Ever since the last of us show came out I've seen so many people arguing about how obviously the fireflys wouldn't of been able to make a vaccine considering well everything which I personally agree with what I don't get is people saying that we have to ignore this bc it takes away from the game and Joel's character since if the vaccine was never possible he did the right thing he's a good person and I don't get this argument considering Joel didn't save Ellie bc he knew the vaccine would fail he believes fully that if the fireflys killed Ellie they'd be able to make a cure saving the world - by being selfish stealing Ellie back hes doomed everyone he didn't give a fuck tho I don't think us as the audience knowing the vaccine was almost impossible changes that Joel decided he'd rather let the entire world suffer then let Ellie die

Announcing that I'll be clearing my inbox after finishing up a few selected requests!

Long text under cut I kinda need to ramble / explain whats with my editing and my weird posting habits. No need to read if you don't want to!! I just need to get this off my chest.

I'm sorry it took me this long to do this. I think I sorta came to realise that maybe accepting every single request ESPECIALLY since my req limit doesn't do anything for me and I struggle to decline requests that come in even when my inbox is closed. Those requests would get piled on top of ones I was already doing, making it hard for me to get motivation to edit anything really.

As a result, none of my edits ended up looking good, I was practically panicking over getting them complete, yet none of them were "satisfactory" enough for me to post. Last thing I wanted to do was to disappoint those who requested from me. So I end up finishing a request, deciding "nope its too ugly", not posting it and start working on another one and repeat. Doesn't do any good for me or my blog, clearly.

I'm deciding to clear up my inbox and change my way of managing requests! This is my first time running this sort of thing, so I assume trial and error will be a part of it. This is one of the errors on my part! But now that I know I shouldn't be beating myself up over this, I think I'll be able to manage this blog a little better and be more efficient in completing my requests (hopefully...)

That aside, sorry to anyone who requested just for your request to get deleted like. months later. HUGE error on my part. I'll learn to decline requests from here on out. Bless 🙏

TLDR: I'm clearing inbox because a clear inbox would also clear my mind so I can finally have fun making edits again. I'll also learn to decline requests instead of leaving them lingering. That's kinda all haha.

maybe i'm being pretensious but fuck, why is it a normal thing to congratulate people you barely know on weight loss?? i understand if it's somebody's goal, they told you that and you're congratulating them on achieving something they worked on sure. but just fucking saying it to someone you dont even know as a person? to someone you didn't see for months, years? why is losing weight treated an achievement by default? why should everyone consider being skinnier a compliment? and it's always with the tone of "you were so fat and gross but it's rude to say so i'm just gonna casually put myself down here for being the one who's still fat and gross and make you uncomfortable but better be thankful".
