Today’s Workout!
Hey! Today’s workout was Triceps, Biceps & Abs. I used a 5lb weight because I was still a little sore from yesterday’s workout. This is the start of PaosFitWorld Week 2 of SSBM so if you guys haven’t looked into it or bought it, I definitely recommend it.
Triceps, Biceps, & Abs
Circuit 1 (superset): repeat 3x
Pushups on knees (15 reps)
Tricep Kickbacks (15 reps)
Circuit 2 (superset): repeat 3x
Bicep Curls (12 reps each arm)
Russian Twists (24 reps)
Circuit 3 (superset): repeat 3x
Bicep Curls (12 rep each arm)
Plank Up Downs (15 reps)
Circuit 4 (superset): repeat 3x
Tricep Dips (12 reps)
Bicycle Abs (24 reps)
Circuit 5: repeat 3x
Burpees (10 reps)
High Knees (20 reps)
Froggers (10 reps)

Been working extra hard on my legs lately and I’m finally starting to see more of the definition and strength I was hoping for 😊instead of one designated leg day I’ve been aiming for 2-3 per week and loving it. My legs have always been one area I am looking to make stronger, since I stopped playing hockey they have lost a lot of muscle (which was fine by me seeing as I don’t need them for a sport anymore!) but I still want them to be lean and strong 💪🏼 it’s been interesting finding a balance of exercises that work best for me since I’m coming from a background of heavy lifting in college and lots and lots of skating but it’s been so fun seeing the results! Sucking down my @womensbest shake before laying on the couch all afternoon to watch football! . Everyone has rolls. It’s normal. It’s just skin. I WILL NOT BE ASHAMED of the skin that I’m in. I have scars. I get acne. I have rolls I’m too short. But..... . I also have a flat stomach. A strong core. My scars all have a story and adventure attached to it. I’m a perfect size for a lot of things other people can’t do.
