Oh, I had thoughts. So many thoughts. 630 words worth of thoughts, in fact.

He knows his reputation. Muca. Cat man. Sunshine. Jure is even man enough to admit he quite enjoys them, even plays up on his monikers on more than one occasion. Always a smile, always lands on his feet. Well, mostly. There was that incident in Dublin. And the hunting tower. And the time with the–

He knows. The others know. They know him well enough now to keep the metaphorical door open, because just like cats, Jure will choose his moments of intimacy. He’s just as likely to – quite literally – hang off any of them, as he is to withdraw, to be happy and content in his little bubble. 

It’s a balance, and his scales seem to always be a grain away from tipping this way or that. Jure doesn’t mind, not usually. Not so long as the step from one to the other is easy. A hug, a touch. Spending precious freetime in his garden, phone turned off. They are gradual, he can always feel the shift, can prepare, can plan.

It’s worse when the pendulum swings too far, too fast. Jure loves what he does, would not choose anything else in the world, no one else to share it with. And it’s fine when it’s euphoria, when it’s love like light and energy in his veins and Jure flies high and thinks maybe this is the time he can stay.

It’s fine. Until it isn’t. Until he is horizontal on stage, tired to the bone. Until he needs a week away from everything. Until he needs closeness like he’ll perish without it but can’t find the right words to ask for it.

“Stay.”

Bojan’s hand on his shoulder is gentle, sending shudders through his body. Everything is happening so much, so quickly, and it’s exciting. New single, new tour, hype and excitement. And Jure is so, so, so tired. The idea of driving home has been haunting him for the past hour as they wrapped up another long day, but home is home.

Quiet.

His own bed.

Too quiet.

Alone.

“Kris has a family thing tomorrow, he’ll stay at home,” Bojan continues, voice gentle and even. “Come over. You can– Don’t feel like you need to drive back home tonight. It was a long day for all of us.”

Jure hesitates, pauses in his efforts to tidy up something that has been in order for a while already.

“I don’t…”

“Please. Please, stay.”

Maybe he and Bojan are the same in a way, Jure thinks as he nods, finally looking up to meet Bojan’s gaze. Fine until they aren’t. How many times have they not ended up seeking each other out for comfort, equally tactile when their moments align? 

So, he goes. Follows Bojan home, follows Bojan’s lead, follows follows follows until within the safety of four walls two arms open and take him. Jure could melt when fingers gingerly thread through his hair, fingertips digging into his lower back and his spine seemingly unlocking vertebrae by vertebrae. His nose pressed against the crook of Bojan’s neck, the warmth and scent there familiar and comforting. From far away, words filter through, slowly unfolding meaning and intent, lining themselves up to lead him home like lanterns in the night.

Easy.

Easy.

Easy.

Like the nap shared on the pullout sofa bed.

Like Bojan clinging to him in tears after Martin’s last gig with them.

Like too many nights in Hamburg, in London, on the bus; wordlessly seeking comfort, always finding arms that will open.

Like now. The steady thump of Bojan's heart, fingertips drawing meaningless shapes from the nape of his neck down his spine and back up. It’s closeness like he needs it. Jure sighs, long and slow, and drifts off to sleep.

Jan:

-I see him as the type to have not had many relationships (maybe 1 or 2 at most) but they have always been serious and he doesn't date people impulsively. There would definitely need to be at least 6 months worth of slow burn between him and his partner before he considers a relationship

-so the buildup to dating might be potentially frustrating but that's just because he really wants to be a good boyfriend and he needs time to sort out his feelings for a person. He'll definitely suggest taking things slow the first few weeks of dating

-doesn't have many absolute requirements for a partner but being kind towards animals is definitely a must. Igor is his baby and he'd need a partner who is also willing to take care of the cat if they start living together

-mornings with him are slow and lazy, he prefers to sleep in as much as possible. Coffee and breakfast in bed are not uncommon. If his partner has an earlier schedule than him he will try to help and get breakfast ready on time but most of the time he'll probably doze off out of fatigue

-is more of a stay in kinda person rather than going out. Loves to just play guitar while his partner is cuddled up to him with some takeout. Also enjoys going on walks in nature and making his way through fields hand in hand with his partner

Bojan:

-tends to fall hard and fast for people so is likely the one to confess and initiate things first. However he also understands when things are moving too fast and is totally respectful if his partner needs more time to get to know him before getting into anything romantic

-very sweet and romantic, will get his partner flowers randomly and do other small gestures as a show of appreciation like cleaning the house and cooking dinner

-unfortunately given that he's the frontman of the band, he wouldn't really want to be open about the relationship to the fans. There's a certain image he needs to uphold as to not break immersion so his partner would have to understand that he wouldn't post them on main or say anything that would imply he's not single. That being said he will tone down the flirting with fans significantly and make sure his partner knows they're loved and appreciated

-does get very anxious sometimes even outside of stressful settings like a concert or before an interview. Nace:

-tries to be subtle about being in love with his future partner but promptly fails to do so. Will ask someone out after taking them on a proper date, probably after having been friends with them for a while

-taking care of someone is his main love language. Will cook with love for his partner, comfort them after a bad day and give them his jacket when they're cold. Make sure to return this same amount of affection to him!

-wants a partner that likes animals because he's got his turtles and Pino. Would need to be able to count on his lover to walk the dog and feed the turtles when he's unable to because of touring

-prefers going on more private dates like to the cinema or walking alongside a beach. Everyone, but I think that Jan and Nace would be included in that... sort of.

Hear me out. They both quickly recognise (separately) that they have insane levels of chemistry and both (separately, because what even is communication) start down their own pining spirals wishing that they could be something more without risking their friendship and the band for a confession that could absolutely never be reciprocated and that will just make things awkward.

And while they're pining, the others are in the background wondering how on earth they can both be so equally ridiculous. I actually think Bojan might be the first to recognise it - he's a big romantic, and although he might brush it off as his own projections at first, I think he'd soon realise how deep it all runs.

Jure would also catch on very quickly, partly because cat senses and partly because Bojan would want to share his big revelation with someone (Jere would already have heard, but can't remember Nace's name, so is a bit lost about Bojan's enthusiastic flailing 🤭). He's mostly second because he's often out aiming for the Guinness World Record for largest number of completed random side quests.

Kris, shockingly, would be the last to know but mainly because he has to block a lot of things out for his own sanity. However, he'd be the first to decide they need to have an intervention and knock their heads together.

(The crew, as always, is just watching in amusement, sharing popcorn and opening the traditional betting pools.)

Seeing a couple through the eyes of another character is always an interesting angle, but seeing them through the eyes of Igor, especially this version of him? Absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better gift in the summer exchange to be honest. 😊

That Dish Doesn't Have (a) Reduction by @un-shit-yourself: I'm really loving how each character is translated into such a fun AU, and how much the growth of Jan and Nace's relationship is interwoven with the setting (instead of the setting just being incidental, you know?).

Of my Jance fics, Say Nothing is still one that I'm very proud of, partly because I wrote 2/3 of it at my most ill and actually finished it. First up - as someone who had the chance to see them live, he is an insane performer

His ability to enchant the crowd is insane and you can tell really well that he has great acting abilities too

Watched him in Gospod Profesor too, spot on for someone who is a so-called amateur

His singing voice is... amazing to say the least, it feels really unique

Also, the way he talks, the sound of his voice, the words he uses, his pronunciation, if there were awards for talking he would get one

The languages he speaks, I want to study him, linguistically, he is truly a phenomenon

We of course love a bilingual king

He looks like he has his priorities straight

I also respect him so much for how open he is about his mental illness

I might relate to him a bit too much at times whoops

And the fact that he can somehow befriend literally anyone??? Love that

His friendship with Jere is the main one of course

Oh yeah and the fact that he literally helped people who collapsed at their gigs a few times

First things first, I have a soft spot for math guys

And the way he talks about math is fascinating (but you still won't get me to like it Jan)

Cat dad???? We absolutely adore Igor and a man loving cats is such a green flag

I know people say he mumbles a bit and it's hard to understand him at times, but idk, he talks nice and slowly, so it's still really easy to understand him

He comes from my home region, so I am very biased haha

Also, every band needs a guitarist with luscious locks

He absolutely owns the colour red, that colour was invented specifically for him

The nose ring suits him so well too, this man KNOWS what fits him

And if that ends up being jackets with nothing underneath when he performs, THEN SO BE IT

I know people call Kris the lesbian icon, but from what I've seen lesbians are very drawn to Jan as well

Oh, and he gives me Klaus from the Umbrella Academy vibes (I blame the hair and the pink boa)

Holy shit, sunshine in human form????

The most underappreciated one in the band imo

His surname literally means 'cat' and I am so normal that Jan has called him 'muca'

He also comes from my region haha, bias again

He's really good at filming, he actually shot a few things for RTV (national TV station) and edited them as well, god, talent

Also playing drums... I have sang, I have played guitar, played bass, but drums is something I feel like I could NEVER do, so hats off to you

He also reminds me of a good friend of mine and I vibe with him so much, I feel like I would vibe with Jure as well

I really don't like the fact that drummers tend to get ignored and I just wish there was more Jure performing content

Though I love it how every time, during Novi Val, he comes to the front and hangs with the others

His hair also looks so soft and fluffy aaaaaa

The baby of the band! (and the only one in the band I could actually call 'mulc')

In case you didn't know yet, he's half Dutch

And he speaks Dutch, which, as someone who speaks Dutch (in theory, not in practice) makes me really happy

I wish to study him linguistically as well

Also his parents' story feels very close to me, as I'm dating outside of my culture as well

According to him he was menace as a kid and I think we should normalise the fact that you can become a better person as you grow up

Hi everyone!! Final chapter of my fanfic universe (big finally haha).

I loved every single bit of this, but it was time to end ^^'

I want to do the Sailor Moon AU so badly lol. And if you don't know anything about Sailor Moon, don't worry, I made most of my AU up so you can still enjoy it without watching the show :)

Now without further ado... Les get into it.

Synopsis: Have you asked how they were doing today? Have you kissed them or hugged them? Have you ever told them that you love the way they smell? Everyone… this is A sem ti povedal. - Jan and Nace wedding celebration party

Bojan looked over to his side. Kris was lying down on the green grass next to him. His hair was neatly cut, his face clean shaved and fully relaxed. He looked beautiful. Although, if you asked Bojan, he’d have preferred plucking each strand of hair off his chin with his teeth himself. It would have been much more fun than Kris using the razor.

He was suddenly met with blue eyes looking at him.

- What? – the guitarist asked.

- Nothing. – he giggled.

- What are you thinking about?

- I’m the luckiest man in the whole world. Just… just look at you!

- What about me?

- I feel like I could fall for you all over again each time you look at me with those eyes.

- You are cheesy. – Kris smiled – Save that for later.

- Oh, I have a lot of things I’d like to say to you once you are off the tuxedo.

The sound of metal hitting glass stopped their conversation. They turned to look at who made that sound, Jure.

- Okay, lovebirds, this is not your wedding that we are celebrating. – he smiled – I’d like to make a speech before I get drunk.

Jure cleared his throat and took out a piece of paper.

- I don’t usually talk much, but you know when I do, I mean it. Today, we are celebrating the wedding of two of my best friends. Jan, Nace, you guys are my best friends. Joker Out brought us together and it made me fall in love with music and traveling in a way I never thought it would.

Bojan lay his head next to Kris, and he kissed him on the temple. Indeed, Joker Out brought them all together. It felt almost as if destiny itself was telling them to keep doing what they loved because that’s where they’d find home—in each other.

- I’d tell you stories of me and Jan before Nace, or of me helping Nace planning dates with things Jan would like.

A couple of people laughed. Jan turned to Nace and said:

- Listen, I love cats, but that doesn’t mean you had to take me to a cat café just because Maček told you that. Igor gets jealous!

- Baby, you are already one with the cats, Igor does not care that much. – Nace laughed it out.

- As I was saying. – interrupted the blondie – I want to wish both Jan and Nace a happy life as a married couple.

He raised his champagne glass and chugged it down.

Martin was up next.

- I met Jan when we were teens, and we grew very close. And if he’s now a graduated mathematician, I think I should be given some credit. – he laughed – Me and Jan spend… a lot of time together and… and I have to say Jan is one the best guys I know. Heart of gold, sometimes he undermines himself, but I know Nace – he turned to the other bass player – you’ll be able to ground him whenever you see he is up in his head space… And if you hurt him… well, you already know. Cheers, everyone.

Jan and Nace got up from their picnic towel and Jure sat down. They both wear black suits adorned by white lace. Jan with a deep green tie, nails painted purple by Kiki, and tied hair. Nace with a dark purple tie and with a green earring.

Jan began his speech.

- I know we already had a bigger ceremony with our extended family… those who came at least.

Nace squeezed his husband’s hand to reassure him.

- But now… in this smaller party we have organized, I’d like to also talk a little about this journey… It hasn’t been easy. Me and Nace can’t marry through the church and in many countries, marriage between two men isn’t something we can’t do at all. Accepting that we would have a harder time married than dating in silence was part of this journey. But man! – he smiled – It was the best decision ever!

Everyone laughed at Jan’s sudden change in attitude.

- Despite the mean comments, and the family members that didn’t show up… I love Nace. I love having him and being able to call him mine. I love having him waiting for me at home with our pets. I love walking around with him and showing him off. I love… all of him. – he said looking down – Because he makes me feel loved.

- Awwwww. – Bojan and Jure said, and the other guests laughed.

Nace kissed Jan’s cheek and cleared his throat.

- I don’t think there’s much else to say. I think I married one of the most altruistic people I’ve ever seen because, even on his wedding day, he asked me how he should share petitions and donation links with our fans to help gay rights such as marriage be accessible in more places around the world. Maybe he is also a little workaholic, but I love his dedication. The face he makes when he’s concentrated on playing or finding new sounds… It’s a sight to see. And I’m the luckiest man in the world to be able to see it every day.

Nace raised his glass and everyone else followed. He entangled his arm around Jan’s they drank from each other’s glass as everyone cheered.

- Now, the bouquet throw. – Jan said.

The girls in the friend group began getting up, but Jan just threw towards Kris’s legs. The taller one raised an eyebrow and carefully picked up the bouquet.

- I’m not sure that’s how this works. – he said.

- My wedding is pretty unusual. Two grooms and no brides so why not change the rules? Besides, you already have the ring on your finger, don’t you?

It was on one of their trips to the Netherlands that Bojan proposed to Kris. He prepared a date with Kris to a park in Utrecht. Kris thought it was weird to have Bojan as the “tour guide” while he was the native of sorts, but ever since Bojan learned Dutch, he has integrated himself quite well amongst the Dutch – despite his height.

“Will you marry me?” the singer asked. Kris said yes on the spot, and they shared it with the band immediately with a photo of the ring taken at one of the bridges.

Bojan picked up the bouquet and put one of the pinkish flowers on Kris’ hair.

- Will you marry me? – he asked.

- Uhm… I don’t know. – the guitarist replied with an ironic smile - Ask me tomorrow. I might say yes.

- So that’s a “mayhaps”?

- It’s a “Ask me tomorrow”.

Kris kissed Bojan and while most people were awed, Jan separated them.

- Come on, this is still my wedding. You guys didn’t even give me a speech. The least you could do is sing a song.

Kris turned around and picked up his acoustic guitar.

- Lucky for you – Bojan said – we already had that planned.

Bojan winked and got up, helping Kris get up in the process.

- Hi everyone. – he said as Kris tunned the guitar – I wrote this song when I was in my early 20’s. It’s a song that I wrote thinking of an imaginary muse… a love letter to someone who I longed to be with. As the years went by, the song took on a different meaning. To me, this muse became synonymous with my now Fiancé. To Jan and Nace, it became synonymous with each other. I’d often see them sing or quote this song to each other when they were together and get lost in each other’s eyes, long before they were in a relationship. And with that…

- Wait. – Kris interrupted – I also want to say some words. This is my best friend’s wedding we are talking about. And it’s also my ex-neighbour’s wedding.

Nace chuckled at that.

- Jan had my back through the best and the worst, and everyone has talked about it non-stop today. And Jan knows I love him a lot, but I’d also like to say some words to Nace. Nace was the person that I could reach when the world and the band were getting overwhelming to me. He was my roommate for most of our tours and I got angry at how slow he takes to get ready and how early he likes to rise in the morning. – they chuckled – but even so, I couldn’t have asked for a better roommate.

- I take it I’m not a good roommate then. – Bojan fake cried but quickly recomposed himself – Everyone, close your eyes… think of someone you love.

As everyone closed their eyes, Kris began playing the first couple of notes. Bojan took a deep breath and proceeded.

Sorry this took so long, but here it is! Hope you like it!

"But Jure, Jure listen to me. Are you listening?"

Jan tried to get Jure's attention by grabbing his sleeve and lightly tugging. Jure finally looked away from his empty glass and back to him. He looked tired, but Jan was too deep into the bottle of whiskey to stop.

"Yes, Janči, I am listening."

"Nace is just...so wonderful. He remembers all the little things. When I get to the practice, he just knows when I want coffee. And he knows my coffee order too!"

Jure bit his lip, as if stopping himself from saying anything. And okay, yes they all had the same order, exceot for Kris. But still. It counted. Jan took his coffee with very little sugar, while Jure put two spoonfuls in his. The difference mattered.

"Very thoughtful of him."

Jan sighed. They were at the studio, wjere they usually practiced. Just upstairs, taking up the little table. There was enough space, as long as neither of them tried to stand up.

Jan flopped down on the bench, staring at the ceiling.

"He is generally so wonderful and thoughtful but-"

Jure groaned and leaned his head against the table. When he didn't say anything, Jan continued.

"I really can't believe he shaved. He looked like-like-"

"Like he is straight?" Jure asked, sarcasm dripping from every word.

Well, yes. That was a gist of it. Not that Jan meant to imply being straight was bad. Obviously not.

"Like he is straight and goes to church."

Jure chuckled.

"Wait, doesn't he?"

Jan blinked, turning his gaze from the ceiling to Jure.

"Doesn't he what? Straight?"

Jure slapped his hand over his forehead.

"How does that even make sense? No, I mean, doesn't he go to church?"

Jan shrugged. Not really. He believed in God, as far as Jan gathered, but it's not like he had the time to go to a church every Sunday. It was a topic Jan tiptoed about, knowing their views would differ. Maybe he should ask.

"I don't think so?"

"Aren't you dating him?"

Jan sat back up again, just so he could glare at Jure.

"Yes. But asking him if he goes on his knees for the lord the same way he does for me wasn't my first priority."

Jure's nose scrunched up in disgust. He grabbed the bottle of whiskey on the table, and chugged what little alcohol was left in it.

"I didn't need that mental image."

Jan shrugged. That wasn't his problem.

"He does look very pretty when he-"

"No! No, no, no! No. I love you both and I will suffer through you rambling about how much you love him, but I draw the line at hearing about your sex life."

He supposed that was fair. He wouldn't want to hear about Jure's sex life either. Or god forbid, Bojan's. They heard too much of that during Nordic tour as it was.

"I do really think Nace is wonderful. Even when he gets a stupid idea to shave. And he is so attractive. Like, his arms? And tattoos? I don't think I will ever get over that."

Jure snored.

"Right. Naturally."

"Have you seen his tattoos?"

Jure looked ready to snap back when they heard the door downstairs open. Jure was closer to the fence, so he peeked down.

"Oh, thank God. Hey, Nace!"

Jan stuck out his tongue at Jure. He was that eager to get rid of him, huh?

"Hey Jure. Is Jan with you?"

"Unfortunately. Please take him with you."

Jan kicked him under the table and Jure hissed, throwing him a dirty look. Traitor.

"Bad cat."

Jure looked ready to pounce him like an actual cat, but was stopped by Nace climbing up the stairs. Jan turned to look at him and immediately glared.

"Who are you?"

Nace rolled his eyes.

"Your boyfriend."

"My boyfriend has a beard."

Jure slapped his hand iver his mouth, but Jan could still hear him giggling. Nace sighed.

"Well, your boyfriend shaved. It'll grow back. Can we go home now?"

"I can't, I have a boyfriend."

Jure stopped pretending to hide his laughter and instead doubled over on his bench, laughing. Nace pursed his lips.

"How much of that whiskey did he drink?"

"Bot m-"

"I had two shots. He drank the rest."

Jan looked at Jure in surprise. Did he? He didn't think he drank that much. Then again, he supposed with how easily and unguardedly words came to him, it was possible.

Nace sat on the bench next to him and cupped his cheek. Jan raised his eyes to look at him and did his best not to immediately melt into the touch. Beard or no beard, when Nace looked at him with such soft gaze, Jan find him hard to resist.

"Anddd that's my cue to leave. Don't forget to lock the studio."

Jure grabbed his stuff and got up. Nace briefly broke their staring contest to wave at Jure.

"Say hi to Kris," Nace said.

Jure tripped before rushing down the stairs. Jan frowned. Kris? Why-

Nace turned back towards him and kissed his forehead.

"If you get down the stairs, I will carry you to the car."

"Who said I can't get to the car on my own?!"

Nace smirked.

"Can you?"

Oh, that asshole. Jan could do more than that. He grabbed Nace by the shoulder and pushed him down, so he laid on the bench. Nace didn't look particularly surprised, not even when Jan got on top, pinning him down.

"Yes."

Then he kissed him. Hard. Nace tangled his hand in his hair and pulled him closer. Jan quickly got lost in the kiss, forgetting where they were, up until he pulled back to catch hia breath.

Nace's pupils were dark and wide.

"Perhaos we shoukd take this home."

Jan pressed another hard but quick kiss to his lips. Then he chuckled.

"What?"

"I just have one question before we go," he said, pulling back to sit on his heels.

Nace raised an eyebrow.

"Which would be?"

"Did you shave so you could go to church?"

The look on Nace's face was worth the shove he got in response. He laughed all the way to the car.

He supposed that as much as he hated the shaved look, it did make plenty of opportunity for jokes.

Hi! I hope this post won't flop </3

first of all I wanted to finally reveal myself on this platform - many of you know me as Himbeertee_ on tiktok and twitter, Hello! Yes, I'm also here :P

I felt like last few days were like a fever dream - so I decided to write a summary/recap of my journey to Stozice.

It was not my first Joker Out show, last month I was in Żalec and both times I traveled by train and bus, so if anyone wonders how to get to Slovenia from Poland - the cheapest way is by Flixbus, but the fastest is by plane. I spent 5 hours in train and 11 hours in bus and it was only one way ride.

Me and my friend arrived at the arena around 4pm and we were 24/25 in the queue and we ended up at barricade in front of Kris, thanks to long catwalk and very long barricade. (I wanted to be at Kris' side, because duuuh i'm a Kris girlie).

If it comes to new merch - there were new winter beanies, new shirts, hoodies, socks, UM and Demoni CD's, condoms, new notebook (juhuhu hahaha), new tote bags and if you ask me... well.. those shirts didn't look good at least for me, but the rest of it was fine. I bought baby boos socks, because (to the unpopular opinion) I love the name xD

If it comes to the show alone, I will try to describe few songs. As you might have seen on twitter I managed to get the setlist (which was leaked at least day before - and unfortunately i saw some of it so I didnt experience the surprise).

The live-from-backstage intro was so cool, like I had chills, the screen was turning from the backstage to black screen or to joker out sign with the music that made your heart beat to it, it definitely built an atmosphere, we saw Jo getting ready to rock the stage, Kris leading the 5 of them to the stage from backstage, then they finally came from behind drums, which was such a cool entrance!

First song was Sunny Side of London - and now I understand that they picked it as an opener because of the "welcome" at the beginning, but when I first heard it i was kinda sceptical why is this the first song. People from the brass band joined them for the iconic balcan solo (dare I say - Kris outwhored himself during the solo).

Then we screamed for the record and we beat it, but honestly I think that the result should be higher, but because it was such an open space, the device didnt gather the sound as good as in smaller venues.

Then gola and bele sanje - honestly don't remember much of it because I was enjoying myself, maybe a little too much, but the guitar transition from bele sanje to plastika was sooooo good.

Plastika oh plastika! This song is made for concerts, everyone were screaming their lungs off and Bojan was everywhere, including the cat walk.

Proti toku - what can I say other than justice for Proti Toku! Like i dont understand why they abandoned this song at the shows...

As you already know I was at Kris' side and I had the best view on him, let me tell you. This man didn't hold back during dopamin, his moves were electric and there should be another twitter account "Kris shuffles to:"

Padam - Bojan sang the song laying on the catwalk for the entire length of the song and for a moment I was so confused where he went, because I didn't see him at first.

Then after Padam we had a small break, that included screenings of pre-eurovision clips from their vlogs and during that everyone was lying on the stage (not sure about Jure tho).

Then demoni happened and the Iconic scream was... well... demonic xD Bojan ended up almost on all fours in front of 12k audience. You're welcome or something.

Katrina - is another song which was made to being played on stage. I loved the red and white lights especially, bojan was very slutty and we were introduced to releasing fumes from the pyro stuff (not real pyro or fire on their show in Stozice).

ASTP - AMAZING intro played by a dude with trumpet, I had chills, Bojan was sitting on his knees on the stage, listening to it. I'll try to upload it to tiktok later! It is one of my fav songs. Great vocals from Bojan and Kris, the second one was very slutty af during the song (who is surprised at this point?). No Janace ending, Jan ended the song playing at the end of catwalk, nice moment between Nace and Bojan.

Omamljeno Telo - well this is the only JO song that I am not that much a fan of, but they definitely delivered their perfomance, especially when everyone went to the catwalk. We had Kris/Nace moment during the song.

Kot Srce Ki Kri Poganja - will you banish me If I tell you that I have never heard any of their unreleased songs?

Anyway I LOVED THIS SONG, can they release it on new album please? I already knew that Martin will join them because I saw pics from backstage before the show, but I was surprised to see Matic there. This songs slaps and I fell in love with the vibe martin gave while playing the bass. I couldnt stop staring at him, he was magnetic and so happy to play with others. I might cry a little when Nace gave him his bass. I loved how everyone was hugging each other before and after the song. Such a heartwarming moment, even if Martin doesnt play anymore, you could definitely see that he is still part of the family <3

Metulji - amazing perfomance, again they delivered, love the song, also amazing Jan solo at the end of the song, kinda improvised i think? At least I have never heard those sounds before.

Vse Kar Vem - well, you know who I was focused on xD I guess I have a new Vse Kar Vem iconic video for you xD

NGVOT - before the song I was wondering if they will do Tavastia 2.0 with ngvot and the scream i I let out when I saw that Bojan was far from the mic, far enough to be late to start singing the song if he had to, and then I turned to look at Kris and I already knew. This is all I've been asking for. I'm so glad that Kris is more comfortable to sing the first verse, his voice was more relaxed, less shaky than in Tavastia, I loved the way he sang "ti pa barvo las" the way Bojan does. But I still think he has to work a little bit on his voice, because I know he CAN sing (from other videos). I wonder if they will leave this song as a duet for other shows in the future or If it was like one-time thing.

Vem Da Gres - all I remember was Nace on our side and how handsome he looked. I'm not a Nace girlie, but I can definitely see why others are, and his new hair and the outfit... asdfgrew

Ne Bi Smel - this time Jan joined our side and he had a nice moment with Bojan

Ona - Another time when men from brass band joined and it was the song which had changed arrangement. I loved it. the whole vibe of the song stayed the same, but the brass instruments elevated it. (If i think about any fuck ups during the show - it happened here - the mic of the Saxophone guy didnt work at first, I've heard him from the front row, but idk if people in the back have heard him). During this song they also showed me and my friend on the screen and i cant stop thinking about how the hell it happened xD Now i am immortal in joker out stozice lore xD

Tokio - honestly don't remember what was happening - probably I was just screaming and singing.

Umazane Misli - i loved it. I LOVED IT. The way Bojan was demanding the audience who and when should they sing, and then he came down to us and let 2 people sing, and he received the THREE KAKSI ANANAS LONKERO shirt and he loved it so much, he was so smiley and took this shirt with him on the stage.

Novi val - I almost cried. This is my fav song, and thanks to Joker Out Subs and Spela the project came true, the coloful lights flashed beautifully above boy's heads. We and them were touched and it was such a special moment. At the beginning of Novi Val Jure came to our side and we could see his outfit from the closer proximity, and dare I say it was second best after Kris'.

Last but not least - Carpe Diem. After novi val they left the stage, but everyone knew it wasnt over. The break was too long and It just clicked in my head that what if they are changing into their Eurovision clothes. AND THEY DID. I just predicted it seconds before it happened. It was unreal - like i just travelled back in time 5 months.

Overall it was the best night of my life. Everything was perfect. The lights were amazing. The stage was amazing. Clothes - god, the amount of details on each outfit! Personally I think Kris and Jure had the best outfits. I couldnt really see Jan and Nace outfit details, but the looked GOOD. But if I have to complain - not a fan of detachable sleeves on Bojan's shirt.

They all delivered their performances. Not a single mistake - i am so impressed because thats a skill.

We all agree that Kris outdid himself that night. The way he moved, the way he sang, the way he was SO CONFIDENT. Like he was born to be in that exact moment.

I also loved every single interaction between boys, the group ones, or the doubles. Maybe there was no Jan and Nace astp ending but they had few moments. It was so nice to see Jan and Bojan jamming together, Kris and Nace doing their thing, Bojan and Kris' little shenanigans and even Jure and Jan had their moment when Jan ran to him at the beginning of the show.

I also love how they had movie-like credits. Everyone from their crew was credited, every person who worked on the show, team of photographers etc.

Other thing was how nice it was to being supplied with water all the time. The people behind barricade were giving us cups with water all the time, and even at the end of the show we got whole bottles.

Please don't take this post as a proper review - these are just my thoughts of the show <3

I am yearly attending a music summer camp at the end of july- if you read this between July 21 and August 3/4 2024 that means I am away. My experience tells me I wont have a lo of time to check tumblr that is why I say this blog is on hiatus. However if you see me hanging around from time to time it is probably just me needing 5 min. break - however I wont be able to draw (I don't have my tablet with me for digital art or a scanner for traditional art) and the internet at the camp is not always great so it will probably be very minimum what you see of me.

I will be home around August 4 yet may need a day or two to recover.

This one is so much fun for them! Bojan smoothly blames Jere's bad English or ill-timed humour when Jere slips up, but when it's Bojan himself who almost lets the cat out of the bag... He calls himself an actor but he can't lie for shit. Just digs himself into a deeper and deeper hole until someone else has to save him.

Who finds out? Maybe Jure walks in on them in an intimate moment and they're both desperate not to let him spill the beans, so the news never gets back to Kris. Can they appeal to his sense of kindness and reason or do they need to resort to bribes/threats? Does Jure keep his side of the bargain or does the truth come out weeks later when he's drunk. Does he blackmail them?

an extremely long jure appreciation post cause why not (and i haven't really talked about him for a while) :

well, the stožice album really proved how freaking talented our blonde cat is. you can hear the drums so clearly it's like you're actually there! but the fact remains that i have new found love and respect and admiration and whatever other positive thing there is, for jure. like, the way the drums are so freaking good, and how he managed to create the beat that suits each song. each beat is so unique, it makes me wanna learn to play the drums. see i dont have actual knowledge about that stuff, but i know that there's a lot of work and effort put into this. that just makes me melt and scream at the same time.

a 'tiny' segue (because I have a point and i have to get it out) :

this year I was in a music competition held by my school. I didn't have much to work on, since I was only singing, but the musicians had to learn their parts right? but our drummer (he's 12) struggled a bit trying to learn with video tutorials. and he had to come up with a beat for the transitions and man I felt a bit bad for him. he did have help from our music teacher, but the poor guy was panicking by the end of it. so what's my point? contrary to what I thought before, playing the drums is not easy. and trying to make a beat that suits the song is much harder than i thought.

It's literally the same thing I said above, but i have serious appreciation for jure's (and the rest of the band's) work as I've seen with my eyes exactly how hard it is to make all the parts of a song work together. and the fact that he literally designed half of their studio is so mind-blowing to me. it looks amazing from what I've seen. and he has a degree in film production, right? well that's just more impressive. i know that his character is so sweet, silly and lovable, but we do need to see the other part of him. the part that's so fucking talented that it's making me jealous. anyways hope to see more hidden talents from the world's most beautiful blonde cat (referencing bojan's words lol)

Kris: Holds back a bit, intimidated by tiny babies but is pretty good with like six year olds. He’ll play football with the boys, be a part of tea parties with the girls, dressing up in a princess costume and blushing embarrassed when you two make eye contact but refuses to take the costume off.ALSO IF HE HAS A DAUGHTER BALLET. i can’t explain why, but it makes sense.

Bojan: This man LOVES kids. He holds infants and cradles them in his arms, looking at you with happy eyes, silently begging you to have one. He’ll let them climb all over him, carry two at the same time, braids the girl’s hair and colors with them. will have karaoke parties with them. in conclusion, he’s begging you to have one as soon as you leave a friends house after seeing their kids.

Jan: He’s held back. he doesn’t dislike them, he’s just slightly scared that he’ll hurt them. what ends up happening is that he’s nervous and refuses to hold one out of fear but a kid likes him so much he just climbs up on Jan’s lap and takes a nice nap and Jan refuses to move in fear of waking him up. (he treats them like cats. it just makes sense) when you two have kids he’s the most protective man ever of both of you and the kid. puts his daughter in karate and teaches his some respect extremely young.

Jure: The most uncle man out there. He runs around playing football, letting himself get tackled, would go on long walks in the forest and then sit at the kids table at a family reunion and play with the toy cars (he seems more like a boy dad idk.) As a boy dad, he takes your son to the park every time he can to let him run around and give you alone time, and puts him in sports. if you have a daughter he’ll pick up flowers for you with him and get her flowers as well to teach her how a man (or woman in the future) should treat her.

Nace: Insane dad reflexes. He saves so many near falls, near fallen food and situations that could result in tears, pushes them in swings, definitely sports dad. he’d go to their games and get them ice cream after, proudly telling everyone about your little ones.
