He seems like the kinda guy to use proper grammer and spelling. Like. He uses complete scentances with capitals and punctuation. Or it's in all caps.

So his messages in all lowercase are extremely rare and if he does that, he's either tired, seriously threatening someone, or a secret third option that's probably concerning.

When I make a burger patty it’s a burger patty no matter what I put it on.

When you go to Costco or whatever and buy those big packs of frozen burgers for a barbecue or something, they don’t come with buns. Yet you still know you are buying burgers.
