My son enjoys Japanese Anime quite a bit. I asked him some questions about this, but he was hesitant to share his new hobby with me. Sometimes when I walk by his room I can see that he is watching it, but he often closes the window when he notices I am near. I am worried I have done something to make him think I am not interested in the things he enjoys.

Do my #followers have any suggestions of Animations I could watch to help bond with my son? Or perhaps anymore information on this fascinating subculture?

worked on critical thinking and logic today. went through the first 2 modules then passed the pre-assessment with flying colors, buuut the whole time i was taking it i felt absolutely baffled lol. the questions were super confusing and felt really open-ended. nonetheless, i scheduled the exam for tonight at 10pm, so cross your fingers for me! still haven't gotten the results for my papers that i submitted yesterday, but it is the weekend. so hopefully tomorrow.

messy table and messy tax exam review

It feels really great to be back at Starbucks. I used to spend so much time doing work at cafés and bookstores. I feel so much calmer here. It really helps with my depression and anxiety.

I’m trying to prepare for my summer internship by learning some Excel Functions and Power BI. Right now I suck at Excel lmao I just wanted to start doing something now while I’m on break. It’s also good for my mental health to spend time doing something productive versus sitting around. I might start waking up earlier as well so I can have enough time to workout.

Today I also scheduled an appointment with a Spanish tutor! I want to refresh my skills and improve greatly so it can be an asset in my career.

[08/2021] My desk in all its glory as I enter week 3 of this module and the most hectic week so far. It doesn’t help that I have 4 deadlines on my birthday weekend but I’ve spent some time trying to plan and organize to avoid a birthday spent at my desk. I’ve got the multiple drinks and stationary thing going so let’s call this a productive mess and hope I’m still well by this time next week. 🤞🏼
