The Justice League needing to run a seduction op and considering every member other than Batman is hilarious to me.

Like, not only do they not know his secret identity (for this idea to work at least) but they’re completely unaware that not only is Batman devastatingly attractive, he’s also one of the most charming, talented liars out there.

And he’s just sitting there watching Hal and Oliver fight over who’s going to seduce the politician/charm their way into the meeting silently laughing to himself.

I’m choosing to imagine this happens after they already decided on either Hal or Oliver. Whichever one has managed to get into this gala, is trying to figure out how to approach the target, decides it’s time and cannot find the target. So, he comms Clark, who’s there as press, and asks him if he sees the target.

Clark: He just went into a side room with Brucie Wayne. You’ll want to wait until they come back out.

This has extra comedic effect because Oliver already has a bit of a thing against Wayne, but now he’s getting in the way of a JL mission?!

(Clark is, of course, the only JL member aside from Diana who knows and they are all giggling about this over drinks later.)

Brucie and the Target emerge, Hal/Ollie/whichever approaches to try and carry out the mission and just can’t get through to this guy. Why is he so distracted but happy?? What the hell??? So Hal/Oliver goes back to Clark to regroup and finds Brucie Wayne (This guy again? Really?!) drapes over Clark, obviously flirting like they’ve met before. This is how the JL discover that Supes’ civilian identity regularly gets flirted with by a multibillionaire.

Once Brucie walks away, Hal/Oliver makes eye contact with Clark who winks and holds up a usb. The usb.

Just- so many wonderful chances for chaos.
