In honor of two years since Tumblr went nuts over Goncharov, I've archived my original stats and analyses (including discussion/stats about the prevalence of femslash in the fandom), and I've done some follow up analyses.

Elros and Elrond, who were enlisted to help prepare Vingilot for her voyage, chase each other around the ship. Their laughter erupts into shrieks of delight, their bare feet stamp over the white timber. Elwing’s eyes dart between them with instinctive concern, watching that they do not trip over the rigging or go barreling overboard.

Eärendil catches her eyes and grins. The morning light bleaches out the lines of care that have begun to mark his face in recent years, even as they mark hers. He is awash with the glow of youth, and Elwing is reminded of a boy of eleven assisting his father aboard Eärrámë with such confidence and such enthusiasm that she had thought for the first time, ‘I want to kiss him!’ and then looked away at once, alarmed but excited by the notion.

It was several years before she did, but since then there have been countless kisses. An hour ago in their bedchamber, they shared a dozen more, as he assured her between each one that it would not be their last.

Well I like it but it’s not very well written. Also it’s a visual mess. The plot doesnt make any sense and the creators suck and its politics oscillate from mildly problematic to frankly baffling. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. However. the character

my mom is soooo upset because she dropped and cracked one of her chicken’s eggs that she knew was fertilized. it’s her first time trying to hatch chicks and she was so excited. this was one of two eggs she’d seen moving while candling them. she feels so bad.
