don't get me wrong, i get where elrond is coming from 100% & he's not completely wrong, but i feel he's being beyond inflexible & what he said about galadriel only being interested in saving the ring is frankly not fair. like, push comes to shove the elves are pretty much being forced to wear the rings so they can remain in middle earth to protect it & honestly, what's the alternative for elrond? to leave middle earth behind in sauron's hands? círdan told him to stand by his friends & help guide them, instead of turning his back on them, & he's not really doing that so far, he just keep condemning them (galadriel) & it literally led them into a trap.

It's been a week of many emotional ups and downs with all the doctor stuff (and also I'm pretty sure I'm about to start my period which doesn't help anybody).

Sometimes I'm having a hard time and a friend says something or does something and I'm just overcome with love for my friends and need to lie down a little like I have the vapors.

I'm just having a lot of feelings about the differences between something really hitting your trauma triggers hard when you're alone vs. the same thing when you have people who care about you.

I can feel the cobwebs being dusted off and I’m coming back to who I was- it’s freaking amazing! I’m excited to write again!

Much love to @illneverrecover who reminded me to set goals everyday. Realistic goals. 300 words a day. And suddenly writing 2k out of nowhere feels like a massive achievement instead of a disappointment. What a freaking rush 🙌🙌🙌
