing a soft giggle to escape her lips.
“Fantastic!”
His voice rang in her ears, and she looked at him, the blurry whip of the silver fox being ignored as she scanned the room for the acknowledgement. Her shoulders sank a little when she found out he was talking to Neville instead, eyes leaving him and landing back on her fox who was still running in circles around her.
-
“Thanks for helping me clean.” Hermione told Harry, some things around them knocked over after the practice of the Accio Charm, a charm casted to bring a desired object to the wand owners hand.
“Of course.” Harry responded, watching Hermione leave as she soon said she had to use the restroom.
“Have you seen her yet?”
Harry flinched at the second voice, turning to see the girl who wished him luck before the First Task, staring hopelessly in the mirror.
He walked over to her, watching her eyes scan the mirror, noticing how she was biting her lip. Her eyes were sparkling despite the emotion that seemed to be crowding them.
“Nope; been trying since First Year, in fact.”
Harry looked into the mirror at the exact moment she turned away and looked at him in disbelief. “Really? First Year? I thought I was the only one.”
Harry chuckled, glancing at her face.“Well I didn’t know about it until my friend Ron told me.”
It was then it was silent, Harry not seeming to be able to look away from her eyes. She then smiled tightly, looking back at the mirror. He followed suit, looking at the same reflective surface as her, behind her shoulder.
He then saw no one but himself despite her looking too, then her face clear next to him, every detail but she seemed clear as a ghost, present but not. The boy blinked, making sure he wasn’t just seeing things, and he wasn’t. She was there, and he was there too in her vision because they both gasped at the same time, soft and surprising.
She looked at him, and he at her.
“All this time…”
“We’ve already knew each other…” he finished.
“That’s crazy.” She muttered, this time looking at him instead of the mirror.
He cleared his throat but didn’t make an effort to look away nonetheless. “So, did you accomplish the Accio Charm?”
“Yeah…” she muttered, more like whispered, her eyes moving down to his lips but looked back up to his eyes, her own swirling with something but Harry couldn’t tell what it was.
“Good…” Harry whispered back, taking a step closer.
“Did the Patronus Charm as well.” She added for conversation, since in this moment she couldn’t stand the silence. Harry nodded in acknowledgment, a sign to let her know he heard her, but they both knew he was half listening, his gaze on her mouth as well.
“Why’d you ask?” She found herself asking, not having the courage to lean in first, though if she could make any wish in the world at the moment it would be for the courage to do so.
“Just wondering…..” Harry muttered, breaking the space between them, soft lips touching hers. Her eyes fluttered shut, the warmth of his lips and face against hers surrounding her being and thoughts. His lips were smooth and soft, like pillows that she was laying on.
He broke apart first though, but only to turn his head to get a better angle, leaning in again as they found a soft gentle rhythm.
She dropped her wand, the clatter startling neither of them as her hands went up to his neck, pulling him impossibly closer, fingers diving into his hair, a soft sigh escaping him at the sensation.
They came apart for air, their lips still brushing against each other as they longed for the long lasting contact. She licked her lips, her tongue accidentally touching his briefly, another soft sigh coming out of his mouth.
This moment didn’t feel real to her, someone so special didn’t deserve her, but he was there and that was his choice; she could hardly believe it.
“We should go to the Common Room…”
Harry muttered against her mouth.
“Yeah… we should…” she replied, but neither of them made an effort to move away from each other, in fact their lips connected again, moving in softer movements than before, but the strong feeling in her chest was all the same.

That's a Real Fucking Legacy: The Marks You Saw
Pairing: Joel x f!reader (formerly Tommy x f!reader). Word Count: 2.1k+ Warning: Alcohol mention. Drugs mention. Emotional word vomit. Author's Note: And you can tell a friend to tell a friend...she's baaaaack. Not really but I have been dealing with some heavy stressors at work and in my personal life that has stunted my writing so it felt good to get something out that I'm actually proud of. I think? Anyway... no beta, we die like men.
“Do you ever see me?”
Leaning back, you assess the man across from you—the scar that’s nicked into his eyebrow, the freckles that are scattered like spray paint across his nose.
The deep brown, almost black, of his eyes that match his brother’s.
Your daughter’s.
“I'm looking at you right now,” you say and it’s immediately apparent that’s not what he meant.
But you knew that.
“No, sweetheart—“
“I asked you not to call me that,” you remind him. “That's not who we are to one another anymore, Tommy.”
A terse nod.
“And no, I do not see you when I’m with him.”
“Did you ever?”
Did you ever?
Did you?
It’s been so long.
Pushing out a breath, you suggest that maybe you did in the beginning. “I was devastated, Tommy,” you say. “I was imagining the worst things possible, I was having waking nightmares which”—you laugh—“says a lot given the state of our world today. Especially in the Zone.”
His eyes take on that glassy look, the one he gets when he thinks too hard or sits for too long. The same way his brother’s do.
Something you hope your daughter will never mirror.
“But never me? Never now?”
He’s so still, you wish he would move or stand—breathe. It’s still so weird to see him breathing, to see him talking. Instead he just sits there on the other side of the small living room where the only thing that seems to rise and fall is his gaze on every part of you not covered by the threadbare fabric of twenty year old clothes.
“Tommy, I saw you dead and then I saw white, hot blinding rage. But I didn’t go to your brother as a replacement for you, I went because you told me to. If you’re still holding a grudge, I suggest you find whatever’s left of a mirror and confront yourself about it because I didn’t do anything wrong and neither did he.”
“But—“
“Tommy,” you cut him off, “I will always love you but I will never again love you like I did.”
Another nod and he finally does move, readjusting himself slightly in the chair as if he’s uncomfortable. But this discomfort is his own fault. You tell him so as soon as he even dares to say it.
“At some point, Tommy, you have to find closure because we cannot keep having these conversations—“
“Because it’ll hurt my brother’s feelings?”
“Because it’s hurting you, it’s hurting me to hurt you like this over and over again. And, yes, it hurts Joel. If I had ran into your arms when you showed up out of nowhere, he would have stepped to the side and remained quiet and let you back into my life. He still would. He is still afraid that I will decide he is too far gone and too fucked up and he will wake up to an empty bed and an empty crib because I went back to you.”
“Because I’m so easy?” He asks. And, somehow, it’s the first time you smell the whiskey stuck so heavily to him.
At no point during the day have you seen him drinking. Not out in the gardens or the community center. He didn’t even smell like this when he showed up here and you didn’t think his presence was due to anything other than not wanting to be alone.
But that’s as far as memory can serve. Because your attention and all your senses have been occupied by other activities.
Like the smell of the stables when Miri wanted to see the horses.
Or the smell in the crook of her neck, the smell that lingers in her hair.
Pulling her sleeping form tight to your chest, you inhale it again—the soft baby smell that’s going away.
“You are far from easy, Thomas Miller,” you say. “An easy man wouldn’t torture himself like this. But that’s what you’ve always wanted, Tommy. You want to be some complicated soul who saves the day. You already did. Me, Joel, Miri… we’re all here.”
Tommy inhales, deep, and stands to his full height. “I should leave you,” he says, before laughing and pushing both hands through his hair. “I guess I already did that though, huh?”
“Tommy…”
Stopping at the door, he takes another deep breath, his broad back expanding and deflating just as fast as he says, “more and more, I see my brother wearing the same marks you used to give me but it’s different.” A hiccup escapes its way from deep within his chest and he turns until his back is to the door. “He is covered in you in every way I always thought I was.”
“Am I supposed to apologize?”
His head shakes. “No, I-I think I’m trying to apologize to you.”
Looking down again into Miriam’s fragile, sleeping face, you see all the parts of her father truly starting to take shape across her features. Golden skin with a smattering of freckles; a strong nose set against soft cheeks—perfect, gentle little girl who looks like such an imperfect but gentle man.
“You have nothing to be sorry for,” you say but when you look back for Tommy, he’s already slipped through the door to make the short walk back across the street to his own home.
Purple blooms beneath the golden skin just below his ear, in that spot that smells most like him. By now, it’s about as permanent as any tattoo ever was because you spend your days and nights putting it there.
But not just there.
He has marks along his collarbone, marks bitten into his chest and shoulders and the side of his hand.
Some happened as a byproduct of stifling your pleasure against his skin. Others because you didn’t catch the moans in time so he had to do it for you. But, if you’re being honest, all of them are a subtle way of saying back off.
Not just to the curious eyes of the horny, lonelier women in the compound but to the world, too.
After all, all these bruises sucked into his flesh are the same purple-red of the knotted scars that have risen like unwelcome mountains across his body.
Your way of saying lust-filled eyes can’t have him and neither can the earth.
Your way of saying mine.
He came home far too late with eyes way too tired. He showered, rubbed mint soap across his body and tried so hard to be quiet on his big, heavy feet. But you were already up, eyes open to stare at the wall while you waited for him to come to bed and the only thing that kept running through your mind is Tommy’s question.
“He asked me if I still saw him,” you whisper across the short distance between where you lay.
“You see him all the time,” Joel says lazily, one arm draped across your body. “Hell, you could go see him right now. Just open the window and throw a rock at his.”
“Joel, you know what he meant,” you say.
“I do,” he affirms. “And I think about the possibility enough already so I don’t need to commiserate it with the target of all my greatest fears.”
A beat passes and his breathing begins to even out and, when you ask him if Tommy is really his biggest fear, you hope he’s already asleep so he doesn’t have to answer it.
So you don’t have to hear it.
Instead, Joel pushes up onto his elbow, body coming to hover over yours as he flips you back into the mattress and says, “he is now.”
“Why?” You ask, circling the edge of one of those darker patches etched into his skin. “Why would Tommy be your biggest fear when you know what’s out there?”
He shrugs and the movement of his body slips your touch further down, over the ridge of the scar to shatter the illusion that it could’ve been just another one of yours. They all look the same in the dark.
In the dark, he was never hurt.
“My brother is always going to love you and he’s always going to think our daughter should be his,” he says. “He's always going to be the first one of us that you loved.”
“That Tommy is gone,” you say. You don’t know how many times you have to say it.
“I see the way he looks at you.”
“It should be the way I look at you that matters,” you tell him. “It should always only ever be the way that I look at you.”
Joel smiles, that lone dimple pocketing his left cheek, as he drops himself down across you and all of his weight from all of this world comes down with him as your arms wrap around his neck with fingers tangled into wild, unkempt curls that have gone so gray.
That’s when his breathing does even out, soft snores overtaking him as you keep lying there and looking at the ceiling.
In the dark, he was never hurt and it hits you then that the dark is the only place Tommy lets himself hurt.
Sunrises aren’t your thing but you’re already up and dressed by the time it comes around. Usually, by the time you wake, most of the compound is up and working—playing in the sun where you don’t like to be.
For so long, night hasn’t been safe. Not even back in Boston. But here? It’s safe for you. He was never hurt in the dark, your face was never gray and bloodshot in the dark. Miri never had to see her parents falling apart in the dark.
That’s where Tommy finds you. Sitting on the rickety old bench outside in his yard, watching your breath swirl through the air in the early morning light, your feet kicking like a little kid’s.
“You're up early,” he drawls. He sounds like shit.
“Couldn’t sleep,” you say.
“You want coffee?” He asks.
“That depends,” you say, “you still slipping Seth’s rust bucket”—your nose scrunches—“whatever he has the audacity to call that in there?”
Tommy smiles for the first time in a while. “It's alcohol,” he says.
“It's piss,” you retort. “And no, I don’t want that or the coffee it goes in. I just need to say something to you.”
He moves to sit before you stop him, pulling back further into the old, worn wood as you push your hand out. If he’s hurt about that, he doesn’t let it show.
“I’m giving you until the end of the day to toss every drop of everything you’re hoarding,” you tell him. “The pills, the booze. I find it incredibly disconcerting that we’ve made it this far in a world without everything that you’ve been able to find it.”
“Swee—“
“No,” you cut him off. “I let you do a whole lot of speaking last night, Tommy, and I let you hurt me. I have continued to let you hurt me and hurt my husband and I will not let you do that any longer. I don’t care that you’re a grown man, I don’t care that you blame me for this broken heart of yours, but I do care about you. Because, yeah, I put myself all over him. I dig my nails and my teeth and the heels of my feet into him every chance I get. But I do it because of you.”
“To make me jealous?” He asks, eyes narrowed.
Laughing, your head shakes. “Because I lost you,” you tell him. “All I had was a note that said you wanted better for me and all I thought about was how it really meant you wanted better than me. You pushed yourself out into this world without so much as a goodbye and you had no parts of me stuck to you reminding you to come home. I don’t make that mistake with Joel.”
“He's the better for you.” It’s not a question. Tommy Miller may be a lot of things but he is not a dumb man.
“Yeah,” you affirm, pushing off the bench to stand, “and I need you to get your shit together so you can find the better than me.”
He doesn’t speak, there’s no response even as you step back towards your own house across the street but it doesn’t matter and you won’t hear it.
Quietly, you push the door closed, toeing off your shoes at the entrance and pulling each layer from your body before crawling back into the bed you left an hour ago.
And if Joel noticed, if he woke up, it didn’t keep him that way. He doesn’t stir when you force your cold body back beneath his either. It’s enough to bring a very silent prayer forward from your lips to the same ceiling you stared at for so long last night.
The Tommy that could’ve been died in your heart a long time ago and it’s about time the one who scares Joel does, too.

Btw, your work is amazing 🙂↕️🩷
love me tender ✨🐚🤍🌸🐠

author’s note: thank you so much! i appreciate you for reading and sending in a request. i hope you enjoy! thank you for @katemartinis for proofreading. 🤍
abby wants say yes to heaven, say yes to you, and let fear she has fall away. you thought you were only a lost memory to abby until this summer. now, you’re standing in front of abby in the rain with shoes full of water staring at each other.
content: fluff with angst. summer before graduation. 18+ no smut. no specific descriptions of reader but is feminine.
word count: 2.2k
The salt air coming in from your open window cools your skin from the summer heat. You're lying on your bed watching season three of stranger things as you always do at the start of summer. Or at least you were watching it until your best friend, Jackie, came over. It's the summer before your senior year and you’re trying to soak up every bit of it before you graduate.
You and Jackie made a list of what you want to do this summer consisting of tanning to getting matching tattoos to trying out surfing. Luckily you live on an island making it easy to complete. today you wanted to check off going to the aquarium off your list. While you were going through your closet for an outfit, Jackie was talking about a boy she swears she’s in love with after knowing him for two weeks.
Finally, you found the dress you were looking for. You always felt your best while wearing it and thought your skin glowed with the color. you stood in front of the mirror in awe.
Downstairs, you hear the door slam and someone yell to your mom that they’re hungry.
It's your older sister, Sarah coming back from volleyball practice. You both might be lesbian, but someone was definitely dropped too many times as a baby. You hear your mom greet Sarah and someone else.
“Well look who it is. my favorite Anderson!”
Abby. Anderson.
She's your sister’s best friend and also plays in the same volleyball team. You've had a crush on since you laid eyes on her. The way she carries herself and listens to you always filled you with butterflies. making eye contact with her blue eyes made you dizzy. Her love for books makes you wish you didn’t get so flustered around her so you could ask her about what she’s currently reading.
There was something about Abby that had your heart wanting more. she always knew how to pull you in. Unfortunately, she was off limits. your older sister made you promise you wouldn’t complicate things and ruin her friendship, but it takes two to tango. the stolen glances and subtle touches can only last so long before Sarah gets suspicious. Neither you nor Abby have confessed any real feelings, but it was enough to raise red flags for Sarah.
You feel yourself getting nervous at the thought of seeing her again. You haven’t seen Abby since last summer since she wasn’t home for Christmas. the four of you camped out together at the beach since the weather was more tolerable compared to summer. Sarah and Jackie fell asleep, so the both of you laid down next to each other looking up at the stars. Abby was a nerd when it came to constellations. She pointed out every single one she found, then it got quiet letting you only hear the waves crashing.
You felt at peace and closed your eyes to take it all in. Abby turned her head and admired you as she always did. The next morning, you woke up to Abby holding you close to her chest; her breath tickling your neck. You look up to see the blonde deeply sleeping. Her eyes lashes so long and freckles covering her skin. Being an early bird has its perks when you wake up before your older sister sees you cuddling her best friend.
Your reminiscing is soon interrupted by your older walking into your room eating a sandwich and laying on your bed with Jackie.
Just in record time, Abby comes behind her but doesn’t go into your room. Instead, she leans against your doorway focusing on the one person.
Through your mirror your eyes made eye contact with the bluest eyes you’ve seen. her freckles covered her sun kissed skin. Her arms are crossed in front of her chest making her arms show off for you.
Abby’s eyes rake over your body, drinking in every curve before meeting your eyes again. She tried to be discreet but couldn’t help but admire you.
She thought you were glowing and couldn’t believe such beauty existed, but you always proved her wrong. She loved way your eyes crinkled with your laughed at her joke. Oh my god she thinks I’m funny. Those were one of the few times she saw your true personality.
SAY HI IDIOT. Abby’s mind screamed at her.
“Hi.”
Her voice filled with honey and softness. You feel your knees get week and feel a shiver run through your spine. Abby notices and smirks then looks away to let you breathe.
You mentally kick yourself for not evening answering. It's one word!! two letters!! stupid stupid stupid!!
Thankfully, your sister and Jackie were too busy in their own world to notice or so you thought.
“I’m sure it would be fun if Abby came with us!” you turn to Jackie with wide eyes who is smiling knowing what she’s doing.
𓆉⋆.˚ 333 °‧ 𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 ·。
Since Sarah and Jackie went to the reptile exhibit, you and Abby stayed on a bench admiring the open ocean exhibit. Reptiles weren’t really your thing. The blue hues fill from the water paint the walls. It feels like the fish are moving in slow motion. You're in awe of the two stingrays swimming together it almost looks like they are dancing.
Although, the sea creatures were beautiful, Abby couldn’t focus when she felt your arm touching hers, or your hands brushing against each other when you were walking next to each other earlier. If only you knew how it took everything in her not to reach for your hand. she has been this close to you before but today felt different. The peace she was feeling was something she wouldn’t be able to put into words.
“Do you think seals have spots?” Abby asked as suddenly.
“Hm?” You missed her question when you turned to look at her. you feel a little embarrassed by how she can easily throw you off.
She laughs, “Do you think seals have spots? Owen swears up and down he saw one spotted. He says saw one and I haven’t heard the end of it. Not saying I want to prove him wrong but…” She trails off.
“Oh, definitely. Have you considered researching your question? I mean you do know how to use your phone, right or do you need assistance?” You laugh at her.
Abby playfully rolls her eyes, “You think you’re so funny, huh? I personally would love to see this seal in person.” She shrugs.
You laugh but this time Abby fully sees you. She wishes she could freeze time and just look at you forever. To make you laugh and smile every day.
“Do other people think you’re funny?”
Abby looks towards the fish tank shaking her head but still smiling, “No, they don't.”
For a moment you didn’t let your nerves hold you back, so you squeeze her bicep, “Let me be the first to tell you that you are very funny.”
You lay your hand back down to your lap, but Abby reaches for it and holds your palm up. She traces the lines on your hand and finally decides that it’s now or never.
It felt like she was on Saturn, and it was only the two of you. Nothing else mattered. All of her nerves were gone. It felt like a dream, but the warmth of your hand reminded her it was real.
“You're staring,” you whisper.
“I like looking at you,” Abby whispered back smiling.
Abby raises her hand reaching for your cheek. Her thumb gently rubbing your soft skin; scared to break you. She drags down her thumb to your lower lip sending a shiver down your spine. The world slowed down for the two of you. Abby admired every detail on your face just in case this was the last time she was this close. She could smell the coconut perfume you spayed earlier. She knew what color your eyes were, but they were so much better up close. Her eyes flickers from your lips to your eyes. Abby felt herself leaning towards you as if it was the most natural thing.
“Oh, are we interrupting something?” Jackie asked smiling.
Out of fear, Abby dropped your hand and pulled away from you. “N-no,” she stands up quickly and walks in front of you away from the group. Luckily, your sister didn’t see since she was walking a bit behind Jackie. The rest of your time at the aquarium Abby avoids looking at you after that. It's all gone.

The car ride home was filled with tension. Abby had barely said a word to anyone. You sat in front while she drove back to your house staring at the raindrops that filled the window. Summer might be your favorite season, but hurricane season makes you wish it was over already.
You finally got the confidence to look at the blonde next to you and see nothing but an emotionless face. Her eyes aren’t the same blue you saw earlier. They look empty. Abby must have felt you staring because she sighed and made sure you heard it.
Your brain replays what happened earlier over and over like a record player. There was never a moment where Abby looked at you the way she did right now.
After what felt like hours, she drove into the driveway of your house. Your sister and Jackie quickly got out of the car leaving you alone with Abby. You felt a knot in your stomach and don’t feel words come out when you open your mouth. Out of habit you anxiously pick the skin on your fingers.
“Wanna come in? I think we’re going to order some pizza. Sarah always orders way too much food for us to finish,” you ask trying to break the tension.
Abby clears her throat, “Uh, I can’t tonight. rain check? I’m pretty tired it was a long day.” Her eyes never met yours since you were at the aquarium. You missed her blue eyes filled with love. Now you couldn’t tell what she was feeling.
“Oh sure! We have the whole-.”
“I think it’s getting late don’t you think? I’m sure they’re waiting for you,” she interrupts. You hear the irritation in her voice and almost leave, but you needed to ask her why she changed her attitude in a matter of seconds. You really thought today was the day you’d finally tell her what your heart feels. How you much you find her funny and think she deserves to have someone love her.
“What changed, Abby? I know it wasn’t only in my head what happened earlier, or did I imagine it?”
Abby sighs and looks towards her fingers, “You didn’t imagine it, but I don’t think it’s a good idea for us to be together. We're just good friends and I don’t think it’s the best thing to do. I mean what will you sister think?”
Her heart beats for you but she could never admit it to you. She's watched you go from relationship to relationship to break up to break up. yet, she can’t get the words out to tell you.
You scoff, “Just good friends, huh? you’re so full of shit, Abigail. I mean you were there! was I the only one who felt the feeling?”
“What feeling,” Abby asked confused.
“You know! the feeling! The feeling you get before you kiss someone for the first time. The excitement, anticipation, and butterflies in your stomach. The way your heart flutters when you finally kiss the girl you love!” You were talking so fast and just ranting now that you didn’t even notice you confessed your feelings to her.
“Wait what?” Abby was shocked but knew she shouldn’t be. She was there and so were you.
“Honestly, I don’t know why I’m here explaining this to you and expecting you to understand. Just next time, don’t look into a girl’s eyes and say you like looking at her if you’re planning to be an ass.” You open the car door and start running to your front door without getting soaked by the rain.
It took Abby two seconds to finally realize the girl of her dreams is running away from her. Abby ran out of her car leaving the door open without a care.
“Do you really want to know how I feel?!” she yelled out.
“I’ve never loved anyone like you! I’ve never felt so much peace before in my life! Everything about you consumes my being it’s frightening. This love I feel for you is so beautiful yet so scary. If choosing you means that I am losing your sister as a friend, then fine!”
You felt like your heart was beating so hard as you stared at Abby trying to process everything.
“And you couldn’t say all of that in the car, Abigail!? I have water in my shoes, I’m cold, and we-.”
Abby grabs you with both of her hands and kisses you. It takes you a couple seconds to process and kiss her back. Your eyes fluttered closed and you felt everything happening all at once. Her lips are softer than you imagined and so familiar. Your hands move to her braid making her moan into the kiss and letting you slip your tongue inside. She wrapped her arm around your waist bringing you closer to her.
“Wow…” you were breathless with your eyes still closed. When you finally opened them, Abby was smiling and looking into your eyes. She leans in again and whispers, “Can I do that again?”

Just a quick, little "wet Steve" thought 🥴
You're standing at the bathroom sink, having just finished brushing your teeth. You smile as you listen to your boyfriend sing along to the song that's playing on the nearby radio. The water from the shower almost muffles his voice, but you can still hear him, much to your delight.
'Who knew Steve Harrington could sing?' You wonder to yourself as you glance up to the mirror and see him emerging from the shower.
You watch as he grabs a towel and quickly wraps it around his waist. Your eyes travel his reflection, fixating on the water dripping from the ends of his hair to the little droplets covering his chest. You salivate at the thought of pressing your tongue to his skin and licking him all over.
He's not oblivious to how you're staring at him, as a smirk forms on his lips. He recalls how he's seen that look in your eyes before - at his post graduation pool party. That was the night he finally kissed you, and you've been together ever since.
He saunters over to you while you turn to face him. He slips his large, wet hands under your sleep shirt, briefly gripping your hips before lifting you up and sitting you on the edge of the sink. You reflexively drape your arms around his neck as he leans in close.
"Something you wanna say, angel?" He asks, nuzzling his nose against yours.
"Nothing that you haven't already heard before," you reply, with a smile, reaching up to run your fingers through his damp hair.
"I still wanna hear it," he presses, as his lips brush your cheek. "Are you gonna tell me or am I gonna have to use my powers of persuasion?" He grins, before trailing kisses across your cheek, to your jawline.
You softly sigh as you feel his teeth nip at your skin. You know he'll leave new hickies to replace the already faded ones. You fight the urge to close your eyes as your gaze settles on his still glistening neck. You pull him even closer, earning a low groan from him. Turning your head slightly, you press your tongue to his skin, collecting tiny beads of water as you lick upwards.
He shudders and moans into your neck. You then press a couple wet kisses to every freckle you can before tasting his skin on your tongue again.
"Fuck, dont stop..." he breathes, resting his forehead against your clothed shoulder.
With a smirk of your own, you lick and kiss your way up to his ear, softly nibbling on his earlobe as he whimpers so prettily. Your fingers curl in his hair that falls around the nape of his neck, before gently tugging his head back. He gasps, his mouth hanging open when you lick the column of his throat.
His brain short circuits as he's straining against the towel, possibly the hardest he's ever been in his life. He thinks if he doesn't fuck you soon, he'll die.
"God, you're so fucking hot..." he pants, as your eyes meet his.
"So are you, Stevie," you smile, releasing your hold on his hair.
His lips are instantly on yours, as he kisses you roughly. His towel then drops to the floor, followed by your shirt. He pushes your panties to the side before eagerly thrusting into you. You wrap yourself around him, as much as you can, as he fucks you hard and fast.
Afterwards, he leans his now sweaty forehead to yours, as you each try to catch your breath.
"So, do you still have something you wanna tell me, angel?" He quietly asks, pulling away to look into your eyes.
"Yeah," you smile. "I love you."

esteban ocon x flying squirrel shapeshifter!reader
w.c.: 2.4k
warnings: kind of mean!pierre and some profanity
part of my shapeshifting!reader series
summary: one of your first visits to the belgium grand prix goes a little unexpected

standing at a whopping 1.86 meters tall, it was obvious your boyfriend was one of the tallest drivers on the grid. he drew attention wherever he went due to his tall nature, reputation as a formula 1 driver, and of course, his good looks. unfortunately, this also meant that he had to deal with a lot of reporters and fans in public. he accepted this role as a public figure gracefully, smiling for skytv or signing a teenage boy’s alpine kit whenever prompted.
you, however, hated the spotlight. you often took advantage of este’s tall, lanky figure and hid behind him whenever people got too close for your comfort. whenever you wrapped your arms around your boyfriend’s body, he would always understand your distress and immediately loop his arm around you and pull you in closer to him. it was the exact reason why you were hardly spotted with esteban during any of his races.
however, with some begging and a brand new hermes bag from esteban, you agreed to go with him for the belgium grand prix.
when you arrive at the paddock, you carefully clutch said hermes bag with one hand while tightly holding on to your boyfriend’s hand with the other. he smiles at you reassuringly, and presses a kiss to the top of your head.
suddenly, you hear several voices behind you. turning around, you see a group of girls, near your age, smiling giddily, holding out autograph books.
“hey esteban!” they exclaim, starstruck. “can we have your autograph?”
your boyfriend nods, giving them a polite smile. he quickly scribbles his signature in the books they held with outstretched hands.
afterwards, the group of girls thank him profusely and take off.
este turns to you. “you okay?” he asks, looking concerned.
you give him a nervous smile. you weren’t used to the fans, but most of them had been pretty polite and kind.
you nod back at him, and a relieved look crosses his face.
both of you continue your walk all the way to esteban’s driver room, only stopping for a few times for other fans.
once he closes the door to his room, esteban takes off running and proceeds to sprawl himself on the length of the couch.
your nervousness dissipated in the privacy of the room, you leap towards the couch as well, laughing.
“este!” you giggle, sitting on his legs. “you’re taking up the whole couch! where am i going to sit comfortably?”
“well,” he drawls, smirking. “why don’t you sit on my…lap!”
you gasp, scandalized. “you did not just say that right now!” still, you scooch your body upwards, straddling his lap.
“not so shy, are you now?” he remarks, raising an eyebrow at you.
you swat at his sculpted chest jokingly, and bashfully look at him through your lashes.
he slowly sits up and leans towards you, pulling you into a soft kiss. he tastes like chapstick and a hint of cream puff that you knew he sneakily ate in the car when his trainer wasn’t looking.
you pull back, eyes mirroring esteban’s pretty black irises. if given the choice, you would probably spend all day looking at him, counting his light freckles.
before you have a chance to lean in again, his door suddenly swings open, revealing an embarrassed girl and shocked pierre. both of their clothes are visibility messed up and their hair a little in disarray. all of you stay still, frozen in surprise.
pierre is the first one to talk. “i am so sorry!” he apologies, arms out to emphasize his point. he quickly tries to smooth down his ruffled hair. “i did not mean to interrupt your…” he gestures to you on esteban’s lap, “make-out session!”
you feel your cheeks heat up, and you rapidly scramble off of esteban. your boyfriend straightens out his rumpled team kit, but not before shooting a glare at pierre, who is still standing in the doorway. “let’s not pretend that you were literally doing the same thing!” he shoots at him.
before the two alpine drivers escalate the situation from a glaring match to a full-blown fight, the girl that you assume to be pierre’s girlfriend, quickly pulls pierre out of the driver room and roughly shoves him aside, closing the door to a little crack. you hear a little bit of scuffling and a soft yelp from pierre from the other side before the girl pops her head back into the room. she smiles at you apologetically. “sorry about pierre,” she says, “i’m his girlfriend, by the way, nice to meet you. i hope we can meet again another time!”
you send her a timid wave goodbye before she closes the door completely behind her.
completely changing out of your shy personality after she closes the door, you whip back towards esteban, who is pretending to act innocent on the couch. you wag your finger at him. “no starting fights with pierre!” you reprimand, one hand perched on your hip.
he rolls his eyes, and hooks his freakishly long arms around your waist and pulls you back on his lap. from the slight smile on your face, he immediately knows he has broken your resolve.
esteban wiggles his eyebrows and rakes his eyes across your figure in front of him. “now, to finish what i started before pierre rudely interrupted…”
twenty minutes later, you both are interrupted again, but this time by an alarm on este’s phone. he groans as he has to pull away you in order to fetch his phone thats tucked underneath him in his back pocket. “ugh..” he grumbles, repeatedly spamming the ‘stop’ button on his phone. “i can’t have one moment of peace with my girlfriend…”
once the alarm disappears from his screen, he winds his arm back, about to toss his phone to the other side of the room when his eyes grow wide.
“what happened, baby?” you question, concerned.
“i think we were supposed to be in the garage like five minutes ago…” he discloses, scratching his head sheepishly.
you leap up in flash, pulling esteban off the plush couch with you. “ESTE!! why are we still there then???” you cry, scrambling to grab your bag and phone.
“it’s alright,” he laughs, grabbing your shoulders to make you stand still. “just hop on my shoulder and i’ll run over to the garage.”
you sigh exasperatedly before throwing your packed birkin onto the couch and shifting into your flying squirrel form. once you get a grasp on esteban with your special claws, you quickly scurry up his long legs, scrawny torso, and then sit on your favorite spot on his shoulder near the crook of his neck. you purposely bat your tail at his face a few times, as if to tell him to ‘hurry up and go’.
“hey!” he complains, softly pushing your tail away from his face. “i’m going now, jeez!”
the garage is bustling with activity, like expected, before the start of the belgium grand prix. vip guests line the back counter, reporters adjust their microphones, and engineers check and recheck their pre-race to-do lists. your boyfriend is able to take less than two steps in the garage when he is spotted by his furious race engineer, a man with short ginger hair and light freckled skin.
“esteban!! where the fuck were you?? get your fireproofs on right now. the race starts in half an hour!” he roars, gesturing wildly with a clipboard in his hand. with that, he turns away from your boyfriend and marches off towards a group of engineers that look stressed out of their minds.
“okay, no need to be pressed,” esteban mutters under his breath, “sue me for wanting to spend one second with my girlfriend.”
he lightly jogs over to the counter to start gathering his radio headphones and his balaclava when pierre claps one hand on the opposite shoulder you were standing on, scaring both you and esteban.
fully dressed in his fireproofs, suit, and balaclava, he grins at your boyfriend. “you have a squirrel, huh? i guess it makes sense since you’re built like a tree.”
that was definitely unprompted, you think, a tiny bit offended for esteban. quickly, you jump off of his shoulder, glide carefully onto the counter, and throw a stray screw at pierre’s head. it bounces off his forehead, and makes a clacking sound as tumbles onto the floor.
“ow!” pierre shrieks, clutching his forehead.
esteban cackles at your good throw. “serves you right, putain! besides, you can’t talk when you have a big ass forehead!”
pierre flips the both of you the middle finger before scampering away towards his side of the garage.
still chuckling softly, your boyfriend places a kiss on the top of your head before putting on his signature red helmet. with a few extra pets, he leaves you inside a headset cubby to go report back to his race engineer.
you settle back in the little space, away from the absolute chaos going on in the garage. suddenly, a little boy’s head pops into view in front of the cubby. he squeals in excitement, pointing to you.
“mommy!” he shrieks, jabbing his chubby little finger at you. “a squirrel! a squirrel! can i hold it?”
behind him, you can tell his fancily dressed mother isn’t paying attention. a vip lanyard hangs around her neck, swinging as she gestures excitedly in conversation with one of the alpine engineers. The young boy’s mother blushes, tucking a hair behind her ear as the engineer leans toward her to show a picture on her phone. yeah...she’s definitely not paying attention to her kid, you deduce.
the little boy, who was holding an engineer headset (how did he even get that?), quickly drops it on the ground, where it bounces on the ground with an unpromising crunch. he reaches inside your hiding space with his dirty hands, and snatches you out.
you squeal in horror as he squishes you in his tight grip, toddling across the garage toward his mother to show her the wondrous creature that he just captured. squeaks of alarm exit your mouth, but you aren’t sure if anyone can hear you over the overlapping talking of people and crackle of the tv. luckily, pierre spots you from his place next to the counter. your unlikely savior sprints towards esteban, grasps the back of his race suit with one hand, and tows him towards your direction with an panicked pointing.
esteban rushes over, yanking you out of the child’s grip.
“don’t do that!” he scolds the kid while holding you gently to his chest. you tremble a little bit.
the young kid looks up at your boyfriend with wide eyes, still processing why this man had approached him and yanked the squirrel that he found fair and square out of his hands. the little boy’s mother and the engineer rush over, now certainly paying attention. both women gape at esteban holding a squirrel gingerly in his hands.
the engineer stutters out, “shouldn’t you be going to parc ferme? the race is about to start!” she points to the tv, where you can see a zoom in of alex albon getting settled into his williams.
esteban nods, setting you into a higher cubby, and turns toward the little boy’s mother, who was now reprimanding her son for running off. “ma’am, please take a better watch of your son, and teach him not to handle other peop-” he pauses, correcting himself. “-animals that roughly!” before the woman can respond, he turns and marches off towards the parked cars on the track.
the race starts with no problem, with esteban starting off in P10. around lap 31, you hear a crackle beneath your cubby. you cautiously peek your head out towards the sound. the engineer headset on the ground crackles again, and you think you can hear esteban’s disoriented, tinny voice drift from the speakers inside the earpieces. you swiftly leap out of the cubby, using your “wing-like” flaps to sail towards the piece of technology on the ground. putting your sensitive ears close to the headphones, you confirm that it is esteban on the line once you hear his familiar voice through the broken static hum.
you use all your strength the drag the headphones towards a hidden corner in the garage, behind several tall cabinets. making sure there is enough space beforehand, you shift into your human self again. daintily, you pick up the headset from the ground and adjust the microphone to your mouth.
“esteban…” you whisper, “can you hear me?”
“wh-... the..-uck?...is tha-..ou, ….?” says the voice on the other line.
you giggle, hearing his voice all choppy over the broken headset. placing your lips directly in front of the microphone, you speak again in a hushed voice. “este, baby, if you get in points i’ll buy you the metallic red deadpool funko pop that i know you were eyeing the past month!”
you patiently wait for esteban to come back into the garage, body leaned against one of the counters lining the walls. his alpine rumbles as he stops the car in park ferme. from the tv, you can see him basically dashing to the fia officials to have himself weighed.
you hear his thundering footsteps towards the garage before you actually see him. a grin splits his face when he runs towards you and basically jumps into your arms. the engineers around the garage start clapping and whooping.
“P9, huh, este?” you whisper into his ear.
esteban leans back, looking at you. “that’s right!” he says eagerly. “you’re getting me that funko pop now, right?”
this man, you think, giggling to yourself. he gets points in an alpine, no less, and all he thinks about is getting a funko pop.
“of course,” you assure him. “matter of fact, i’ll even get you the limited edition glow in the dark wolverine one too.”
his face lights up even more as he beams at you.
the engineer from before approaches timidly towards the two of you. “sorry for bothering you guys, but the podium ceremony is starting. you should probably get there before we get fined, esteban.”
your boyfriend nods tersely, understanding his duties, and you gladly let him go.
the engineer smiles politely at you, not recognizing you as the flying squirrel from earlier.
“esteban’s girlfriend, i assume?”
“yes,” you say kindly, voice turning soft with shyness.
“well, it’s nice to meet you.” she remarks. then, she shifts her attention to something behind you. she brushes past you, brows wrinkling, and leans down to pick something up.
“what the heck is this broken alpine headset doing on the ground?”
a/n: sorry for the short unplanned hiatus.. school started up and i got a little busy. hope you enjoyed this one though :)

He's so horrible❤️ really is his father's son
YeYEUEYEEYE honestly same I go through periods of withdrawal and then severe addiction sFYDYTSST he iSSS HE IS a nasty lil demon he’s a gross guy just like his dad and we love him for it
quick n very unchecked so sorry if it’s full of typos I just missed himmmm
tw mom x son incest, jealousy, ko being sweet for once gets him privileges
“Hi, Mrs. Oikawa! Looking good!”
“Yo, your mom is young. And hot.” Someone pipes up too loud, making the guys snicker when Atsuko resorts to chucking an empty beer bottle at his head. He dodges just in time, maybe luckily, because the others don’t know he definitely meant for it to hit. All except probably Eiji, who’s brows arch up in a knowing sort of quirk before he takes another few swigs of the alcohol.
“Gotta help unload, don’t wait up,” he says.
And it can only be the smart ass older guy who mumbles back an amused “Take your time.”
Atsuko doesn’t bother to reply further. He might’ve started a fight when he was a bit younger, instead he just jogs up to pick you up into a twirled hug first thing when you get out of the car.
You laugh brightly, and his mouth aches to meet yours. “Oh, hello,” your soft voice chants almost song like, rubbing your hand along his cheek just quickly before already starting to worm out of his grip. Too soon. “Missed you, Ko. You should have seen some of the rooms Tooru set us up into— they were perfect. I’ve never had such a relaxing time in my life.” Your face is coloured from the sun, a few extra light freckles to be seen on your cheeks when you click open the trunk and sigh at the luggage.
He’s quick to dip down and steal a kiss when you’re distracted, before tossing the bags over his shoulders and picking up the slumped luggage. “I got it.”
“Sure?” Your eyes shine, and he tries his best not to be jealous at the idea that you spent two whole weeks celebrating your anniversary with Tooru. Two weeks where his dad no doubt fucked you in every corner of the fancy suite and every semi-private area of the beach. He is though- extremely. “I leave for a few days to come back to my baby all gentlemanly,” you smile softly when he motions his face at the door.
And he clicks his tongue, before pulling the tip of it between his teeth as he trails behind you to get a good look of your ass in the elegant, but skintight skirt you’re wearing. “I’m wooing you, that’s why,” he nods back, grinning wider when you stare back at him.
+
His hands are on your shoulders as he manipulates you to sit in front of the mirror and look back at the both of you- hanging onto his hand as he stands full, towering height above you. “Atsu,” you start when his one hand moves to your crown, grabbing himself through his boxers while looking at every perfect expression on your face - flushed and needy and distracted, “I just got back, I’m tired. And your dad will be home in an hour, he’s just gone to get groceries- and- agh.”
He doesn’t bother to wait to push his underwear down until his already hard, flushed and heavy cock bobs up between his legs at the sound of your voice. Then his fist wrings around the edge of the head to watch some precum bead at the slit, and he shuffles in to put it up to your face. “Missed you too much. Don't tell me that old geezer tired you out that bad. See what I’ve been dealing with for weeks?” You don’t say anything because you’re too distracted with letting your hand wrap around as he insists, throwing his head back when you let your tongue out to meet his pounding tip. It thumps almost meanly with his heartbeat when your mouth lets him invade into it, slowing to suck around the most sensitive part of him. “Ohh- fuck. Oh fuck, mom. Missed my mom’s fucking- taste so much. Your mouth, ‘n your cunt- fuck me.”
It makes his entire face reddish with hot blood, mind so empty, and his eyes blurry when fucking into your mouth with impatient bucks. It just feels so fucking good when you don’t stop him, let out a soft mewl when sucking your cheeks around his thick length on the way up. “I’m in-,” you smack when you come up, smiling up at him and moaning when his fingers pull into your hair and yank you around, “in a good mood today.” Atsuko’s fucking flushed. Where you’re sitting under him without a complaint in the world, taking his balls into your mouth to make him shudder on his legs and stare down at you with mouth agar, he can barely believe it when you slip off your ring to put it on the grond, then blink up at him. “I like it when you miss me like this. It’s sweet.”
Your naked chest rises and falls in tune with his, where you blink big, loving eyes up at him Like you’re seeing only him. There’s no complaints of Tooru to be heard, and you’re kissing up his thigh in a way that will surely haunt him. “Tell me where you want me? Missed you, baby.”
