CONTEXT: You two are in an established relationship already.

Riddle is not really the PDA type. The most he would do with you in public could be walk arm in arm like you were royalty. In terms of kisses, a kiss on the back of your hand or, at the most, on your cheek.

When the two of you are alone on a normal day, he will probably be working on his student and Housewarden duties. But whenever you tell him he should take a break, he'll get up, sit next to you and hug you, like you're a charger.

If you're relaxing together, he’ll be reading a book with one arm around you. Either around your shoulders or around your waist, which you told him you like the most. He’ll also laying his head on your shoulder.

The most meaningful kisses are, of course, the kisses on your lips. He's not the type to kiss you on the lips just like a "good morning" thing. These kisses are always sweet and lovely. His hands would be on your cheeks to caress them.

He’s the opposite of Leona. The kisses he usually gives you are sweet and charming like him. Because that's the side of him he want to show you the most. He'll kiss your cheek and lips affectionately. Let you sit on his lap. The side he most wants to show you is the confident and caring side. The one who shows you that you can trust him and that he will take care of you.

His most meaningful kiss is the opposite. The one related to his needy side. He shows you his most vulnerable side when he is the one who needs you. And that's what everything he does shows you. His kisses, his hugs, his begging look, all screaming “I need you! Please don’t leave me.”

Jamil is completely against PDA! He doesn't like to stand out or draw attention and PDA always do that to the people involved. He won't hold your hand or kiss you. To the point where no one knows if you're even dating or not.

The only way he would show his affection for you in public is if that is a way to protect you. If someone looks down on you and he feels that that persons can be a threat to you, he will show that he is an even greater threat to them. In these moments, his protective side is stronger. He is Kalim's protector by obligation, but yours by free will.

It's when you're alone that he'll make up for his lack of affection of the day. On a normal day, you would be alone in the kitchen. He would probably be cooking for Kalim, but making something for you two as well. He’ll let you taste things as he cooks. He feels more relaxed when he's with you and even more so when you hug him.

When you're relaxing together, he would spoil you. Give you soft and sweet kisses. Pet your head and play with your hair. Give you massages and feed you things like grapes or small snacks. Or even taking the first mouthful of food he made for you to your mouth and seeing your delighted face.

The most meaningful gestures of affection he shows you are related to his most lustful side (lust for power) when you are the one spoiling him. The one moment in his life where he is no longer the servant, but the master. This time, he kisses your lips, your neck and everything he's entitled to. He tends not to show his feelings but with you he will show how much he loves you and how much he wants you.

In reality, Vil neither likes nor dislikes PDA. He's kind of indifferent to it. The only reason he doesn't do it with you is because it would have bad consequences for both of you for his work as an actor and model. The most he can do is walk hand in hand with you.

Even though he doesn't show it much in public, everyone will know that you two are dating. He'll make sure of it, even if it's just information on the internet or him straight out saying it. On the one hand to protect you, because only an idiot would try to mess with Vil Schoenheit's partner. The only possible problem for you is that he's going to be more strict now that you're dating. From the outside it looks like he can be mean and demanding with you. But the truth is, he wants you to look your best so people know why he fell in love with you. He wants others to see on the outside how beautiful you are on the inside.

But of course, sometimes it's too much and you'll challenge him. Be stubborn and carefree. The best part? He's so into it! Your way of teasing each other.

And he's going to be extremely casual about it. I mean, it's two lovers interacting with each other. As young humans would say: What's the big deal? However, he still distinguishes between the affection he gives you in public and the affection he gives you in private.

In public, his hugs are polite, and his kisses are light but loving.

In private, what he wants most is simply to be with you. He loves it when you sit on his lap and he cuddles you, and he likes it even more when you cuddle him back. He maintains his composure quite well, but you know that just your kisses on his checks already melt him inside.

as much as i enjoy the thought of kon immediately taking on fatherhood and confessing his feelings to tim in timkon clone baby aus, i can't help but think about all the potential for a slowburn that we can have, such as:

— making a deep dive into kon's view of the situation, exploring his clone feeling about himself, exploring his feelings about clark in particular — because their relationship is very interesting and complicated on it's own, and the biggest tragedy of it, in my opinion, is that kon was never clark's responsibility, in fact there was never a single adult person that had to take care of kon because kon initially never belonged to anyone. he's no one's child, no one's son, and us much as we might want to blame clark or, you know, any adult in his life for not taking care of him and protecting him, they had their right not to do it. someone should have had care, but also no one was obligated to. i really hope i make sense, what I'm trying to convey is that you really can't blame anyone for kon being unsupervised for most of his life no matter how much you might want too (aside from lex luther and cadmus itself ofc, but that would be a slightly different conversion); and kon knows that himself, has known that for a while, but the moment he's confronted by his own clone child it adds so much more perspective, and the conflict of once (still) being a child that no one wanted while simultaneously being introduced to a child that you don't have to want but if not you no one else will (tim will, but tim's also a slightly different conversation) would be so interesting and delicious;

— LOTS of awkward co-parenting from two teen-dads who might or might not be head over heels for each other but also not really having time to explore their relationship and their feelings bc they have a whole ass child to raise; not to mention kon's conflicted clone boy feelings and tim's haunting guilt that affect every single interaction of theirs. just imagine the pressure, the slowburn, the ust. imagine them knowing about each other feelings, but also knowing that it's not the right time — there might never be the right time anymore, not after what tim has done. imagine them negotiating visiting hours and weekends like they're some divorced couple. imagine them swinging their child between them on a walk home, imagine kon showing up early at tim's penthouse with fresh ingredients from the farm to make healthy breakfast, imagine tim dosing off on kon's shoulder while watching old disney movies with their kid right there on the carpet in front of a tv; playing house, but knowing damn well that they are not together. that they might never be together;

— tim trying his best to be a good parent and co-parent but still screwing up anyways because he's too trapped in his own guilt and insecurities; accidentally hurting both kon and their child by not wanting to hurt them, trying to distance them from each other when things are starting to get good, because they are not supposed to be good, tim does not deserve things to be good. shying away from kon's most innocent touches, refusing his child traditional summer vacation on kent's farm because he can feel his baby starting to prefer kon over him, and that's something that he doesn't know what to do with, all he knows is that he can't lose his baby not even to the love of his life. fighting with kon a lot, going they are MINE, stop pretending that you want them or care for them just to take them away from me, they are the only thing in the world that i love more than you;

You inspired something else in Riddle, a little more rebellion, though your influence was clearly squashed by the time you reached your NRC years. You stayed friends, however, with Riddle trying to bring a little more structure to your daily life while you tried to bring more fun into his.

You were as surprised as anyone else seeing him Overblot, scared but heartbroken for him. Seeing the clear pain that he was in afterward also didn’t sit right with you; Trey had to stop you from making the rash decision of throwing hands with a grown woman over the treatment of her son but saying it wouldn’t make matters with Riddle much better. You felt protective over him suddenly, even though it might not be your place to say something on his behalf.

Romantic love isn’t really something you speak about, or even realize you feel, until your 3rd year. It’s not like the feelings hadn’t been there all along but you had felt quite comfortable in your relationship with him, to the point that any potential changes to your dynamic set off some alarm bells in your head. It made you a little nervous to start seeing Riddle in a different light, and there were some sleepless nights where you questioned how he saw you. You had noticed he avoided your touch now, that any casual hugs you initiated were rebuffed, but the meaning behind them could be anything. You respected his space and then there were no other complaints.

Riddle has to be the one to make the first move. Trey had told him as such, quite directly, as Riddle himself had rebuffed most of your advances. However, upon meeting them, AS decided to restore part of her original personality that she had in the mansion (like her favorite toy besides N).

Yes. Yes yes yes. Oh my god. Lowkey thought I was alone in just how fun their dynamic was, especially in phase 2.

Dusk is eternally dead serious and possibly one of the most normal people in this series (despite the whole trying to kill a 13-year-old thing) whereas Valkyrie is much sillier but also VERY good at her job. And also well-known for killing vampires.

And like. He tried to violently kill her when she was thirteen? He BIT HER NECK two years after that? And in the inter-Sanctuary war, he was the person who ended up getting her captured because he killed Moloch, and he’s pretty only like “Welp. Sorry about that”.

But Valkyrie is our queen of befriending people who have tried to kill her and might one day try so again, and so she just…doesn’t feel in danger from him post him biting her and deciding it’s crueller to let her live. Vampires are FAMOUS for holding grudges but these two spend a few years apart, meet back up in Roarhaven, and are completely fine with each other.

Anyways, I think Dusk deserves to be used more as the guy who really doesn’t wanna be there but doesn’t really have a choice and is actually good at what they’re doing. It’s a fun trope, it fits him, and his and Valkyrie’s dynamic is FUNNY because (as you pointed out) they’re just a liiiittle bit awkward when working together because wow, they spent three years trying to kill each other?

I could perhaps add more thoughts here but it’s late and I’m tired, so just know that I think about their dynamic ALL THE DAMN TIME. I LOVE THEM. I totally didn’t give Dusk a proper role in my Battlescape au just so he and Valkyrie could interact more.

I personally think a fun possible little storyline would be if a group of vampires tried to sneak into Roarhaven to kill Dusk and he went to Valkyrie for protection and/or help dealing with the vampires. It’s not like anyone else would ever help him and it’d make for a fun dynamic. Maybe someone should write a fanfic about that someday

You're 100% correct in thinking that Rahu would be an incredible Dressage Rider. SHALOM

Right off the bat, I’d say Shalom doesn’t actually ride competitively all that often due to her consitution. She used to ride more, before an incident occured that left her physically weaker than before.

Nonetheless, she’s a damn good rider. Her horse, Rebel, a blue-roan thoroughbred is monstrous to anyone other than her. It’s a little funny—the stables she learned riding at gave Rebel to her in an effort to discourage her from starting dressage. After all, who would take a hot-blooded horse like a thoroughbred into a dressage arena? And in what world would some Syndican brat lucky enough to be adopted by a Paradeisian family actually be able to tame such a creature, when even the best trainers in Eastside have failed?

Of course, Rebel and Shalom prove all their detractors very wrong when they end up taking to one another, forming a bond that carried them all the way to national championships.

Rebel is innately tuned to Shalom’s emotions. Shalom is always calm, and seems almost detached, but Rebel is an excellent way to gauge how she’s really feeling. If Rebel’s agitated, best believe Shalom is also secretly plotting your death. If Rebel is calm, then you’re in the clear. Rebel is also very protective of his rider, and will obediently follow Shalom around like an oversized dog whenever he can.

As a rider, Shalom is just picture-perfect. Part of dressage that riders are evaluated for is encouraging the horse to do something with the least amount of effort possible—the judges shouldn’t be able to, or it should at least be very subtle, see you direct your horse. And Shalom is incredibly good at that.

Also, Shalom has never fallen off Rebel. Firstly because Rebel would never buck her, and secondly because she’s surprisingly sticky (difficult to dismount) in the saddle.

RAHU

To Rahu, I’d feel like riding is a form of therapy. A way to destress from the weight of the world and disconnect from whatever that’s haunting her by making her focus on something else.

She got her start simply by working as a stablehand mucking stalls until one of the stable managers, Varna, offered to teach her how to ride using her own horse. Rahu would end up showing immense potential as a rider, and after Rahu wins her first rookie dressage tournament on Varna’s horse, the older woman manages to strong-arm management into getting Rahu her own horse—Rain, a beautiful black Swedish Warmblood around 16 hands tall.

Rahu and Rain didn’t bond immediately like Rebel and Shalom. It was more of a slow, natural progression. Rain, as a Swedish Warmblood, has a naturally calm disposition, which makes her a good foil to Rahu’s sometimes feral nature. Rain won’t let Rahu on until Rahu relaxes properly. It took a while, but Rain and Rahu eventually form a really strong bond.

Rain and Rahu, together, won several local dressage tournaments. Rahu even becomes somewhat of a local celebrity, with droves of girls coming to watch her compete and catch the legendary ‘dressage prince’ in action. Apparently the combination of coat, gloves and breeches was something the town girls found very attractive—but Rahu wouldn’t know, too preoccupied on winning as she is.

As a rider, Rahu is the kind that’s too stubborn to quit. She’s fallen off many, many times, but she always finds her way back into the saddle. I feel like Rahu is the hard work kind of rider more than a naturally talented rider, who gets up earlier than everyone else to tack up and get some rounds in the arena before dawn, and it pays off, of course, when she ends up winning competition after competition.

without giving too much away, YES eddie is fucking steve’s dad. NO he does not want to be fucking steve’s dad—at all, like very much not at all. he’s not/never has been attracted to steve’s dad, he does not have any romantic feelings for steve’s dad, he does not want to be in this predicament in the slightest. the job he takes as steve’s dad’s “personal assistant” is one he accepts purely out of necessity. this job means survival for eddie. it’s protection. it’s life or death. and that weighs on him heavily (as will be seen throughout the story).

it nearly breaks him, but he’s kind of trapped and doesn’t see another way out. fucking steve’s dad is an atrocious but unfortunately, large part of the job and it’s greatly traumatizing for eddie. it’s not fun. it HURTS. and most importantly it’s not sexually fulfilling for him, at all. but then he meets steve and while things are tense between them and they kind of despise each other at first, it certainly doesn’t stay that way for long….

this is a LOVE STORY between steve and eddie. there will be a happy ending but it won’t be pretty along the way. as you can probably assume, there’s going to be a lot of drama, angst, consequences, and challenges regarding them trying to be together and beat the odds.

Rukia x Ichigo (BLEACH) Two misfits with a death wish from different worlds who find each other and learn how to live. Rukia gives Ichigo closure and reconnection with his estranged family that kept secrets from him, along with giving him closure with his mother. Ichigo teaches Rukia, a soul reaper who never got a chance to live IRL, a soup reaper part of the cold-blooded Kuchiki family, how to live. While Rukia teaches Ichigo about the new aspects of death and all the ghosts he’s been surrounded by as a child that he’s never understood before now. They’re two sides of the same coin. The hero and the heroine of the series.

(Also Orihime x Uryuu from BLEACH because they both lost a beloved family member when they were young and have been living alone ever since. They're both fantastic seamstresses, they believe in each other when no one else does, they've protected each other, and they spend a majority of a season together. Uryu drops everything to save her in season 2, and he has the most chemistry and reason to do so outside of anyone else. Orihime often compliments him and makes him blush too.)

Blake x Sun (RWBY) Both faunus with somewhat opposite personalities that play off each other. Blake is a broody book worm while Sun is almost a literal ray of sunshine. He has a few flirty moments with her. He follows her home knowing she tends to run off by herself, challenging her fear of hurting others I think? He spends a good season assisting her in tracking down her old terrorist group and even meets her parents. She kisses him on the cheek after they depart. Good friends with the potential for something more (If they were written a little more consistently.... its been a while since I watched RWBY so I might revise my opinions later)

Ruby x Oscar (RWBY) It's Red Riding Hood’s silver eyes (aka silver slippers) for Dorothy’s salvation. To help her get home. The analogy and parallels behind their stories are fascinating. They’re both the youngest of the group with the heaviest burdens on their shoulders. So far they’ve been pretty cute, wholesome, and over all supportive of each other.

Izuku x Ochaco (My Hero Academia) Not a big fan of this show but it's the first canonical (?) shounen pairing that has actual chemistry to me. Izuku is a good friend to her and gets flustered when she's close to him. They both give each other great Christmas gifts to showcase they know each other well. Where Ochaco is actually useful and supportive and has a crush on Izuku but has goals and friends outside of him, and both of them prefer to focus on a career rather than have time for a romance during the series.

Charlie x Alastor (Hazbin Hotel) I won’t disrespect Charlie x Vaggie, but Vaggie shoots down Charlie’s ideas and personality. She doesn’t partake in the singing, dancing, or the hopeful and innocent attitude. She’s bossy and nonindulgent of Charlie, albeit simply because she wants to protect her and reel in her ideas. Alastor on the other hand is just as eccentric and carefree. They’re both charmers, centers of attention. Performance artists. Alastor has the potential to corrupt Charlie while Charlie has the potential to purify Alastor. We could see a relationship develop onscreen, where as Charlie and Vaggie are pre-established and unlikely to get attention drawn to how they actually ended up as a couple. Even Viv herself initially claimed it “just happened over time as they started out as friends”, even though Vaggie was originally Angel’s girlfriend, believe it or not. Charlie and Vaggie are the main and only ship for Hazbin though. I just don’t care about them as much as I would if Charlie had something develop with Alastor.

Stolas x Blitz (Helluva Boss before season 2) Scumbag disasters. Prince and the Pauper. Cheaters. Liars. Unhappy guys with romantic baggage issues. Start off as work-fuckbuddies but start falling in love and then at that moment, everything falls apart around them. It's messy, its bloody, its angsty, there were staKES, I'm SO SMAD-

The Harry Potter series isn’t something I’m a dedicated fan of, especially after Rowling, but Harry x Hermoine made way more sense to me from the movies. Scorpius x Albus in the Cursed Child was rectified; the subtext hints it's now canon which thank god they fixed because Scorpius x Rose was terrible. Albus had a crush on Delphi which, yeah, who wouldn’t have a crush on Ebony Darkness Dementia Raven Way? But I prefer those two probably as a brotp. Delphi has lesbian vibes(and she’s over a decade older than Albus, so). Albus Potter befriending his dad's enemies? Like it's great. It breaks the cycle. It's a new beginning. A new family. All the HP kids being gay/LGBTQ+ is just really funny to me. Fuck you, Rowling (There’s an HP crackship I actually like a… lot, but I’m too embarrassed to say what it is aloud. It's a spicy angsty unhealthy ship...)

Otherwise crack ships: White Zangetsu x Black Tensa (BLEACH) Angel God vs. Devil God enemies turned roommates. One is feral and the other is reserved but both are equally dangerous and creepy in their own right. (used to like Ichigo x Zangetsu but now I’ve kinda lost interest because Ichigo’s personality changed. Otherwise interchangeable GrimmjowxZangetsuxIchigo I guess. And Harribel x Neliel. Sweet & silent level 3 Espada girls. Neliel is the gal Harri’s missing for her group. She deserves another queen at her side!)

Roxas x Vanitas (Kingdom Hearts) Also don't mind these two also just being a platonic brotp. But Roxas and Vanitas are both remnants of Sora & Ventus with faces that aren't their own. They both can summon monstrous beings, they've been through pain, and they've always been second to someone else. They were both manipulated and lied to. They both wanted access to Kingdom Hearts for power, for a wish to be whole again in one way or another. They're both half of someone else and this makes them struggle with their identities. Roxas however has a joy for life. He has friends and jobs to keep him busy. Vanitas on the other hand hates life. He has nothing to live for because he's always in so much pain and thinks friends would drag him down. Roxas wants life and freedom. Vanitas wants death and/or fusion. Two kins with opposite desires. Could they save each other or destroy each other? There's so much dramatic potential here. Literary gold.

Namine x Xion (Kingdom Hearts) Wish these girls had more personality and chemistry, but I think they've got a gothic x pastel prep vibe going on. Xion was a puppet controlled by the Organization and Namine was controlled by the same Organization, just a different branch and for a somewhat different reason. Xion can copy & steal powers and Namine can rearrange memories, making them both potentially scary if they were to fight back together. I think they are the only two that would ever understand each other.

(Dib x Zim ..??? or just Brotp because of reasons like Roxas x Vanitas. Basically two opposite beings with similar upbringing or social status, both arrogant hotheads with unmatched intellect. All they want is approval, acceptance, and praise. Which they will never receive from their worlds that reject them. They are the only ones who take each other seriously. When Dib gives up on paranormal hunting, Zim becomes depressed and rots away in his house until Dib returns. Zim even seeks Dib’s help with sabotaging Tak & the Planet Jackers. They could be great friends, if they weren’t on opposite sides. If they joined forces, they’d be unstoppable. Jack Frost x Pitch Black (Rise of the Guardians) Also don't mind them being just brotp. Both lonely and lost in their bleak immortal lives, rejected by everyone else around them. Their powers can be dangerous to children if given the wrong influence, like Pitch's. In the books, they both share a similar past. Both were warriors of light. A light that flickered out and changed them into what they are now due to a tragic loss of some kind. Jack is youthful, silly, but observant while Pitch is old, dramatic, and charming. It's like giving your old dog a new puppy. At first they're annoyed, but then they slowly start being more active to play with the puppy? Not sure that's a good analogy. But Pitch said what goes together better than "cold and dark", while "fear and fun" work just as well together. Thrill rides & Halloween? A lot of adrenaline junkies out there would love what these two could come up with together.

Lost my mind at the Jevil x Spamton (Deltarune) shenanigans, implying they’re divorced exes. It’s so funny. Otherwise Jevil x Seam, estranged magicians is pretty nice too.

Okay so, honestly-

I started feeling a little inspired earlier today and figured I could get some more of my thoughts out- I have a few fanfics in the making, some which are meant to be gifts for people I either follow and/or are my mutuals; there are some which are, of course, meant to be personal ideas I simply decided I wanted to write! Now, I have sort of been in an angst mood as of late but unfortunately a lot of things were happening at the same time and it impaired my ability to write- which is not a great time, mind you though to get the point!

This one is directed to one of my followers and I won't tag them, but they know who they are-

I have been thinking about the tengu! Howard idea I'm working on and holy shit, I can't stop mulling over how it's going to go because not only do I have this not-quite human bird demon about ready to defend his flockmate friend but there's also the actual fight to happen. Now the idea is mostly centered around Howard since Randy is pretty much out for the count during a lot of the fic-

I'm obviously very normal about the tengu! Howard arc because honestly, it should have gotten explored more in canon but that didn't happen which means I'm left having to put pieces together on my own. Now, here's the deal: Howard's link to the tengu and by extent, the Ninja, is a messy, complicated thing-

You have this literal bird demon possessing you, and you're sharing the pain- as is canon, what happens to the Ninja happens with the bird but obviously I am using creative liberty with it and Howard is nothing if not protective of Randy and while it isn't as obvious because, well, it's Howard and our boys are completely dumb of ass- there's the literal fact we've seen Howard lose his goddamn mind every-time something dire happens to Randy and we also see him prone to rage fits

He's never seen Randy truly get hurt as the Ninja until he is and that feeling of flock begins screaming at him- Howard completely loses it, it's as if something deep is burning inside of him and it will come out no matter what. The idea itself is that Howard and Randy are practically soulmates, and well, our favorite orange-coded boy is so upset but he can feel the tengu too

All he can see is the blood. He can hear nothing but the sick thud when Randy- the Ninja hit the ground and now Howard is determined to finish off the Sorcerer (i don't think he's going to kill the Sorcerer, but something will happen-), he feels like he's lost control- filled with rage and panic and determination- and right now, the priority is getting the Sorcerer away from the Ninja because the Ninja is his- no one else can have him

Randy's either unconscious at this point because the suit is trying to save him, or he's weakly trying to get up again- he's not doing so hot and he can't make sense of anything happening, so instead he's just lying there - barely able to move

Randy and Howard are yin and yang, they are soulmates. They're bound to each other, and seeing Randy so weak- unable to do anything- sparks a newfound rage in Howard

I can't specify enough how much this idea is rotating in my brain- I'm trying to work out the introduction scene and I kind of... need help? so if anyone can give me pointers on whether I should start directly with the battle or add a slight bit of 'filler' before it begins, that would be amazing

I might honestly make a playlist for the fic because oh my god- tengu! Howard has so much potential honestly, and I want to shake that puppy up in my teeth but something I also wanted to mention is that I can't imagine how painful it must be that even the Ninja isn't invincible? He's seen Randy take hits before and patched him up, but nothing compares to suddenly seeing him drop like deadweight onto the ground, and the sight of red slowly coming out of his body- and just, Howard can't lose Randy he just can't-

(he feels like there's something rotten in him when he lets the tengu link- sync with his mind and rush after the sorcerer, but if it means his revenge then so be it)

I will be talking about my Kitsune OC and First Ninja story in a completely separate post because I have ideas about that too, but honestly at least one of these fanfictions has to be completed eventually lol- and I have my asks to get through!

Though honestly, I'm going to be writing a lot of angst for RC9GN (like let me see more fanfictions where randy is getting injured, howard's hurt- give me fanfictions where the sorcerer is more powerful). I might do a little thing for my infection AU, but honestly like I have many ideas and not a single one is fully complete- please be patient with me, I'll be done as soon as I can

Oh. I'm so glad you sent this ask actually. Because when I wrote those tags, I was like Ooh I could have thoughts about this, and, well, I do. This basically gives me the opportunity to combine my love for Meliodas whump with my actual university studies. (So buckle up people, this will probably get long).

Okay, so what we are talking about here is an AU where Meliodas got an injury during the battle with the gods that damaged his vocal cords, right? And the DK, being the absolute asshole that he is, made sure it was permanent. Not just so it remained through Meliodas' resurrections but also so it was immune to any healing magic or whatever else Meliodas might try over the years.

Now, I might not have much to add about Mel becoming mute that hasn't already been said here (amazing post for anyone who hasn't seen it). But! The potential struggles for him doesn't end there. Say, for instance, instead of rendering him mute, the injury causes vocal cord paralysis (loss of movement in the vocal cords).

What does this mean for Meliodas? Well... (I'm just gonna add a quick read-more here.) Continue reading for a breakdown of how an injury like that would effect Meliodas' speech, voice, breathing, eating, and what else I might think about!

Before we start, I feel like I should mention that I don't have any personal experience with vocal cord paralysis. I am, however, an SLP student, which is what I'm basing this off.

Now then. I'm first gonna give you all some information (about vocal cords and vocal cords paralysis), so we're all on the same page before we get into Meliodas' specific scenario. If you do not care about that, feel free to skip ahead to the bold text for just the AU stuff.

Okay. So the vocal cords (or vocal folds). Incredible little things, aren't they? But what do they do? Well, as you might know, they help us produce speech. When we speak air from the lungs passes through the voice box and causes the vocal cords to come together and vibrate, which creates sound that is then formed into words. But that's not all they do! They are also crucial in our breathing (since we cannot breathe if they are closed) and in protecting our airways (they close when we swallow food and drinks).

What about vocal cords paralysis? Now the term might sound complicated, but it just means that one or both vocal cords are paralyzed, meaning they can't/don't move. One possible cause of this is nerve damage caused by, you guess it, neck trauma (among other things). One-sided paralysis is more common, while both sides being paralyzed is more serious/potentially life-threatening.

So what would all this mean for Meliodas?

Well, it all depends on the paralysis itself, of course. It could be as mild as just a hoarse voice and all the way up to actually life-threatening issues. Does he have a one-sided or two-sided paralysis? In which position are the vocal cords stuck? If his vocal cords are in a more or less closed position, his voice would be less effected but he would have serious issues with his breathing, since the vocal cords need to be open for air to pass through. (He might even need to get a hole cut in his throat to breathe through instead!). If his vocal cords instead are in a more or less open position, he could struggle to produce any voice at all, as well as get winded really easily and probably have issues with eating/drinking as well, since he can't properly protect his airways anymore. He might risk getting pneumonia as a result of drink and food ending up in the lungs instead of the stomach. Even a one-sided paralysis could seriously impact these areas (voice/speech, breathing, eating).

For simplicity's sake, let's focus on one specific scenario. During the battle with their parents, Meliodas suffered an injury to his neck. That the DK then made sure was permanent. This injury damaged some of his nerves, resulting in a one-sided vocal cord paralysis. One of his vocal cords can still move as normal but the other is stuck where it is, immobile. This means that Meliodas can no longer properly close his vocal cords and air leaks out between them. Because of this Meliodas struggles to keep his breath. He gets winded way easily than before, loses his breath more often, struggles with shortness of breath and has a much more noisy breathing. When he speaks, he needs to do so in shorter sentences than before, or stop in the middle of his sentences to breathe - because the air just isn't enough anymore.

He also can't speak as loudly as before or in a high pitch. His voice itself is now hoarse and breathy. A lot of days, Meliodas also suffers from vocal fatigue. You know how your legs will get tired and ache if you run too much? Yeah, that. Except its his voice and his neck muscles instead. Actually, he gets more tired in general than he did before. He has to put so much more effort and energy into speaking nowadays. When Meliodas eats or drinks, he ends up choking and coughing a lot more often than he did before. He also clears his throat more frequently too, and when he coughs it isn't as efficient as it used to be.

Of course, this is all taking its toll emotionally as well. It's all very frustrating for him. I mean, speaking, eating, breathing - these are all things we take for granted. Until the day they don't work as they should anymore. Meliodas also finds himself avoiding places he would otherwise enjoy, like taverns and festivals. They're just too noisy. It takes too much effort to make himself heard in those places. He much more prefers it when it's just him and the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins back at home. Or when he doesn't have to speak/use his voice. Some days, it's hard enough with training and making himself heard in the castle's big rooms or when he has to address a lot of people. The other Sins are supportive of course, even if they don't understand how he ended with an injury like this and why healing magic won't work on it, but it's still hard. Especially when Merlin's only remaining ideas start with breaking curse, which they're still not sure how to do even after all these years. Well, except with the Commandments, but that's not an option Meliodas is ready to face.

(Now I could also get more into Meliodas' communication with others and different ways he and they could help him make himself heard. It's especially interesting to think about given the canon time and setting. But I feel like this post is long enough as it is. Who knows, maybe I'll make a part 2 to this AU.)

I honestly like any excuse to write more about this AU because it very much intrigues me- ;w; I know it's been a while since I've talked about the AU, but it does live free in my mind.

So as mentioned before, Ralts was caught at the same time as Petilil. For Sordward to be part of the Pearl Clan. And much like Petilil, Ralts was shy at first (it might be because he just met Sordward, and he sensed hostility within him, but not towards his Pokemons). But he soon grew to be more… well, bold.

As in, Ralts became brave and tough. Like, try to break every rock he sees and swing a wooden stick around kind of brave. It could be because since Sordward’s hair used to be a sword, Ralts grew inspiration from that and always had a wooden stick with him and used it as some sort of sword. This continued until Ralts evolved into Kirlia.

Don’t worry, he was never a violent Pokemon. Since he was pretty close to Petilil, and she’s a shy little plant. He was just trying to be protective of his trainer and the other Pokemons.

You see, a dude Kirlia could either evolve into a Gardevoir or a Gallade. So he had a choice. Hell, even Sordward gave him the choice on what he wanted to evolve to (even if Sordward prefers Pokemons with blades, it was okay if his Kirlia wanted to be a Gardevoir), although the answer was perhaps obvious; a Gallade. Since he showed many signs of wanting to evolve into that. So naturally, Sordward attempted to find a Dawn Stone for him (and succeeded if you couldn’t tell).

Honestly, Gallade might be considered either Sordward’s main or ace Pokemon. It’s either him or Lucario. Speaking of Lucario, those two have some sort of rivalry with each other. Just to see who’s stronger, they don’t hate each other. The same could be said about Lilligant and Mismagius being rivals.

… But the Pokemons you’ll see most out of him are Lilligant or Gallade. And it’s mostly because those Pokemons mean a lot to him. He loves all of his Pokemons, but they just… stand out the most. Probably because of the leaf blade things, and they’re willing to annihilate anyone that messes with Sordward.

Plus, those two get along pretty well. Maybe it’s because they’ve been around at the same time, and one seemed more protective for the other's sake back then. Probably the only Pokemons in his team that can actually get along with no issue.

Here’s the thing, both Gallade and Lilligant are potentially seeing someone in terms of relationships. Gallade found a particular Gardevoir that he may be interested in. I said “may” because Sordward doesn’t exactly know the nature of their relationship. Because that Gardevoir is a male, and he doesn’t know if his Gallade is aware of that. So they could be just friends… or something else. But whatever the case is, they’re pretty close.

It should be known that the Gardevoir is a wild Pokemon. They have no trainer. So they encountered each other when Sordward let Gallade out so they could adventure together (and so Sordward doesn’t get hurt), until those two crossed paths and started talking. As Sordward was about to just intervene between those two, the Gardevoir ran away, as if he feared Sordward. But don’t worry, those two interacted more and more later on. Just when Sordward isn’t around to interrupt them.

In Lilligant’s case, it’s similar. She just encountered a wild shiny Lilligant and they both seem very intrigued with each other. As if they ended up being besties straight off the bat. And again, the shiny Lilligant shied away from Sordward when he showed up. Dude is unlucky.

By the way, do NOT ask him about the shiny Lilligant. He knows how people can be greedy with Pokemons with certain color changes. He doesn’t want anyone to hurt her, let alone capture her. It’ll make him and his Lilligant very unhappy if anyone dares to do something.

But yeah, Sordward and Gallade have a pretty close bond, seeing that Gallade is basically his main and willing to defend Sordward from any wild Pokemon. Both have the sense of nobility in them as... the Gallade takes inspiration from Sordward. So basically, the two do act similar, in a way.

Gallade is a bit quiet in nature, doesn't say much. But he's pretty strong, there's no denying that. And again, you'll either see Sordward let out his Gallade or Lilligant once in a while. Especially in the Hisuian wilds if he's walking about.

I hope this is okay. I could write more about this AU if people are intrigued. ;w;

Kurono Hari! Chances are this is gonna be another long one, just like Chisaki.

How I feel about this character:

Hmm, god, how do I answer this? I definitely feel something about him, but it's hard to pinpoint what. Usually I think about him in relation to Chisaki (because Chisaki is the one I focus on) but he's got a solid amount of independent lore/character building to him, so he's definitely interesting. I also definitely think that he, like pretty much all of the Hassaikai, got cheated in terms of characterization. He, like the rest of the Hassaikai, has so much potential, but apparently the show decided it didn't care about that. Ugh.

All the people I ship "romantically" with this character:

Just like Chisaki, I hc Kurono as aromantic, so the same disclaimers apply: the ships I have for him might be close to romance, but most often they aren't really romance. (Even if I do enjoy explicitly romantic versions of some of those ships.)

Chisaki: My main for him (and for Chisaki). Any OT3s involving Kurono are going to also involve Chisaki (and vice versa). I talked about this a lot in the Chisaki post, but there's some more thoughts I have on this: I think that Kurono is extremely protective of Chisaki, possibly to the point of unhealthy possessiveness; this is very much mutual. I usually set it up so that they've been together so long it's hard for them to even imagine being with anyone else without the other there.

Dabi: This one is a little bit complicated. I talked about it a little bit in the Chisaki post, but I can also see Dabi attempting to seduce Kurono away from the Hassaikai, assuming that he's pining after Chisaki/Chisaki isn't paying attention to him, and Kurono (who is already in a long-term relationship with Chisaki) deciding to have a little fun with it, with Chisaki's blessing. Dabi would have no idea what hit him.

My non-romantic OTP for this character:

Actually, an OC of mine (that I haven't yet talked about with pretty much anyone) named Quill (current 'legal' name: Yamarashi Mikan). My backstory for Kurono involves his house burning down when he's five and him living in an orphanage for much of his early life, and Quill was his best friend during those years. Once he joined the Hassaikai, she ended up running away and establishing a lesbian biker gang somewhere a good distance away from the Hassaikai base. Her name is Quill because that was the first thing that came to mind--she has a mutation quirk that makes her hair like porcupine/hedgehog spikes instead of actual hair, as well as affecting her skin (darker, likely with lighter patterns or vitiligo--I need to look up porcupine skin coloration). She and Kurono bonded over having weird hair.

I also, in some AUs, like the idea of him and Hatsume meeting--I hc Kurono as being very good at mechanics and having built most of the stuff in Chisaki's lab. Two mildly insane mechanical geniuses meeting--the world isn't ready for it.

My unpopular opinion about this character:

He's a trans man AND he's a top. Enough of these stereotypes. (Also, he got bottom surgery, because bottom surgery is a thing and I think fanfic writers forget that.)

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:

Him getting more than two scenes. And also an actual solid backstory. And characterization beyond 'loyal to Chisaki' and 'can go cold/emotionless during battle.' We got hints that he and Chisaki were childhood friends, we got hints that Chisaki values him enough to not even snap at him when he says something Chisaki doesn't like, but in canon (at least in the show) we know basically zero about him. He should logically be a much more important character during the Hassaikai arc than he is, being the second/confidant of the main villain, but we still get practically nothing.

Hey, thank you for this question and sorry I took so long to answer! I hope you had a lovely day too :D I was mulling it over ahah. For context for anyone who sees this little blog, my AU is based on a fanfic I’m writing where after Theseus is kidnapped from the German Ministry in SOD, he becomes a prisoner of Grindelwald (which is, generally, an unfortunate experience).

So also spoilers below in case you are someone else reading this post and interested in reading the fic (“keep me in mind” on AO3). And also a content warning for torture and referenced sexual assault (as usual, will not be an explicit or detailed, but it happens in the fic).

What if Theseus and Newt were captured together by Grindelwald?

This is a really interesting question and I’ll roughly follow the main parts of my plot, if that’s what your question is asking about? Also, please do excuse if it’s more intense or in depth than you expected haha. I really got thinking about this and I was even like “wow I should have written it this way because I could get all the Scamander bro backstory in earlier rather than the current plan of ramming it all in at around the 40% mark.” Anyway!

So I think this actually could have happened if Lally had let Newt follow Theseus at the German Ministry, since he sort of saw the abduction as it happened and was half-ready to go after him.

I’m hoping that Newt wouldn’t have taken his case with them as this could be game over pretty quickly as Grindelwald would know from their first encounter at MACUSA that Newt would do anything for the creatures.

Obviously, it’d be nice to think he’d do anything for Theseus too, but Grindelwald definitely wouldn’t be above wiping out a load of creatures over going straight to killing the Head Auror of the British Ministry, just based on the fact he didn’t even pause when killing the Qilin. He doesn’t strike me as an animal-rights guy.

Grindelwald would probably evaluate both of them and decide it’s better to work more on Newt. He knows Newt and Dumbledore are close, and Newt’s not an Auror, so in theory he’s an easier target. I think this could manifest in Grindelwald still deciding to torture Theseus but with the aim to get Newt to summon Dumbledore. I think Newt might actually have a way - I can’t remember if in the movies, he had a little device?

But Newt is loyal to Dumbledore to a fault and would share Theseus’s opinion that they should try and hold for a while before giving in. Grindelwald would probably rough everyone up a bit and then go for the throat with Theseus while making Newt watch.

The start in the factory where Grindelwald and Theseus first meet would be difficult and emotional for everyone involved. Theseus taunts Grindelwald much more than he would have otherwise in an attempt to redirect attention solely onto him and protect Newt. But as Grindelwald tortures Theseus, Newt desperately tries to interfere and draw Grindelwald's attention. "Hurt me instead.” Theseus redoubles his efforts to keep Grindelwald’s focus on him instead of Newt, and it works: Grindelwald ignores him.

Afterwards, when Theseus is unconscious and Newt is still conscious, Newt tries to help him with some of the wounds and bleeding by tearing up his clothes and making bandages before Grindelwald’s lackeys come and stun him to take them both off to the Black Forest manor.

Now, it would make more sense for Grindelwald to use Legilimency on Newt, as Newt is the one who seems closer to Dumbledore. Theseus probably still tries to punch Newt in the face and I think Grindelwald would just knock Theseus out for the entirety of the time he’s looking through Newt’s mind after this, seeing a potential problem brewing in the way the brothers are keen to protect one another.

After Grindelwald leaves and Newt and Theseus are both awake, Theseus is first all logical Auror brain and shakes Newt, asking him if he gave away any crucial information, anything about the plan Dumbledore told him and not the rest of the team. A bleary Newt admits he doesn’t know and then starts tearing up at all the other difficult memories Grindelwald unearthed going through his entire brain. Theseus softens at this and gives Newt a reassuring hug, apologising profusely for the situation he’s accidentally landed them in. Newt seems like the kind of person who wouldn’t ascribe blame for this, or at least not at the time.

During early escape attempts, injured Theseus has to lean on Newt. Newt helps him slip through the halls undetected. They debate whether Newt should go alone and send back help. Theseus insists this is the best idea, but Newt is stuck on the idea that they must escape together or not at all, which triggers a few bickering arguments as they try and find a way out (classic Scamander brothers).

Oh man, the love potion bit. I think Vinda would still go for Theseus just because in my fic, part of the reason was just because she knew he was trying to arrest her specifically because of Leta, and she enjoyed the irony. Perhaps Newt and Theseus had to temporarily separate to avoid getting caught and that’s when Vinda finds Theseus. And then some other henchman finds Newt hiding in some crazy place and reunites them, temporarily, in Vinda’s bedroom.

Newt is relieved at first but then realises Theseus is looking at him but looking past him. He waves his hand around and realises his brother can’t actually see anything. At first, Newt doesn’t suspect a love potion and puts it down to shock. Weird, but he supposes difficult times bring out different sides in people. But Theseus is also kind of vacant when questioned. And Theseus is never vacant.

Vinda comes in and Theseus isn’t exactly bubbly or effusive but his attention has very clearly shifted to her with a scary intensity. Vinda sees Newt there and, claiming she wants some privacy, grabs Theseus and disappears, leaving Newt there in whatever bindings the henchmen put him in to think about it.

This part could go really badly very quickly, I won’t lie. In my fic, even though Theseus doesn’t remember much of it, the snippets he does suggest Vinda was quite shameless. But even so, I think Newt being his brother would put her off, so he’d be relatively saved from a worst-case scenario.

Grindelwald tells everyone that Newt is allowed food, a bed, free rein, and more, because he wants to try and coax Newt into betraying Dumbledore. Newt accepts this outwardly but instead spends all his freedom constantly hunting down Theseus and Vinda. Whenever he can catch Theseus alone, he desperately tries to talk sense into him, reminding him of his true self, his love for Leta, and their mission to escape together.

But the potion has too strong a grip. Sometimes Theseus doesn’t even seem to listen, especially when Vinda is using the blinding spell, and just panics and pushes Newt away outright, which is very painful for Newt. This situation would really test him as he’s always criticising himself - is it because he’s awkward? If he was just different, would he be able to get through to Theseus faster? Is this his fault?

Vinda delights in flaunting her control over Theseus in front of Newt. When she finally kisses and caresses a passive, compliant Theseus, Newt finally cannot take it anymore and manages to break free of his captors for a moment. He tackles Vinda away from Theseus, shaking him desperately. "Theseus, please! This isn't you.” The physical shock helps dull the potion's effects briefly. Theseus comes halfway back to his senses, meeting Newt's terrified gaze with dawning comprehension.

Theseus stares down at his hands, feeling the artificial adoration for Vinda briefly waver. But Vinda grabs Theseus's chin forcefully, wrenching his gaze back to her. "You are mine, do you understand? That pathetic brother of yours cannot help you now."

Theseus nods vacantly, the potion quickly drowning out the confusion Newt stirred. But when Vinda presses her mouth to his, Theseus involuntarily recoils. Vinda narrows her eyes. "Kiss me, Theseus. Show me you want this." But her touch makes his skin crawl worse than ever before. He feels suddenly naked, exposed. Newt's intervention unlocks something in Theseus's mind and he wakes up.

Grindelwald forbids Vinda from trying any of the love potion business again. All she’s doing is ruining his plans to gently sway Newt to his side. There are some awkward moments when Grindelwald treats Newt like a guest and Theseus is just there. Theseus is not too bothered by it when he’s not actively being hurt.

In fact, sometimes he even seems to find it funny that his shy little brother is getting the spotlight, and tries to make jokes about it, but underneath he’s deeply concerned about what Grindelwald’s attention to Newt might bring. Newt is, as is common in their relationship, mildly bemused by Theseus.

When they encounter Graves, it’s a much tougher reunion. Theseus remembers him as a friend, comrade-in-arms, and even more. But Newt remembers him as the man who almost took away his creatures, almost executed Tina, maimed Credence, and tortured him on the train tracks.

The real Graves only vaguely knows Newt as Theseus’s little brother who worked with the dragons while all three were in Ukraine. Newt, understandably, has a panic attack at Graves’s face and Theseus slowly calms him down from a suitable distance, as Newt doesn’t like to be touched when anxious. Grindelwald is swift to catch up with them and it’s not long before everyone’s locked up once more.

There’s probably no Vow in this version and no Brazilian Ministry either. What I think would happen would be something along these lines: Grindelwald forces Graves to rough Newt up a bit, pressing on old wounds and memories, and then takes over himself and puts Newt under the Imperius Curse. Like Theseus, Newt would be stubborn and try to throw it off, but Grindelwald would be very persistent.

So, Grindelwald sends Newt out into the world to literally bring Dumbledore to him under a ploy of gentle depiction to take advantage of the trust the two have.

Theseus convinces Grindelwald to let him go with Newt to make sure it goes smoothly. Grindelwald does something that ensures they can’t actually escape at this stage. Maybe an enchanted brand or some kind of other spell or a drastic threat on Theseus. But Theseus talks Newt out of the Imperius Curse using their shared memories—"You're stronger than him, little brother. Come back to me."—and a mixture of tough love (“fucking wake up, Newt!”) and gentle encouragement (“think of the creatures, they need their mummy”) and in the end they make it back having failed the mission.

Probably something bad happens to Theseus again as a result as orchestrated by Grindelwald that leaves them unable to think about escape for another few days because of his resulting condition. Because I don’t see Grindelwald letting that go unpunished.

When the followers of Grindelwald come looking for some easy fun, and latch onto Newt as a result, Theseus just nukes them. No restraint. Not very many regrets. Again, it doesn’t end very well for Theseus but at least he doesn’t have any awkward scars spelling out words and Newt is spared what could have been intense trauma from the group.

Newt gives Theseus some of his food whenever Grindelwald isn’t looking. Theseus always insists he’s not hungry but does a really bad job of hiding it. Newt can’t quite share all the amenities Grindelwald is giving him to try to convince him to betray Dumbledore without Grindelwald punishing Newt for trying to help Theseus, but they do a decent job at getting through.

In return, Theseus tries to calm Newt down whenever he has panicked nightmares, if Grindelwald’s busy and not deliberately making sure Theseus is getting worse treatment to prove to Newt how “lucky” he is.

Occasionally, Newt can even get away with allowing Theseus to sleep on the bed rather than the floor when the henchmen aren’t watching them. Even though it’s a dire situation, both are very keen on creating the pillow barrier/divider down the bed as always, claiming the other’s sleeping habits are just intolerable for a million reasons.

Theseus keeps reminiscing about things that are really not worth reminiscing about. “You know, they used to give out free tea in the Auror break rooms…and biscuits too…” and Newt is like Theseus PLEASE be quiet for just a moment, I know this counts as bonding time for you but I’m trying to worry about my creatures in peace. Theseus is like “yeah…ok…wow, you know, I really miss feeling the London rain on my face…and you know, I also had this really lumpy pillow on the sofa I sometimes used…actually I miss the sofa, you know…?”

To fill the time, Theseus also produces a million fond childhood stories that Newt doesn’t even remember, from when Newt was like 1 or 2 years old. Some tales about an adorable/stupid Newt hint at the tension in their house by accident but Theseus waves it away.

Newt decides he’ll get “revenge” for the embarrassing baby stories and starts giving Theseus encyclopaedic monologues on his creatures in an attempt to show Theseus how boring it is to have someone always talking to you when you’re locked up and suffering together. But he’s a little humbled when Theseus actually intently listens, seemingly keen for anything to take his mind off his injuries. Although Theseus does still determinedly yawn after each creature.

With Grindelwald so distracted from having to constantly deal with both brothers, I think maybe Percival makes the move that leads to the escape and arranges a meeting with Tina, as it’s implied they know one another before he was replaced by Grindelwald. Tina starts setting up a rescue with the full rest of the team (so it’s a group effort, rather than just Newt managing it in this version).

Crucially, as the turning point, Newt pretends to give in and agree, acting as though he has been persuaded by Grindelwald’s hospitality and “mercy”, given that an example hasn’t been made out of him like it has Theseus.

He has to genuinely convince Theseus this is a betrayal otherwise Theseus is going to throw a massive spanner in the works (as usual). So he leaves Numerngaard with Grindelwald, and leaves Theseus behind.

This obviously wrecks Theseus, who mopes around and tries fruitlessly to escape and evade the followers who are keen to find him now Grindelwald’s not supervising.

By going with Grindelwald, and stepping into the outside world, Newt manages to leave some breadcrumbs for Tina and hints for Dumbledore too that mean the team follow the pair and are able to intercept and rescue Newt before he has to return to Nurmengaard with Grindelwald. Graves slips out on his own in the chaos as Grindelwald is distracted and bored of him.

I don’t think anyone can break into Nurmengaard, so my idea for this part is perhaps Grindelwald just returns Theseus (lol). In trying to convince Newt, Theseus’s reactions and resistance to the torture or ideas presented probably would have made Grindelwald move on from the idea that Theseus could help with getting Albus. Sure, he’s probably useful in other ways, but Grindelwald assumes it’s inevitable they’ll cross paths once more and he’ll make good on his ideas at that point in the future.

Shared trauma and not shared trauma and guilt abound. I’d like to think in the vulnerable quiet moments, they discussed their feelings about their estrangement and childhood and Leta in a way you couldn’t outside of a cold dark cell. I’d also like to think the depth of their care for one another is really shown and tested, so they come out of it closer rather than more distant.

Theseus has to help Newt with the aftermath of being Imperiused by Grindelwald, while Newt tries to help as much as he can with the things Theseus alone went through without opening up any gaping wounds.

I feel like they wouldn’t get quarantined, since a deception with two people would be a lot harder to pull off than one. Then again, if Theseus got returned a significant amount of time later, it might still be house arrest for him because that is admittedly suspicious as hell. And maybe Albus is proved right for a dramatic twist? Or maybe Theseus can grit his teeth and bear it because he had the support of both Percival and Newt through it all.

Wow, this was a bit of a ride to write and I hope it’s not too wacky a read! I hope this answers your question ahaha. Angst material abounds :D
