You can’t see everything underneath the skin!! You would think I was happy in any picture you see from before I became a coach and really go intolerable health and fitness. You would be wrong!! I was miserable! I hated the way I looked and how I felt. I couldn’t look in a mirror and I always wore baggy clothes. I couldn’t even make it up and down the stairs without being out of breath. I had tried for years to do it by myself and I never succeeded. I would always fail at the dieting and working out. I finally hit rock bottom when we were at Disney and I was crying bc I could walk through the entire park without sitting down all the time. When we came home I decided to change that. I saw a post and it came at the right time. I decided to go all in and I would never change it. I was scared and didn’t know if I had made the right choice last year. I couldn’t make it through the workouts then either but then a program came out and it changed everything. When I joined my mindset changed. I shifted to the person I am today. I became healthy! I became the strongest I have ever been! I made some of my best friends and I even have a crazy fit family. What most people don’t know is I was a size 12 last when I started this journey and now I am a size 2 and gaining muscle. I can look back now and say that I will never become that person again. I have new goals and I will accomplish those and so many more. No matter what you believe you are capable of now you can grow to be so much more! Last year when I did this program I couldn’t even make it through the entire 50 minute workout without feeling like I was dying or had to pause multiple times just to make it. I kept going though bc the 50 series is what changed it all for me. It changed my mindset to see that I am stronger than I ever have myself credit for. I might have struggled through it last year but it will always speak to me. Almost a year later I am doing the workouts and adding to them just to push myself. I never thought of myself as an athlete until I joined a group of people who have shown me that being an athlete is about doing things other won’t. To think this is the same person who was almost 200 lbs and couldn’t walk up stairs is now doing extras for fun.
