It amazes me how other people will get blessed by your obedience. I've learned I'm at my best when I help others Become their best. These photos were taken during our new year eve service. I gathered all the women to speak some truth in love. In order to connect with them I needed to be transparent and real with them. I shared how 2017 has been a interesting year. Plenty of ups and downs but I managed to grow from both. I had to get my emotions under control and not allow them to derail my destiny. I also shared how too many women stay hating each other over foolishness, shading each other’s makeup, weaves, gossiping & holding grudges over the smallest stuff. Its time to unify as women and stop that. We must uplift and encourage one another to soar and win. 2018 is the year of Epic transformation for women who are truly ready for change. The other day I was coaching a young lady and I said these exact words to her. "You need to make a decsion to just get off this emotional rollercoaster". When I said it, it brought back memories of a song I use to listen to back in the day called "Emotional rollercoaster" by Vivian Green. I was going through my most trying times when it came to relationships. The words were exactly what I was experiencing, and its what many of you are experiencing today. The hook to the song says; 🎶🎶🎶🎶"I am on a emotional rollercoaster, loving you ain't nothing healthy, loving you was never good for me"......but I can't get off!" 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶 Well I'm here to tell you that you can get off! An emotional rollercoaster type of relationship is toxic and unhealthy. Listen, God never intended for any of us to settle in those type of relationships. However if we chose out of our own will and not God's Will we will definitely experience hurt and emotional ups and downs. There are steps you must take to get off. The first step is to work on you. Take your focus off the relationship and completely focus on rescuing yourself. You cannot change anyone but yourself.
