My first pregnancy bump mould ☺️

This literally feels like yesterday! I remember panicking that I was leaving it to late in my pregnancy to take my (nearly full term) bump castings. I’m so glad I managed to take 4 different casts of my bump before my little one made an appearance at 40+5 weeks.

This was my first successful mould produced on myself with the help of my partner and mother. I still haven’t had time to work on it since making it mind.. 🙈

My final bump casting produced 6 weeks ago🤰🏼

This casting was made 2 days before the arrival our my little girl - I’m so glad she decided to make a late appearance otherwise we never would of had the opportunity to make this gorgeous style casting. It really is something I will cherish forever 💗

I will be uploading a variety of photos of the casting process this week. It was so much fun to make and I love how my family were also involved in the making process!

Bump casting (38 weeks)

I’m so glad I found the time last week to make my second bump casting, the weeks just seem to be flying by at the moment.

This time I decided to make a mould of my just my belly (bump), I found this so much easier to make myself compared to my first attempt of casting my torso. I also made less mess, which meant less clean up! 🙌🏽

When your studio is still being renovated so you have to resort to your bathroom again to make bump castings 🙈

So I’m all set up and ready to get messy! I’m so glad I have finally found the time to make my second bump casting. This time I plan to just cast my belly (bump) so I’m hoping I’ll find this a lot easier to make myself compared to my first attempt of casting my torso.

This grid image also includes a sneak preview of the body casting produced straight out of the mould - I’m literally so excited to clean up this casting.. I just need to find the time to work on it around a newborn baby that insists on constant cuddles! 🙈
