The organization began allowing gay youth in 2013 and ended a blanket ban on gay adult leaders in 2015. In 2017, it made the historic announcement that girls would be accepted as Cub Scouts as of 2018 and into the flagship Boy Scout program — renamed Scouts BSA — in 2019. There were nearly 1,000 young women in the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts in 2021, including Selby Chipman. The all-girls troop she was a founding member of in her hometown of Oak Ridge, North Carolina, has grown from five girls to nearly 50, and she thinks the name change will encourage even more girls to realize they can join.

For the first time in the 114-year history of the Boy Scouts of America's history, the name will become Scouting America. This comes on the heels of a decade-plus worth of changes to inclusion in the BSA.

Good architecture and Urbanism will never solve the worlds problems, he wrote. Instead, it was focused on creating a system that allows for more people to live in a smaller area and still be able to have a high quality of living. Central to this is the concept of creating public space throughout the volume of the city, and using this inhabitable space as connections between buildings.

Outside of work, he nationally competed in Heavyweight bodybuilding championships. He won in 2018 in the Atlantic Open, Armed Forces & Virginia State championship, and before that, he won several titles especially 2nd place at 2017 Atlantic Open, Armed Forces & Virginia State championship, 2nd place at 2021 Capital Grand Prix, and 2nd place as well at 2022 Mid-Atlantic Open Armed Forces & VA State championship.

He's a rock climber, biker, yoga enthusiast, an avid home chef and baker, and an amateur photographer as well.

The novels are all affected by the writers bias, but the ones set in the Boruto academy arc favour BoruSumi, but the anime didn't express those moment as well.

I do feel Ikemoto changed Sarada's personality quite a bit when he did the manga version of the film though only for her to go back to how she originally acted later chapters. The way she reacted and thought Boruto was cool didn't really add up with how she acted prior to that.

BoruSara fans need to stop attacking people for liking or posting stuff. But yeah since Sumire showed up she has been more focused on and her interactions with Boruto have overall been more important and impactful.

An internal financial reporting package described in the lawsuit discussed how 16% of Binance trading revenue came from customers in the US.

Furthermore, Zhao personally directed employees at Binance to change some users who were flagged as being located in the US to ‘UNKWN’ in order to obscure the portion of Binance revenue that came from the United States.

This was a known practice internally for Binance with its director of operations at one point saying, “The keyword US for internal information is also a sensitive word, so you have to use Unknow [sic] to mark the country.”

Binance allowed several brokers to use the platform to trade and made no steps to prevent those brokers from effectively offering access to Binance to people in restricted jurisdictions, including trading firms and individuals in the US.

One of these, identified as ‘Trading Firm B,’ once accidentally connected from a US-based IP and so allegedly moved all their trading activity to the account of an individual at the firm who opened up a personal account until the firm was able to set up a new offshore entity.

A Binance spokesperson told Protos, “We have made significant investments over the past two years to ensure we do not have US users active on our platform. During that period, we went from approximately 100 people in our compliance team to around 750 core and supporting compliance personnel today, including almost 80 personnel with prior law enforcement or regulatory agency experience and approximately 260 personnel with professional certificates in compliance.”

The bizarre world of Ben Shapiro

Well, on this blog we haven't done a full check in on one of our favorite guys Ben Shapiro for a while so I figured we should remedy that and look at the unhinged stuff that he's bene pushing lately. So lets get into it.

Ok, so the new big thing that conservatives are supposed to be pissed off about right now is that the Boy Scouts of America are changing their name to "Scouting America".

A lot of this can probably be tied to the fact that the Boy Scouts recently went bankrupt due to both record low attendance and a major sexual abuse scandal. In my eyes this rebrand accomplishes two things; increasing the amount of potential kids who could sign up for the program and distancing the company from it's previous scandals. According to BSA's statistics, membership to the cub scouts dropped 43% between 2019 and 2020. They have also been experiencing numerous financial struggles, especially due to the fact that they have to provide compensation to the men who sued the company due to sexual abuse that they experienced as boy scouts.

Those facts aside, who cares if the Boy Scouts are changing their name and allowing people of different genders to join? It's a complete non-issue that harms nobody outside of people like Ben who get pissed off and lie for a living.

Ben naturally ignores all the *ahem* FACTS AND LOGIC that don't help the narrative that he's using to get his audience pissed off and just uses this story to complain about PC culture.

Yeah, I think the Boy Scouts and the United States government might be on slightly different levels there Ben. I'm not sure how the government is a "social fabric building institution that allows people to know their neighbors" but OK.

How exactly does changing the name of the Boy Scouts and allowing people of different genders change any of that "social fabric building" that Ben is talking about? If anything it allows people to meet more diverse and large groups of people through the scouts. What Ben is saying here is essentially that allowing more people in will lead to....less socialization occurring?

The founder of the boy scouts was a religious Christian and one of the actual things that boy scouts had to abide by was duty to god. That was actually in the original kind of oath you would take as a boy scout. Well, over time they've gotten rid of a lot of that, they've secularized it, they've gotten rid of all of the original values, and now they're getting rid of the name boy scouts because after all they wouldn't want to feel non-inclusive for girls who think they're boys and stuff like that."

So, since this is the Ben Shapiro program Ben naturally has to take this basic story about a name change clearly meant to help an organization struggling with declining membership increase it's membership numbers and make it completely insane. The Boy Scouts have allowed girls to join as members since 2018 by the way, if anything the name change was kind of necessary to reflect that fact that isn't really communicated all too well otherwise.

Duty to God is still in the scouting oath, genius. I don't know where he got the idea that it isn't anymore ("that was the original kind of oath" followed up by "they've gotten rid of a lot of that" really communicates that Ben either thinks that it's no longer part of the oath or is lying to his audience about it not being part of the oath).

Anyway, he's basically listed a bunch of things that the Scouts have done to increase their membership base to different groups of people and is now saying that "no, it's wokeness and by the way, I'm a transphobe". It's so stupid. Ben plays a clip of the new CEO of the Boy Scouts in an interview with the Associated Press. Here's the quote that Ben spends way too much time on. As you will soon see, Ben has a very...unique way of interpreting quotes.

01:22, Roger Krone (CEO of the Boy Scouts of America): "Sends this really strong message to everyone in America that they can come to this program, they can bring their authentic self, they can be who they are and they will be welcomed here. The argument that I make with the people that say 'I always liked Boy Scouts of America or BSA, why do we have to change?'. Membership is at historic lows, right? Part of my job is to reduce all the barriers that I possibly can for people to accept us as an organization and to join."

My big takeaway here is that this organization has extremely low membership numbers and wants to increase those numbers because they are, you know, a business that needs money.

This is exactly the same kind of BS trick that Matt Walsh pulled when he was lying about that construction bill in Maine. 99% of these "Woke DEI initiatives" boil down to "Hey, we don't have enough people in our organization/profession. Maybe we should try to get different types of people in to address this shortage". Here's what Ben had to say about it.

This is true for churches, it's true for the Boy Scouts, it's true for synagogues, it's true for everyone. Every traditionalist institution. When they say our job is to lower the barriers of entry so you can enter, so everyone can bring their authentic selves. You want to know why no one wants to join your organization? It's because of that."

Yeah....not really Ben. I think the fact that we just had a major pandemic combined with the Boy Scouts being in the news for a sexual abuse lawsuit may have played a heavier role in declining membership than a name change that was only announced a couple days ago.

I'm afraid to ask but...does Ben think that this name change will change what the boy scouts actually DO during scout meetings? Because that's not the story here.

Ben then does an ad for PureTalk and then comes back to rant about "progressivism".

It has to do with the fact that courts decided that boy scouts couldn't even have standards for their own scoutmasters, it's because the boy scouts decided that there can be girls in the boy scouts. If you want a successful institution you've gotta stick to your guns and you hold to those guns no matter what."

In case you're wondering, he never mentions the pandemic and the sexual abuse allegations which coincidentally are things that coincided with membership drops for the Boy Scouts.

If I was Ben, a person who's trying to convince my audience that I like Donald Trump now despite my long history of being a "never Trump" conservative, I wouldn't let it slip that I think that Donald Trump is "the great destroyer".

Ok, lets look at another one of these Ben Shapiro videos. This is him explaining why Trump needs to be re-elected. I guess that Donald Trump threatening to destroy everything isn't enough to deter Ben Shapiro from supporting him.

I find it completely insane how Biden's been supporting Israel throughout this entire war, even with credible proof that there is a genocide going on, and yet the minute he says "Hey, you guys need to at least try to avoid excessive civilian casualties" guys like Ben Shapiro freak out.

So, Trump put out a post on Truth Social about Biden halting weapons shipments to Israel due to their invasion of Rafah and Ben's really happy about it. Apparently Donald Trump's support of an invasion of a city where over one million civilians are sheltering is just the moral clarity that Ben needs.

First of all, that makes Donald Trump a criminal by Ben's logic.

Second of all, there are a lot of differences between what Biden is doing with Israel and what got Trump impeached. Donald Trump's decision to pause Ukrainian aid was motivated by him pressuring the government of Ukraine to dig up dirt on Hunter Biden and was clearly a politically motivated decision. Trump withholding that aid wasn't the only offence, it was also the fact that withholding said aid was motivated by a political scheme. Biden does have to spend the money that Congress has set aside for Israel's aid but he doesn't have to do that right now. The deadline for spending that aid is the end of the fiscal year in September.

Other presidents have paused weapons shipments in the past. Ronald Reagan withheld F-16's from Israel in 1983 due to their invasion of Lebanon. The Bush Administration also threatened to withhold the delivery of ten billion in loan guarantees to Israel if the nation continued building settlements in the West Bank and Gaza.

So essentially, while this might seem like a legitimate argument on the surface it's a load of bunk when you look into it critically. Like most Ben arguments.

The rest of the video is just Ben complaining about Marjorie Taylor Greene. Fair enough, MTG is an absolute moron and I'm not going to dispute that. Still, this is an eight minute video about why Trump NEEDS to be re-elected and his two arguments are "He'll support the genocide that I support" and "He made a tweet about MTG". It's ridiculous clickbait nonsense.

Conclusion:

Well, that's what Ben Shapiro was ticked off about last week. Just the usual norm of lying to people on the internet for money. He still beats a lot of the guys I cover on here because he at least tries to make coherent arguments but man when you look into a lot of this Ben Shapiro content it becomes hilariously clear that he doesn't really do even basic research before he makes his videos.

WaPo Celebrates Homosexualization of Boy Scouts

Nothing was more wholesome and all-American than the Boy Scouts of America. So moonbats infiltrated and corrupted the organization. Because children are involved, the emphasis has been on perverted sex, in keeping with liberal proclivities.

Gushes the Washington Post:

Amid the hundreds of tents erected for the Boy Scouts of America’s National Jamboree, one especially stands out — decorated with a canopy of LGBTQ Pride flags and a string of multicolored lights, its tables covered with bowls of rainbow bracelets, pronoun stickers and diversity patches. “This is my entire world,” said 18-year-old River Capell, a scout volunteer from Northern Virginia who describes themselves as nonbinary and pansexual.

River says the embrace of politicized sexual depravity by the BSA has been “incredibly welcoming and positive.”

Now that only a liberal would be willing to send their son out into the woods with these creeps, the BSA can be added to the list of institutions that have fallen to progressives.

The triumphant obituary was written by “queer journalist” Mike De Socio, who essentially admits that his fellow homosexuals have destroyed the BSA:

The organization lost nearly half of its membership between 2019 and 2020. This national event represents one of its first steps out of a generational nadir brought about by the pandemic, a sexual abuse scandal and an ensuing bankruptcy. The BSA had barely resolved its struggle over membership policies — fully admitting gay men in 2015 and trans boys in 2017, and then cisgender girls in 2018 — before facing an avalanche of sexual abuse claims.

The BSA was crushed by a $2.46 billion settlement. Submitting to LGBT bullies comes at a price.

All’s well that ends well. As every Democrat knows, you have to destroy before you can replace:

Scouts within the ranks [i.e., leftist adults who had infiltrated the organization in order to subvert it] seized the moment to press for a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. A collective dubbed “Scouts for Black Lives” successfully pushed the organization to commit to a slate of projects, including a new diversity merit badge required for Eagle Scout rank.

No word on whether you can still achieve Eagle Scout status without an anal sex merit badge.

The BSA has been repurposed. It now serves to indoctrinate children with woke ideology and groom them on behalf of the Alphabet People. You may as well turn your son over to NAMBLA.

Así vive Misi -cantante, compositora y productora activa en la escena cultural de Buenos Aires desde 2014-, quien luego de presentar dos EP (Fuego, en 2018, y El Temporal, en 2020) y varios singles, hoy estrena su primer disco de larga duración: Slagbaai, trabajo conceptual basado en una isla imaginaria y en el viaje de la autora por aquellos paisajes inventados: “El recorrido por esta isla es un recorrido por mis pensamientos, mis preocupaciones, mis recuerdos”, explica misi, y añade: “La isla viene a ser esta posibilidad de estar un rato sola en un lugar seguro y especial, como cuando escribo canciones, y darme el espacio de armar y desarmar, de imaginar, de preguntarme, de recordar”. Integrado por siete canciones delicadas y dueñas de una estética folk-pop impresionista, Slagbaai -producido por Moreu y misi y grabado gracias al apoyo de la Fundación Besares (Berlín-BsAs)- tiene un espíritu vivo y místico que es logrado gracias a una instrumentación orgánica -batería, guitarra, piano, contrabajo, violines y voces- trabajada con un enfoque onírico, etéreo, paisajístico. Así, entre una atmósfera en la que dialogan con naturalidad lo crudo y lo dreamy, misihace una oda a los pensamientos y sus redes, al juego de desenredarlas para volverlas a enredar. A su vez, propone preguntas sobre el tiempo libre; sobre cómo gestionarlo, como disfrutarlo, cómo dejar de luchar contra el tiempo productivo o cómo volver a un deseo más originario e intuitivo. Canciones como “Ocio fresco” -el primer adelanto del álbum, estrenado en mayo de este año- explicita la intención de vivir ese tiempo fuera del tiempo, mientras que “Juego Personal” -el segundo y último anticipo, lanzado en junio- revela la apropiación de ese espacio y comparte los rituales secretos -y honestos, genuinos- que nos permitimos vivir en soledad. Sensible, directo y evocador, el debut de misi cuenta con colaboraciones de Candelaria Zamar, Natalia Spiner y Melina Moguilevky, además de la participación de Guido Moretti, Leandro López, Fernando Fontenla, Paco Leiva y Uciel Sola.   Con ánimo de expandir el recorrido propuesto por el disco, Slagbaai también contará con una película realizada por Mai Lumi y misi. El film aún no tiene una fecha de estreno definida, pero ya se encuentra en la última etapa de edición. Sobre esta faceta del álbum, la creadora detalla: “La idea de hacer una película fue algo que surgió de forma natural e inesperada, como un proceso en paralelo a la grabación del disco, que terminó influenciándolo integralmente y consolidándolo como un disco conceptual. La peli se filmó en General Las Heras, provincia de Buenos Aires, y está compuesta por cuatro capítulos donde una extraña princesa explora la isla de Slagbaai y se enreda en sus propios pensamientos, tratando de cruzar el puente para salir de allí. Kemaren aku plg kerumah lama. Mamaku cerita. Jd. Mamaku punya adik cewek (tanteku). Nah hubungan mereka mulai merenggang krna ada satu masalah. Trus tahun 2018 hubungan mereka mulai ada kemajuan lg. Ya pokoknya hubungan mereka itu on off. Deket lg, jauh lg.

Pernah ada kejadian yg gk bakal aku lupain seumur hidup aku. Kejadian terkelam setelah papaku meninggal. Tahun lalu bulan September mamaku tiba tiba sakit gejala stroke. Gk bsa beraktivitas sprti biasa. Hanya trbaring dikasur. Kadang bisa bicara jelas, kadang gk jelas. Pokoknya itu masa paling gelap dihidup aku. Nah adiknya mamaku ni udh gk ada jengukin malah nyebar gosip. Katanya mamaku pake sihir ilmu hitam yg skrng makan penggunanya sndiri. Aku benci. Aku ngerasa soalnya gmana capeknya bolak balik ngurus mamaku. Semua yg syg mamaku bolak balik ngecek keadaan mamaku. Cuman dia yg udh gk jenguk, ngata ngatain, gk ada bantuin lg. Demi Tuhan permulaan masalahnya itu hnya krna wktu mamaku, tanteku, sama tanteku yg lg satu kerumahku jenguk aku yg baru lahiran trus dia gk dapet kebagian gendong anakku. Dia jd benci sama mamaku dikira mamaku gk ngasi aku gendong anakku ke dia krna rumor itu. (Rumor dia make ilmu hitam). Padahal gk ada. Org aku aja heran kok tanteku ni gk ada niat deketin anakku. Balik ke masa skrng. Jd dia mungkin buka blokirnya trus nelpon mamaku. Saudara kakekku meninggal. Bagi mama saudara kakekku tu udh kayak bapak keduanya mamaku. Dimakamin nya kan hari senin, mamaku maunya hr senin aja plg kampung. Tanteku ni ngomel. “Dia udh kayak bapak kita masak kamu nengokinnya pas dia udh di tanah?”

Terheran heran dong mamaku. Kayak gk ada masalah apa tiba tiba nghubungin mamaku. Kayak masalah kemaren itu uap yg ilang gk ada sisa.

Aku blg ke mamaku. “Ma, aku gk ngajarin mama jd org dendaman, tp inget wktu mama sakit kemaren dia ada jengukin? Malah nyebarin gosip gk bener. Mama boleh maafin tp jgn lupain ma apa yg dia udh lakuin ke mama. Kalo aku masih belum bsa maafin. Mama hampir merenggang nyawa dan dia gk muncul sama sekali. Aku masih sakit hati ma”

Mamaku jg sama trnyata. Mama gk mau lg berharap dia berubah jd baik atau hubungan persaudaraan mereka sedekat nadi kayak dulu. Mama cuman mau baik baik aja tanpa mendendam tp gk bakal lupain masa itu.

Guys, that was discussed and explained a billion times already. That was a blind on gossip site - which was revealed, but had NEVER confirmed. First of all every person here who watched boys travelling in Jan 2018 could see that nominations were announced while they were on plane to Rome and on the same day/night later they walked at the Rome streets and everyone were pretty ok. All these days were basically live aired. The only mark of Armie's stress there became tracksuits later. So this drama was heavily exaggerated (and engraved in multiple fanfics which intertwined with reality for many people).

Don't want to sound rude, but "he found out that Sony was pitching both him and Stuhlbarg for the supporting actor nomination" is laughable nonsense and can be believed in if only person doesn't know absolutely nothing about promo strategies in award season. Any pitch for any actor is official, in written form (FYC announcement for every award board separately), with knowledge and agreement of actors and approve of studio and/or producers. Actors nomination plans are not a secret - that's a strategy for all together and that's written in their contracts btw. That promo campaign is prepared on months ahead and all team is working together accordingly these plans. Armie and Michael BOTH were campaigning as supporting actors from the beginning for ALL awards (and got their BSA nominations - just not for Oscars, and Armie got much more btw) - so to say that for Oscars Armie suddenly didn't know he's going to BSA or that he didn't know that Michael is going to Supporting too, is equal to say he didn't know his name is Armie. That's impossible bc that's not how all that consideration process is working. Was Armie pissed af for not being nominated? Of course he was. And rightfully (especially considering that "3 Billboards" grabbed TWO nominations for BSA at once, which was a travesty imo). Was the reason that "he just found out"? NO 🤷‍♀️

I recently read several comments related to the time when Armie and Timi were in Rome in 2018. These people said that Armie was drunk and envious that he was not nominated for the Oscars, I don't know why anyone would spread such a lie. I'm sure that if it were true, Timi wouldn't have looked at him with so much appreciation and admiration or he wouldn't have specified in his speeches how egoless Armie is. It makes no sense to me, do you know where this lie started?

pretty sure this lie was started by the antis, there is no underlying truth except a badly staged oscars campaign. Just look at this image and understand what Tim means to Armie...
