The thing is Justified... I know a lot of peeps like it but its not really my jam, but holy hell does Walton steal every scene he's in! Timothy Olyphant is great too, but even if I didn't know how amazing Walton is already as an actor, he really does capture your attention from the off. So that's why I've started watching it anyways 😅

Its also so funny to me Boyd Crowder's supposed to be this big bad antagonist from the off, but so far (as I've watched) what he's done is appear very receptive to Raylan's presence and requests and bascially winds him up a lot! Every time Boyd's showed up in recent eps i've watched he's been like "Raylan, let me bring up your trauma for a second. Do you want to talk about your daddy issues?"

Whilst Raylan shuts him down quickly and Boyd is just like "hmm, do you think your repressing of your emotions is boiling up into a rage and that's why ur so trigger happy, babe? Maybe u should do something about that..." - it's great haha ^^

every time i have a day off i get up in the morning to make my coffee like okay i need to clean the kitchen table and start some laundry and wash the dishes and clean out the fridge and organize the cabinets and email three people and fold all my clothes and i should shower early so i feel actually motivated to do any of these things and then i just wind up watching tv and beating off until like three pm

#i look at all this crap i have to do and im like. well i will not be doing that #another half hour in bed however sounds phenomenal #PART of the thing right now of course. is i have no phone #so if i want music or tv while i do chores i have to put it on my laptop #and it's much more of a hassle to haul the computer around with me . so it's like why dont i just sit in this one spot right here #anyway . i DO have to get up at SOME point bc it's fish fry tonight and i do want fish

getting better at drawing when you’re not trying for realism is kinda funny bc it’s like wow now my art looks even MORE like the exact midpoint between old-school disney and late 2010s anime. i didn’t think it was possible and yet i’ve done it again. inspiring

#and soon? even More.#there’s also the additional layer of not being able to explain what about my art is better than it used to be #like idk what to tell u it’s just better now. all my old stuff is crap compared to this. leaps and bounds #source: dude trust me #tbh i think my artistic abilities probably seem much more consistent from an outside pov #bc i never want to draw anything i can’t draw #like if i TRIED to draw that cuteguy stoplight drawing a few months ago it would have looked terrible #but i wouldn’t have tried bc i wouldn’t have wanted to bc i couldn’t you see #that’s the thing about art it never feels any easier #if you start out frustrated by your skill falling short of your vision guess what #your vision will continue to improve as you gain skill and that frustration never goes away #but it also never feels any harder #my first experience with drawing was being pleasantly surprised to find my skill slightly exceeded my aspirations #(i was 3 and my aspirations were draw a duck)#and you know what. to this day the pleasant surprise remains #what i’m saying is dream small stay in your comfort zone and do not strive for great things #cannot recommend complacency enough #this isn’t sports you don’t get gains through effort you get gains and then the effort happens on accident #don’t listen to me i probably don’t know what i’m talking about #but i AM having more fun drawing than you so maybe i’m onto something #impossible to say #i’m certainly not smart enough to figure that out i’m an idiot have you seen the kind of advice i give #mumbling

how dare stores not sell the exact kind of products I'm looking for

#soooo as i have little to do these days i've started organising various places in my apartment #started with the bathroom cabinets. then the wardrobe #for the past days i've been organising this in-built closet in my bedroom #which i've used to store off-season clothes but also just all sorts of crap (lots of it is different kinds of papers)#however i've been wanting to make it just a closet for off-season clothes (and suitcases etc.)#because i fear all the paper i've been keeping there have been making the air in the closet sort of...musty ugh #but as i've taken out all the random crap and left just the off-season clothes i realise most of the stuff i've been keeping there...#...was all the random crap 🙃 which i have no place to put now 🙃#i mean i have one large cupboard in the kitchen above the fridge that's mostly empty but like that's not very convenient is it lol #some of this stuff i want to keep at hand so i managed to cram something into the tv stand drawers in the living room #but there's still soooooo much stuff that would require a whole another fucking closet #which i don't have!! and while i do have the space for one i want to keep my apartment kinda spacey #so i thought of buying a bench to put in the bedroom and store something in nice-looking boxes under it #and i could put idk a casual throw on the bench to hide the boxes under it and to make it look like a bit more ✨interior design✨ u know lol #but i just absolutely can't find a bench that's 1) the right colour & style 2) has one shelf underneath so the boxes won't be on the floor #i've been so close to having a sexy little meltdown about all this numerous times btw but i've been brave!! believe it or not #sooooooo i don't know what to doooooooooooo i have too much crap with no place to put them in #(and mind you I already got rid of SO MUCH crap)#also does anyone have any tips on where to store rolls of gift wrapping paper 🥱 length 70 cm #the only places out of sight where they fit are this off-season closet and the wardrobe but i don't!! want to!! put them there!!#but i also absolutely do want them out of sight as i use them about 1-3 times a year #i hate owning stuff so much ugh
