No matter what you believe you are capable of now you can grow to be so much more! Last year when I did this program I couldn’t even make it through the entire 50 minute workout without feeling like I was dying or had to pause multiple times just to make it. I kept going though bc the 50 series is what changed it all for me. It changed my mindset to see that I am stronger than I ever have myself credit for. I might have struggled through it last year but it will always speak to me. Almost a year later I am doing the workouts and adding to them just to push myself. I never thought of myself as an athlete until I joined a group of people who have shown me that being an athlete is about doing things other won’t. To think this is the same person who was almost 200 lbs and couldn’t walk up stairs is now doing extras for fun. I used to believe all the excuses I used to have. I really believed that I didn’t have time to be healthy or workout. I really believed I was ok with the way I looked. I really thought I was doing everything I could to make life worth living but in reality I was miserable, unhealthy, unhappy, I had no energy and didn’t feel like I had the time. * Now almost a year later I truly can look back and say I was just making excuses for not doing anything for myself. With almost a year of the right nutrition and working hard I am a completely different person inside and out. I am still doing everything I was doing before and more. I have the energy to keep up with my kids schedules, the house, and run a business. I look back on the last 63 days and just can’t believe how much I have changed in places that have been a problem and insecurity for myself. I never in my life thought that would have a flat stomach or even any abs. I have had 2 kids and I gained so much weight after them that I just never thought that I would see that day.
