Jack and you were nibbling on the Halloween cookies you all made when Aaron walked out of the bedroom and inside the kitchen. "Well, it's not much of a costume, but it's all I got," Hotch says, looking down at his costume. He was wearing his FBI vest, and a pair of handcuffs were attached to this belt.

"Cool! Let's go, Dad!" Jack said, putting down a cookie and pulling on Aaron's leg, eager to go trick-or-treating. You laughed at his response and accepted Aaron's lame attempt at Halloween, following the two out. On your way, you caught a glance at Aaron's butt in his tight pants. You've seen him dressed on the job, but it takes your breath away every time.

After hours of trick-or-treating, you all decided to call it a night. Jack had gotten a bunch of candy but grew tired after a few hours, plus Hotch, and you were exhausted. By the time you stepped into the apartment, Jack was ready for bed.

While Hotch put Jack to bed, you cleaned up the house, ensuring all the candy was put away. After putting the boy to sleep, Hotch joined you in the kitchen. "I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted. I think I'm gonna turn in," Hotch said.

You sighed, "Me too. Mind helping me get out of this costume?"

Hotch's brows raised at that. He knew you didn't mean it in a dirty way, but his mind went gutter diving. He approached you and leaned toward your ear, "I'm glad you asked. I've been thinking of getting you naked all night."

Hotch looked you over before placing his hands on your shoulders, "That depends. Have you been a bad girl?"

"Me?" you point to yourself, knowing you were the only two in the room. "Well, everyone knows that I'm a good girl, officer."

You could tell your words affected Aaron even though you've never called him "officer" before. He traced the fabric of your costume before ribbing the black dress. You were shocked, stunned, really. He never acted that eager ever. He was a very patient man, but tonight was different. He didn't wait for permission.

"Is that so?" he said, tilting your chin up. He removed the remains of the dress from your body, leaving you in your lingerie. He then moved a hand toward your center and felt a hint of wetness there. "Good girls aren't such filthy whores. Now turn around," he commanded.

You slowly turned around, unsure of his next move.

The narrative parallels are so fucking juicy, but a lot of it is also the respect. When Jason fights her, he has this complete and total confidence in her skills that's really compelling to me, and that could also be appealing to her if they'd ever actually talked to each other after that.

There's this sense that Jason truly believes in her, in part because he sees so much of himself in her, and so to believe in her is to believe in both of them. "We are both strong, we are both survivors, we both deserve better than serving rich boy trash who will throw us away the second they realize what it actually takes to survive."

And he's not entirely wrong to see himself in her either! Like, narrative speaking, it's very obvious that Winnick had Starlin's treatment of Jason in mind when writing her. In the same way that Speedy was the second Robin, so too is the second Speedy also the second Robin- uh the second, second Robin?? You get what I mean! Roy is to Dick as Mia is to Jason.

Furthermore, Mia is the Hero Jason could have become if only he'd had a real support system. A main theme of them when contrasted against each other is that healing requires support, willpower alone is not enough. You could build one hell of a relationship around that!

I dunno I think if Jason took a hot second to stop projecting his and Bruce's relationship onto Mia's relationship with Oliver, the actual real similarities they share could end up bringing them together.

And like, obviously Mia thinks he's a jackass at the end of this event, but I also think maybe she sees their parallels too? And idk I think it would only take a couple teamups of circumstance to get them talking and have that like mutual respect, one-sided hate, and uncomfortable self recognition in the other thing going that really makes enemies to lovers shine

I do ship it but only very casually or maybe just there's ONE Tim/Lonnie story that lives in my heart and I need to see it happen lmao

What made you ship it?

I read Lonnie's first appearance and wanted to strangle Tim to death about it, and figured it could be great and cool to watch Lonnie strange Tim in a horny way instead lmao

What are your favorite things about the ship?

The potential to make Lonnie a straight up Hero once he's been wrested away from DC's cold capitalist fingers, and complicate Tim's relationship to justice through that.

Because again, in that first appearance Tim is simply flatly in the wrong. He is the villain there! Lonnie was the good guy!

And I... I just crave a story in which the way the Bats (esp Bruce and Tim) interact with wealth is brought to account and I think if we could write an enormous amount of freak gay pervert sex into that narrative it'd perfect

Again, I've seen so few things said about this poor ship, that I can't tell if any of my opinions are unpopular!

So instead I'll tell you about the JayTim fic I abandoned after I realized that it SHOULD have been a Tim/Lonnie fic, or maybe even a JayTimLonnie fic bc I'm incapable of writing things without Jason in them lmao

Devil's Briar

I didn't know about the relevant comics at the time, but I basically stumbled my way into a timeline in which after the events of No Man's Land, one of Gotham's islands never gets reincorporated into the USA and remains a no man's land indefinitely. From there a complex alliance of various villains, heroes, anti-heroes, and civilians created an anarchist commune out of the rubble.

The story centers around Tim learning about this, falling in love, and deciding to give up all his wealth and throw in his lot with them.

Which would be SO FRIGGIN GOOD as a Tim/Lonnie premise but I just didn't understand who Lonnie was at the time (or... any of these characters really lmao, I ended up using Wally instead of Bart as Tim's speedster of choice for instance) and so it's all just not quite what it should be.

The title is a link to all 16,000 words of draft that I published and I'm leaving a lil snippet here along with my sincere invitation to steal this shit if any of the writing looks good/interesting enough to build off of

Tim sits atop a gargoyle in Upper East Side and chews mechanically on a burger and fries. His mind churns as he stares out across the bridges at Devil’s Briar.

What had once been the festering heart of Gotham’s underbelly in Crime Alley and The Bowery is now a post-apocolyptic nightmare forest courtesy of Poison Ivy. She and a laundry list of villains had taken the whole island to themselves during the mass prison break at Arkham two years ago.

Nearly a hundred villains had poured into the streets of Gotham, and the entire city had been an all out war zone for months on end. A three way battle between The Joker, The Penguin, and Black Mask was nearly resolved just before The Riddler and Scarecrow had entered the mix at the behest of Two Face. Once that had been mostly thwarted both the Court of Owls and the League made a move and ended up fighting each other, the remnants of the other gangs, and the Bats all at once.

By the time anyone had the resources to do something about Ivy’s gardening project, she had already become deeply entrenched with a deadly alliance of other villains.

It doesn’t help that there are so many unknowns. Dozens of Arkham inmates, some rather powerful, are still unaccounted for. Deadshot, Manbat, Killer Croc, Zsasz, Bane. Any or all of them could be holed up in there with who knows who else. And because of Ivy’s powers, they ostensibly have all the food and water they could ever want. This is not a war that could be won by siege. Not that the city isn't trying anyways.

Red Robin is startled out of his thoughts by Oracle’s voice, “Double R, I’ve got some interesting news for you. The Red Hood just exited Devil’s Briar about five minutes ago and hailed me.”

“He’s still alive?”

“And part of Ivy’s little gang to boot! I don’t know how he’s managed not to shoot them all by now. Then again maybe that’s what this is about. He’s got a message for you, and only you. Damn near begged me not to tell any of the other Bats.”

“And you agreed to that?”

“More or less. Figured I’d send the message and let you decide. He’s nearly unarmed though, so there’s that.”

“Wonders never cease. Not that a brick wall like him is ever really unarmed. Let’s hear this message, then. I’ll probably regret it, but due diligence and all that.”

”Cynic.”

“Realist.”

She sighs, and then continues “He asked me to tell you to meet him on the roof of the Harrowood Apartment complex on 47th, and to explicitly tell you that you’re welcome to bring a friend as backup so long as they aren’t a Bat.”

Well now, that was certainly odd. Nearly unarmed, out of his territory, advanced warning, a meet location so close to Nightwing’s route that he could have backup within minutes, and an utterly unprecedented offer to bring in an outside ally. His paranoia urges him to read it as a trap, but something seems off.

Tim hums in thought and licks the last vestiges of mustard off of his gloves.

It’s just too much. Too many cards stacked in Tim’s favour. Too big a risk to take for Jason, whose paranoia sometimes outranks even Bruce’s. Either he has a serious ace up his sleeve with a serious time limit that necessitates a bait like this (highly unlikely), or…

“Oracle has there been any sign of our more, shall we say, subtle enemies involving themselves lately? Like the League or Court?”

“Nope. They’ve all got their fingers back in the usual pies, been pretty quite otherwise. Why, you have a hunch?”

“Not really, just running through possibilities.” He gets a noncommittal grunt of acknowledgment in response.

So, not them and it really can’t be the work of anyone else he’s aware of. Jason never has taken kindly to orders and it is very difficult to put a man as violent and unattached as him under duress. I mean what could they do, threaten to dull his favorite knife? Dunk his best pistol in mud?

Tim spares a small smile for that mental image and then frowns as he considers that whatever brought Jason out here of his own volition must be big. It usually took nothing short of an apocalypse to drag him into a possible team up, especially a self initiated one.

But then why just him?

Sensing that he isn’t going to get anywhere without additional information he taps his earpiece, “You still there O?”

“Sure am.”

“I’m going to make a few calls, see if one of the speedsters can come in for a minute. Don’t tell the other Bats unless things go south, and let Hood know that I’ll be there with a friend in thirty.”

LMAOO I CACKLED WHEN I READ THAT POST THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW😂 They're using free AI checkers online and claim that they "can tell if a fic was AI generated or not". These may not really be professional credentials, but I am a computer science student(IB Higher level that too!!) AND planning to pursue it in uni, so I know enough about AI. Using AI for unethical work is..well unethical! Which is why I've never used it for writing fanfics, a purpose that doesn't really hold a lot of importance in people's lives??? AI generates the same ugly, repetitive response everytime so I wouldn't even think about resorting to it, and I don't see how Fatal Trouble shows that pattern.

@aifairy claims that chatgpt generated a similar response to my fic. first of all, the images they've attached are not the same as what I've written at all. it's talking about sunghoon giving a bite mark on the reader's neck and her thinking about the night it happened. HELLO HAVE YOU READ THE FIC? he hasn't bitten her even ONCE??? there was just a suggestive allusion to it in the end. And seriously? They're using AI checkers like ZeroGPT and GPTZero for this? Hilarious.

I can assure you I've never wasted my time by using AI to write my fics like I couldn't even think about it. Here are some things about me which will hopefully make my intentions of writing on this platform clearer:

I've been writing online since the age of 13(2020) I don't think most of the population knew about generative AI. I used to be on wattpad before tumblr and my writing has improved quite a bit since then. I joined Tumblr in 2022 and wrote a fic about the show Wednesday(again, generative AI was not trendy, where I live atleast)So what I'm trying to say is I've been writing A LONG time before language modeling AIs became trendy. I've never switched to them.

Writing and reading has been a passionate hobby of mine since I was very young. I've received several academic proficiency awards for high level subjects in english literature, english language as well other languages at school, my works have been published in my school magazines and literary competitions multiple times. I have absolutely no problem in coming up with good content and am able to execute it properly as well.

I dedicate a good amount of time every week to writing. I only stick to fanfics online, because they're more popular and in demand than writing stories with your own OCs from my experience. I want to work on writing actual stories but I'm still a school going student so I don't have enough time for that. And at the same time on tumblr I get to connect with people who share the same interest as me :)

So basically what I want to say is I do not use and have NEVER used AI to write fics, I have not used it for Fatal Trouble or any other fics from my master list. I'm literally putting out fics I've worked hard on for FREE on this platform so others from the same fantom can enjoy it as well. Be respectful about it and stop being discouraging. DON'T LIKE IT DON'T READ IT. Writing on this account helps me improve my skills and get feedback. I don't care about what someone random online accuses me of, because ik that irl, my family, teachers and friends are aware about my skills and support me and I'm doing well in them as well :)) so I'm not going to be discouraged and stop writing<33

Basically purge yourself of any negativity and even though you might have it around you it doesn't mean it needs to become a part of you . There will be an ending to a negative situation in your life but you're needing to collect all the pieces to something . If that be yourself , a situation, an idea. Anything , whatever it might be.

33 . I've seen the empress and the emperor together .and the three of cups and three of wands. Things are looking good with the help of the good people around you and it's looking like there's a union. For less of you it is about balance within yourself but for most of you two people are together or are coming together that will be in love . For some of you it's your friends or a family . But for those of you it's someone you love some of you in that group of you might be subconsciously waiting for them and you may have had the experience with them before where they didn't seem up to the part . Things needed to happen for them to be ready. Looks like somewhere on the midst of this some type of chaos has to ensue either to make this happen or during or after this happening just as a destined part of things . Lately I just see a happy ending and major soul family vibes . Together and happy in the end . :')

You all are seeming pretty content but it looks like some type of drama or something horrible is going on around you and I don't know if most of you guys even see this at all . But for most of you it effects you somehow. I think you guys are blocking something out and it seems to you things are good and you have it your way but you actually don't and you need to take in reality for what it is in order to gain more control over things .I think some of you have abusive or bad families but because you comply with some of multiple of them you don't have it as bad but this isn't seeming right to me . Something about baseball or maybe it's softball ? .I think you guys are avoiding healing yourselves too because you're blocking out the issues you have and avoiding things that might trigger them so you can pretend that they're okay but this is too much escapism and this is an omen that if you don't start accepting reality and taking control of things something really bad could happen either to you or something or someone you love and care about and this feels like a pretty huge warning . You guys can NOT keep pretending things are good and fooling yourselves this is not okay . Who are your favorite characters in MGS? Most favorite, most compelling, etc.

I only had access to MGS2 and 3 up until like a month ago and I last played 3 like 20 years ago now so I only really know characters from Metal Gear, MG2, Metal Gear Solid 1, and MGS2, so these opinions are probably gonna change as I progress through the series. Working on playing ALL of the (major) games lol

Anyway, I'm a basic bitch, I really like Solid Snake and Otacon rofl They're the bae's haha

I will admit that this is probably because MGS2 was like one of — if not THEE — first "adult" game I ever played that had a serious/heavy story, characters that died (+stayed dead), and a cast that wasn't composed of teens/kids, so that's probably affected my feelings towards those two a lot. Snake was SOOOOOOOO different from characters I was used to at the time; I was like hot off the heels of reading Eragon for the first time (before Eldest was even out), and I think FF10 and Jak 2, too. Snake was like... Sad and tired compared to every character I knew at that point.

I didn't really know how to interpret or understand characters like him yet, but I remember thinking like.... "This is the most believable/human fictional character I have ever seen" hahaha He smoked cigarettes!! That's so bad!!! We just did DARE in high school and my state (Ohio) was building up to the indoor smoking ban (2006), so my tiny child brain processed that like "smoking = he wants to die." I thought that was some really deep shit!! They put me into AP English a little after I first played MGS2. It's really hilarious in hindsight. It made me want to know more about him and it drove me nuts that you only got to play as him for a little bit before playing as Raiden. I didn't hate Raiden though, he was cool but in a different way. Even back then I thought the Raiden hate was stupid and kind of entitled.

Otacon I always liked because he balanced out Snake's gruffness and he was kind of silly, but he's not really in MGS2 a lot so I didn't get to really know him until I played MGS1 recently. I'm still kind of chewing on my thoughts about him post-MGS1... I like that he wears his heart on his sleeve and does what he thinks is cool/best, but he cares a lot too (maybe even to a fault). In a romantic/shipping context, I also like him with Snake, but I'm not entirely sure that all the dialog in MGS1 is really directed towards Snake ("Do you think love can bloom on the battlefield?"); I think it's mostly about his feelings towards Sniper Wolf. That said, I do think that (after Wolf dies) Otacon perhaps fills that void with his feelings towards Snake. One of my buddies told me you find out a lot about his dad in Peace Walker and I'm looking forward to that and how it will change my perception of his character.

Sniper Wolf's post-second boss fight cutscene made me like her a lot too. Kojima's women always throw me for a loop haha They've almost always got their tits out and flirt with the protag, but then they hit you with some of the heaviest and compelling lore you've ever seen. I liked Wolf's parallels with Meryl and how they both realize perhaps too late that their goals and ideals were misguided.

I liked Psycho Mantis more than I was expecting to, too (esp. his boss fight), and Meryl, but I kept thinking about how they kept saying she was "in her teens" and Snake is 33 in MGS1 😭 Don't like that !

In MGS2 I remember really liking Fortune but it's been a bit since I played 2 so I can't elaborate on that much. Olga having armpit hair in MGS2 also had an INSANE impact on me as a kid (not in a weird way, in a baby ftm trans way) but I don't remember basically anything about her character.

1. Dazai for sure. Scaramouche maybe because we both play dirty and he seems to rely more on his electro abilities than pure strength, with the element of surprise or if his puppet body is like a typical robot’s (that I know basics of) I can use these to my advantage (by using the environment as well yk) also Narumi after a 10+ lose streak for sure lmaooo. I think Anaxagoras is somewhere in between so I’m giving him 50/50

2. Yeah 😔😔😔 I’m a trinket collector through and through so no matter the selfship that’s a constant pattern. I think the most recent example I can give is I like to tie and replace that red fabric/ribbon around Anaxagoras’ right bicep often so I’ll have all the prev (dirty until washed) ones accessible and he will always carry a memory of him at all times. Half of Togame’s colored shades collection now resides in my place too, I’ll even randomly dig out a pair in the pockets of my jackets sometimes lmao

3. Hmmm I’ll do this with Narumi and Anaxagoras;

First opinion of Narumi was that he is an immature, nose high up, self assured douchebag and a loser. In return he found me pretentious and a cold hearted bitch basically, a loner and know-it all… while my opinions on him were fleeting (I get annoyed in the moment and achieve that dgaf stage early), his opinions lingered for longer, made him pay more attention to me, first to nitpick ag everything I do to find a flaw so he can poke fun in his mind but it was through the mutual observation that we realized we were too harsh on one another ^_^

With Anaxagoras (I’ll write canon compliant lore I’ve designed so far, subject to change) I took notice first and maintained a distance, found him an interesting individual to observe (and fawn over his mind) from afar so I tiptoed around him most of the time. To me he seemed like someone just a little outside the box and that’s what caused everyone to treat him like they do- approaching what they cannot understand with fear. I did assumed him to be more colder, distant and aphatic than he truly was 😅 I tend to idolize those (and their minds) I admire. He took notice a tad later but respected the distance while observing how I interact with everyone, found me to be restricting myself, someone yearning for connection and always there to offer help but never receiving the same amount of care I show. (What made him decide to approach me directly was that I was secretly tending to his grave… talk about awkward)

I think right now it seems: 1. Anaxagoras, 2. Narumi and third spot empty. Dazai forever has a placed shaped exactly like him so he ceases and surpasses any rating I’m afraid

My friend would not shut up about the fast cars, so then I thought, alright let me try it. And of course I can't get into anything there isn't fanfic for so I just looked up the most popular ship, discovered lestappen, and sorted by kudos, started with top max, had a fic idea, thinking I'd just write one, because it's funny, and then continue to lurk, as is my standard practice...

So I wrote one top max fic, thought it was neat, had another idea (En Francais), was totally also going to do top max, but then it was just not working

So it turned into bottom Max...

And then I wrote another bottom Max...

And then another one and another one and another one and now I might need psychiatric help

I'm still a baby fan myself, but nobody should ever make fun of or be rude to someone who's new to something I think, why would you want to discourage people from joining the community? It makes no sense and you never know if they could have written the next classic fic for the fandom or been an otherwise amazing creator

If you could take over as team principal for any team, who would it be and why?

Ferrari, because with this season even I could do better than whatever they're doing. I think they also just need the common sense of a woman sometimes, I think it could do wonders

I THINK THIS FIC IS SO SWEET I LOVE THE SKILLS TRYING TO RAISE A KID HGKJG im so.. it's like how Let's Make It Home redux, the skills are kinda dysfunctional, but they've grown and they're getting better too and they're trying to work together towards a common goal, and together they can do it. i think they've gotten a lot better about working together!! and they all care for this kid a lot <333
