Tilly's Titillating Treasures! : A Baldur's Gate 3 Mod list!
Today's Mod list is various Item and Loot mods that add more variety to your inventory! Some of these will be stright up useless items, some sell for a good amount of gold!, and some will also be usable and/or equitable!
While I have your attention, here's a cool site to help Palestine, all you gotta do is click it daily.
All of the mods will add items to be found around Faerun, or for those who want instant access some can be found in the Tutorial Chest Summoning. This Mod allows you to summon the Cartilaginous chest found in the tutorial level, and mods that support this will be available in said chest during the tutorial, or can be summoned later in game.
Items
JWL One Man's Trash - Inconsequential Loot
Adds 45 Rare Useless items to be found scattered around Faerun. Each item sells for over for over 100 gold, value varies. There s no Tutorial Chest add-on, but it comes with an optional file to add JWL Sceleritas Fel's Coffers of Forlorn Treasures (Lootboxes) to the Loot table.
JWL Deck of Many Things
Adds 3 version of the Deck of Many things to the in game Loot Table. The 3 versions are Tarnished, Incomplete, and Deck of Many Things. You can draw a card once per Long Rest, and there are a total of 22 possible affects. You can find them in 3 separate locations in each act.. There is a Tutorial Chest add-on.
Gear and Equipment
Ancient Weaponry (104 random loot items)
Adds 104 Lootable Weapons to be found all around Faerun! Currently, the mod features: 25(10/9/4/2) daggers, 8(2/2/2/2) flails, 8(3/2/2/1) sickles, 21(11/6/3/1) shortbows, 30(15/10/4/1) shields, 12(6/3/2/1) handaxes. This mod pairs with Randomized Loot mod, unless you want the Tutorial Chest verion. (I would like it to be known I copied the weapon rarieties over thinking that color coding would copy too LIKE A FOOL!!!!!!!!!!! But i loved it enough i went through and did it anyways)
Ancient Armoury (50 random loot items)
Adds 30 Clothing and 20 Light pieces of equipable gear to find around in the Early Game. There is a Roleplaying and Cheat version of each. Comes with a Tutorial Chest add-on
Ancient Jewelry (110 random loot items)
Adds 110 pieces of jewelry to the in game Loot Table! From the mod page "from ancient wizards, necromancers, cults and kingdoms, meticulously crafted and with a history of their own." Each item is Equipable and comes with its own affects! Mod comes with two versions Roleplay and Cheat, Cheat is available in the Tutorial Chest!
Master's Cloaks (100 random loot items)
Adds 100 Equipable Cloaks to the in game Loot Table. Each Cloak has its own themes and affacts! Comes in bothe Roleplay and Cheat version. Cheat is available in the Tutorial Chest add-on.
JWL Discordant Instruments - New Equipment Slot
Replaces the Instrument Equipment Slot with the new Trinket Slot! Adds in over 100 new Trinkets, each with their own Abilities, Spells, and Affects! Comes with optional Tutorial Chest add-on.
Looting Systems
JWL Drop All The Loot
A personal favorite of mine, this mod makes all vendors who are killed.... well drop all their loot! Comes with an optional file to make them drop even more.
JWL Art Dealer
Makes art worth something!!!! Another one of my favorites! I hated picking up an immaculate painting ad finding out it was only worth 30 Gold. What the fuck man? Their weight is also increased and I think that's fair considering I sold 4 for like 2k Gold the other day.
JWL Sceleritas Fel's Coffers of Forlorn Treasures (Lootboxes)
Adds Lootbozes to be found around Faerun that contain random Loot. It may drop Weapons, Armor, Clothes, or Items. Some NPCs can drop these boxes as well. To claim your loot you break the seal! This mod does require at least one Plugin that supplies loot. Comes with optional file to not have Loot automatically equip. No Tutorial Chest add-on.
Randomized Equipment Loot v3
Makes the Loot you find around Faerun randomized. No one thing will ever be in the same place again! This is configurable with other loot mods as well!
No Empty Chests - More Loot
I really like the description for this one so here ya go "Changes all empty chests to have loot, ranging from trash to treasure" No Tutorial Chest add-on
Sorting
Bags Bags Bags
Adds 23 i containers that will automatically sort out your inventory for you. I will warn that it takes your Potions and Scrolls off your hot bar. They're still plenty usable in your inventory, but I would recommend keeping important scrolls and Healing Potions outside of it. Comes in the Tutorial Chest.
Preemptively Label Containers
Tells you if they're empty or not before you open them! Also tells you the number of items in your container, this mod gets a little confused when used with No Empty Chests.
Bags of Holding - Increase weight limit x2 x3 x4
Adds 3 Bags equipped in the Instrument Slot. Comes in 2x/3x/4x carry weight options. Does not seem to come with a Tutorial Chest add-on.
Simple Sorting Bags
Comes with 16 bags that will automatically sort out your equipment. You can find these in either the Tutorial Chest or with Thief Vendors.
Stackable Items
Makes all items able to stack. This can get a little annoying with matching armor sets or weapons that you're trying to equip onto other characters. Base loot stack size is increased from 20 to 100. Comes with a default highlighting option if you don;t like holding down Alt.
As always this post will be updated if I the mods update or I find anything new or interesting!
Sorry these mostly ended up being the same two guys... I didn't realize i had so many of their mods til i made this.....
Dividers made by @saradika-graphics !!

my design notes for the mianite s2 cast (put under a cut because Long + mentions of s/h at one point):
in general i think that those who've lived in town the longest (especially Tucker and Sonja) are the ones whose clothing has been most affected by the world and era's fashion. they kind of look like they come from the 1800s and of course the other two champions bully them relentlessly for it but i like to think that tom exchanged the button up under his suit blazer for one of those ruffle front shirts because he liked how it looks, essentially making him look like the world's most genre and time-bending wizard ever, especially with the hat.
jordan
after really getting into the various engineering/mechanics/technical mods and getting shocked/burnt/etc enough times, he finally exchanged his basketball shorts for some reinforced knee pants and a plain white t-shirt with one of those pockets on the front, although nobody ever really sees it because he's wearing crazy armor most of the time.
wears steel-toed boots when working on technical stuff and sneakers the rest of the time
3 billion pockets with random shit in it (cool rocks, random trinkets, etc)
looks Absolutely Insane in the best way. none of his outfit actually fits together but somehow he makes it work
waglington
so a quick sidenote. i know he has a skin and everything however in my brain all of the wizards look like some variation of this:
(essentially "little guys who live in assorted hats due to being cursed by the gods after their hubris was revealed.")
however! this does not stop me from adding little details where i want, such as:
in s1, wag was basically confined to a wizard hat due to the restrictions of the world he was in. in s2 this is no longer the case and he has acquired many hats all with their own enchantments (though 90% of the ones he wears regularly are really durable).
this makes it look really fucking funny whenever he's doing Anything because when hes flying around you just see a hat holding a regular sized sword. when hes doing magic you see a hat in the middle of a firestorm or whatever. during the Purge he can sneak up on people really easily due to essentially being a hat. nobody has ever seen what lives under the hat and nobody has ever successfully tried to look inside without being killed
he's applied various odds and ends to his hats as the season goes on! (i.e patches, mends, embroidered runes and sigils). all rings and items are kept on his person, but it's generally accepted amongst the rest of the champions that his inventory space is located within the hat itself
sonja
out of all of the champions, she absolutely looks the coolest. everyone looks like losers next to her no matter what the situation is. eyeliner on point, has a fuckin Flying Orb She Balances On, you know the deal
has actual fox ears! this is only visible when the hood of her hoodie is back, though, which she doesn't do often except for when working on magic stuff for better visibility
pink everything if she can manage it <3 she has a theme and she sticks to it
tom
found one of those ruffle front button up shirts and wears it with his usual suit outfit. steve found him a green bow tie to wear with it so it still works!
likes to float around and do flips in the air and go all sorts of angles while flying. it is Very Distracting but he's having fun with it so who cares
engineered his hammer- sorry, wang- to look exactly like an upside down dick and balls while it's being used. he thinks this is the funniest thing ever and honestly it kind of is
tucker
(self-harm mention here!)
very pale and with constant eyebags and red eyes/pupils from working with blood magic
arms absolutely covered in cutting scars, also from working with blood magic
wears his ash ketchum cap on top of his crazy strong fantasy ass looking armor which frankly looks fucking stupid but he does not care
steve
tons of old scars, both from being a former fighter and a farmer
still wears farmer's clothing but don't be fooled, he Knows how to use the sword at his side
australian flag patch on his sleeve and as a sticker on his chestplate
very casual practiced movements despite his apparent age, even when doing kickass shit
martha
light purple eyes. makes her look like she's blind. she is not
transfem swag for YEARS
just as much at home in fighting gear as she is in a skirt!
andor
has long hair but keeps it up in a bun under his wooden helmet (that's why he always wears it) (yes hes also transgender)
can i just say that i love the fingerless gloves. that was an awesome design choice. the designers knew what they were doing with that one

Been conceptualizing a minecraft modpack of my own, heavily inspired by Raspberry Flavoured (which imo is peak minecraft rn but thats besides the point) but, something im always caught up on, when it comes to progression and amount of content, is...
the item loss system. I know i've talked about it before, but let me walk you through some thoughts ive had: So, keeping in mind I want to use a gravestone-like mod for keeping items on death
"Oh, enchanting tables working with chiseled bookshelves! So once you find an enchanted book, you can just access that enchant pretty easily forever! I love that. I think I want reusable armor trims, too. Since I don't like having to duplicate them with diamonds" Ah, but... that doesn't quite fit with keeping your items on death... because then, its almost TOO easy, being TOO nice. whats the point of being able to trim more armors, if you're not gonna ever lose your armor? and... also, I think delving more into perma-progression like blocks that allow you new recipes, to quickly get back to where you were in terms of gear you lost... is a really fun direction! So lets go with losing items again! But ah! Now... I do have the fun reusable enchanting system, and I even get cooler progression! But certain items REALLY suck to lose now... like tridents, or anything made with echo shards. Because they aren't renewable. Any special reward / incentive that really has deep one-of-a-kindness to it like that... is a massive pain to lose. Don't want to be THAT cruel so, okay, fine. no item loss. you keep your stuff. but ... that makes resource progression less interesting. Who cares about diamonds anymore when you just need a few here and there to repair your tools? Or to duplicate an armor trim? Plus, what to do with enchanting..."
so, caught between a rock and a hard place. I'm unsure if I'd want to keep all my items on death if it meant I'd have to gather diamonds for freakin armor trim duplication lmao. I think I'd rather have an entire progression system designed around getting stuff back. I guess its just like, you want to put the permanence either into the item loss / lack of item loss system, or into the item gain system. Not both - that'd be too much Gain without much Need for many things I think, as I see minecraft clearly going the route of designing incentives around NOT losing items, and clearly eventually having something closer to keepinventory on by default... I'd rather design something ELSE! and so yknow what? incentives can just be... renewable!! or reusable!! yes, you can lose things. but you'll get em back easily! an armor trim, you just make new armor and trim it easy peasy, no needing to get a new trim. you have plenty of Steel from having gained access to the Nether now ! so. could make the mace just need a breeze rod and some iron. so it still is gated to trial chambers... but, put more emphasis on its enchants for its power level and, more things could be Stuff you Place Down. since you cant actually lose those! unlike items you keep on you! ...but then, if i go with this, that might mean i get way less cool modded content to really feasibly play with. a cool rare mob that drops a cool rare helmet? Well that just doesnt work.. so i have to pick between cool helmets and rare trinkets you wouldnt wanna lose... or a cool engaging enchanting and gear progression system! Bwah! I'm sure theres a middleground but. That sounds like the MOST headache inducing one, for ME anyways. to design.

@sparkvoid “Lace drop your favourite mods list.”
Okay. Keep in mind these are all for FORGE on 1.16.5. Let’s go.
Powah! A really fun power generation mod that is easy on the game and based on tiered technology. There’s no penalty for forgetting something, as even reactors just shut down if you forget a coolant. The colours are gorgeous, the ideas are fun, and the cable system is A-Tier.
Mining Gadgets. A really fun laser mining mod that lets you create one of three tiers of mining laser. It is charged with RF/FE, and you can add upgrades onto it to give it fortune, magnets, etc. I love this thing so much.
Mekanism. Easily the most complex tech mod in 1.16.5. Mekanism let’s you mine JUST ores, separate liquids into their component parts, create gases, and even quintuple your ores in processing. It has so many little parts that setting up a factory is just a whole lot of nonsense but in a REALLY good way.
Sophisticated Backpacks. My favourite backpack mod. You start with a low tier backpack and upgrade it all the way to Netherite. It even has upgrades that let it void items, magnet items, and auto collect into its inventory rather than your basic inventory. It also has a keybind to let you open it without taking it off.
Curios. The successor to Baubles, Curios let’s you equip non-armored items into specialized slots, like necklace, back, etc. It lets you carry more trinkets around, usually from other mods, and the backpack from the above mod can go into the back slot and you can SEE IT.
Double Slabs. This might be the best thing in Minecraft. You can stack different slabs together. No more shall you suffer with decisions! Not only that, it also allows for vertical slabs and you can orient them in anyway you want either on the edge or CENTRE of a block. And the lighting! Works! No weird shadows! I could scream.
The entire Macaw collection. Macaw makes amazing decorative mods - doors, gates, fences, furniture, windows, roofs, trapdoors, and more. They’re all gorgeous, they all go into the game beautifully, and they all have fantastic logic. The windows OPEN and you can GO THROUGH THEM. It’s brilliant. Just brilliant.
Easy Hammers. Plenty of mods have their own hammers, but I like to be thorough. Hammers break a 3x3 space, with the block you focus on being the centre. They’re made with 5 of the same material and two sticks and they are fast, gorgeous, and have a TON of durability. Hammers. For making mining more fun.
EmendatusEnigmatica. Okay, so hear me out. This mod was made for Engimatica 6, a modpack, but it allows you to manipulate your ore gen, both modded and vanilla in a way you can’t with other mods. Turn off the ore gen in all your other mods (provided EE has the ore), then open the config on this and go wild. I have iron almost doubled in my configs from the default because modded takes so much.
Cooking for Blockheads. Build a functional kitchen in Minecraft. Oven, fridge, etc., and you can use the counter to see everything you can currently make. The sink is an infinie water source and probably the most infamous item in here because it attaches to pipes from all mods and takes up one block.
Ocean Floor. Hey you know how finding sand/gravel/clay is a pain in the ass and modded needs all three for some reason? This changes all oceans to have these three as its primary floor. Some dirt, too, but lord is this so good and useful.
Pam’s HarvestCraft 2. All parts. One of the best food mods out there. It’s got so many CROPS and so many TREES and it’s got a MARKET BLOCK and it’s just so much fun. I love making all the different foods just because I can. And having such a diverse farm just feels right, you know?
Silent’s Gems. Gemstones! They make weapons. They make pretty blocks. They add MORE ORES to your world. What else could you want? Pretty!
Peaceful Surface. So, I am a coward. The mobs in Minecraft upset me deeply but I cannot play on Peaceful because I need the DROPS. So, this mod helps with that. It makes it so monsters can only spawn at Light Level 0. This makes the surface WAY more peaceful and also makes caves with lava in them easier to handle. It’s much less scary.
Biomes O Plenty. The OG biome mod is still my favourite, by far. I love the autumn forest biome and I hunt one down in every world I make. It’s so gorgeous. I love all the different biomes and how different they are, while still working in the scope of Minecraft.
EnderStorage mixed with some kind of chunk loader let’s you drain the nether of its lava. What more do you need? Basically, it creates a more sophisticated version of the Ender Chest and a Tank, which have three colour bars. Set the chest/tank to a string of three colours, with Minecraft dyes, and it’ll link to every chest/tank (must be same) with the same colours. Even across dimensions!
Refined Storage. Y’all sick of CHESTS? This makes your storage DIGITAL. ENTER THE NEW AGE. It’s so much simpler than Applied Energistics and I love it so much more. It’s fun, it’s easy, and it’s highly expandable and has lots of good add-ons.
Item Zoom. When you hover over an item in your inventory screen, or any screen that is a menu, it shows a bigger version on the left hand side of the screen. No longer do I struggle with textures.
There are the ones I adore the most, but I’m sure that’ll change as I get deeper into playing again. It’s been a while. Thank you for asking!

A way too long and frankly monotonous detailing of how wack the ACV inventory system is:
While convenient and honestly a good system, it's also objectively funny that all of the important stuff goes in one place and all of the stupid useless shit goes in a different place that never gets checked ever because there's no carrying capacity, and really weird shit just keeps accumulating
I walked around for weeks irl with the Really Important Medical Book from Lunden without even realizing the game had me keep it- WHY do I have that on me I specifically made sure it wasn't burned so that Lunden didn't need to go back to "balancing humors" and could use its knowledge (which is just three paragraphs that take up the space of an entire book because I'm choosing to take that at face value and not assume it was shortened for the sake of the game and that all of Lunden's ailments were one of three specific things) then I just fucking walked off with it which means no one in Lunden can actually use it
It took me quite some time as well to figure out I've been casually holding on to the dagger my ally/sort-of-friend used to kill my son because he's obsessed with killing kings or their heirs
Though having an unrealistic quantity of large items isn't uncommon in games, the fact that I have an entire legionaire statue on my person, several bird cages, two compasses with no engravings, thirty three broken bows, five rectangular stones, one wedge of moldy cheese, dozens of other kinds of weird niche items, and no idea why any of these items save for the statue are in the game to begin with cause I sure as hell can't use them is odd because, well, they're completely useless and worth at max probably five sliver each (statue aside, I just thought it was notable that I can walk around with that for months at a time). I wouldn't be surprised if they were put there as an excuse to write flavor text, because flavor text is fun as hell to write when going through the tedious process of making a game. (Having written this all yesterday, I now realize I never even chose to pick up specifically these items because you never know what you're gonna get when you loot something or someone.)
Also as a side note isn't it wonderful how fucking complicated weapon/armor stats are without any instruction as to what anything means? I still have no idea what L-res, H-res, or Eva mean, even having looked them up at one point; as far as I know the only important factors are the first stat, upgrade potential and maybe rune slots
It's also really convenient that in canon, but not visually, I have a boat following me at all times, because otherwise there'd be no explanation for opening my inventory and seeing my 4,600 "supplies" (which have no explainable unit of measurement, I'm assuming I don't have 4,600 crates) and 320 "raw materials" (again, what the hell is the unit of measurement there?) while I'm way to inland to see any of the rivers nearby. And honesty, if basically building a hut from scratch requires 600(?) supplies and 200-300(?) raw materials generally, the boat doesn't exactly have realistic inventory either. Who keeps building supplies in chests anyway? Those chests seem a little bit small...
I want a mod that simulates the noise of all of my dozens of runes, trinkets, scraps of metal, keys, roman artifacts, viper eggs, dead eels, broken gear, shells, dental, silver, and instruments I can't use banging together as I run
#assassin's creed#assassins creed#assassins creed valhalla#ceolbert#ac valhalla#sorry for the long post literally just describing the inventory sytem#it was just supposed to be the first three paragraphs#but I kept thinking of more things

2. Tweaks
I wish I had a better category name for these. These are small changes, some of them atmospheric, some of them just nice to have. They don’t change anything terribly significant about the game, just add some flavor here, an item there, a little immersive utility yonder.
---
A Matter of Time
In-game clock widget. Useful for checking to see when shops should be open, checking the phases of the moons if you’re a werewolf, figuring out if it’ll be dark soon. Just a gem. [link]
Aime’s Craftable Lockpicks
WISOTT - What it says on the tin. One iron ingot equals five lockpicks. No more complicated than that. [link]
Alchemist’s Journal
More for roleplaying purposes than anything. A simple book, craftable at a tanning rack, that lists ingredient effects as you discover them. [link]
Atlas Map Markers - Updated
The original Atlas Map Markers is brilliant, adding map markers for most things in Skyrim you might want on your map — the smaller camps, shops, shrines out in the wilderness, interesting spots, landmarks, whatnot. Kryptopyr updated it with an mod configuration menu. You’ll need the original [here], and then install Kryptopyr’s update [here] over it (”merge” option in Mod Organizer).
Better Stealing
A somewhat controversial tweak, one I’m not sure works well for balance, especially given various perk overhauls and other mods that allow multiple ways for you to offload stolen goods. However, I always found it stupid that shopkeepers would preternaturally “know” what was stolen and what wasn’t. This makes it simple: if it’s relatively inexpensive and no one sees you take it, it won’t be marked as “stolen” in your inventory (though the owners might still send some thugs after you after the fact, once they realize it’s missing!). Simple SKSE plugin. [link]
CS Soul Fragments to Soul Gems
Finally a use for all of those “Soul Gem Fragments” you find out in ruins or in random barrels! “Polish” the fragments with a linen rag at a forge, then combine them to make empty soul gems of the size you desire. You can also “smash” soul gems to reforge one large gem into several smaller ones, if you prefer, or combine smaller ones into larger gems. Why was this not in the base game? [link]
Dark Brotherhood for Good Guys
Why do I want this mod for a group that’s all about playing a murdering edgelord? Well, basically, because not all Brotherhood members are edgy dark edgelords, and usually when people want someone murdered, it’s for a reason. This gives you a somewhat different perspective on the Brotherhood and their victims: information, backstories, the philosophy of Sithis as morally neutral chaos instead of pure evil. I tend to play on the good-ish side of things, and I love reading and lore, so I like this. Add to taste. Be sure to merge the base mod with the provided hotfix. [link]
Dragon Wall Wisdom - Readable Dragon Walls
You’re the Dragonborn, right? Learning the dragon language, right? Gifted with an understanding of the dragon tongue and preternatural knowledge, right? Then you should really be able to read these dragon wall inscriptions in the game. This offers funny, quirky, and sometimes just downright mundane translations for these ancient arcane inscriptions. SHBITBG - Should have been in the base game. [link]
EK_RingLimiter
You have ten fingers. Why only one ring? This allows you to wear more — though for balance reasons I recommend sticking with the default of two, or perhaps four. Something something about magical auras interfering if the trinkets are worn too close to one another. ;) [link]
Even Better Quest Objectives
The default in-game journal is rather pathetic. It rarely gives you your motivations, or even a text version of where you’re supposed to go next. I very much miss Morrowind’s journal, where every conversation and relevant tidbit was recorded. This helps. [link]
Farmers Sell Produce
Seriously, again, why wasn’t this in the base game? It’s close to necessary if you’re going to use a needs mod, or something that uses produce to create medicines for diseases. Assuming, of course, you’re not inclined to go rampaging across farmers’ carefully-tended fields. [link]
Faster Transform - To Werewolf and VampireLord
Just a nice tweak. Again, time is valuable, it’s nice not to have quite such a large window in which I’m being wailed on by enemies, and I like the more monstrous touch. The middle option - only half the vanilla time to transform - is recommended for realism and balance reasons. [link]
Female Vampires Have Fangs
One of the very few purely aesthetic changes here. All vampires should have fangs. (I’m gay. Fangs hot.) [link]
Harvest Overhaul
Find it stupid you only get one flower from that whole patch of mountain flowers? Yeah, me too. This fixes that. [link]
iHUD - Immersive HUD
Neatly stows away the status bars when you don’t need them (when they’re full and you’re not in combat). Also hides the compass, because how does your character preternaturally know there’s this thing that way if they can’t see it? [link]
Immersive Dragons
Just gives dragons a larger wingspan so they can maybe actually lift themselves into the air. Another aesthetics tweak, with the goal of immersion. [link]
Jaxonz Lights Please
Incredibly useful for those using magical lighting. This maps both Candlelight and Magelight to hotkeys, removing the need to constantly switch spells. It also means you can easily toggle Candlelight on and off like a lantern or torch. Works well with mods that affect lighting and darkness, which I do. [link]
Jaxonz Map Markers
The best custom map marker mod I’ve found. Want to keep track of... well, anything? Ore deposits, NPCs, followers, your horse, that little camp... This is it! Uses the game’s built-in quest and quest objective system for map markers. Super easy to use. [link]
Kryptopyr’s Clothing and Clutter Fixes
This maybe should have gone in the “Fixes” post, but it’s... not quite “just” fixes. “Hooded robes” are separated into hoods and robes for mixing and matching, some NPCs clothing is changed to be more lore-friendly, alongside some behind-the-scenes fixes like weight adjustments. Optional, officially. [link]
Kryptopyr’s Weapon and Armor Fixes Remade
This also maybe should have gone in the “Fixes” post, but again, it’s a bit more of an overhaul, adjusting weights of things and armor scaling for consistency. Required for Kryptopyr’s great crafting overhaul, CCOR, so we definitely want this. [link]
Learn Alchemy From Recipes
WISOTT. Reading a recipe “discovers” those ingredient effects for you. Again, why was this not in the original game? [link]
Living Takes Time
I’ll be honest, I deactivate most of the features of this mod, except for “training takes time” and “reading takes time” (and increases speech skill). Crafting takes time just gets onerous, especially in the early game when you need all this gear and your bandoliers and you have needs you need to fill... And blocking the inventory or magic menu during combat is just... no. Still, the mod itself adds some nice functionality, and it can be fully tweaked to taste. If you’re using an alternate spell learning mod, be sure to set the “spell learning” time to zero. [link]
Mortal Enemies - De-Aimbot Your Foes
Once an enemy has started an attack, they’re locked into that direction and attack. This makes you able to dodge or move out of range of the attack, and they can no longer hit you anyways. They move slower when aiming or channeling as well. No instant pivots, and two-handed weapons feel heavier than one-handed ones. All in all, it makes combat feel more realistic, and allows them to miss you if you’re clever. But beware! These changes apply to you, too! [link]
No Psychic Lock Knowledge
WISOTT. You don’t somehow magically know how hard a lock is going to be just by looking at it. You just try to pick it, like... you actually would if you decide to pick a lock. [link]
No Silver at Jorrvaskr
Because a group of warriors whose upper echelons are all werewolves would totally be eating off silver. Not. [link] (in the optional files section)
Non-Exploitable Crossbow Reloading
Allows you to reload crossbows on your own time, by pressing the fire button, before firing again, without messing with your equipped ammunition. Simple and lovely. [link]
People Are Strangers
You don’t somehow magically know the names of people before you talk to them! I personally favor the “race” variant, just because... less generic, and I can usually see if someone is a Wood Elf or an Argonian anyways, but you can adjust the “stranger” label to taste. [link]
Point the Way
Roads actually have more signposts to direct people to the smaller towns as well as the large cities, and have them at more junctions. Signs also point the right way. Especially helpful along some of the more windy roads. No need to puzzle things out on your map quite so much. [link]
Realistic Capacity
Without a bag, you can only carry as much as you can feasibly wear, really. It’s that simple. This mod dynamically adjusts your capacity and allows for the armor you’re wearing and a few different weapons, e.g. a bow, a one-handed weapon, a shield, a knife or two, making those effectively weightless, and assume pockets for some meager supplies, but aside from that — backpacks and bags are mandatory. Makes things harder for a packrat like me, but it does make me think. [link]
Realistic Humanoid Movement Speed
This one takes a bit of the sting out of Realistic Capacity. Movement speed is adjusted to feel more realistic overall — you walk faster, jog more slowly (when sneaking, too), and don’t sprint like a gazelle. Take the optional horse speed modifier file to also add more value to horses: they walk and gallop faster as well now, in addition to their other benefits. [link]
Realistic Nights
Wondering why torches and night eye were even added to the game? Annoyed at how, well, bright the nights are? Put an end to that! Darker nights make light sources actually useful, and provides a good reason for sneaky types to actually consider the day/night cycle. Light adjusted based on the moons, snow reflecting night, and various other factors for an even better experience. [link]
Run For Your Lives
NPCs who are not guards or warriors run inside and hide from both dragons and vampire attacks. Like anyone with any sense of self-preservation would. I mean, I guess Nords don’t exactly revere self-preservation, but... this just seems more sensible to me, especially if we’re talking little old ladies armed with a steel dagger. [link]
SCRR - Skyrim Coin Replacer Redux
“Modern” Septims have no business deep in ancient Nordic burial mounds or Dwemer ruins. The Stormcloaks aren’t too ecstatic about Imperial money, either, and are creating their own silver currency, though gold is gold. Now silver Haralds are found in barrows, and ebony Dumacs in Dwemer ruins. All can be be melted down to ingots of their respective metals, or traded with merchants for “regular” currency. This adds massively to immersion, not to mention offering a supply of useful materials for smithing. [link]
Sleep Tight
Simple change that makes NPCs change into robes or clothes for sleeping, instead of going to bed in that hard iron armor (though for balance reasons, and modesty, people still wear chest armor). Accordingly, they’ll also take more damage if you can catch them unawares. [link]
Take Notes - Journal of the Dragonborn
I love this. I love this so so much. The ability to write a custom journal from in the game, and export it if I want to, adds so much to roleplaying. It means I can create a proper backstory, examine character motivations, process events of the game through my character’s lens, and record it all for myself later. Just, magnificent. Get it. You won’t regret it. [link]
The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue Options
WISOTT. Just talking to someone doesn’t automatically add a quest to your inventory. You can turn an offer down or defer an errand until later. Some things a character just wouldn’t want to do. Now that’s not cluttering up your journal. Again, SHBITBG - should have been in the base game. [link]
Timing is Everything - Quest Delay and Timing Control
This allows you to space out the steps of the main quest as seems realistic (e.g. NPCs taking some time for research), as well as control when (at which level) various quests will start. There are also a few other tweaks to be found, such as Meridia’s Beacon not responding to vampires, werewolves randomly attacking, and Thalmor ignoring you unless certain quest conditions are fulfilled, instead of attack squads simply triggering at a certain level. [link]
TK Dodge
Gives you the ability to quickly sideroll and dodge a blow. Makes light armors a lot more viable in close combat, and plays nicely with Mortal Enemies. [link]
Trade and Barter
A fantastic mod that adjusts prices, merchant gold, and other parameters around trading based on race, faction alliance, personal relationships, location, and more. Highly customizable, highly compatible, brilliant. [link]
TravelMounts
You need to have a horse in order to be able to fast travel. Offers more of a reason to drop that 1000 gold, and this small tweak makes it feel much more immersive (after all, a rider can outrun and avoid many things someone on foot can’t). [link]
Truly Absorb Dragon Souls
For every dragon you kill and dragon soul you absorb, you get just that little bit stronger, gain a little more magicka, health, stamina, movement speed, carry weight, shout cooldown, armor, and magic resist. Set the amount gained for each dragon soul on install; I recommend medium to low values for each gain, just to offer longevity. [link]
Understandable Draugrs
In the vein of “Dragon Wall Wisdom,” you can now understand the draugr when they yell at you in a fight. Just adds the English translation in parentheses to the end of the subtitled Dragon language dialogue. Now your Dragonborn will be able to understand what’s being constantly shouted at them, even if it isn’t anything particularly nice or uplifting. [link]
Wearable Lanterns
No need to constantly toggle between a torch and a shield, or fight blind in a dark ruin. Just hook a lantern to your belt, that can easily be toggled on and off (and also automatically put out when you sneak, if you’re That Sort™). Incredibly nifty and useful. [link]
---
...I’m sure I’ll be adding to this later. I’m sure, honestly. Maybe with an “optional tweaks” post, too, that are very much a preference thing. Or, y’know, just reblog myself. That might actually be the best option.

If you have something to share, Submit Some Content! Click a score button below to add your rating There are a number of ways you can earn money in the game for example by killing enemies or going hunting but this will not make you rich. Los bandidos mini-game you give you pesos from one operation. There are some operations that do not have a pesos reward but will still give you lots of money by doing the other steps. In the mini-game, you do not have to farm for pesos. The idea is to send out a leader and wait real-world time before you are able to give the leader commands and then get the reward. You can access the Los Bandidos operations in the different home bases or by the multiple hideouts that you unlock with the hideout network cam facility. You can also buy the location at the vendor and they will appear. An important camp facility is the Bandidos Barricks and the more you upgrade this campsite the more recruits you can gather. The recruits are next to leaders and are needed for the operations. You will need to meet the requirements but this will be easier for you once you have built and upgraded the Bandidoe Barricks. The Barricks will continuously receive leaders for operations and you will have to wait real-world time but you can play the game regularly while you wait. The rewards will continue even if you are not playing the game and the rewards increase over time. From this operation, you will get a unique weapon trinket by simply clicking through some menus. Thankyou for your vote! Vehicles and Horses will be your main way to travel in through Yara. You can easily unlock more by scanning vehicles you come across in the worlds. You will need to grab your phone, wait a while until you see a green square and the next time you will get to pick up point the car will be on the list to summon. If someone is driving a car that you want you will need to command them to leave and then you will be able to scan the vehicle. The Military vehicles can not be scanned so you will need to bring the military vehicle to the car pick-up point before you can summon it. This weapon is not effective in dealing with adequate damage, but it is precise in handling and has a very good rapid-fire rate. The weapons Blast Round mod is very impressive and great for blasting through enemy armor, helmets, and bulletproof screens. Blast Rounds: can deal explosive damage within its area of effect and can be used against vehicles. There are 22 caves in the land of Oros to explore and 2 types of caves the Navigational caves with very little enemies. The Navigational caves are occupied by rival tribes like Izila. Some of the caves are occupied by tribesmen but you may be to avoid confrontation by using alternative routes. When you are exploring the cave you may also want to take a grappling claw and antidote. There are also breakable walls, burnable thorns, icicles, brushes so you may want to be careful. You can use Hunters Vision to look for clues like arrows and footprints which will make the navigation easier. Yachawha Cave You can find this cave in the north of Big Darwa Fort and you will need to climb to reach the entrance of the cave. There will be a possibility of Udan camping outside the entrance. When you enter the cave look for a tunnel on the right and you will see a Sabretooth Tiger. You have 2 options you can either tame it or maim it. Then go back and keep left and across the rocky platforms. Then you will knock down the icicles and then you can use the grappling hook to swing to the other side. Then use the grappling hook to move to the lower area. You can your Hunter vision to follow the clues. Then use your grapple again to descend to the lowest depth. Use the left corridor and look for the bushes. When you arrive at the bushes you will need to burn the bushes to block the path to the poison area. Then you can continue to the ledges and then burn the ice wall and you will see the painting on the inside. Cave of Bones The cave is located to the far north on the west side of the wastes. The pathway will allow you to bypass the Udam enemies but you will need to follow the narrow ledges to the backside of the cave. You will be able to exit the cave the same way. The main room of the cave can be entered from this pathway. Then you can follow the north corridor and go right to the back of the cave and you will see a narrow bridge above the fire and that's where you will find the Daysha Hand. You will want to use the same bypass route from the entrance to get to the cave painting. Then follow the path until you reach a large room and on the right-hand side you will a few pots and the painting is the wall next to the pots. Cave of Sun Walkers The cave of Sun Walkers is part of the tribal clashes, so you might have explored it previously. The cave is occupied by Izila tribesmen, and can actually be bypassed completely by using the secondary stealth entrance found on the top of the cave on the east side. However, it may be a little difficult to the secondary entrance for the first time. If you are more comfortable using the main entrance make sure you stay to the right side to avoid enemy contact and then continue to the large central cavern. You will want to stay on the right side and continue moving forward. Then climb on the ledge and break the weak wall you will find there. At the end of the hall, you will see the Daysha Hand. Then go back to the cavern and make a right turn after going down the ledge. You will arrive at a flooded area. Then you will want to follow the water to the north side and you will see thorns blocking a room. You can burn them down and then you will find the painting. You will be able to make your way back to the upper level which will also lead you to the secondary entrance. Are you enjoying Far Cry 6? Our users rate this game Share This. Our most popular games. ash x tyra is my life fuel. i'm not kidding when i say i screamed after finding the ashra tag on ao3. my gay heart wants more, so would mod ash be willing to write some fluff?
i like you. i love your taste. also if you found my stuff, i hope you liked them ovo;;
as like before, my ashra stuff…. tends to get a little too long. slightly inspired by this (kinda) and this. sorry for any grammar errors and inconsistencies!
- mod ash
Tyra rarely gets invited to Ash’s office room.
Of course, it’s not like they’ve made a habit out of it. Upon entering the relationship, Ash knew and made clear that they are still colleagues and in the Magistrate’s eyes, Ash is still Tyra’s superior, even if not directly. And while they worry a lot about any possible complications that this may ensue, most days are spent talking about work, and how they have spent their long shifts or missions, often ending in drinks, dinners, and passing out from laughing too much.
And this may be a special occasion, Tyra thinks. She remembers it is an anniversary of sorts, but she does not remember for how long. She has already told Ash that she would be out for Sentinel-related issues for a few days, and would not be able to prepare or have anything ready. Ash, while sounding rather upset that they won’t be able to spend a day-off together, is still rather accepting, and just says to meet her after she’s finished with her duties.
And she is, after a trip to the infirmary and a long scolding. The wounds she had received during her duties were not the most easily-ignored, but she presses on. She has haphazardly compiled together a huge box of items she wanted to give Ash way before the mission, as well as a few trinkets she got during the mission. She had known Ash for a while, and knew she is surprisingly sentimental with items and associating memories, and so a care package may be something she would like.
Carrying the box turns out to be a challenge. Not expecting herself to be injured during the mission, she thought carrying it would be a breeze, but her muscles complain with every move and all her body suddenly wants is to rest. She reaches the office door with great difficulty, and manages to knock once before barging in.
Ash had situated herself by her desk, setting up… a meal? No, just some snacks on a tea snack rack and some coffee for both of them, and some other things…. she could hear the faint static-like noises accompanying a vinyl record playing, Ash herself was out of both her armor and army fatigues, instead has dressed herself in a plain dress shirt and darker pants, and having way more eye makeup than her standard eyeliner.
She looks amazing. It made Tyra feel bad that she came here without even preparing for it, and as she carefully lays down her huge box of gifts, she looks at herself – just dressed in her fatigues with a thick layer of bandages around her gut underneath her loose shirt.
Tyra looks up to a rather confused Ash. “Should I… go?”
“What– no!” Ash stands up from her seat and walks to the huntress. “Come here.”
Tyra does step closer, although a little hesitantly. She looks over the wonderful woman before her, and felt both wonder and guilt, suddenly unsure. “I didn’t expect you to have anything, to be honest.”
“It’s not much, really,” Ash starts, “it’s just slightly better coffee and some fancy snacks.”
“I should probably have headed back to change clothes at least,” Tyra says, somewhat mournfully. “You look… very gorgeous.”
“It’s fine! You’re here, that’s what’s important right?” Ash doesn’t even hesitate as she pulls her closer to embrace. “I missed you.”
“I know.” Laying her head over Ash’s shoulder turns out to be way more gratifying than it seems, hands around the woman and resting herself against her. Tyra could almost feel her heartbeat faintly through her bandages. “It’s been a while.”
For a few moments, the vinyl played soft, static-y music, filling the silence between them with recorded guitar strumming and the soft singing of a woman, familiar old tunes from home-bound tongues. It is not a tune that is strictly romantic, but it sounded like home, Tyra realises. Her embrace becomes tighter, and the tune suddenly becomes slightly faster, like one would hear in more livelier places.
“Can we… can we dance?” Ash breaks the silence. Tyra doesn’t see her, but she can tell from her tone she’s rather expectant.
It takes her a few minutes before responding. “I… don’t know.”
Ash doesn’t let go for a second, and for a moment she doesn’t say anything, obviously rather confused. Her hands merely travel around Tyra’s back, until it stops and settles on the thick wrappings of bandage around the huntress’ abdomen. Realisation seems to hit the war machine, and she pulls away from the embrace slightly.
Her eyes say a lot of things, peering towards Tyra looking for an answer. Worried, concern, a hint of anger.
“Bullet wound,” Tyra elaborates, avoiding Ash’s rather concerned glare. “Jumped through enemy lines, I didn’t make out in time to get out unscathed. It’s not the deepest…”
“It’s okay, we can just do–”
“No.” Tyra insists, cutting Ash off. “I want to dance.”
If you don’t want to, it’s–”
“I insist.”
Ash pauses for a second, obviously at a loss on what to do, feeling the urgency of her insistence. She looks around, on the drinks she has made, and then on the vinyl player, still going at it with the pace. She pauses, and sighs, breaking off the embrace entirely.
“Something slower, then,” Ash says. She unceremoniously yanks the disc off the player, hopefully not damaging it and stopping the music almost to a screeching halt, before picking out another vinyl off a nearby box and playing it instead, the tune slower and much like a sung poem.
“You know,” Ash says, quickly walking back and resettling herself back in Tyra’s arms, and slowly coaxing her into a slow, swaying dance, “if you want something, I can make it happen.”
The singing from the record continues, still in the same old home language from earlier, accompanied by softer harps and a steadier harmony. Tyra follows the war machine’s lead, since these are familiar, easy steps. It’s not like the dance itself mattered, not really. It’s been a week, possibly longer, since the last time she’s held Ash. The Magistrate never sits idle, and as their campaign goes on, it takes the war machine away from what little personal time she has with her, and even just the feeling of her hands is making standing up for an extended period of time worth it if it meant catching up to lost time.
Anything to make it last longer.
“That’s very tempting,” Tyra says, softly leaning against Ash’s weight. “But this is good enough for now.”
Tyra doesn’t know if Ash didn’t have an answer for it or if she deemed it a good answer, but she stayed silent. Ash’s hands merely settled on her waist, right around the wrap of bandages, and the huntress can feel her hands find new places to settle on around her, as if unsure how close or how gentle is she being.
In the end, she returns her hold by Tyra’s waist, brushing against the bandages, palms flat, as if she’s trying to guess where the wound exactly is as they swayed, and as Ash leaned her head against her. It is not too much of a wound, Tyra will admit, as she had far worse injuries in the past. But for it to hamper her physical strength and her personal time… it’s not the disadvantage she was hoping for.
“I… wish I was there.” Ash breaks the silence.
“Yeah, because you’d scold me for an hour longer.”
Ash laughs, hearty and loud and raspy. “You don’t want me to be concerned?”
Tyra has several answers to it, like not wanting her to get involved in duties she shouldn’t dip herself in, among other things. But she settles for a reply. “Well, it would make it a little easier for me to deal with if it’s you who’s scolding me.”
The war machine hums a rather dissatisfied noise, almost whiny. “If I’m there, you won’t be hurt in the first place.”
Of course.
Ash has always liked protecting her. And it made sense, even though Tyra knows both of them are capable, strong warriors who can be independently amazing in combat. However, she knows that Ash didn’t earn her reputation out of thin air, and there are several things she regret in her years as a higher, decorated officer. Some people she couldn’t save, some things she’s seen best left to be forgotten.
Tyra dares not ask about them. But she knew what Ash would do if she were there.
“Youre going to be the one who’s hurt,” Tyra states, “then I will be the one scolding you.” A few moments pass with wordless dancing and Ash doesn’t answer, but she’s avoiding Tyra’s look rather guiltily, so the huntress concludes her guess was right. “I want to keep you safe too, you know.”
“I know.” The war machine closes her eyes, leans against the huntress. “I know.”
“Trust me,” Tyra says, “I will be okay. And you will be, too.”
“I trust you.” Ash smiles sheepishly. “But let me worry.”
The huntress merely smiles. “How many hours have you slept tonight, anyway? I doubt I’m the only one in this room with bad health choices.”
Ash avoids the huntress’ gaze. “I’ve been awake for fifty hours straight.”
Tyra doesn’t scold, nor laughs. Having such a reputation and being a high official is not easy work, and she knows Ash works hard to keep herself high up in the ranks. She remembers days where she would see her injured but still determined, shaking off any inconveniences that comes. Ash just… she is a very selfless woman. One Tyra is very glad to have met and loved.
But she hopes Ash would also take care of herself the same way she takes care of her.
“I can see where you’re going with this and the coffee,” the huntress comments.
“I make time when I need to.” Ash murmurs softly, almost sleepily. “For you, especially.”
“Just promise me to sleep after this, okay?”
She doesn’t answer for a while, but Tyra later feels and hears her make an assenting noise. She doesn’t know if she should take that as a “yes”, but she does not want to ask further, letting the silence permeated by soft music take over.
The now-slow paced tune of the music taking over, their dancing has mostly reduced to an extended embrace disguised by the occasional sway or step. It didn’t really matter now, no one was really watching, and Tyra didn’t care if it was not close to a waltz. Ash is what matters, right?
Later on, the dancing had stopped, both of them choosing to put their attention on the now-cold coffee and the snacks Ash had brought along, slow music and harmonious singing still spinning by the vinyl. Tyra couldn’t count or sum up how long they have stayed there, as the night had dissolved into a blur of conversation, laughing and discussion, and while the coffee was a little cold, her company sure is not, later on putting her attention on the care package she has brought along, filled with charms, souvenirs, treats, and a few clothing and comfort items Tyra made way back.
They had seated themselves on the couch near Ash’s desk, hands touching while they talk about work, the mission, and life in general, not even noticing the recorded music stop and the mess of packaging and wrapper around them. Later on, they finish their drinks and snacks, and they spoke in hushed tones for hours, trading touches and kisses as they spoke.
None of them bothered to check what time it was. It’s not like it mattered. Both of them knew that once they part tonight, they might not see each other again for a long while, with the Magistrate pushing forward on it’s major campaign and it taking more and more of Ash’s time as a higher official and Tyra as a Sentinel.
In the end, Ash never bothered to end the conversation, or tell Tyra to leave to prepare for the morning. And Tyra didn’t excuse herself, no matter how much her wound ached, or how much she knew she had work in the morning. It was in the middle of the night when both of them had decided to just fit each other on the couch to rest with each other, lying down and speaking softer and wearier.
Tyra doesn’t remember falling asleep, but she wakes up a significant amount of time later, a little groggy and feeling several things ache. But upon seeing Ash close, her breathing steady and seeing her so rested, she knew she’s home.

Broke Cosplay part 1: Materials & Wigs
here’s number 1 in my edition of #brokebitchcosplays! this will be all about materials and how to get things for cheap.
disclaimer: this isn’t the right way to do things, it’s just my way and i want to share tips to help you! it’s also geared towards people who make cosplays. i'll be posting tips for buyers soon as well!
materials:
joanns has sales and has them often! i practically live on casa collection fabric that’s almost always on sale. plus, if you join the text mailing list thing, you get additional coupons like 20% off purchase and 50% off one regular priced item.
thread: you don’t need 1 zillion colors! i keep black and white on me always, and those usually serve my purposes. if i desperately need another color, i get a small thing of thread in the color i need.
you don’t need worbla! use craft foam, it’s much cheaper and does similar things. use it for all your armor and prop needs! also if you live in the us, usps will give you cardboard shipping boxes for free. just go to their website and request some! i used these packing boxes for myrtenaster, and i’ll be using that trick in the future. it’s FREE after all!
junk stores! are amazing! they often sell random cuts of fabric for SUPER cheap, so you can probably find something that will suit your needs. they also sell random stuff that can be modified! also for super cheap! jewelry, trinkets, and circuit boards can be useful.
on a similar note, thrift stores and consignment stores are amazing more for modding. you never know when you can find an old coat, some shoes, and accessories that could work for a cosplay.
etsy!! it’s often expensive, not to mention the cost of shipping internationally. but with some vigilant searching, you’ll probably find what you need for cheap. my cersei pendant was $2.80, and it’s a good quality pendant! also amazing for character specific things.
ebay has things for cheap. do it.
if you’re a student, amazon prime student is great! it’s free for 6 months and discounted after that.
onlinefabricstore has pretty good fabric for cheap! not the silk, though. but i got 5 yards of jacquard for less than $20, which is good. the prices of basic fabric are generally pretty low, but keep in mind the shipping costs!
for gems / small molded things, model magic is great. you can also get clear glass gems and paint the back to mimic colored gems! no need to resin cast if you don’t want to.
wigs: this is the one thing i splurge on... but for those who don’t want to, here’s my guide! i don’t only buy from arda, even though it looks like it.
of course, there’s arda wigs for a diverse range of colors and styles and thefivewits for character styles. both are lovely stores that i love, but the price point is higher!
ebay is hit or miss. you can get really great stuff for cheap or hit a bad seller that’ll give you a terrible quality wig. people are notorious for stealing other people’s photos. when you look for a wig, make sure to read reviews and check out the seller! if they have good ratings and have been selling for a while, it’s safe to assume you’ll get something good.
amazon is a favorite of mine! i recommend the seller mapofbeauty, as i’ve ordered a decent quality wig for very cheap. they are a bit thin up top, but for longer styles that don’t need spiking and a killer price, i can overlook it. with amazon, make sure to read reviews and stay away from anything that says ‘ fashion wig ‘ or ‘ party wig! ‘
aliexpress is similar to ebay, and it’s another hit or miss. essentially, you’re paying wholesale price instead of retail price, but it does ( usually ) come from china and therefore takes a while. as usual, read the reviews and look for reputable sellers!
online isn’t the only place you can get wigs. at conventions, especially on sundays, wig shops will have sales or ‘ grab bags ‘ to get rid of their extra stock. defective wigs are also sometimes sold at conventions for a lower price, and the only issue with them is usually the color!
you can make lacefronts yourself if you have the time, as well as glued hairlines. here’s a few tutorials, since i’m bad at explaining things. (x,x,x)
got2b hairspray is great, and it’s often around $2 at target.
sorry if this is long! the next parts, which will include buying cosplays, general / making tips, and conventions, will be much shorter. also, if you want to request any #brokebitchcosplay tutorials, feel free to! i'll consider making them of course.

Towergirls 0.127 Update
This update marks the first release of any public mod tools for our game. This first one- the conversation designer- allows you to make your own custom overmap encounters, character conversations, and add them to the game. It’s also possible to chain one modded dialogue to another, which should come in handy. More information and the download link can be found on our forum.
Otherwise progress on Knight Princess continues. I am still waiting on writing and art, to plug it into the game.
Towergirls 0.127
Major Changes: The first community mod-tool has been released; the conversation designer. With it you can map out a conversation/dialogue of characters, and then export that as a mod file. When placed in AppData/Local/Towergirls/Mods the game will then play your custom dialogue if the chosen conditions are met. As time goes on this tool will be further extended to allow custom images, emotes, and modifying variables. And it'll get an actual UI maybe. Please report any bugs/crashes encountered when used, but be aware they are a lower priority.
The Band of the Moon (territory) has been added and is navigatable. Two new shops are included, and the other areas/original description text will be unlocked after Knight Princess is added and rescued.
Minor Changes: Did some more work on random event functionality behind-the-scenes. Slime Traps have been given new base/idle/attack sprites. The 'character refuses to enter dungeon' dialogue can no longer crash the game. Other trap abilities have new sprites. Fixed a bug that prevented traps from applying the correct debuff. Fixed an oversight that prevented traps from using Stamina. Talent icons have been added for the functioning trap abilities. A 'select party button' now appears when the mouse is near the party on the overmap. Added origin talents to the race talent tab- all of them sans 'When All You Have' are fully functional. Armor/Shields/Trinkets have some new possible enchantments at various character levels. May have fixed the 'inventory items-disappear after finishing Glacier Fields' bug. Snow Boulder is now correctly tagged as a Cold ability. Fixed a bug that messed with enemy line-AoE abilities dealing the wrong damages. Kobold Princess' Warm Ore actually has an effect now! Kobolds are correctly weak to Cold now. Have fun with that. Bandages now remove Bleed debuffs, as was intended. Many Enchanted Items are now colored to match their suffix. Half-Swording has been fixed and changed; now applies +30% Critical Strike Chance, +5% Avoidance, and -20% Damage. Dagger damage now scales off of Speed. Shortswords now correctly have the +2 Damage modifier in battle. Bucklers/Router Shields now correctly add to Critical hit chance. Woops. Shortsword damage now scales off Agility and additionally grants +5% Critical Strike chance. Longswords are now 2D6-1 POW/4 damage, +6% Avoidance. Greatmaces are now 1D6+4 POW/3 damage. Sords nurfed XD. Maces have been buffed slightly. Spears now benefit from +4 Initiative. Burning Hands now has an animation. Native engine particles have been fixed; they use the correct snowflake/cloud/smoke/etc. sprite once again. Speed and Strength spell durations now scale faster. Commanders/generals (specifically Band of the Moon ones) can no longer be taken into dungeons. The Forgotten Garden Street Urchin background should play its own dialogue, now, where appropriate. A selected territory will no longer be controllable if the party moves far enough away from it.

Alpha Launcher: http://www.mediafire.com/file/5farbyam3x5784z/Launcher.zip This is still in the alpha stages, but should let you auto-update the game when new patches come out. It might take a few tries to get uncorrupted files at the moment.

Updated Crash Course to Playing World of Warcraft
Whether you're new to World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth or are returning for World of Warcraft Classic after a long hiatus, this crash course will help you survive.
There are dozens of forums, websites and Youtube videos dedicated to World of Warcraft. And yet, most of them don't answer some very simple questions. Oftentimes, you're forced to sift through tons of data not relevant to what you're looking for, having to listen to someone explain something horribly. And don't get me started on the craptacularly (that's my word), hideous music in the background. Here's where Ge'NeL comes to the rescue! We've created this WoW guide to answer recurring questions asked in the Women of Warcraft Facebook group and all across the internet world....of Warcraft.
WHERE TO START
First things first, you have to decide which type of realm is best for you: player versus player (pvp), player versus environment or role playing versus player.
PvP is exactly how it sounds. It's faction player against opposing faction player in addition to NPCs. Outside of major cities, the potential to be killed by another player is pretty high. Some people even find joy in terrorizing low level areas. While it may be annoying, it comes with the territory.
PvE realms are relegated to environmental gameplay. While pvp is still an option on pve realms, it requires being in a battleground or arena or turning pvp settings on.
RPvP is a bit different. It's role-playing! You interact with other players as if you are an NPC or you can create a background for your character. Almost anything goes, including ERP (erotic role-playing). If that's what you're into (not gonna knock it--you do you, boo-boo) then you can get started in Goldshire.
Which faction is better? Horde or Alliance?
Before someone attempts to fill your head with nonsense, let's get this out of the way first. One faction is not better than the other. They banded together for different reasons. That being said, different races have special abilities based on their race. You can click on the particular race then the "More Info" button below the races to see which abilities they have.
After you've decided which faction, race and class you want to play.
MAKING FRIENDS
Some people are content to play WoW alone. And that's okay. Some people enjoy solitude and want to play at their own pace. WoW, in itself, is a very social game where many objectives require playing with others. It really does help to have a friend or two to quest with. But making friends in Azeroth isn't always easy.
Join a guild. Joining a guild is the fastest way to meet new people. Talk in guild chat and gauge how people communicate with each other. Do not assume everyone's humor is the same as yours. Not everyone fancies dark humor. Needless to say, your first interaction with someone shouldn't be "Sup bitch" or anything of the like that shouldn't be the first thing you say to someone. Also, remember that a lot gets lost in translation via text communications. So be mindful of how you communicate with others and also how they communicate with you.
Create your own guild. By creating your own guild you can create the type of environment that you want to be a part of. Invite people you've interacted with who you feel would fit into the virtual home you've created.
Enter random dungeons and battlegrounds. Not only is doing dungeons and BGs a good way to learn to play your class better, but also a pretty decent way of meeting other players. And if you're good, it's likely people will give you kudos and want to play with you again.
Don't beg for gold. If there's one thing worse than gold sellers spamming trade chat, it's gold beggars. They are annoying. We know that newcomers need gold. But it's frustrating that people put a lot of time and effort into their characters to make gold, save up for repairs, etc. just for someone to come in and start off with "Hi. Can I have a few gold to guy a piece of gear from the Auction House?" No, bruh. I feel for you, but you have to make it the way most of us did. This guide will show you how to do that, too!
DUNGEON ETIQUETTE
Azeroth has enough bad apples to go around. There will always be abominable twats who think that hiding behind a computer screen gives them a free pass to treat others like total crap, waste people's time, pick on others because of their playstyle, etc. This guide is to help you to not be one of those guys or gals. Here are a few do's and don'ts to help make Azeroth a better world--of warcraft.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you're new or it's been a while, speak up. "Hey guys! This is my first time here. Anything I should know about this boss?" People generally appreciate when someone can ask for help.
Be open to constructive criticism. It's not easy being told or made to feel as if you suck. Some people seriously do not have tact when talking to others. That's still no reason for anyone to treat you or anyone else like crap. But do try to be open to advice from those who do try to help you by sharing a few pointers or tips.
Don't need on every item that drops. In addition to your race-based special abilities, the character creation page also tells you which type of armor your class wears. For example: You're a druid in a dungeon with five other blokes. A piece of cloth drops. The priest wears cloth. You need on the item because you might be able to wear it. Don't do that! Druid's primary armor is leather. Priest's primary armor is cloth. Be courteous and ask if they need it before hitting need. Another example: You're a big, strong warrior in a dungeon. An intellect trinket drops. You hit need. WRONG! Warrior's primary stat is strength. Warriors do not need intellect for anything whatsoever.
Do try to have patience for other players. Healers need mana. Tanks sometimes like to wait on their cooldowns or certain abilities before pulling. Someone's kid may decide to play Whack-A-Mole with mommy or daddy's keyboard. Someone's cat may decide that their keyboard is now their bed. Stuff happens. Life happens. Be patient. It will be okay. I promise.
HOW TO MAKE WoW GOLD
Being new to WoW or making a new toon on a new server and not having enough money to repair your gear, buy gear or buy supplies really sucks. Wowhead has an excellent Gold Making Guide. There are so many ways to make gold. Here are a few ways to ensure you stack your paper (gold) quickly.
Loot everything. Yes, loot everything, even the grey items. Vendor them. The copper and silver add up.
Sell green (common) armor on the AH. It doesn't matter how low the item level of the gear is, it will likely sell on the auction house. Dirtydianna and Thickyvicky have found some amazing, low level green items for transmogs.
Choose a gathering profession. Leather, ore and herbs always sell on the auction house. Always.
Collect cloth. Cloth is yet another big seller on the auction house. Especially low-level cloth. In Retail WoW, Netherweave cloth continues to be the biggest seller on the AH, probably because Netherweave bags are easy to make and they sell very well, especially to low level players looking for more than the 4, 6 and 8 slot bags that they get while questing.
WARNING: purchasing gold from third-party sites is against Blizzard’s Terms of Service and, when they do shutdown the company selling gold, if your account is among their list of clients, your account will be permanently banned. Do not fall prey to the little level 1 characters offering to sell you World of Warcraft gold for cheap.
NOTE: As it stands, you cannot sell a WoW token on the Classic Auction House.
WORLD OF WARCRAFT ADDONS: THE BASICS
Addons are not for everyone. Some people prefer to play with just the game UI and that is perfectly okay. But some of us use addons to enhance game play and in-game experiences. Here are a few basic addons, if you are interested, that may help you navigate your way through Azeroth.
First, download the Twitch Desktop App. It's all encompassing since they partnered with Curse to include addons. On the Twitch app, click Mods to take you where you want to go. Then select World of Warcraft to take you to addons for WoW. Clicking on the name of an addon will give you detailed information about what that addon does.
HandyNotes for questing is amazing!
BigWigs or Deadly Boss Mods for when you decide to venture into dungeons and raids.
Decursive is particularly helpful in dungeons, raids and battlegrounds. It's a mouseover addon that allows you to quickly removes harmful magic, poisons and diseases from your party or raid members if your class has the ability to remove them.
Details! Damage Meter, Recount or Skada damage meters. These are very handy to help keep track of damage, healing, absorbs, deaths and other actions. Details not only displays the damage and healing stats from your party or raid, but also functions as a way to help you improve your game play. For example, as a healer, both you and another player have the same specialization, similar gear and item level, but he/she is putting out more HPS than you. A number of things could factor into why your heals are lower. With Details, you can mouseover that person's name and it will show you what their top heals are. The same with damage.

3. Immersion Mods
Again, I wish I had a better category for these. These are mods that mostly add their own systems to the base game, to increase immersion. This is only a rough category, and of course they touch on the game in some way, but they aren’t a huge overhaul to the core gameplay or AI.
---
Alternate Start - Live Another Life
Tired of the long starting sequence? Don’t actually want to be a prisoner headed to the chopping block? This has you covered. The reason I prefer this over other alternate start mods, is the way it provides a jumping-off point for a character backstory, giving you appropriate weapons, armor, items, and a starting location. It also offers a nice segue into the main quest, with rumors of increased Legion patrols around the area you can investigate if you’re curious — and of course you arrive just in time to see the city sacked and the dragon taking flight towards Whiterun. [link]
Bathing in Skyrim
No one wants to talk to someone stinking of sweat and covered in blood and dirt and cobwebs from exploring some moldering ruin and fighting bandits. You’re also going to be carrying a bunch of germs around, if you do that. Keep yourself clean! This adds a passive effect based on your cleanliness, affecting mostly your speech skill and disease resistance, as well as craftable soaps and washrags. [link]
Campfire - Complete Camping System
Adds an excellent camping system to the game, with all the gear and items you’ll need. Build fires to roast food, pitch a tent if you need sleep, and just generally enjoy the Skyrim landscape with a touch of rugged living. Requirement for Frostfall, HearthCraft, and Tentapalooza. [link]
Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul (CFTO)
Extends the vanilla fast travel system in a lightweight and immersive way. You can now also ask to be “dropped off” at local villages “along the way,” and boatmen will take you to other stops along the same lake, river, or shoreline. Prices are also adjusted based on distance and danger. Just really nice and convenient if you want to travel somewhere, immersively. [link]
Diseased - Diseases System Overhaul
I like Realistic Needs’ diseases system, really, but it felt a bit too easy, especially once you learned the “cure disease” spell, or found a “cure disease” food. iNeed’s “Dangerous Diseases” felt far too punishing, on the other hand — requiring hard-to-find expensive potions or else you’d deteriorate and die pretty fast. This is just right. Diseases have stages, and after a certain period of time will either evolve or devolve. Rest, cleanliness, and good food will help you recover on your own. “Cure Disease” effects now increase your disease resistance, meaning that you’ll succeed the next “evolution check,” but won’t make anything magically go away. You can also craft simple recipes for specific diseases from common foods and items, which will also help you recover — but you still should rest! This is compatible with RND, just needs to be loaded after. [link] You’ll also want the patch for Droops medication, to deal with the disease added by Dragonborn. [link]
Dynamic Immersive Seriously Dark Dungeons
Wonder why fires are still burning in ancient Nord ruins, or torches are still lit in those abandoned mines? None of that will be an issue now! This also adds the ability to extinguish candles and firepits to make yourself harder to see if you’re the sneaky type, or re-light them (for whatever reason) if you have a torch or fire spells. Incredibly useful and atmospheric. [link]
Dynamic Things
Want to actually pick up wood from wood piles? Hack mammoth tusks off skulls? Look inside those strangely unopenable barrels? With this, you can! This expands the number of containers and resource sources available in the world, and allows you to interact more immersively with many elements. You’ll want both the original Dynamic Things [link] and then the Enhanced “patch”/update [here] installed over it.
Frostfall - Hypothermia Camping Survival
I really hope you didn’t think I’d omit this one, did you? Skyrim is a northern province, with driving wind and snow, and ice-caked seas. This mod makes it all feel real. If you don’t pay attention to the weather, bundle up, and build a fire during cold nights, you’re liable to freeze! [link]
Hunterborn
Another survival-geared mod that harmonizes well with Frostfall and your needs mod of choice. Skin, butcher, and harvest ingredients from animals, slowly gaining more as your skill and knowledge increases. Roleplay as a hunter surviving out on your own in the wild, or just bring down a few deer to tide you over until you reach the next town. Don’t forget to download the Campfire patch and the batch of other miscellaneous patches as well; you’ll need both. [link]
Hunterborn - Scrimshaw Expanded
This significantly adds to the capability of Hunterborn’s Scrimshaw, allowing you to craft a whole lot of gear, armor, weapons, and items from the bones and pelts you find in Hunterborn. Play as a Forsworn living completely off the land, or simply make several trinkets to exchange for a few drinks at the inn once you next get to town. More possibilities! [link]
Loot and Degradation
Your sword edge isn’t going to stay sharp forever, is it? Armor gets dents that need hammering out. This mod simulates that. Once you’ve tempered your gear, it will slowly “devolve” back to its “default” state through combat. NPCs will also have gear of varying states. Just a nice simulation tweak, and also provides more opportunities to hone your smithing skills. [link]
New Beginnings - Live Another Life Extension
Adds more options for your alternate game start, which I very much appreciate. [link]
Realistic Needs and Diseases (RND)
I know, this isn’t the snazziest or most compatible mod out there. I’ve tried other needs mods, I really have, but this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s just the one that feels the most immersive. Boil water to make it safe for consumption, or face the consequences. Soups, stews, and fresh fruits also help quench your thirst — but stay away from raw meat, as that can carry diseases. You need sleep, too — but a dirty bandit camp carries its own risks. You can also toggle food spoilage, and drink directly from a body of water if you’re severely dehydrated. It’s just an excellent needs mod. (There are two versions out there. 2.0, found [here] comes with some snazzier features, such as hotkeyed food categorization for new foodstuffs and a few other tweaks, but I’m not fond of the either its widgets nor its weight feature. I might try it again with those turned off... but for now 1.9, found [here], works perfectly well, too.)
Skyrim - Enhanced Camera
Allows you to actually see your body when you look down, and prevents forced switches to 3rd person. SKSE plugin, makes it all way more immersive. [link]
Spell Learning and Discovery
Instead of the vanilla face-smash-spell-learned-book-destroyed method, you now convert any new spell tomes you acquire into “spell notes,” which you study in the evening before you go to sleep, with a chance of then adding a spell to your repertoire (out of the list of spells you’re currently trying to learn). (This synchronizes well with a needs mod, too.) You now have the opportunity to talk with other mages about magic theory, take dubious memory-enhancing potions, summon an otherworldly magical tutor, and just generally feel like an actual student of magic! [link]
Spell Research
Man, I love this mod. It... can get tedious at times, I’ll admit, but I love it. It lets me feel like an actual magic researcher, and provides the opportunity to acquire spells through my own study, not just by buying a tome from someone else. Find cool artifacts! Translate ancient texts (or try to)! Read dangerous grimoires (at your own risk)! Dissolve potions! Analyze spells! Write theses on spell “types” and techniques to try to combine into new spells! (Fail sometimes, and try again!) Honestly, you won’t regret this mod — it’s also good for passing the time if you’re recovering from a disease or resting a broken limb (see some other mods on this list). I recommend version 2.1, however, instead of the newest 2.2, as 2.1 comes with all the patches for the major spell addition mods. [link]
Skyrim Reputation
The people of Skyrim now actually care about what you’ve done. Word spreads, and people will treat you accordingly. This mod adds three axes of “alignment,” Aedric vs. Daedric, Law-Abiding vs. Criminal, and Dependable vs. Power-Hungry, calculated according to the prevailing Nord culture. The effects of your reputation will also become more pronounced as your reknown spreads. Help out the law, do favors for people, and align yourself with the Divines, and reap the benefits. Being feared does come with its own perks, too, though, however dubious. [link]
Tentapalooza for Campfire
Adds more craftables to Campfire’s system, including themed tents and décor. Honestly, I mostly wanted the placeable washtubs, to be able to bathe in some places I wouldn’t otherwise be able to (e.g. a player house without a nearby water source or bathing room). The placeable containers are nice, too, though, as well as the craftable and placeable shrines. [link]
Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim
The denizens of Tamriel are religious, and now you can be too! You’re offered a choice of deity at the start depending on your race; however, you can change allegiance later if you so desire, depending on what you’ve done and who you’ve encountered. Gain passive bonuses and active abilities based on favor with a particular deity... but take care to follow their tenets, as well. [link]
Wounds
I know the health bar is kind of a general abstraction of your bodily state, but do you ever find it... well, strange, that you never break bones or have any lasting wounds from combat? Welp, now you do! No extra visuals, just a simple mod that adds long-lasting consequences to combat. Craft medical supplies, brace fractured limbs, keep cuts clean or risk infection, and feel the effects of your bruises and concussions for a while. I’ve tried playing without this mod, and I honestly can’t anymore, even as annoying as it is to limp along on a broken leg for a while, or sew up my arm that sabre cat tore to shreds. [link]
---
As always, will likely be added to later.
