This might be too niche for the non Afro Latinos but miles reaction to Miguel rejecting him wasn’t just about the spider thing and I felt it when Miles called him Tío and got that reaction.

i remember when i was little and we couldn't really afford childcare my mom and dad (they were both sous chefs) would bring me into their jobs and have me sit and give me extra food and the waitresses would teach me how to fold napkins and things
