So I just finished season 3 episode 1 of 911 and am I the only one who is NOT here for the way eddie reacted in that scene after buck quit and the 118 were talking in the kitchen about it like this guy is supposed to be one of your best friends, part of your work family dynamic and he just lost the one thing he wanted more than anything and it just seems like chim (as much as I love him) and eddie weren't really empathetic to everything buck was going through

I'm just dying at the fact that maddie suggests buck try making new friends (to fill the eddie hole) and buck's IMMEDIATE AND ONLY INSTINCT is to look to where the eddie hole has already been filled, like of course if ravi can replace eddie in one part of buck's life he should be able to do it all. that is definitely how friendships and professional relationships work for sure
