AAAAAWWWWW I'm really glad to hear that dear anon 🥹🥹 Thank you for thinking about them even while I'm on a break from them ^^ (unbelievable, what kind of a parent am I smh). I am indeed a tad bit busy with the comms but it's mostly because I'm juggling with college works on the side...or rather it's the comm works that should be the side work, you know, priorities. And also because I'm a hella slow drawer that it's actually painful to see how damm slow I am haha

Aaahh Roommate Banter AU...to set the scene, it takes place in a universe where there wasn't any war between monsters and humans and they've always lived in cohesive (like Deltarune). Frisk is an adopted child of Asgore and Toriel Dreemurr who are now seperated (lol) but are on good terms. Frisk is closer to Asgore who's the mayor of their small town which motivated them to pursue in Political Science. Sans and Papyrus are just orphans who, after some hard work, live stably in their home and jobs. Frisk and Sans were in the same neighborhood for a long time and in later events, they both decided to rent an apartment together that is near Frisk's university (going back for Master's in political science) and Sans' job (intern at the Ebbott City Lab). And they were roommates...(please say the Line for me)

And honestly, I don't have any plans of a story for this AU. This is more of a slice of life style thing with no plot. I could go into stuff about the Sans' job at the Lab and what Frisk does with their knowledge to contribute to upgrading their town and community together with Asgore. But I'm too dumb for that and all I wanna focus on is these two lil guys. Maybe they will recognise their affection for each other some day and do something about it but until then, this is what you'll have. Because I'm a lover of slow burn who lives for the build ups and times before the getting-together, who thinks a slow burn should take 150k words MINIMUM (still haven't gotten it), all you'll get from me is the prankings, the pinings, the bickerings, annoying roommate moments, etc etc. with no plan for them get together :3 I'm sorry! ✋️✋️

wwwwww yeah I like Ross's pov because he'd genuinely moved on from Dave before meeting him again, but back in high school he'd been his first Serious™ crush, so now it's like, independently from what he feels at the moment, he's caught in between those two very opposing feelings when it comes to Dave and he ends up contradicting himself a lot as he tries to rationalize what he feels when dealing with him haha we'll see when and how he'll figure himself out, I guess !!

about Ben Tennyson.

What are your headcanons for him?💚

WITH PLEASURE!!

In his early twenties, Ben develops carpal tunnel in his left wrist. That's what happens when people are always yanking on your watch and it clings to your skin so tightly that it hinders growth in your most formative years and also you keep slamming down on it.

Speaking of his left wrist, Ben has electrical scars that are only visible if he removes the Omnitrix. All of that sparking really took its toll over the years.

Ben has freckles on the back of his neck.

He has a gap between his two front teeth that he's always been self-conscious about, thanks to a comment from Aunt Natalie about how perfect Gwen's teeth looked now that she'd gotten her braces off.

Ben is less scared of clowns now than he was as a kid, but this is still a phobia of his. Clowns and peacocks can send him into an anxiety attack if he's pushed about it.

Ben lets Rook drive most of the time even though he has his own car because it reminds him of riding with Kevin and Gwen.

Ben has a severe fear of abandonment that he buries so deeply that even he doesn't really know he has it.

He's aware that he needs a therapist and still won't go see one.

(This one is basically canon, but—) Ben sleeps as little as possible. When he does sleep, it's fitful and full of nightmares. He gets most of his rest via power naps. (He tells Rook not to let him sleep for more than an hour. Sometimes Rook does anyway when Ben seems like he really needs it, but Ben pretty much always wakes up screaming or drenched in sweat with a frantic look in his eyes if that happens.)

Ben considers Mr Smoothy's his safe place, more so than his home because 1) he rarely gets attacked at Mr Smoothy's and 2) because his parents aren't around for him to worry about protecting them if something does happen.

Ben has strong opinions on the Sumo Slammers TV show and regularly gets into arguments with other fans on Twitter about their incorrect takes.

Ben sometimes wishes he didn't have the Omnitrix, but he also doesn't know what he'd do with himself without it. (He thinks that maybe he's just one of those people who isn't meant to lead a happy life.)

(Also basically canon) Ben is very rarely genuinely himself. Most of the time, not even Gwen and Kevin can see through his act.

Ben wears the same outfit everyday because he's conditioning the public to expect him to look a certain way. He's using the Clark Kent effect — if he wants to do something around Bellwood without getting swarmed, he'll just put on a plain brown jacket and a hat and most people don't look at him twice. This works so well that one time Rook had to do a double take because he didn't immediately recognize Ben on one of his rare off days.

Whenever Ben lets his hair grow out, Gwen's hair cut gets shorter, and the reverse is also true. Kevin burst out laughing the one time Ben and Gwen accidentally had an almost identical hair cut.

Ben's eyes only get greener with age.

He's not sure if he's still entirely human or not after so many years with the Omnitrix, and he's kind of afraid to find out so he just doesn't think about it.
