i understand this is like. objectively a wild thing to bitch about when yr average woman wants to lose weight but it is really so fucking bizarre and disheartening to be asked "how are you so skinny how do you do it" by women who are really honestly beautiful and healthy and i am genuinely so jealous of their bodies' ability to maintain some semblance of body fat. i have to say "i wish i weighed more" and they look at me like i'm crazy and then i have to say "every time i manage to gain 5-10lbs i inexplicably get really sick and lose all the weight i gained and it's a vicious cycle of never really feeling healthy" and that's not the answer they want to hear and they still don't understand why i want to gain weight and like. hhhh. makes me sad. i love you you're so pretty and i am chronically ill

Honestly i dont deprive myself of food, i just keep in mind that i need eat like waaaaaaaay less carb then go for fibers and proteins. Sometimes i skip carbs altogether if i eat a lotta fiber. I actually also do eat pizza and other "scary"(no nutrient facts), fattening foods like pizza (as long as its a single slice i dedicate as a brunch) or like almost an entire meal (but i only do when i eat out w my friends, and honestly it beats the @n@ allegations so its a winwin) as long as i stop once i feel full(but also drink a lotta water beforehand, also to feel full faster youll need to wear tight high rise pants that restricts ur abdomen and train yourself to fast and eat tiny amounts to make ur actual stomach not get used to being stretched so much so this may not work for m!@ girlies.).. and if that meal got huge cals i simply do not eat for the rrst of the day and just have a jog later

i think the natural state of bluestar is that she is fat. i think when firepaw enters the forest the leader is fat and that's how he knows he isn't gonna starve here. i think when her mental health starts deteriorating food stops tasting good or she has no appetite or whatever and she stops eating. eats every other day or something. by the time he's fireheart, her deputy, she's skin and bones. when she dealt with the dogs she was skin and bones and that's part of the reason she didn't survive it. her body was giving all it had but she was an old cat and skin and bones and she could not survive it.
when he sees her in starclan again she's fat and he knows she's gonna be alright
