I’m working on making my digital grimoire using the Notion app! I’ve been using notion for a while for my school work, and now that I’m used to it I want to make a dashboard for my witchy info.
I’ll be including astrology charts, information pages, tarot journals, astronomical calendars, etc!
I don’t want to post my template until I complete it (or at least complete the base for it as a grimiore is never truly complete) but I’ll be progressively posting screenshots of my progress!

Add some magic to your bullet journal
I love my lists, calendars and collections. My Bullet Journal has my entire life contained in one (somewhat) tidy place. But for a long time, I had nothing in there about witchcraft or spirituality; arguably a big part of my day to day life. Perhaps it was because I was using the BuJo as a tool for trudging through the ‘mundane’ things in life I needed help finishing. I tried incorporating my craft into it, and found that not only was my witchy life a lot more organized, but I was also enjoying my Bullet Journal that much more!
Here’s some stuff I recommend adding to your Bullet Journal. Or better yet, make a separate one just for your path (BuJo grimoire, anyone?)
Witchy little add-ons:
A sigil on the inside cover to prevent the journal from being lost, stolen or read.
Enchant a bead or charm with a productivity spell and tie it to the bookmark ribbon.
Create additional symbols for your legend to mark witchcraft or religion-related entries in your daily pages.
Collections to make:
Quick-reference stone and herb properties for your most commonly used ingredients.
Sigils and their meanings.
Wishlist of tools, stones, herbs, books, etc. that you wish to get.
Wheel of the year (if applicable) or other dates relevant to your path.
Dates of full and new moons.
Quick colour correspondence chart.
Keep track of spells from books you’d like to try by listing the book titles and page numbers in one place.
Make a portable spirit or pendulum board on a page.
Doodles of potential altar designs - or design one you dream of putting together!
Your star chart (sun sign, moon sign, etc.)
Dream log and/or record for lucid dreaming.
Make a paper shrine to a God or Goddess you work with; paste or draw images related to them, write prayers, pen letters to them.
Goals for your craft that you wish to reach in the next month, six months, and year.
Quick charms, glamours and affirmations that can be done on-the-go when you need a boost.
List of self care ideas. Because self care is totally magical.
Tarot cheat sheet (like this).
Tarot spreads you wish to try, or often use.
For Vultures; progress log on bones/hides you are cleaning.
For spirit companions and workers; info on your companions and interactions.
For servitor creators; info on your creations, including their tasks, code words, names and rules.
For gardening witches; garden plans, sketches and progress.
For hedge witches and astral travelers; record of places you’ve been and your success rate with travelling. Or of you build astral spaces, draw blueprints of your next project.
For kitchen and hearth witches; recipes you love, correspondence chart of food ingredients, natural cleaning solutions.
Please feel free to add on to this with your own ideas! I would love to read how you keep your witchy life organized.

Gonna be adding this to my informational journal! I have one that’s kind of a personal journal, a bullet journal with the gods I worship, quick notes and summary of holidays, what I want, very special (or divination type) dreams, divination questions and answers, expirimental ideas and recipes, etc. But I have this beautiful, vintage, worn looking journal, it’s HUGE and I was thinking of using it more formally, with fuller info on the sabbats and recipes (potions, foods, spells), along with full info on myths, practices, etc. and hopefully, one day, a list of people who practice with me. But yeah, this post seems like a good start to the informational journal!
I can’t be sure but I think a BoS is personal, and a Grimiore is more informational? I don’t really use those terms, I just call them journals, books, etc, and if I do I just call them all Grimoires. Book of Shadows is more of a mouthful.
𝕾𝖆𝖇𝖇𝖆𝖙𝖘
The sabbats are holidays celebrated throughout the year on solstices, equinoxes, and the midpoints between them. These sabbats form the Wheel of the year.
There is a controversy surrounding the dates of these holidays, as people celebrate them all over the earth, not only in the northen hemisphere but in the southern too.
One viewpoint is that the Sabbats should be celebrated as they were originally created to be… in other words, Samhain is October 31st, regardless of where you live. In the Southern Hemisphere, even though you are just gearing up to summer on October 31st, this perspective says that you celebrate the cleansing and releasing, the honouring of the dead just as you would if you lived in the Northern Hemisphere. The other viewpoint (the one I personally agree with) is that you should celebrate when you feel like the season corresponds with the holiday, in other words, your craft, your rules. So if you live in the southern hemisphere, you have the choice.
I’ll be writing the dates for each holiday starting with the northen hemisphere and then the dates that many people celebrate them in the southern hemisphere

Witchy Wednesday (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
Palmistry Continued (and finally done)
I still have no idea how to read a palm. Eventually I will create a spread with instructions or something. Why are there planets? What do the other lines that I didn’t draw mean? Who knows.
What I DO know is what is written on the right side of the page is more clear. It’s definitely beginner’s palmistry. The very basics. You can guess someone’s zodiac sign maybe. Scare them with their future.
This week’s post was kinda bland, but I have more exciting spreads planned for the future! I want to start posting more than just Wednesdays and special occasions. Witchy Wednesday will still exist but I’ll be adding more content. Yay!

This is the Wheel of the Year I did in my bullet journal this year next to my retrogrades for the year. This is my basic one basically giving me a calendar for this year. I am still compliling information about each holiday and from there I will probably have a page or a page in half dedicated to each one. I did write using my calligraphy quill and inks. I want to get use to how the various tips write for when I use them on my grimiore.
Day 6: Holiday Overview Page
The prompt for today is: Plan your holidays, sabbats, esbats, etc.
Make a page listing all your holidays, their dates, and a brief description. You can make full pages for each holiday if you’d like, but I’d really suggest just doing an overview of holidays today.
I hope the challenge is going great for everyone so far!
