Fan Favorite Hani & Taehyung Moments
Fox of BTS | 8th BTS Member
~Sibling Energy on Stage: Fans love when Hani and Taehyung share playful moments during performances. Whether it’s sneaky glances or impromptu interactions, their sibling-like relationship often brings lighthearted energy to the stage, with Taehyung teasing her or hyping her up while performing.
~Vlive Moments: During BTS’s Vlive streams, whenever Hani and Taehyung are together, fans notice their playful banter and how comfortable they are with each other. Taehyung often tries to make Hani laugh, and fans love seeing their relaxed and fun dynamic in a casual setting.
~Taehyung’s Protective Side: One of the most memorable moments for fans is when Taehyung shows his protective side toward Hani. Whether it’s helping her with her outfit or looking out for her during intense schedules, fans swoon over how caring Taehyung can be, making sure she’s doing okay even in busy or stressful moments.
~Red Carpet Support: At award shows or major events, like when they attended the Grammys, Taehyung is often seen supporting Hani. Fans particularly adore a moment when, before stepping out onto the red carpet, Taehyung noticed Hani was nervous and whispered to her, “I’m proud of you, and you’re going to be great.” This kind gesture melted fans’ hearts.
~In the Soop: During In the Soop, fans loved watching the two interact in a more laid-back, natural environment. Taehyung and Hani spent time playing games, cooking, and simply relaxing together, showing off their close friendship. They often have deep conversations that reflect how much they trust and confide in each other.
~Dance Practices: Whenever BTS shares behind-the-scenes footage of their dance rehearsals, fans enjoy seeing Hani and Taehyung challenge each other. Their competitive yet supportive spirit shines as they push each other to improve and share laughs during practice.
~Photoshoot Shenanigans: During group photoshoots, Taehyung and Hani are often caught goofing around or pulling funny faces at each other. Their shared love for having fun in front of the camera makes these moments a favorite for fans who adore their playful personalities.
~Taehyung Teasing Hani: Fans also notice that Taehyung loves teasing Hani, whether it’s on variety shows, during interviews, or backstage. From playfully imitating her mannerisms to making funny comments about her preferences, fans love how Taehyung makes Hani laugh effortlessly.
~Fashion Moments: Hani and Taehyung are both known for their impeccable fashion sense, and fans often highlight moments when they coordinate outfits or give each other fashion advice. Whether it’s at events or during shoots, their shared interest in fashion is something fans adore.
~ Taehyung Calling Hani ‘Cute’: Fans can’t get enough of the times when Taehyung openly calls Hani “cute” during interviews or live broadcasts. His fondness for her is apparent, and fans love seeing how comfortable and close they are with each other.

Are you kidding 😭 BTS are trendsetters in music but in personal life. Idols have done more than bts can even think about. These men pushing 30 is only about to take baby steps regarding their dating life where other idols already walked and ran.
Tae is NOT the 1st idol to go public with his relationship. You said the only idol you know except bts is taeyong, that's the problem. Oh btw this taeyong also went public with his relationship with actress and eventually got married. Many second gen idols have gone public with their relationships. If we talk about 3rd gen, Kai literally did a photoshoot with his then gf (Krystal) there were many exposed pics of them also just like Taennie. Another exo member is literally married amidt of protests from all sides. Lisa was/is publiclly going out with her bf no matter what her stans are saying. Momo of twice attended variety show her idol bf was hosting and he was teased about his gf at an award show stage by mc. Just Google Hyuna and Dawn, two idols who were dragged through hell for dating.. still didn't gave af and dated very publicly for years. They are absolute legends when it comes to kpop dating. Jisoo was the one who informed dispatch about her relationship and announced it on her terms and continued her career like nothing happened. Even 4th gen girl Karina had more guts than a man in his late 20s to confirm her relationship (happened last week btw). There are many idols who absolutely don't give af and don't dump their partner's for fans. If anything, Tae is known as a coward among other kpop fans especially BP fans for the spineless act he did after dragging that girl into this shit. And ik most people who read this agree he is coward on how he handles taennie. For Jennie, this must be her worst dating experience lol..when her previous 2 relationships got exposed, bf or their agencies confirmed it in a day while this man acted like she doesn't even exist anymore 🤡
Also idols calling their fans girlfriends is bad right and bts stopped it right? But the only bts member who still does that is JK himself lmao. He literally act like their bf, call them couple cute names, does everything they ask him during lives, say yes when they ask him to be their bf, even during his so called denial of having an actual gf he said he doesn't want a gf currently because he's focusing on career and only want army in his life 🤦♀️Y/ns were saying how he made them more delulu just last year alone with his overtly Para social relationship. If you go outside bts bubble, he's one of the few idols who takes Parasocial relationship a bit far according to other kpop fans. Them having discourses how it's not healthy to take fanservice to this extent. He's one of the idols they call more delulu than fans. And I agree, the more you keep y/n away the more relaxed you will be. He's gonna struggle so much if one day he's gonna introduce his real gf lol. Because it was him who was adding fuel to fans heart all this time. And no, its not his 'job'. I didnt saw any other bts members doing or saying anything JK did except playing along with their jokes once in a blue moon. So others may have it a lil easy compared to him lol.
Also I really don't except any bts member to confirm relationship anytime soon. Atleast not in 10 years. Yeah it sounds like a long period but there are plenty of kpop idols and very popular actors who are in 40s and doesn't even have a single dating rumor. I don't think anyone in bts have that nerve to confirm their relationship unless they are getting ready for marriage, which will only happen after many years lol. Well we literally saw how Tae dipped when his relationship with Jennie was confronted or how JK denied about gf and ran other way when the very real video of him with his gf was exposed 😭 None of them are ready to risk anything Fandom have to offer rn for a relationship lol. I think it will be Jhope the 1st one to confirm a relationship from hyung line and Jimin from Maknae line. Because only those two looks like they will take risk for their loved ones, they haven't built their music nor career over y/ns and fantasies and they'll actually prioritize personal life over career, but again it won't happen anytime soon.
Oops
Well you definitely told me 🤣🤣😂😂
Gonna ignore the fact that you think Jikook are straight n just thank u 4 the in4 u gave me about the other idols. I was obviously wrong but that comes as no surprise coz I know dick about Kpop.
That being said, I disagree with what you're saying about JK. I don't feel he needs to pull back at all. His actions speak way, way, waaaaaaay louder than his words. If you out here thinking JK is dating anyone else but Jimin then you slow as hell... I'm sorry.

Minniieee Seb is so freaking funny!😂😂 I love the essentials video! He’s amazing 😍🥰 just forgot to mention he doesn’t have any tattoos on his body (like he always does)😂😂😂 hope we get one with Chris when he’s promoting Red One! And hope we get some BTS of the shoot or bloopers or something 😂
also why do they do huge photoshoots with lots of outfits and don’t release every single one?! Also goes for the Variety one because we know there’s more outfits from the bts vid!! Why they do that to us?! 😂
He really is SO funny, I giggled so much watching that video 😂😂 I particularly loved when he demonstrated the mosturizer thing and he got a bit embarrassed and giggly, I'm pretty sure he actually blushed?? TOO CUTE, ILLEGAL 😩
And yessss, I would give anything to see Chris doing one of these essentials videos (and ideally show off some of his tatts!!) Fingers crossed we'll get one later this year! 🤞🏻💙
As for the photoshoot thing, I KNOW RIGHT? It's so unfair that they keep so much stuff to themselves, we deserve to see every single outfit!! The only good thing about it is that often, they'll drop the outtakes at a later date, which then means we get to swoon and squeal all over again 🥰 Let's hope we'll get outtakes of Seb's Variety shoot sometime too!!

Now that chapter 2 is mostly over for all the members but Jin (whose chapter 2 is finally starting!), I wanted to write down my thoughts on how I think each member's reputation and image changed, what I learned about them, what my perception of them is now, etc.
For J-Hope, I think this was a great opportunity for him to "free" himself from the hope persona - which is very important and true to him but also constricting - and to promote himself more as a musical artist than a dancer - despite being the main dancer, even in his BTS solos Hobi usually chooses to limit his dancing. I think Hobi showed a cooler, smoother, stylish, more mature side of himself that increased his popularity and brand and resonated with a lot of people. He also proved that he's more than capable of going solo, even if I personally have mixed feelings about his voice.
I think Suga's chapter 2 was relatively "forgettable". He already had the image he wanted, released the music he wanted, produced what he wanted, so there was nothing to prove or show. Suga dropped an album that I'm pretty sure he didn't think was anything special and then went on tour. He also had fun with Suchwita. I think most of what he did was for Army and BTS, with the exception of the tour which was also for him. I don't think his solo ventures really felt like him going solo, but more like a side job. He did well, but I'm not sure his popularity, reputation, or image changed substantially - I mean, no more than expected.
RM had a pretty wild chapter 2. Through Indigo he explored a more artistic and uncensored side we all knew of, but it was in the build-up to RPWP than he started to express his opinions more freely. His amazing and diverse collabs also helped show a cooler and trendier side of him. RPWP was the game changer though. I think RM finally "escaped" his BTS leader image and mainstreamed this sexy, quirky, artsy, smart yet unserious image which he already had but the GP didn't know. Music wise, he's the one who did the most, showed the most, and had the most incredible material - even if his music isn't mostly to my taste. He's the most natural soloist along with JK imo.
V chose a path similar to Suga's. He did a lot of variety, which we already knew he liked, hanged a lot with the Wooga Squad, who we already knew, released a few songs in a style we knew he liked, did lots of photoshoots and work in fashion, which we also already knew he enjoyed... I don't think V took chapter 2 very "seriously" in the sense that he didn't strategically try to brand himself differently or find his own voice. He might've even released Layover a bit more for us than himself. He already had a strong brand and didn't change it. I think his popularity decreased a bit comparatively to Jikook because he was very lowkey.
Jungkook... well, he exploded in popularity. He had his BWL moment in Dreamers and L&R, his Dynamite in Seven, and his Butter in SNTY - kinda. His songs are GP friendly and in English, so they had a lot of impact, and his CK campaigns were genius marketing because they helped build this image of a sexy, attractive, gender nonconforming guy who can be both gender neutral and conventionally masculine. CK is also accessible to a lot of people so he got his face (and body) plastered all over the world. The collabs helped some too. Jungkook really committed even if at first he wasn't sure about releasing an album. I think he grew the most as a performer. He has continuously showed growth over the years, but imo he grew the most during the pandemic and chapter 2. His singing and dancing became more refined and unique, his stage presence and stamina improved. He was on fire with SNTY. Jungkook's vocals, dancing (eg. the sultry, relaxed hand movements he does now), stage presence, visuals, attitude, etc., all reached another level, an iconic level. Jungkook really changed his image, beginning in 2022 when his lives become so unfiltered - he sang his heart out, shared his life, didn't censor himself as much. I think Jungkook changed a lot - dropped the veil a bit -, and his music was a natural progression of him letting more of himself show. At first I didn't get it, but now I think it all fit JK really well - even if I don't/didn't like all of it. He's so effortlessly confident and comfortable on stage now, though. He might not have grown as a songwriter, but he grew so much as a performer, which is his art.
Lastly, Jimin... he surprised the most tbh, but in a negative-ish way. I had huge expectations for him and felt disappointed with his solo chapter. His image changed a lot, but in his case I loved the "old" Jimin better... I wanted something like Filter and Lie, I wanted him to show amazing dances and visuals. But he really went on a different route. He focused on singing and music the most, investing a lot in writing his own stuff, which is great but a bit unexpected. He focused a lot on inner reflection and less on his idol self, which up until then I thought was what he wanted us to see the most. And by becoming less "idol-like", he changed a lot. His choreos are more relaxed and less attractive now imo, and he engages his dance crew a lot whereas before he mostly carried his dances alone. He also showed us a much shier and reserved side of himself. His vocals changed too, or at least how he sounds in songs... I know Jimin had a lot of success, but I was surprised by how "unremarkable" I found him as a soloist. I thought he would set the world on fire, but he didn't take many risks on stage - his songs were risky, but not his performances or styling - or stand out that much. During Face he even looked a bit uncomfortable. He shines in BTS, but I don't believe Jimin truly shined on his own - not like he could've. I find his image less attractive and marketable now than pre-2022 Jimin - and that's okay but I lost a lot of interest in him as a performer. I used to love his fancams, but now I don't really care. He's still the cutest and loveliest, but, selfishly, this is not the artist Jimin I wanted.
Anyway, I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts on this!

itaewon f4 omg what a time to be alive. kinda crazy that they're basically the it boys of the 3rd gen and they haven't monetized it at all. not that they necessarily have to but idk i would love to see a collab stage/photoshoot/variety show SOMETHING??? though they are all too popular for that now ;_;
my pet theory is that jungkook doesn’t wanna monetize his friendships because army would eviscerate them. like nct 127 got mistaken as bts in america once and army spent like an entire month calling them clout chasing money grabbers for being microaggressed. nct winwin isn’t even friends w them but got ssng pictures circulated by literally tens of thousands of army out of spite just for being an nct 97 liner. you can’t even mention bangtan in half a whisper without having army on your ass.
jaehyun is simply unwilling. that leaves mingyu, eunwoo, yugyeom, and bambam, who i think are the next four most notable group chat members…. i wanna see mingyu and eunwoo together on bambam’s show. i think that’s totally viable.
i know minghao and dk are also in the group chat but i think dk is too shy to contribute (went to high school with jaehyun but was scared to talk to him bc jaehyun was too handsome (jaehyun was scared to talk to dk because dk was too popular)) and minghao definitely got added to the gc by mingyu and immediately muted it and forgot about it

_MY STORY AS WONYOUNG SOLO STAN
Warning®️this is Fanfiction about wonyoung's stan life with toxic hate by wonyoung haters. The main character is hidden Hurt by wonyoung's hate train .As defender but human tho .this is Inspired of real story
Be careful my english is break 😭
As wony stan,i have litteraly grew up with Jang Wonyoung debuted as izone center and maknae in 2018.I will breaking the silence of my life is always active as wonyoung defender since 2018
She was casted by starship before become trainee during 1 year .She participed in the mnet survival show named produce 48 also win as centrr with ton massive hate when she was only aged 14 yo(break my soul😔),shame on especially the international fans were always nasty toward wonyoung during final pd48 .I remember for them" she was untalented and lack much as iz*one center. Now we can the karma hit them also the table turn wonyoung is it girl and get more popular....this is sak*ra miyawaki get critized as untalented and didnt trying changed luch in kpop industry
During izone, they were underestimed girl group among the western kpop stans *they have no chill for unnoticed elegant concept and flawless discography but lucky this wondeful gg was so popular in asia esp korea and japan . I remember The sakura stans cyberbullying wonyoung with evil edits like that was such absurd thing for teenager girl like we need forget she want just realised her Dreams and sacrifices as kpop idol .
In ive she debuted at 17 yo with ton pressure and overworked schedules, she get ton hate even she did bring popularity for the group with yujin,i feel the non wizones (*izone fanbase is wizone) judged her much .This is suspect when there are ton youtube vidéos for critized wonyoung as evil idol or pick me .She isn't the one chosed her outfits for stage or schedules. SHE IS EXPLOITED NO FAVORISED .
Thet forget Wonyoung work hard for getting her opportunities even her members were worried because she didnt complaint about her busy schedules as teen. SHE IS IS SO PROFESSIONNEL AND RESPECTFUL.she trying her best for stay calm even with hate train by kpop stans on social media especially tiktok and YouTube sometime Instagram comments ruined my Day.
She is ovelooked because her visuel and her company didnt trying showcase her talents .Girlie write ton bsides by ive moreover many producers praised her .She improveduch herself as person and artist.
She want changed the kpop industry without trying hard show off front camera. For win lawsuit against YouTuber sojang also after there re many kpop idols like bts aespa exo sue this YouTuber because her statitic. DONT FORGET SHE SPEAK UP ABOUT HYPERSCRUZATION TOWARD FEMALE IDOLS IN KPOP INDUSTRY AND SOCIETY AMONG MEDIA AT AGE 19 YEARS OLD YES MOTHER .

Her company don't deserve her at all they cant promoted wonyoung at all..Lucky vicky she promoted herself well with brands deals and wonyoung fanbase support her so well on social media with fan accounts.
I notice only online people critized wonyoung hum the fact the staffs and seniors love her much.Obvious her haters are insecure and jobless. There is reasons why jyp said wonyoung is idea kpop idol.
There are times,we can feeling she isn't okay while herself this is freaking sad, i hope the peace inside her beautiful soul. HER VIBE IS AMAZING and we need pay attention to wonyoung as wonyoung stans because she can get much enough off camera with mental or physical.
Sttarship sabotaged her so much like she need get better promotion in other agency. We need more variety show and new concepts for her because she said that in many magazines or interviews.I know kinda she was overworked with ive world tour yet she get only brands photoshoot or brands events.
I hope many kpop stans know wonyoung story since many them think she focus about her visuel..they dont think her Dreams job is lawyer and annoncer but never kpop idol at all.

After finding out jn and dy got a photoshoot, my confidence about jaedo being real increased a bit, they rarely get content like the others. Sad but this is what you will get if you like real ships🥲
Last time JaeDo got an article for two was in 2015. Even for fanmagazines a 3d person is included for group interviews. JaeDo didn't promote as a duo for DJJ or BgJ on programmes.
We will probably get a photoshoot before they live for the army. As SM is running out of non-JaeDo combinations. DoWoo (twice?), JohnJae, now JohnDo (probably).
It's not just about who to push with whom. Jaehyun went to US to mingle with producers, work for his solo album. So he was busy. Maybe a chance for a JaeDo cover was missed because of it. Another reason is that they are both very popular members. They can stand on their own magazine sales wise, as such they are used to promote other members. Woo has risen in popularity a lot, now he is an ambassador for Tods, so DoWoo push will dwindle.
There is a noticeable steady increase of JaeDo in SM own content (skits), so I expect JaeDo to start going on programmes/do photoshoots soon as well.
Johnny got an injury right before he was going to start his DJ career, several DJ gigs were cancelled. There is a point in giving him an interview to talk about his new venture as he surelly will resume the attempt after 127's tour.
A little bit off topic. Solo-stans of less popular members complain a lot how they are not given lines and not promoted. It is not true. The attempts to push everyone, find a niche is done for each member. Not out of the goodness in the management hearts, but because there is a potential of getting money/brand recognition back. SM has resources and time for it (as the groups are long-lived), motivation to invest in hopes of interest in the upcoming future.
Yes, maybe not all members are promoted at the same time, there is a line, and those who are ready go first. Johnny is a good example of that. Despite not having any noticeable position within the group (he is no main or even lead anything), he is constantly sent on programmes, given an MC role for NCT content, he participates in SM conferences as an idol representative, he has JCC, he is pushed as a model a bit.
Some benefits artists get are not flashy and fans don't value them. Like with Kun, who is working bts a lot, befriending lots of new producers, getting his songs and remixes accepted by SM and given MVs (NCTLab, Phantom remix). Same with Taeil, he is friends with many producers. SunMoon is a project in the works, the interest for the duo is slowly build with variety as well. Ten is regularly sent on Chinese dancing shows to get recognition as an individual. Renjun has more song covers on YT than Do by now, probably. Despite being the main dancer, Jisung is given singing lines more and more. Etc.

I never understood the logic behind no taekook unit. I get it company wanted to hide them for their own good but why not even a single song together. I don't think taekook didn't want it we have seen them mentioning how they make songs together etc etc. This makes me think company didn't want their subunit. Like why? If it's about one is a baritone and other a tenor. That makes no sense because their voice blend beautifully, no biases.
Imagine, you're the biggest kpop group, nae just the biggest group in the world, and in your group, you have two members who have been dating secretly for several years. If they were to come out or be outed, that might cause problems for the group and the company.
Now imagine this group works in a societal confines that is extremely homophobic and conservative yet profits off pushing homoerotic content, which to many fans excite them and to the gp is used for fun (look at how idols on tour are very much in to fan service and skinship, but throw on to a Korean variety show and they hate being with 10 feet of some of the same sex in a sexually suggestive way).
Now let's swing back to our hidden gay couple, who are the biggest ship in K-Pop, they constantly win fan polls, trend constantly on twitter, have the biggest hashtags on TikTok etc., yet for some reason are not the ship that gets hightlighted the most in their group, in fact they rarely get the opportunity to shine together, yet they feature heavily in ships with the some of the other members.
So why not feature them in more, in a subunit, on photoshoots hell for a time in Run BTS and the Memories DVDs, they only thing I can conclude is, they want to hide the ship for some reason and the only logical conclusion I can come to, consider how well we actually know they pair are close, is to hide the fact they are an actual couple and stop potential exposure of that secret. At least at the time (2017-2019)
However, now we're in solo era territory I think the likelihood of a subunit is a lot higher than ever, only time will tell if that could be the case.

That anon is jm anti but they made a point. Jimin is the only member without solo schedule and don't try to say he is busy with his album because even other members are doing the album AND they have other projects. Jungkook had a collab and now he has the fifa solo song, Taehyung did the Vogue photoshoot, he was invited to events and he made ITS! A entire show! Jin published his solo song and he did tv shows, ads and he made public apparitions. Suga had the collab and he also performed the song. Also he produced a lot of songs these years. Hobi promoted the album and he had a collab too! Explain to me why Jimin is the only one that has to make the album only...and stop. Months of other members promoting themself with projects and public events/shows/solo and collabs, but nobody is asking why Jimin doesn't have other works. The only excuse is "He is making the album!" So the others. This is not the point. The company is trying to creare the narrative he is the only one jobless or that nobody invites him in shows or for a music collab? This is all you think? That jimin is uncapable to do more things at the same time like the other members?
Isn't it amazing how internet never forgets history unlike we humans with very little attention span who forgot BTS signed as ambassadors for Korea and also promised as a WHOLE to release a new song for worldcup sponsored by Hyundai 🤷 so maybe don't say 'jungkook has a fifa solo song' because it ain't one.
you asked me to explain but let us just look at jimin's words from August magazine interview
Note how he emphasises on Making songs from scratch . He wants us to know he's not waiting for the songs to given spoonfed to him but it's part and parcel of his own work.
A magazine from august mentioning him working with producers and wanting to perfect the song with choir and instruments but the pics drop in October. Uncertainty in hybe and BTS maybe pushed the release date farther to what had been planned previously
If he's busy on making the album without heeding to any other activities , it may mean
- he has a deadline before which he has to finish . A deadline which wasn't planned before so the work wasn't started but now is going on in full pace requiring his full attention and focus
- the members lineup timeline is too close that you feel they're doing at same time but it's just them doing some solo activities before and during their album release .
-Members whose turn hasn't come up also are shown busy .They all are rushing to promote themselves when BTS as group name exists as if after enlistment there won't be BTS at all
- he needs to work on his full album from scratch by himself so he can't be compared to others who have no contribution in their music work hybe just provides . He also must be busy filming group contents while enlisting members are with hybe so as to feed the fandom
- his turn is in middle so while others are releasing songs and contents he's on the making process and filming variety shows which will be revealed on later date and not now now. He might be signing for buldak ramyeon because jimin never promotes brands but did a whole mukbang in a special buldak run BTS episode (from which hybe got idea to make Jin as model for the other ramen)
So instead of questioning let's just listen to jimin's words

Do you think something snapped in the dynamic between army and taehyung? It's kinda crazy to me seeing so many people openly admit that they don't want him there~ some of the people I follow on social media are very close to coming out as jikook ot2 but I have also seen actual ot7 armys say that even though they'd like to see content from different subunits within bts they don't feel like V was a necessary addition to the show. Many jikookers who used to swear they loved all members and they were nothing like taekookers were openly shading V on main and, even though from most of them I don't see the absolute malice and disgust taekookers have to talk about jimin, it is now pretty obvious that they can't stand V at all. I'm not actually mad about this, I think it would be healthy for army to move into a mindset where it's acceptable not to like everything they do or not loving all members. I mean, I've always been a fan of bands where I love some members and I don't know or actually don't give a fuck about others lmao so getting into kpop and seeing that not loving every member of a group as if they were your children was treated as a crime against humanity was kind of insane to me, but yeah, seeing this sudden change has been interesting
I think V has become one of the most divisive members. His solo music wasn't very impactful, either in terms of popularity or artistry, and most of the content he released was variety with non-members and photoshoots, which isn't necessarily the content fans want. On top of that, there's the whole Jennie thing, him working with MHJ, and even people judging him for some of his Wooga squad friends. I think the other members' solo ventures resonated more with Army, so he probably isn't as talked about anymore.
And of course Taekookers hating Jimin would create resentment among Jikookers, staining their opinion on V. Since Jungkook and V hung out so much in chapter 2 while Jikook's bond was constantly questioned, a lot of Jikookers are angry at V, even though it's not his fault. However, V dropping a pic with JK when Muse came out and AYS got announced, without acknowledging Muse at all, made a lot of Jikookers pretty mad, as they interpreted V's post as an attack against Jimin and Jikook. And that's not even the first time Jikookers accused V of not supporting Jimin or fueling Taekookers. If it weren't for Taekookers, Jikookers wouldn't even be upset about any of this... This is what happens in fandoms...
But I haven't seen the same treatment towards V from non-Jikookers though, even if V, imo, doesn't have the same standing in the fandom as before. I think his path in chapter 2 diverged from what the other members chose to do, in terms of priorities, which kind of separated him from BTS and the fandom a bit. He's still well loved though.
And being OT7 to me has always meant appreciating the group as a whole and respecting each member and dynamic individually. I love BTS and each member as family, but I've never felt the same about all of them. Jungkook is the only member I have true devotion for. I love, defend, keep up with, and appreciate the others members, but without the same drive. I'm also a lot more interested in Jimin than the other 5 members, and while I love Jin as much as Jimin, the content he releases isn't for me, so I'm not looking that forward to it (just the album and performances + Run Jin to a lesser extent). This is all personal taste. Love and loving someone to the point of being able to stream their music all day are two different things. Love is a spectrum, and we don't love or need any two people the same.
The fandom is very OT7 because Armys know there are many solos, shippers, and people who hate one of the members. BTS are strong as seven, as a group, so Army can't let the fandom fracture. It would lead to worse results for BTS and make the fandom more toxic and unruly. Armys need to be organized, focused, and share the same goals. They also like to cover all bases and ensure BTS don't have any weak links. Moreover, OT7 is part of BTS's branding and something BTS themselves are very committed to, and Army always defend BTS's interests. Promoting OT7 is strategic in many ways. It's also a way for fans to recognize like minded fans. But no one is truly OT7 in the sense of treating and loving all seven members the same. That's practically impossible.

sm entertainment is a bad managment company when it comes to exo.
this company has been relying on exo's fandom to carry ALL the promotion since kokobop (technically monster even).
this company releases albums quickly, gives them less then 7 music show apperances, less than a handful of variety (or radio) show appearances and expects fans to do everything.
in recent years it's become popular to show some of the recording bts of how the title tracks/album were recorded... has exo had that for obsession? or don't find the feeling? (hoping for cream soda...). exo and their producers do some actually interesting things with their songs, but we don't get to see that.
killing voice has become a great promo platform in recent years. exo went on there because fans asked for it.
exo is known for being a pretty group (vocals too)...when was the last time exo's faces were together for a magazine photoshoot?
sm doesn't understand that exo isn't as dead as they WANT them to be. they REFUSE to put exo out there and give them proper promotional cycles. they REFUSE to send them to variety shows to promote their music and the members. they give them 1 MAYBE 2 weeks of music shows to make fans shut up. they refuse to introduce exo to new audiences. there is only so much exo's old fandom can do in terms of streaming and buying albums. exols don't have the habits that other fandoms have of manipulating their own faves' numbers. if you don't make the effort to reach out to new audiences through variety shows, radio shows and online content, with barely any music show apperances, OTHER ppl/ppl who are NOT fans won't know about exo, their new song/album or their talent.
you might think it's stupid of me to want exo on music shows for a significant amount of time put it's not. the more you go on, the longer fans have sth to talk about. and maybe ppl who aren't fans will stumble upon their new performance while they were looking for sth else. (this isn't about the music, but there are instances of idols going viral for good styling (e.g. taeyeon lion heart), so even non musical things like this can do a lot.)
what's the point of of spending time on making an album if you don't go out there and promote it?
sm has the habit of releasing exo album's quickly so that they can go on an (asian) tour.
sm didn't really have much hope for exo in 2016 when they came out with their third album ex'act. sm thought (and made exo believe) their best days were over, despite exo outdoing themselves in terms of their personal best. and continued to do so with every following release.
sm actively holds them back by not properly managing them and planning schedules. i am aware that exo has individual schedules, but that's what the COMPANY is there for, to make it work somehow.
they also hold them back by not printing exo's album(s). sm, like many other companies, opens a preorder to roughly determine how much interest exists for an album, so that they have a rough number of how many copies to print. sm and exols tend to not really inflate exo's numbers. when exo released their obsession album, sm CANCELLED people's orders. to this day it is their lowest selling full album, because of sm not wanting to cater to exo (and exo's fandom). there is a DEMAND. people want to spend money on exo, but sm doesn't want that.
now, in case you haven't heard, sm has done the same with the exist album. they cancelled orders and don't want to meet demands of exo fans who want to buy exo's album and spend money on EXO. exo had over 1mio preorders, and refuses to meet demands, yet thus far (20230716) have no issues with nct dream and their 4mio copies of preorders (which have become a somewhat regular thing for bgs in the past few years, inflated numbers, to media-play with).
and you can't say it's because of sm's internal drama at the beginning of the year, because sm has been treating exo and their promotions like a joke for a long time.
sm does not like exo. sm doesn't want exo to be bigger than sm.
