Okay, one more bug thought... I think the cockroach in most of his art isn't necessarily the same animal, there's just always at least one (he was surrounded by a swarm in his poster, after all.) They're naturally gregarious animals... and I think Greg's comparative size means he kinda smells like a really big group of bugs, so everyone (who is a nearby cockroach) wants to hang out with him.

I would like to know more about Nita! She looks really cool and I am invested in whatever she's got going on. What's her race? Is she a hybrid? How did you come up with her design? (I would ask more but my brain is not working today)

Nita was a tiefling dnd character from back in 2020 that I decided to snatch for ThUG hehe. Her OG design (cw old art):

And now we've decided to buggify the Brimstones more since they're half bug so i gave her little horns n stuff

She's the sister of the one and only Staeve/Vesta but estranged from him for a while now, and is part of a pirate crew of sorts, captained by her partner (in crime and otherwise) Serafina. In her youth she wanted to have a normal orderly life but things didn't exactly work out that way so she put her background (artificer ish) to use and watches over the gunnery first and foremost

I had this idea awhile back when bug Dewi was first introduced where our girl Sam gets buggified and transported to Hollownest (Will Dewi) and obviously nobody knows what's going on but Sam gets it in her head that "these bugs know magic. They know what's going on, they are just keeping us here." And she tries to convince Dewi but he (obviously) trusts his bug friends more than his cousin (who tried to sell his friends to the government) so she sneaks away down the well and attempts to find a cure herself.

Zote would be the first to notice that she disappeared

I think it would be incredibly funny if The Collector found Sam

not really buggified but hollow knightified Sundropp and Moondropp cuz--- c'mon I liked them before they were cool (/j)

theyre literally jester and sun and moon themed, and slightly insane, my favorit combo (looking at you jevil,, (youre next))

Since theyre already "circus" themed I imagine them travelling with the Grimm troup, I think they turned out fine so thats that

It wasn't necessary for me to give them weapons but a tambourine for sun and two reaping hooks for moon (which are obviously also a moon symbol cuz thats just too easy) is perfect in my opinion
