Spreading gossip, being outright malicious, shattering friendships, and all that jazz! If accommodations no longer help you, I'm curious at what point they stopped being helpful.

#bc for me: once u get to the graduate level its like sink or swim bitch #u have to fucking read and nothing is gonna make it easier so fucking read or find a different job #i dont kno how u accomodate a grad student. like u have things that have to happen. u cant just let someone not do their job they got hired #to do. so like u just select for ppl who arent extremely disabled bc i just dont think u could do it otherwise #u would b too bad at ur job. every prof i say im dyslexic to is like: oh! r u registered with the disability office?#and im like no. wtf would they even do for me. im sure i could get lots of accommodation stuff but functionally i just have to suck it up #and work harder. but im also fucked up about having a learning disability so like maybe im just being difficult #idk. most ppl dont wanna do jobs that they weren't designed for and cause them so much pain. but like i said. im sorta fucked up #learning disability #dyslexia #dyscalculia #adhd #dyspraxia #dysgraphia #poll #polls #unrelated

#so i've been dealing with some irl stuff recently #nothing too bad. it was just really frustrating and exhausting for me. and really putting a damper on my mood and my art #and i'm sorry if i've been acting a little weird or not saying too much or anything #or if i've been kinda inactive for the past few days #but i'll be okay!#i just wanted to let you guys know what's been kinda going on #i'm slowly working on something really sweet involving Hugo and Noa. so that's been making me feel better #i need something happy and soft between them lol #also! I've been playing The Quarry recently!#the writing is kinda stupid and almost all of the characters act like they don't have a brain. but that's what makes it so fun!#and i'm pretty sure the devs did that intentionally. to make it seem more like a campy monster flick #i'm really enjoying it so far! the werewolves are really cool!#also it's really funny to me how they just pop like balloons whenever they're transforming #i thought it was gonna be a slow transformation. but no. their skin just immediately explodes off #and then they somehow get it all back when they turn back into humans? idk how that works but it's pretty rad #also also! the thing with the tarot cards is really cool!#i missed a lot in the beginning because i didn't know what i was looking for #and the fortune teller lady in between chapters kept getting mad at me for not finding any #but i eventually started to get it! when the game decided to really put one in my face in chapter 3 lol #and the thing with the tarot cards representing the different characters in the game got me thinking about what card Noa would probably be #i think Seven of Swords would be right up her alley #because it's associated with deception. dishonesty. betrayal. and acting strategically #and it could also signify self-deception and confessions. which is all very true for her character #aaahh now i wanna make a tarot card design for her!#but that's an idea for another day #anyway sorry for sorta rambling a bit #i hope you all are doing okay

#queue #maybe it has to do with this need of visualizing it as an actual tv show. it's not necessarily a bad thing #it's so much fun to question what would happen if a specific part was rewritten or twisted into smth else. how would it work and all #for example. i've been thinking. what if Hunter was an actual robot? how does his interaction with Exocannis and B2 change bcs of it? :0 #i dont think that part will be rewritten but it's an interesting possibility #one thing i wanted to change is Gideon's lore though!#the way he disregards B2 doesn't sit right w me (and ig it didn't with everyone else who read the lore)#also! there's not much info about his childhood. it was nice until BOO TRAUMAAA.#overall i wanted to introduce him some other way. the way Gideon Rigell would do!#perhaps with a little comic? a loose dialogue in an artwork of sorts #comparing him to who he is currently is like going. wow! good job buddy ur getting better! but also you should probably seek therapy...#as for B2. i have some ideas.#some times i enjoy exploring new designs in which she looks VERY non-human or has some sort of non-human mentality #a true alien!#i wanna redesign her siblings and make all of them have an 'x' somewhere in their names #what if Beatrix had 4 siblings? what if she was the 'youngest'? what if they were all created by the same person #a person who was responsible for their creation but who also treated them like their own children #some kind of enthusiastic visionary with a passion for robotics who genuinely cared for machines. even 'mindless' ones #Also B2's relation to the Holloway Comet #like no. that's the. that's The Mother. that's the mother guys that's UNQUESTIONABLE #im talking about Monument Mythos vibes yknow. about giant n terrifying monuments/objects #i'm also cooking up ideas for comics focused solely on Bee #oneshots of sorts.... i should probably start sketching......#why am i having good ideas when i barely slept last night HSBWYSBWHDBHQHASSHHA #starbstalks

Look at these stickers my brain is literally so huge. God. I love them so much.

I hadn't tried to do a sticker sheet at home before because I knew it would be difficult, and I was right! Getting the cut lines to line up with the print was super hard and there were many failed attempts, but it was so worth it I'm so happy with them!!!

This sticker sheet is for my patrons this month ^^

#like seriously I wasted like 10 entire sheets #normally when I do stickers I get to arrange them on a 'print and cut' sheet #which basically has these black marks in the corners that the machine can scan so it can cut based off of where those marks were #so it gets to line up muuuch easier #but with this I didnt want to have just like 2 sticker sheets a page... I wanted to have 4 for an 8.5x11 piece of paper?#cause of obvious reasons I feel #cause the print and cut takes an inch all around #I'm not sure it would be replicable either tbh? like if I were to design another sheet I would have to waste a bunch of papers again #cause for some reason the individual cut lines werent like... it wasnt like it was just entirely offset or entirely scaled 1:1 #it was like some parts had to scoot up some spots had to scoot over some down whatever #so I think I would have to print cut and test again #but. also I did all that and realized. I could have been testing this on normal pieces of paper... I didnt have to use sticker paper #its fine! just makes me feel less bad about trying to do this again in the future #the sticker paper isnt that expensive this wasnt terrible #anyways. might do more in the future! I only have one other idea right now for a sticker sheet bt I wanna do it eventually #not like I wont ever have other ideas. obviously.#I just generally try to only make stuff that i'd actually wanna have so i'm not trying to make a ton of designs or whatever #this is actually also why i'm often sort of... late? on the patreon designs #not late like i send them out as soon as payments get processed for that month the design was for #but ideally id be making them ahead of time enough that people could sign up or sign off if theyre interested or not...#but I just dont wanna make a design that feels procedural... I CAN but I wanna make things that are creative and worth paying for!#so. Digitalised + coloured + redesigned version of my Suiren and Vaatu sketch from two days ago, as promised!!

Coming up with Suiren’s design was a very long process of trying and failing because after you’ve drawn 9+ different versions of one character, the creativity starts to run a little dry, but I’m actually really proud of this one, she looks absolutely adorable <3

(Also yeah I did mostly just scribble Vaatu’s pattern because who has the energy to draw the all out accurately. Not me, that’s who, I’m chronically tired. People who draw him on the regular have my utmost respect. He’s still a funky little guy though :D)

I just wanna do something that’s my own #and also I wanna focus less on pain and trauma for once and more on the sheer hilarity of the shenanigans that will occur post-fusion #cause this isn’t Adumbration where Korra lets Raava go and fuses with Vaatu instead. here Suiren’s got both of them at the same time #and they have 10000 years’ worth of grievances to air out. it’s like living with your divorced parents #trust me I would know. except mine aren’t divorced. they’re Worse and everyone wishes they’d just separate #anyway. that aside. Suiren’s not getting any sleep any time soon while those two duke it out
