they have met; kirby introduced them to each other!

the results of this were actually rather unexpected and complicated. i do in fact already have a comic planned for february (based on a shipaganza submission from last february!) that will address it!

nothing disastrous came of it or anything, but they are ultimately not very close. mostly because much like the waddle dees, efilin is deeply uncomfortable around starstruck. for very different, but also shockingly similar reasons.

Today was another long day in the den - crafting edition. Once I had set up my scant supply of Christmas decorations, I wrapped this wooden pot up in scraps leftover from doing my wallpapering, took a little break, then worked on setting up my trackers in my Hobonichi, before then realising I could use my star wallpaper to decorate it, instead of buying some blue paper. Late this afternoon I got to start decorating the first part of my shelves that my dad built, then this evening I had a comfort dinner, and a messy pudding (not pictured). Really looking forward to climbing into bed, as my room has become such a haven now that it’s so close to being completed.

the extremist right that wants to implement Project 2025 wants to decide how this society handles sex. it's not abortion or contraception (INCLUDING CONDOMS) they want to ban but porn, too. they will decide what is considered porn & will make not just LGBTQIA+ folks suffer but librarians, too. they want a very misinformed populace so now vulnerable people like children won't be able to tell if something that is happening to them could be abuse or not.

the possibilities are endless when it comes to this. they hate sex & want to punish you for having safe, fun, & casual sex & yet they literally blow up Grindr whenever they all come together because they hate themselves so much & misery loves company. they want to punish anyone who could teach you anything that would indicate they're evil & hypocritical & what they're doing will fuck up all of our lives. it's a chain reaction. DON'T STO TALKING ABOUT PROJECT 2025!!!!
