Reformed Dan but misunderstandings suck

So, Dan has been Reformed for Years at this point. You could go with the Fandom Typical version of just chilling out, or you could go with the AGIT version of the Redemption. Either way, Dan is fully reformed and trying to find his way in the World.

Unfortunately, not everybody knows/believes him.

You know all those Time Traveling Heroes who came back to stop some great catastrophe? That was Dan.

Impulse is fucking terrified of this guy, cause he Grew Up in the Central City Stronghold and saw Phantom tear down the Walls protecting the City in person.

Booster Gold grew up in the Metropolis Stronghold, so while he never really saw Phantom in his timeline he still did know of him. I mean, obviously, he murdered every hero on the planet and subjugated most of the world, but he doesn't have much personal stake in that.

Eobard Thawn hates Phantom. Thawn himself grew up in a world where Phantom killed every Hero in the world, and he was terrified that Phantom would track him down when he tried to become the new Flash. But once he became a Walking Paradox he saw as Time itself changed to erase Phantom from existence, he got really jealous. Why did Time decide Phantom was bad enough to erase, why not him!? He's Evil! He's a Terror on the Timeline! He deserves Clockworks attention dammit!

And then, they discover evidence that Phantom has come back in Time,

So now, any and all Time Travelers are trying to find the guy who single-handedly was the Apocalypse, and want to kill him to save the world. Or out of Jealousy in Thawns case.

Either way, no matter where Dan goes to try and settle down, a bunch of annoying Heroes always find him and attack him, yelling about "Stopping his Plans" and "Saving the Timeline!" And "It should have been me dammit!"

Honestly Thawn is the most annoying one, he just runs in and rants at him about how he is jealous of how much attention Clockwork gave him. Dude, just sdmit your crush already and leave me alone. (I'm not sorry)

Okay he honestly couldn’t, and instead threw a bag at them and booked it like his life depended on it. Which it might! Living in Fawcett meant that there were magical entities everywhere, even if they looked human, and he wasn’t going to get stolen by some fae!

And they caught him. Great. He’s going to die now or get thrown back into foster care- huh? Food? They’re offering- no no, this is some fae bullshit, isn’t it! … But he’s also hungry, so maybe it’ll be worth it…

TotK Plot Twist: When Ganondorf swallows the secret stone and turns into a dragon he just… vibes. Like all the other dragons. Sometimes he tries to dip down too low to settlements and malice poisons the area until Link lands on his head and baps on the nose like NO BAD DEMON DRAGON and then he just goes “ok” and floats to a higher elevation.

He lingers more around the desert than anywhere else, so he doesn’t bump into the other dragons all that much. But eventually the Yiga figure out some kind of way to turn him back and he’s just like “what kind of weird fever dream was that 🤨” when he’s normal again.

Inktober Day 1: "Backpack"

First stop on the Team Phantom road trip: Indiana Dunes National Park!

Taking a plane would be a little complicated with Danny's current predicament, so Sam and Tucker opted for a more incognito - and coincidentally budget-friendly - approach to their month-long vacation: a National Parks Road Trip! (It's always been on Sam's bucket list, and Tucker is happy to go along for the ride, so long as the hikes are easy. Danny is just excited to go on a car ride!)

Anyone else notice how LG and CXS’ phones don’t have charms in the first half of s2 (first 3 photos) and then just magically have charms after CXS jumps into the siblings’ past (second 2 photos)?

Can’t figure out if this is just a cute little detail and one of the characters bought phone charms (matching phone cat and dog charms!!!!!) while LG was recovering or if this is some sort of time travel hint…

Ah, so the Doctor and Ruby's friendship was based off the idea she was just as "messed up" as him. Not knowing where she came from or why things were the way they were (we already knew that)

The mystery and insane details made the Doctor feel like he wasn't alone.

Because Ruby also had this insane mystery and he was helping her to figure it out because I don't think he expected things to be so mundane. Truthfully, the details don't fully match up, the music isn't explained and "just because" wasn't enough to explain why her mom was hidden and why Ruby could never find her

I do think that their friendship, the Doctor and Ruby, was surface level and that's probably why it felt like that. It was built off an idea, and when that idea didn't exist anymore the Doctor was acting like he couldn't travel with her anymore

It was too painful watching her get the answers he desperately wanted?

He wasn't a good friend telling Ruby not to go in. He projected his own feelings onto the situation at the coffee shop and his reaction when she went in, said it all. It wasn't his choice and Ruby had to make her choice

He projected his own resentment onto the situation, justifying that Ruby's mother doesn't deserve her if she never came looking for her. He didn't account for the reasons, likely meaning he feels the same way towards the people who abandoned him.

When Ruby made a different choice to what he would've, it shattered that idea that they were experiencing the same kinda thing

And he didn't say "I love you." Back!

He told her she had a profound effect on his life, because, just for a while, he felt like he wasn't alone. I think he can be greatful for that atleast, but he's still devastated, as shown by his breakdown once Ruby left

The Doctor's walls are back up? It seems so.

So. Apparently halfas are like phoenixes or something, which Danny would’ve really liked to know. 

See, usually with ghosts if they’re forced to retreat to their cores they reform as was, but apparently, since they’re still partially living, schrodinger's people and all that, halfas have to regrow their body from scratch. At least that’s what he’s understanding from Frostbite. 

But how come he has to deal with it? It’s Dan’s fault for trying to pull such a stunt! Oh, it’s either him or Vlad? Well fuck, he might have calmed down and is going to therapy in both the living realm and the Zone, but he’s waaay not equipped to raise a child except for like, monetarily wise. 

Well dammit, how long will this core incubation thing last, he has his new job in… let him check which offer he accepted again… He has his new job in Coast City that he needs to finish packing for and then all the rest of the stuff to do. 

What do you mean it’ll take months?! He doesn’t have months?! Urgh, fine. At least being a mortician isn’t that exciting, nor dangerous. Just hand him Dan’s core and he’ll figure things out for the living side of things. He’s sure Tucker and Sam wouldn’t be against helping, if only to try and claim favorite aunt or uncle spots.
